Malvus' gaze was focused solely upon Luxeria now as her rant went on and on and on. When it was done, there was a visible cauldron smoldering within the Heirarch, but what was he to expect? This was his former apprentice. The only one to be able to truly defeat him in battle. If she had been taught the old ways, Malvus would have been dead long ago... it was the first time that the Sith had felt vulnerable. And, once more, Luxeria sought to make him vulnerable.
It seems your edge has never been dulled... even by the lax in purpose from the leadership you served before.
The Sith says, holding back his anger with calculated words.
But that is exactly why this meeting was called. To discuss and to formulate.
The Sith reaches to touch one of his tendrils, resisting many urges to simply unleash his boiling rage.
I appointed my son, Teren, and my daughter, Kayeh, to positions that they have long excelled in. If they weren't able to do such tasks, I would not have entrusted them to their roles. This is not me trying to improve their image as successors, but to ulitize their talents, that were nurtured, to the best of their ability and for the Conclave's future. Just as I named you my Arbiter, Maethoriel my Warmaster and so forth. I would not have appointed anyone if they were not adept in what I believed... no, know where they could excel at.
The Heirarch scoffs heavily at the mention of favoritism. This repeated mentions were starting to irritate him immensely.
Of course I would appoint those who I knew of before. The Conclave gains the benefit of my prior knowledge of them and their abilities. A government needs those who are known to be skilled and they happen to be those who I knew personally and have had previous ties to. Or, in the case of Obitus and Vesperia, I acknowledge their skill by promoting them. To appoint any lessers, for the sake of securing my position over all, would have made others question my decisions. I made appointments that I believed were best for the Conclave. Appointments based on skill more than prior loyalty. If I had truly sought to control the positions granted to my Praetors, then I would have never considered your name, or others, Luxeria, and sought to fill these seats with those who are far beneath your abilities!
There were likely voices in the Architects department that were already murmuring about that. Vesperia was a new face to the many who had long known each other. Still, Malvus did so in order to ensure what Vesperia had could be added to the Conclave's ranks. Not to mention her skills that were overlooked time and time again. Malvus could feel a similarity now in terms of his encounter with Vesperia and now what was being said by Luxeria. Damn the two of them.
From there, his words went quiet as his anger started to get to the better of him. If Malvus spoke any further, he'd risk an explosive display of his rage. The Heirarch's abrupt silence was enough to admit that there were faults, but so would such things exist at the beginning of any faction. Luxeria had made her point very clear and it felt like Vesperia and her were in a league with each other. Similar questions stated, words spoken, and such. This was not how he envisioned the first meeting going! Over such idiotic arguments about invitations and the manner of the Heirarch's appointments. This was hardly productive!
Eventually, the gaze broke and he returned to the holomap's image. Still, his emotions seethed as Malvus had grown angry, immensely so, with how the proceedings of this meeting were going. It was time to stop halt these rants before they continued. There were far more important matters on the table!
Your proposal has been heard and accepted, Arbiter. I will not ignore any advice, unless it only seeks to empower one's self over that of the greater Conclave. Now, we shall move onto other topics of this meeting that need to be addressed. There is much ground to be covered in this meeting!
His irritation was evident by how he soundly moved on from the topic. Malvus would not apologize for his mistakes, openly. He had already accepted the blame once during this meeting. Yet, his statement showed that the Sith sought to make things better and adhere to the advice of his Arbiter. Now, with his decision made, the meeting could truly begin and something more productive could be done rather than this rant and banter about invitations and such. Now, at least, the Sith could calm his nerves and continue with the meeting as planned.

Maethoriel grew silent when Malvus had spoken and made his displeasure quite known. She had indeed perhaps pushed things to far, but Luxeria and Vesperia had seemed intent on instigating something. Better that it be done with than let it linger. However, Despite getting answers to the questions asked, Luxeria seemed intent on ranting on about a great number of matters. In truth, it was tiring listening to the same threads being retreaded while claiming unfairness on matters and then doubling back upon herself and claiming not to care. When Luxeria and Malvus finished speaking, the Warmaster brought a hand to her head and rubbed her temple, seemingly to relieve some ache Arbiter, you have ranted on and yet I feel no closer to knowing what your point is, for you have rambled on so much. You decry unfairness and seem to demand democracy. Honey, we are Sith, not Jedi. If you want to be treated equally and have a vote and say in every matter... Maethoriel motioned with her hand toward the exit of the chambers There is the door, don't let it hit you on the way out. None of us were voted to our present positions, we were appointed to them by Malvus as the Hierarch of the Resurgent Sith Conclave. We were chosen because of our skills and abilities. If you didn't choose to pursue the matter of finding out what your role and position would entail before this meeting, that is a fault of your own... But as the Hierarch has stated, there are important matters to discuss and move on with. To that extent, The Dominate's formation is coming along well with the Military High Command restoration complete. I'll be reviewing our existing officer's soon to determine who will be sitting upon the Dominate council. Beyond that, I have no further matters to raise... Given the Conclave's chosen path of going about matters with more subtlety, it meant the Dominate did not have any particularly pressing matters beyond training Orzi and equipping members of the Conclave with armed forces suitable to the tasks they would be undertaking

Where many others seemed to look at Lady Luxeria's monologue as a 'rant,' that thought process revealed those creatures who would have rathered regressed the Sith back into the old ways -- something far worse than the path that even the Blackguard had taken. No, the auburn-haired woman had effortlessly dissected the wrongs that were already wreaking havoc among this new order of Sith. Vesperia took the act with a rather intrigued look in her eyes. Despite the words exchanged between the other Praetors and the Hierarch, Vesperia let a slow, deliberate clap beat into the air with a rhythmic annoyance.
The juiciest part of this whole ordeal was witnessing the Hierarch's discomfort with Luxeria's words. It was an act that Vesperia would never have been able to achieve, by no fault of her own. No, the cards had simply fallen that Lady Luxy had a soft spot in Malvus's heart, no matter how much he would have denied it. The old apprentice had already beaten this man in battle. Now, he was mentally abused by her quick wit and calculative mind. My my, how that little girl had grown over the years.
However, ignorance, like any disease, would cause this order to rot. It seemed that some didn't care and wished to pump that plague through this new order. At least Vesperia wasn't alone, and there were others here who refused to let it rot from the others' close-minded bubbles. There was still a weak link among them, clinging onto such a false dichotomy, to dismiss Luxeria's argument so simply by comparing these new ways to the Jedi. A cruel smile twisted on Vesperia's lips as she cocked her head towards Maethoriel.
"Last I checked, we had come a long way from barbaric animals who are unable to realize the boon of some structure. In fact, what else is this very council but some semblance of order and democracy realized? So as far as I see it, honey, if you have an issue with all of that, then this council is no place for you. Don't let the door hit you on the way out."
Vesperia extended her own arm towards the door, her steely gaze locked and bearing down upon the woman with such an intense weight, it was as though no one else was present in the room. Two could play that game, and this woman opened herself to make an excellent target for the lady. With a sudden, sweeping motion, however, the dark-haired woman retreated her hand to grasp onto her lightwhip's hilt, the weapon wrapped around her hips like a belt. The tails were torn from their place in a fluid motion, whipping out with a violent, metallic snap.
"But if the only arguments you can cling to are these pathetic logical fallacies, perhaps a more fitting consequence is putting you down like the feral, wounded animal you are."
Vesperia's eyes never left the woman, and a hungry, predatorial smile split across her lips. However, before the lady could ignite the red tails, the two men who stood behind her made their approach. The larger man of the two, who could be perceived as the closest one to Vesperia, placed a hand on her shoulder. The other took a step forward and kept his eyes locked upon the Hierarch.
"Seeing as many of you and your most loyal puppets seem to have an issue with our presence, Hierarch, perhaps now would be the best time to introduce ourselves and explain our lady's reason for us to attend."
Puppets. The platinum-haired Sith sorcerer spoke with acute stoicism while making the very pointed jab. However, he didn't break eye contact with the Hierarch, nor did he indicate who he was speaking towards. Those who wished to take offense to it could, but that was their prerogative. Vesperia, however, held that deadly lock on Maethoriel. At least she actually listened to her own trusted advisors, though, and took a step back. Nodding towards the blonde-haired man, she allowed them both take the floor, even if they still waited with the patience of gods for the Hierarch to grant them the time to speak.
"When the rest of your Circle is ready, of course."

Suddenly, the rage vanished. Where once there was a boiling cauldron was now silence. The voice of Atropheis caused the Heirarch to glance the individual's way and away from the holoimages that floated before them. Yes, the matter of those who weren't invited, thought the Sith. His gaze went a little further back to Teren, his son, who had been silently lingering in the background by one of the doorways into the chamber.
Teren, leave us.
Malvus states. Teren stands more upright and departs without a comment. The Sith's gaze then looks in the direction of Elarinya.
Although apprentices will be allowed entry into meetings, it will be future ones after this. Elarinya, leave.
The Heirarch commands to the apprentice of the Warmaster. His voice was calm and resolute in what was stated. However, as his gaze returned to the pair who had come with Vesperia, there was a venomous look in his eyes. This arrogant male dared to call the Council members puppets. But that was not the real sin. The real crime was thinking that he could speak and address the council in such a way!
You two, leave.
He states before returning his gaze to the holoimages. There was something else that needed to be said.
If you are invited to rejoin the Council, make sure you address the Council members by their proper title of Praetor. They are your superior after all.
Malvus states to the pair without looking their direction again. The Sith looks around the table at those present. The chambers having just echoed the sound of a lightwhip, the voice of both his Architect and Warmaster, and such. Things were being delayed. At least with those uninvited dismissed. He then keys the console again, causing the planets of Dathomir and Thule to be focused for what was to be said next. One look around the table was made before Malvus speaks.
Unless there is anything else, anything of relevance, to say, there are matters to discuss, assignments to be made, and proposals to be stated. The Conclave looks to the Heirarch, and its Praetors, for the guidance and leadership that it deserves. We have taken the first actions to claim what is ours, now we must do what is necessary to ensure it remains as such... and to prepare us for the future conflicts to come.
Malvus gives them a moment, looking between the five present. By the tone of his voice, the Sith was done with these back and forth comments. It was getting them nowhere in a meeting that had been arranged for the sake of getting the gears of their machine to move forward. If nothing else was said, then they could begin.

Lord Synik's hand never left its place on Vesperia's shoulder. Even despite the Hierarch's vitriol in Atropheis' direction, neither man spoke. Even Vesperia remained eerily quiet as he barked out orders. Although Synik's face was twisted in an expression of perpetual anger and fiery judgment, Atropheis' lips simply twitched into a wry smile. None of the three moved for a solid beat before Vesperia placed a delicate hand over Synik's and brushed it off her shoulder.
"Kurpax, Dravleo, will you two be a dear and heed the Hierarch's words? It seems we will have no announcements to make today. Have the others prepare the ship. We'll be leaving for Thule once this meeting has been adjourned."
Both nodded towards Vesperia before they started to take their leave. However, Atropheis paused to turn to Luxeria and Obitus. When he hesitated, so did Synik; however, the larger man simply nodded respectfully in their direction before making his way to the door, where he turned and paused for his fellow man.
"Praetor Luxeria, may the fires of this council simply refine that precious metal in your soul. The air is already too thick from smoking ashes."
Atropheis spoke lowly, as though addressing her privately and for her ears only, before giving the same respect and privilege towards Obitus.
"And I hope that we one day find ourselves working together, Grand Inquisitor. I do apologize for the rather unsightly disturbance today."
It was only after speaking to Obitus that the sorcerer flashed his gaze towards the Hierarch in a rather deliberate manner. This leader had demanded his respect, and he would offer it -- to those who earned it. Lady Luxeria had earned his lady's admiration in her own right. Although Obitus had remained quiet throughout the exchange, he had shown himself to be even more level-headed than others in this room. There were those who spoke too loud and others who were too silent. Those others were not worth the effort of his gaze, his farewell, or his respect. That was something earned and not freely given or demanded. Atropheis was sure the Hierarch would soon burst at the seams if he lingered longer, though. If it wasn't his lady's status on the line, he would have risked it. However, he had his orders, and now that he had attempted to build rapport with those few he could tolerate, Atropheis turned to make his departure with Synik ever-silent by his side.
Once her two advisors had left the room, Vesperia rolled her eyes and drew back her whip. Lacing the tails back around her waist, she returned the weapon back to the 'belt' it had been moments ago. Her eyes only briefly glanced up to meet the little apprentice that had been ushered off with the rest of them. Vesperia's hungry smile was nowhere to been; however, it was more than evident in her tones, laced within the Force for her ears only.
Do be a dear, and the day you battle against that weak link you call a Master, ensure she no longer draws breath by the end of it. The old ways are barbaric but sometimes necessary. I, and many others, would gladly work beside the Warmaster who strengthened this order in such a manner.
Vesperia crossed her arms over her chest once more and cocked a hip. Her eyes returned to the Hierarch as she added one final thought for Elarinya's consideration.
You have plenty of time before making that decision, though. Just promise me you'll think about it.
With a shrug of her shoulders in a seamless display where everyone would be none-the-wiser about that exchange, Vesperia spoke, seemingly unperturbed to the occurrence that had just taken place by Malvus' command.
"Well, then... Now, I have no more announcements or comments about the progression on Thule or the circle of advancement. However, the Hierarch's visions and requests will, of course, be heard and considered."

Maethoriel did not deign to set her attention and focus toward Lady Vesperia, even as the Architect sought to throw her own words back at her and call her backward. But even though her focus seemed to be upon Malvus or just about any other part of the room, denying Vesperia her attention, it did not mean she was about to be caught off guard. As her ears picked up the sound of the whip moving from around Vesperia's waist, her own hand shot out and grasped her Katana. The still sheathed blade appeared in the space between the two women as the whip was cracked in warning.
But before a proper fight could break out, Vesperia's... lackeys, for lack of a better word, grabbed hold of their Master and sought to introduce themselves. But it seemed that Malvus had finally had enough. His words and commands came harsh and quick as he dismissed all but the Praetor's and the pair he had extended Special Invites to. Maethoriel spun her blade and rested it upon the table once more
She had done her best to remain behind Maethoriel in an observatory capacity. But despite a brief moment in which it seemed like her presence was going to remain tolerated, Malvus shattered it all. After her first meeting with the future Hierarch, she had made a great deal of effort to remain beyond his notice. The power he wielded was beyond what she was even remotely capable of mustering herself at present. Unlike Sirona who was seemingly quite shy, Ela just did not like facing off against someone so much stronger than herself.
Knowing a confrontation now was pointless and would achieve nothing, she gave a swift nod of her head and made her way around the table and toward the exit. But any hope for an undesturbed retreat were shattered as the hungry, wicked voice of Lady Vesperia was carried upon the currents of the Force directly into her mind. The contact causing the tentacles upon her chin to twitch due to the foreign and unfamiliar feel. Unlike others within the Conclave ranks, Ela had never been taught how to use the Force to communicate and rarely had anyone used it to communicate with her.
She knew that responding aloud would be frowned upon, so instead she kept her attention upon the door and made her way across the room and out of the chambers. She hurried a short way along the corridor outside the chambers, before ducking into the first door she found. Allowing her to lean her back against the wall as she massaged her forehead to rid herself of the slight migraine that had started to develop. She had to assume others either did not feel this pain or had long since grown use to the sensation
With the chambers cleared of those that were not invited to be amongst them, Maethoriel remained silent this time. She had already tried and failed to keep things moving along previously. Luxeria and Vesperia seemed only to take offense to her words and ideas. They were, after all, in positions requiring some diplomatic aptitude. Maethoriel, on the other hand, was placed into a position of power and command over the armed forces. If an operation needed to be executed or an object dealt with, she would ensure the Orzi were up to the task. Something that she suspected Malvus would make clear was an assignment he would be handing to her

Luxeria listened as both Malvus and Maethoriel spoke, her eyes wide with amusement plastered across her face. She took such joy from their responses and emotions, feeding on them like a delicacy. Yet, she would say nothing to them regarding a single comment made. For those that claimed to listen, it was clear that she truly wasn't heard. Her words, as the phrase went, had fallen on deaf ears, despite any arguments to the contrary.
Her former master had allowed frustration and anger to filled his thoughts and his words. As such, he was beyond capable of heeding her words, at least at the moment. It was the second time since this had all started that she got him so easily worked up. The first was when he wished for her to join. And here it came once again, this time for all to see. She hadn't expected herself so capable of stirring the anger within him, but she relished it. It was as if each encounter begged his defeat to her in some form or another. But responding in such anger was a trait of those that refused to accept the truth of another when they say otherwise. It also showed an immense lack of wisdom, which would hinder this order's growth by what he claimed he sought for this order.
He also showed just how much he didn't actually listen, or couldn't, by the very response he tried using to counteract what she said. If he had been level-headed and opened his mind to actually hear her, he would have clearly heard her say that she expected him to claim that all those present were chosen by their skills, not any sort of favoritism. Had he listened, he would have easily picked up on what she was trying to tell him. Just as he claimed that each was chosen for their skills, so, too, would Voix. From the outside looking in, it was very easy to establish a view that was different from the truth. And any that were new or outside the circle could have made similar claims that Malvus did against Voix. She, herself, knew better, but she wished that he and the others realize how quickly all could become the Blackguard, whether they realized it or not, be it from the perception of others to the way things were actually handled. She laid out the comparisons against the claims they were nothing like the Blackguard or Malvus like Viox. Time would tell if he'd truly grasp that.
Then there was Maethoriel. She cackled inwardly at the words, the Zetron completely losing any semblance of sense with them. Democracy? At which point had Luxeria ever suggested such things? However, they were advisors and had a fair bit of say, if what Malvus said of them was true. Trying to degrade anything Luxeria said into telling her to join the Jedi if it was what she desired was laughable, especially when through her understanding of the Jedi, democracy wasn't something they truly exercised either. Besides, what she knew Malvus sought for this new order was based around unity and letting go of the old Sith ways that caused order after order to falter and die. That required structure and a level of democracy less it once again fall to a single being imposing their order over others, eventually leading to the very thing that caused them to break away from the Blackguard or Vallius to rise against his father.
It was even more hilarious when Maethoriel wanted to emphasize that they were Sith. It was true that they were, but using it in the context she did only furthered Luxeria's own point. After all, the only actual mention she made about having a say was in the election of a new Praetor and that Praetors were able to dictate the specific people to be in the meetings from within their individual circles without having to go through the Hierarch. That and expressing her dislike of the Hierarch making decisions of each circle without consulting the head of the particular branch. In the end, she wanted so much to point out they were Sith and how they functioned, then at what point did they have any true justification to criticize and look down on the Blackguard? Voix was most certainly a Sith. Yet, this new order was founded simply because one didn't agree with the approach the leader was taking.
The biggest joke of it all was how Malvus and Maethoriel viewed the current situation as trivial and unimportant. How could they see it in such a light? This was a defining point in which dictated how the Praetors would view each other and how they viewed the order. It was the make it or break stage and the Hierarch was becoming infuriated that it was hindering actual progress. As far as the Arbiter was concerned, this should have been their only concern. There would be more meetings, more time to build and grow. Yet, the Sith was hasty. And it was clear that things would take a while to ever get off rocky ground and shift away from the old ways.
Then Came Vesperia's words, voicing her only feelings that intertwined with the auburn-haired woman's. When the whip came out, Luxeria had hoped for a bit of a show, though she shook her head slightly. So bold and direct. Everyone was ready for such things. She preferred the subtle touch, as was the way of an assassin. They would deliver the killing blow at a time when it was least expected and in a way that couldn't be comprehended. As it stood, she would always keep both the Hierarch and Warmaster at arm's length, always ready to end their lives should the need truly arise.
As the next orders came for the dismissal of the uninvited, a roll of her eyes could easily be seen. It was much too late of an action. Nodding to Vesperia's men she merely shrugged at Malvus's comment about relevant responses, spreading her arms out openly in an obviously extra fashion that told him to continue, by all means. For now, she would be silent, her eyes wide and smirk plastered across her face as she watched Malvus and Maethoriel.

The Grand Inquisitor sat calmly as violence threatened to overtake the meeting. His chin rested in his left hand as he took in the views being expressed byt his fellow Sith. It was becoming very clear why Malvus had appointed Obitus to this position. The in-fighting was mostly centred around the previous organisation they mostly belonged to, The Blackguard. Obitus had no knowledge of their inner politics or the larger organisation, this gave him a unique outside perspective. One that was not clouded by past affiliations or prejudices, could more easily see the true intentions of current actions.
It appeared as if many points were being overlooked and remained unheard. However Obitus was beginning to sense the Luxeria was raising the most unanswered points. It seemed as if Malvus seemed to gloss over most of her little speech before dismissing the uninvited guests from the meeting. Sensing another opportunity to work his way into the good-books of his superior, Obitus reached out through the Force to speak directly to the mind of Luxeria.
It appears as if we have both been given part of the picture when it comes to the roles we've been given. I was briefed on the details of my role but was not informed I would be reporting to you, there are undoubtedly details that the Heirarch has left out when briefing the other Praetors. I propose that after this meeting, we have our own Circle of Influence meeting so we can make sure we out-perform the other Circles. Deal?
The older Sith's posture did not change during his Force exchange with Luxeria and he didn't look at her once. He was too busy observing Vesperia and her lackeys, who had just been dismissed. One of them approached where Luxeria was stood, next to the seated form of Obitus. He addressed them both before turning to leave. Obitus nodded in response and noted that he may want to reach out later.
After Vesperia announced that she had no announcements or updates, the room fell into a brief silence. This is when Obitus took his chin from his left hand and sat up on his chair. He turned and directly faced Malvus before speaking.
“Shâsotjontû châtsatul nu tyûk”
Obitus uttered the next line in the Sith code 'Through passion I gain strength'. It was a gentle reminder that, although the passion in this room was currently making things very difficult for Malvus, this room was filled with strength in the Force. It is through this strength that the Conclave will succeed. He could have continued hoped his meaning could be grasped by the Hierarch with a single line, he then switched back to basic.
“I do have an update about my work on the Sith Inquisition on Ziost and a request on behalf of the Inquisition for the praetor's Circle. Shall I proceed with that now or have you got a specific slot for requests?”

Departing comments by the uninvited were ignored by the Heirarch. His patience having dried out now. Certainly, any leader would begin to consider replacements of those who caused disorder in a meeting such as this. It was the right of any leader to do so. Had a right to remove troublemakers and replace them with more complacent personnel. Malvus was not that sort of leader. Despite their mockery of this meeting, they were the skilled persons selected for their roles. Skills to help forge the Conclave into something better. Only disloyalty and treason would see themselves removed from their posts along with their heads.
However, given the words of those departing, Malvus could sense that things were to become amiss now. Damn both Vesperia and Luxeria! Damn them both for this! The Heirarch would need to meditate on all of this now. For now, the Sith simply kept a veil over his emotions now as his rage had drained him, exhausted his patience, yet the presence of an irritation still ticked down his spine. Only when Obitus spoke up did the Sith address those who remained.
Since you have requested the floor, you may speak, Obitus.
The Heirarch states as he resolves to push forward with the meeting.
I would very much like to hear what is needed on behalf of the Inquisition. Your Arbiter would likely want to be enlightened to these details as well. After all, the Inquisitors will be needed to maintain order within and ensure our enemies are kept on their toes... or silenced.
After that, Malvus fell silent as his gaze remained focused on the Sith.

“Thank you, Lord Malvus.”
Obitus reached into an inside pocket of his black robe and pulled out a small computer spike. He plugged the grey cylinder into a socket on the end of the left armrest of his chair. This particular spike had a very limited use, it was able to change the holo-table display only. The map of the Conclave's territory disappeared and a large image of the planet Ziost appeared in its place.
“I have recently returned from Ziost where the Inquisition will be based. Out of all of our current territory, Ziost of the least populated. This is one of the reasons that makes it perfect for the Inquisition.”
The holo-display zooms into the surface of the planet to show the capital city, New Adasta, and the Sith Citadel, a short distance away. For those that were familiar with the layout of New Adasta would notice some new construction around the perimeter of the city and between the city itself and the Citadel.
“The other reason is the Sith Citadel, located a short distance from the capital city, New Adasta. I have begun fortifying the city and turning the citadel into a state of the art maximum security prison facility. All of the high profile prisoners that we took with our initial assaults have been transferred to the Citadel, apart from any captured on Thule. The planetary garrison has been reassigned until I can fully train up the Inquisition forces. I am personally training up the candidates for the positions of Inquisitor and I aim to have these in post within a month. There are some very promising candidates.”
The Grand Inquisitor pressed one of the small red buttons on his data-spike. This changed the holo-display from the images of Ziost to the design specifications for a Bucephalus-class Command Ship.
“This bring me to my request. Although the main prison complex for the Inquisition is based on Ziost, I believe to have the maximum flexibility and effectiveness that the main Inquisition forces should be based on a ship. Displayed in front of you are the latest designs for the Bucephalus-class Command Ship that is currently been developed at the Dromund Kalakar shipyards. I am now submitting a request for one of these ships be built specifically for the Inquisition. With this powerful asset, The Inquisition will easily be able to deal with any incident, no matter the scale, on any Sith world.”
Obitus shuffled on his seat to a more comfortable position. He now awaited comments from the gathered Sith. He would ignore most of the comments out of hand, however he would listen carefully to anything said by the Arbiter and the Hierach. Their comments were the only ones that would affect his request, at least in his mind.

The Heirarch listens to the words of the Grand Inquisitor, bringing forth a report on the affairs of Ziost and the Inquisition. Ziost seemed an ideal location to choose, despite its proximity on the border of the Sith Worlds and its old role as 'the Gateway of the Empire'. Still, Obitus had taken the time and effort to fortify and solidify both his department and the Conclave's grip over the planet. His attention turned to the central display that now switched from the planets, under the Conclave influence, to present one of the new warships, crafted by Lady Vesperia's department.
There were pros and cons for the suggestion made by the Grand Inquisitor. A mobile ship, as a prison, would make it harder to find and harder to escape from. However, it would require an escort and its location beamed to the Dominate for records. The Conclave would need to know where this vessel was and that had its own risks. Once they had enemies, they too would search for this vessel and seek its destruction as a dreaded floating fortress. The Bucephalus-class was an ideal choice nonetheless.
The Sith's attention turns to Luxeria, who served as Obitus' superior. The Heirarch gestures to the command ship.Luxeria, your thoughts on this proposal? I do see merit in what our Grand Inquisitor suggests, but does it align with your plans for the Inquisition and the Circle of Influence?

Luxeria listened in silence as the meeting carried on, beginning with a proposal and request from the appointed Grand Inquisitor. Her eyes focused in on the projection as Obitus spoke, more information presenting itself. It seemed the Inquisition was much more formed than she believed. Already had he taken residence upon a world, begun training the first batch of Inquisitors, as well as begin construction to alter and improve why existed there. In the end, it further proved of what was being formed within her circle without her knowledge.
Then came Malvus’s question to her regarding his plans and request for the specified ship. Her burning orange eyes glanced over to Malvus and simply stared at him, the smirk she wore long faded now. What did it matter what she thought? And what plans did she think she had? She had only found out what her role was a few minutes prior. Hardly enough time to make any plans. She was a fast worker, but not that fast.
After a moment more of silence, she gave a sigh before finally responding. "Considering that I know nothing of the Inquisition, it’s plans, or structure, it would be hard pressed for me to give any thoughts on the matter, especially when I have yet to sort out what plans I would have for my circle that I’m only now coming to know. However, I see no reason why he should be denied such a ship. If it has the facilities to fully train and carry this Inquisition, it will be able to fully serve as a mobile command center for them, making them able to respond to situations in a much faster pace as they will simply need to make a jump to hyperspace, sparing the hours required to gather everyone and load up. Or collection of worlds are small and not too far from each other, meaning response times will be at their best. Either way, whatever plans I create, I don’t foresee the Inquisition being a piece that is tied in, but it’s own extension, thus having tasks different from the others."

Malvus nods his head slightly.
From what I can tell, the Inquisition is still undergoing its necessary formation. Work with Obitus on making a vital organ of the Conclave.
The Hierarch would have to give some leeway and time for Luxeria to gather everything together. It wasn't a matter of incompetency, never was, just that she needed the formative time that others have had. It seemed he had not been clear on that part when he first gave her the position as Arbiter. So the Sith would give the Circle of Influence a bit more free way to do what is necessary to formulate themselves. They had skilled agents and leadership, now they just had to put it all together into the right formula.
I will trust that you know what is best for your department, Grand Inquisitor.
Malvus states to his subordinate.
The command ship is strong enough to endure and fight back, even as a prison ship. The Circle of Advancement will certainly be pleased to see the ship in service.
The Sith then turns and looks at the rest present.
Anything else to remark upon from your departments?

Luxeria’s gaze returned to the projector that sat before her, her mind beginning to ponder her next course of actions. While she had a solid understanding of the new order, it was the other details that currently escaped her. The ship designs was but one of them. The ship Obitus requested was on a name to her. She had brought her fleet from her time with the Blackguard into the fold, allowing her to maintain her naval strength in switching. As such, she hadn’t given much thought to the newest designs of the Resurgent Sith. Perhaps it was time to rectify that and examine what had been created and decide if her own fleet was due for an overhaul.
But that was a menial detail at present. With the floor open regarding the other departments, Luxeria had nothing to give. She had to begin her work now and start establishing the Circle of Influence. While many things were important, she needed to place to set up shop so that everything could be centralized. Luckily, the worlds they held were small currently, allowing little thought to be spent. Dathomir was out of the question for her. Much too out of the way and building something there might draw more attention than needed. Not to mention it would be stepping on the toes of the witches, which she didn’t want to stir and cause tension in their alliance. Then there was Zoist. Obitus had chosen that world to build upon for the Inquisition’s business. Perhaps she could set up there since he was meant to be her subordinate. But something spoke to her against it. They have have functioned in her circle, but felt their purpose was something else compared to what would possibly come of the Circle. She could set up on Thule, but from what she could see, it would be more associated with Vesperia’s Circle. Then again, that would also expand to the shipyards that resided close to Dromund Kaas. She needed to make a choice, only three options existing, Thule, Korriban, and Dromund Kaas. Despite Korriban being the main area of the Sith, she felt that her place would be elsewhere. Considering the role Dromund Kaas served, perhaps it would be the best place to do her work.
It wasn’t a certainty in her mind just yet, but she had a solid lead to explore. As such, she remained quiet as she continued to contemplate her next steps.

Maethoriel had already said her piece, and until such time as the Conclave was engaged in warfare of any sort, there was little for the Circle of Domination to need. The Dominate was already setup and built within the Fanged Acropolis, which meant any decision as to where her Circle would be based off was already made. Though, certainly garrisons and outposts would be established across the Conclave worlds to ensure the security and protection that was needed None at this time. The Circle of Domination currently sits ready for any orders you may have Hierarch...

Obitus nodded, taking the lack of objection as a sign he could proceed with his request. He then removed his data-spike from the slot in his chairs armrest and the holo-display returned to the previous Image of the Conclave's territory.
"Thank you Hierarch, Arbiter, I will send the order to the shipyards following this meeting. I have nothing further to add from the Inquisition, thank you for the opportunity to update during the meeting."
The Grand Inquisitor remain sat in his chair to listen to any other updates from the remaining Praetors.

After giving a moment, the Hierarch decides to move forward with the meeting. He keys the console once more and soon, smaller projectors light up before the Praetors. The Sith then keys up another display for Obitus' seat. Originally, the Praetors were intended for more than four individuals, but for now, there would only be the four standing officers. Upon each of the holoscreens were plans and orders by the Hierarch in terms of duties.I shall take this opportunity to explain each.He first addresses @vesperia With Thule reclaimed, a major means of production has been acquired, the Armory, including still functioning droid factories from the Clone Wars era. I want the Circle of Advancement to properly ensure that all major facilities are up and running for the Conclave. Whatever resources you need, be sure to make it known.Next, the Sith's gaze moves to rest upon both Darth Obitus and Luxeria .Although the Inquisition will need some time to form, I have a task for our new agents. Thule's old government still has loyalists and supporters. Ensure their silence or compliance by any means necessary. An additional mission, once your ranks are properly filled, Arbiter, will be the examination of candidates to be the Night Mother of the Nightsister clans of Dathomir. We must look for a capable candidate to lead them as our ally, one that can be influenced to take the reins of power. His eyes then move further down to the Seer Monmouth. Darth SironaThe gains of Thule and Dathomir represent fresh fields to look for new secrets and history of the Dark Side. Send your agents to search the surface of these worlds for what has been hidden from us for millennia. Be wary of the Nightsisters though... they can be territorial.Lastly came the Warmaster ElarinyaMaethoriel, as Warmaster, I will see it to that you ensure our worlds are properly garrisoned and fortified. Work with the Architect in terms of laying out proper foundations for our forts and the placement of our defense platforms. With that said, the Hierarch addresses them all.I leave it to you all to ensure these tasks are completed by whatever methods and means you see fit. Anything additional needed, such as moneys and resources, you may request to me directly or to Anastasia, who manages such numbers. You will get what you need without delay. With that said, the Sith leaves the floor available for any to speak on the missions stated.

When it seemed that no others had anything to state regarding their individual circles, Malvus continued, presenting to each of them the newest set of orders. Luxeria listened carefully as he went down the list, presenting each task to them.
Though the biggest concern was getting the Circle of Influence up and running, she was already given two tasks that would come into play once she was able to begin. Thule would be the first mission in finding those that stood against them. With Vesperia being sent there to further establishing control and building up her own circle, it seemed that Luxeria would need to work alongside the Architect, especially since even before the orders were given, Thule was the set destination for the woman. She loathed the idea of working with Vesperia, but she had to do what needed to be done.
Then came another task she wasn’t too fond of. Back to Dathomir to examine and influence those in order to put into power one that would serve the Conclave. It was an odd decision considering the current Night Mother had agreed o join them. Whatever the Hierach’s reason for wanting a new leader crowned, it didn’t matter in the end. Once she had the available agents, she would send a few to examine the night sisters and make a choice.
"Understood."

Sirona wanted to be anywhere but here. Even standing back and trying to go unnoticed was drawing attention. She continued to feel the twisted knots of doubt and self-loathing start to tighten in her stomach, but she wouldn't give them the satisfaction of breaking her. Not here, and not now.
Monmouth continued to be thankful for his avoidance of the earlier butting of heads. If his time studying the histories had taught him anything, was that factionalism was bound to happen in any council. He just needed to find out who would make the strongest friends. For now though, he would continue to watch and learn about his fellow Praetors. When the assignments were divided out, he gave a bow to Darth Malvus. Of course, my lord.

The orders were pretty standard considering the Conclave had just began to take its first strides forward. Her gaze drifted across the table to where Lady Vesperia sat for a moment. Their first impressions of one another so far had not gone well. But it was possible they'd be able to put the progress and good of the Conclave before such sour relations. Maethoriel looked back at Malvus and gave a solemn bow of her head As the Hierarch commands, it will be done...
