So as I stated a few days ago here. I would be creating a new thread to discuss some of the other ideas for a dark side faction as the interest in a Dark Theocracy was lackluster at best. So over the past couple of days I thought about what could the most interesting and appealing to other writers, I came up with two a Sith Hierarchy(based off of the Turian Hierarchy from Mass effect) and a reborn version of an old faction from JvS itself, which of course I am referring to the Tyrian Triumvirate. I liked both so much and quickly realized that I more information on how to set up a Hierarchy then I did on going about setting up a reborn Tyrian Triumvirate, So last night and early this morning I started to combine the two and came up with The Tyrian Triumvirate Hierarchy(not sure how much I actually like the name, suggestions for another are more than welcomed.) So below will be the breakdown of this idea, and yes I did put a little more effort into this idea than the Dark Theocracy but I did have the Turian Hierarchy to reference.
*Before I post the breakdown, I did translate some words from Basic to High Sith and there listed below:
Mind translated to Asarsi
Foot translated to Tos
Wings translated to Tnirmia
*Grauswein Document
A document that is based on the philosophy of that of Lord Kalen
"the ideal that the Sith are meant to edify their power, and their pursuit must always be the preservation of that power at all costs. Galactic domination takes a curb-side view to this philosophy"
(taken from here)
*Praxus Document
Can be decided on here(OOC) or in universe(IC)
*Savage Document
same as the Praxus Document although I am hoping that Viox Savage can help with this one.
Edit: *The Tyrian Triumvirate was a Faction of Three Sith Lords that ruled Rhommamool, with Lord Kalen Grauswein acting as the mind of the Triumvirate, Lord Praxus as the Foot of the Triumvirate and leader of Rhommamool's armed forces and Viox Savage who was the Wings of the Triumvirate in charge of Rhommamool's Navy. They were in constant state of War with Osarian Jedi Council. (During most of Universe V1.0)

(All depends on the writer themselves)
Name:
The Hierarchy is named after the Tyrian Triumvirate to honor the Great Sith Lords that once lead it.
The Executive
The Tyrian Triumvirate Hierarchy is led by three Primarchs, Primarch Asarsi, Primarch Tos, and Primarch Tnirmia. Primarch Asarsi is the new mind of the Tyrian Triumvirate Hierarchy, while Primarch Tos acts as the Foot and Primarch Tnirmia acting as its wings. Primarch Asarsi severs as the head of the Government and the Commander-in-Chief, while Primarch Tos is in charge of all Ground forces and Primarch Tnirmia is in charge of all naval forces.
In Order to assist the three heads of state in running the Hierarchy exists the Council of Primarchs, who are Individual Leaders of various Sith worlds with the Hierarchy territories. They are greatly respected by all within the Hierarchy. The Council meet via holo or in person with the three heads of state to discuss the state of affairs and plan their next course of action. Though the Council of Primarchs cannot overrule decisions the three heads of state have made, their wisdom and expertise is greatly respected and usually listened to by the three.
The Legislature
The legislature branch of the Hierarchy is composed of the Council of Lawgivers, they are venerable individuals greatly respected in their individual communities and on the whole. There is no set number for the Council of Lawgivers; it changes as individuals revive promotions to that of Primarch or when a current member dies or retires. The Council of Lawgivers meets whenever a potential new law is brought forward – this can be done by any lawgiver – and is then discussed and voted on; this discussion generally includes the three heads of state and the Council of Primarchs, though they are not allowed to vote on such issues. If any of the three heads of state vehemently disagrees with the decision of the Council of Lawgivers they can veto it, but this happens rarely.
The Judiciary
The Hierarchy's judiciary is split into two court systems; planetary courts and military tribunals. For any crimes that are not related the planetary courts have jurisdiction. These courts are comprised of Justicars, those who have reached the twenty second tier in Hierarchy society. A typical court consists of twelve Justicars who sit three at a time, rotating every three months. Their authority is not to be questioned and they may sentence how they please. If a crime is committed in Hierarchy space the criminal and the case itself are transferred to the closest planet. If a crime occurs outside of Hierarchy space and the criminal extradited back to the Hierarchy, the case will be heard in the planetary courts on the Capital World.
Any case involving members of the military, or military actions, are dealt with by the military tribunals. These consist of five Primarchs, chosen at random, one of whom is appointed Senior Arbitrator for the duration of the case. As with the planetary courts these matters are left totally down to the tribunal. They can mete out any punishment or sentence they see fit.
So let me know what you think and if you have any suggestions on how to improve this.
