The Dominate served as the name of not only the council upon which sat the most high ranked Generals, Admirals, and Military Instructors, but also of the section of the Fanged Acropolis which helped the Military High Command of the Resurgent Sith Conclave. Men, Women, Droids, and Orzi that served within the Conclave's military walked these halls, making plans and preparations for any strikes the Hierarch would command of his followers. A command centre was the central location from which the Warmaster could meet with The Dominate council and oversee all operations. Massive training facilities were also located here which could be used for training large detachments or for use by individuals.

The Dominate was buzzing with activity, as members of the Military Command Structure took up residence here. Orzi were put through their training paces. The first few members of The Dominate council had been granted their rank and title, allowing the Warmaster to begin delegating responsibilities to them. Their attire, at first, seemed weird to Ela, but she would grow used to it in time. After all, theirs was a role of submission. However, of the new Dominate, Domina Lysa had been granted an exception to the dress code of her peers. She had been granted this privilege as she was the current Admiral of the Warmaster's Fleet, which yet remained unnamed
