yeah, a 1 in Agility would be something with great difficulty making turns. it's essentially the smallest amount of points you can assign, so you'd be looking at super wide turns. So you'd want that up to a 2 or 3 if you're talking the AC-130.
A couple notes for your special gear. Regarding support class, these items require a point:
Cargo Capacity exceeding 200 tons - 1 point
Passenger/Troop Capacity exceeding 5 - 1 point
Hangar/Starfighter Rack - 1 point
currently, your submission would need 1 point for the 20,000 tons of cargo or the 200 troops.
In terms of your offensive and defensive special gear, here is the list of special gear that counts across all classes:
Stealth Fittings - 1 point
Cloaking Device - 2 points
Medical Facilities - 1 point
Redundant Shield Generators - 1 point
Advanced Targeting System - 1 point
Advanced Sensor Array - 1 point
Advanced Jammer Suite - 1 point
Advanced Maneuvering Thrusters - 1 point
Reinforced Prow - 1 point
SLAM System -1 point
Gravity Well Projectors - 1 point
Gravity Mines - 1 point
Enhanced Communications Array - 1 point
Magna Clamp/Grapple Claw - 1 point
Hyperdrive Equipped Cargo Bay - 1 point
Self-Destruct Mechanism - 1 point
Boarding Equipment - 1 point
Ejectable Bridge - 1 point
You'd have 1 point for an Advanced Targeting System and 1 point for an Advanced Jammer Suite.
"Advanced defensive countermeasures such as chaff, flares, electronic lures/red herrings" <- These honestly you could classify under Advanced Countermeasures, which would be 1 Point.
Then your sensor absorbent armour coating would count as a stealth fitting, for 1 point.
so with your special gear alone, you're looking at 5 points. After that, you have 10 points to spread around. if you put 2 in Speed and Agility each, you have 6 points left for Offence and Defence. That'd give you like 4 in Offence and 2 in Defence. or you could throw it as 3 in Offence and 3 in Defence.
The alternative, is you drop the stealth fittings, and then you could run 4 in Offence and 3 in Defence.
