So I did not want to comment on the Atlas post itself but I have a thought/request about the map that is being used. Its crowded. There are dozens of worlds on the map that are not on JvS which does add to the idea that these usergroups control vasts swaths of planets and territory. The problem is, is that it is crowded. When I am looking for a planet while using it I cant seem to find it because there are so many names. In the next iteration would it be too much to ask for a map that only has the JvS worlds named on it? Something akin to the Galaxy Map. If not then no big deal and I will still love and appreciate all of you.

the answer is both yes and no. Most maps of the galaxy that you can use have planets appearing and their names on them with hyperspace routes. Usually they're also dramatically smaller in quality and size. One potential option, now that we have the planet locations marked, would be to use the map as a sort of base to work off (tracing over various map markings like the galaxy edge, the hyperspace routes, etc) to create our own. But that is, obviously, a considerable amount of time, effort, and work to put in. If others think this would dramatically improve their atlas using experience, then we/I can look into it.
