Actually, the idea of ranking is based on facing them in combat/hunting and how difficult they will be to take down. Not too concerned about mounts and trainability.

The initial wording of your request would result in highly subjective, i.e. opinion based, responses. The purpose of my ranking indicates how potentially docile they are, read as, less inclined to be combative. If it is a species that has been known to be domesticated for some use, it is assumed to potentially be less likely to provide good sport/less combat challenge. Did you look up the ranking mechanics in Old Republic since majority of these species appear in game?

I'm aware that there is no clear cut answer and opinions will be varied. As it stands, I feel there will be no clear cut way to truly rank them since they do not exist, and the mediums in which we see them vary on how capable one could fight and succeed in taking down any of these creatures. But the goal is to find out how dangerous and hard it would be to take on down in an arena or hunt in which they are attacking be it either they are hostile and will attack just because or have been provoked/threatened.
I actually prefer to steer away from a ranking system used by a game in which these creatures more often than not just stand there and maul you in a repetitive pattern. After all, these creatures are fairly distinct in how they attack, be it quick, stealthy, heavy, etc, and trying to base ranks of games isn't doing them fair justice.
As I said, I'm fully aware that this will be suggestive and everyone will think differently. Just looking for everyone's thoughts on how they imagine facing down any one of these attacking you as I feel that even some of the most docile creatures could be very dangerous to deal with if they attack while even a very aggressive creature could still easily be taken down.

As for this ranking system for the Old Republic, do you have a link that shows this? I may not be a fan of ranking them based on game stats, but will not turn it away for a source of aid for myself and others if it could indeed help.
