Description:
As the designs of both the Mythic and Aesir lines came to a close, there existed a single class of ship that none had brought to the table. While the majority of the ships were capable of carrying starfighters, none truly held a large number. Battles weren't won just by large ships slugging out with big weapons, but also by the aid of the starfighters that joined them. It was a fact proven by the Rebel Alliance against the Galactic Empire that starfighters made all the difference when deciding the victor. But for all the designs crafted by Hadur Industries, there was no ship that sported a large number of fighters. To accommodate, the Nemte-class Carrier was born.
Given its role specifically as a carrier, it fell into the fold of the Aesir line. However, to fit within the aesthetics of the Mythic line a bit better, it was given a curvier appearance. Designed with a semi spreading structure similar to the notable wedge-shaped vessel allowed for it to accommodate many starfighters for its size, especially when no troops were added. The two fighter wings (144 fighters) were divided between the four main hangar bays, two at the front of the vessel with a one on either side, each having large openings that allowed for quick deployment.
With its focus on carrying fighters, it's speed and agility was moderate, allowing it to enter a battle and retreat as quickly if needed. It was defensible enough, though it weaponry was low to keep it from trying to stick around for a battle. It's armament consisted of twelve dual turbolasers, 30 point-defense laser cannons, twenty ion cannons, and four tractor beam projectors. To better aid it in getting its fighter out quickly, it was given long-range sensors and a light stealth field generator to hide it as long as possible.
