Picas arrived at the berth to find Master Starfall already docked. A wife smile spread across his face, and he approached quickly with arms outstretched to give a hugging greeting. "Master Starfall! To say I am surprised is the understatement of the century. How are you? What are you doing here?"
Over by the other side of the berth, another ship was getting serviced by its owner - the Nautolan Jedi Wyt, who Picas brought from Glee Anselm, peeked his head over at the commotion.

While finishing up the inspection of this fighter Tranquility Starfall heard his former Padawan's voice. From behind the ship --where he'd been crouched while gauging the condition of the rear thrust vectoring fin-- Starfall stood up to see Picas Dixon approaching, a wide smile on his face and arms outstretched. Starfall maneuvered around the ship to greet his old friend, embracing him.
"Picas, my friend. It's wonderful to see you again after all these years! My time in the Lao-mon System finally came to an end and the Force called to me, prompting my return here. I always intended to return to Dantooine upon completion of my mission on Lao-mon, but it took me far longer than I'd anticipated to accomplish that goal. Now, with your permission, I'd very much like to remain here for as long as is necessary to continue our work of rebuilding the ranks of the Jedi from this hallowed ground."
Starfall could sense that his former apprentice was indeed pleased to see him and he began to suspect that the rumors of Picas' alleged betrayal years prior were, in fact, just malicious rumors. Starfall also sensed that beyond Picas and, interestingly enough, the other Nautolan Jedi on the opposite side of the landing platform, the number of Jedi here was surprisingly low. However, the Force was still strong with Dantooine and the Enclave in particular; the Dark Side had not been able to gain any type of foothold on this world, which would make it an ideal place to begin training young Jedi once again.
"Picas, my friend. We have much to discuss. How have you been since last we spoke? And how have things been here on Dantooine? Have you, or any other Jedi, been able to take advantage of the Enclave's training facilities to help rebuild the Order?"

Picas straightened his white historian robes, and his smile seemed to take to take on a sorrowful aspect. "Stay as long as is necessary, Master. There is plenty of room, as there is only three of us here."
Picas paused, wondering how much he could tell, but he trusted his former master implicitly. "Life has been... interesting... in your absence, Master. To be honest I have not been long on Dantooine myself, but I found the Enclave abandoned. Most of the settled parts of the planet had been in the grip of some sort of militaristic faction, but luckily that seems to have died down now. We have had visits froms our Jedi cousins, but the Enclave has been a centre for our new world-view. I am of the opinion that the Jedi should give up their warrior role that they currently sport with so much vigor, and become servants of the Force. Those who agree with me are here in the Enclave. I have had visions of a battle, though, and am anxious about the futue."
He shook his head, ushering the venerable master into the Enclave itself. "You'll be pleased to know your quarters are still available! Have you heard from Master Holt? You're now looking at the Chronicler of the Enclave. I have completed my historian training. Would you like to meet Karrus and Wyt?"

Starfall could sense Picas's sincerity and was relieved. He felt ashamed that he had allowed the rumors of his Padawan's betrayal to get to him all those years ago. He suddenly realized that the visions that took him away from Dantooine in the first place were most certainly the will of the Force, meant to give him pause from the once-hectic affairs of Dantooine which had placed a lot of stress upon him, almost certainly clouding his judgment and possibly even reducing his ability to use the Force. But the time away in the Unknown Regions had done Starfall well; he was relaxed and felt more connected to the Force than he had in years.
"Thank you, Picas. It's good to be home again."
Looks Picas over briefly, then smiles.
"Historian, huh? That is fantastic, my friend. I'm sure the Archives here have served you well and, likewise, I'm sure you've done a commendable job updating and organizing them. I used to try cleaning them up myself, once upon a time, but the day-to-day operations of the Enclave made it exceptionally difficult to keep up. But the robes suit you well, Picas."
Starfall's smile fades as he thinks about Master Holt. Starfall hadn't had any contact with Holt, his dearest friend in the entire Galaxy, since his departure from Dantooine and had been about to ask Picas if he'd heard from him.
"Sadly, no. I was actually hoping you knew Master Holt's whereabouts. That is most unfortunate..."
Starfall's gaze drifts upwards momentarily, lost in thought, recalling all the good times he'd shared with his friend and former Padawan, Master Jess Holt.
"Picas, my friend, I would love to meet, Karrus and Wyt, was it? However, my journey back from Lao-mon was exceptionally long and trying and I'd very much like to take the evening to rest. Would it be possible to arrange a meeting tomorrow, after I've been able to get some sleep? Fortunately, this time, I don't anticipate leaving Dantooine for quite some time."
Starfall turns and motions to R3-T4 with a small nod of his head. The quirky R3 unit, the trusted personal droid of Master Starfall, let out a quick 'beep' and then ejected from its mounting socket and trundled over to Starfall's side.
"If you'll excuse me, my friend, I'm going to retire to my quarters. I don't know if they were maintained with the hope I'd return or simply as a function of so few Jedi passing through the system, but either way I greatly appreciate that they are available. I will find you in the morning so you can introduce me to the other Jedi here. Until tomorrow, my friend."
Bows low, then proceeds into the Enclave.
Starfall and T4 make their way through the halls of the Enclave to the dormitory level. Reaching the third doorway, Starfall paused, inhaled deeply, then pressed the button to open the door. Picas was right: Starfall's room was exactly as he'd left it. The Nautolan Jedi removed his cloak and hung it on the wall, then removed his boots before lying down on the bed mat on the floor along the south wall. As he closed his eyes, he smiled.
He was home.

Picas could not believe that his master was back in the Enclave, and his hopes rose at the thought of Master Holt joining them, too. Such an assortment of Jedi, their endeavours to understand the Force could only become more and more successful. "I am certain the Force will call to Master Holt, just as it has you. Of that, I have no doubt. And yes, we have Karrus and Wyt here at the Enclave. Wyt is from Glee Anselm, too. He hasn't been here long. I actually visited the Praxeum there not long ago, however it was abandoned. Wyt was its caretaker, and I convinced him to come with me. Karrus is, well, a long story. I'm sure you'll find out more from him as time goes on."
Picas left Rael at the main chamber - the one with the large tree in the centre - and headed right where Rael headed left. "Until tomorrow, Master."
Picas entered the council chamber with a large smile on his face. Karrus was busy practising his illusions, but he noticed Picas' presence immediately. They had been using the largest room in the Enclave as a training room in the absence of a council - something Picas was keen to keep going. A Jedi Council was not something they needed right now. "What are you smiling about?" Karrus said, allowing the illusion of a flower to fade out of existence.
"Master Rael Starfall has just returned! You remember him, right? I've talked about him before. My former master. The Force has brought him here, I'm sure."
Picas hugged Karrus tightly, feeling that life was finally going in the right direction.

After many, many hours Jedi Master Starfall awoke. It had been years since he'd had both the inner and outer peace required to sleep as long or as well. His journey in the Unknown Regions had been taxing on every level, testing his limits as a Jedi and ambassador of peace. The Nautolan slowly rose and began to dress, utilizing the fresh, clean robes that he'd left in his quarters years prior. As Starfall put his boots on, he contemplated his next move. While his most pressing concern was to meet with Picas to discuss everything that had occurred on Dantooine since his abrupt departure nearly 8 years earlier, he felt that Picas was very interested in introducing him to the two other Jedi on the planet. After a few moments, Starfall decided that there would be plenty of time to go over the recent history of events on Dantooine with his former Padawan and that it would be more enlightening to meet with the two Jedi who had taken residence on his beloved planet.
As Starfall stood to exit his quarters, he was hit with a feeling of unease. It was ambiguous and distant, but nevertheless unmistakeable as the Dark Side. He couldn't make much of it, as it was a fleeting experience, but the old Jedi Master was certain of one thing: There was a disturbance in the Force and it was spreading across the entire Galaxy...

Picas, Karrus and Wyt had also rested overnight. They were in the archive room, talking about what their plans were going forward. Picas was clear: "There is no need for a Jedi Council on Dantooine. The wider Jedi Order already has one, and it begins to compartmentalise the Jedi. Everyone in the Enclave has the same say in matters, and that is what counts."
Karrus nodded his agreement, but Wyt was of an alternative opinion. "If we need fast action, surely one body of concentrated authority will be able to act quicker than everyone?"
Picas shook his head. "That can also go against us. If a council decided not to act, when the majority thinks they should, it can create rifts. I only need point to the Jedi Civil War of the past to illustrate how badly that can end." Picas had a plethora of examples to use, being a Jedi Historian, to back up his points.
"But what if an enemy arrives, and we sit dithering instead of being decisive? Surely you have all felt the darkness growing in the galaxy?" Wyt continued, pressing his point.
"I understand you've got our best interests at heart, but it would cause more damage than good. Why don't we wait for Master Starfall to arrive. We should vote on the majority."
The other two Jedi agreed.

Master Starfall entered the Archive Room to find Picas, Karrus and Wyt. Starfall smiled at the sight of these three Jedi gathered in this most important of rooms.
Bows low to the other Jedi
"Greetings, friends. Sorry for the delay. It would seem that I was in need of much more rest than I'd originally believed. I hope I haven't kept you waiting."
Starfall could sense even the small amount of tension in the room. It was clear that he'd interrupted a conversation between the three men, one on which they hadn't all entirely come to an agreement. However, as he'd learned during his decades with the Order, this wasn't an uncommon occurrence when any number of Jedi were in the same room together for long enough. The great joy of the Jedi was that each was his or her own personality, with unique perspectives that shaped their outlooks and their opinions. It was their commitment to peace and justice, and to the Force, that was their eternal bond that overcame even the most heated of disagreements. Whatever the topic at hand, Starfall was sure a resolution would be found in short order. There would be plenty of time for that later. For now, Starfall was purely interested in getting to know the two newcomers to the Enclave --or was he the newcomer?-- and with speaking with his former Padawan about all that he'd missed during his absence from Dantooine.

It was the first time Karrus and Wyt had seen the Jedi Master up close, and the famous Nautolan smile left an impression. Picas bowed his head in greeting, as did Wyt and Karrus. "I hope you found your quarters satisfactory, Master Starfall?"
Picas turned to the other Jedi, introducing them. "This is Karrus Opin. He helped me in a very difficult time, and I am forever grateful." The Jedi Historian gestured to the male human Jedi with unkempt hair that had a gray line running through it. He smiled.
"It's wonderful to meet someone from Picas' past. I'd say welcome, but I think the term is welcome back!"
Picas then turned to Wyt, who was of the same species as Master Starfall. "This is Wyt, who arrived here not long before yourself."
The other Jedi, obviously a mechanic by trade, stepped forward and flashed the species-famous smile. "I don't know if you will recognise me, Master, but I was on the Praxeum at Glee Anselm and studied under the Jedi you left there. Picas came and found me when he reopened the Dantooine Enclave."
"We're a varied bunch, but I think that is important." Picas was about to ask Rael about his stance on having a council, but he sensed that it was not the right time to involve him in such an issue. He waited patiently for Rael to reply.

"Greetings Karrus and thank you. It is very good to be back in this place after such a long absence."
Starfall pivots to face Wyt, the Nautolan Jedi Starfall remembered from the landing platform. It wasn't often that Starfall encountered one of his own species outside of Glee Anselm, so he was most pleased by this unexpected turn of events.
"And greetings to you, Wyt. It's been a very long time, but I do recall you from the Praxeum. It's tough to forget another of one's own kind, especially given the rarity with which I've encountered a fellow Nautolan during my travels over the decades. It's a shame that the Praxeum had to be shut down, but I'm sure that in time we might be able to reopen it so as to have additional training facilities for younglings and older Padawan Learners."
Turns to face Picas.
"Picas, my friend, I cannot express my gratitude enough for the work you've done --the work you have all done-- in maintaining these facilities and keeping Dantooine a place of peace for all these years."

"That would indeed by ideal," Wyt agreed, moving away with an oil-stained washcloth. The Nautolan Jedi wasn't much for politics or deep, philosophical talk and went to find something that he could fix.
"It was all in service to the Force, Master. How did your mission fair? Was it the Lao-mon system?"

Starfall paused for a moment, lost in thought over the question Picas had asked. His journey to the Unknown Regions had been exceptionally trying, pushing the Nautolan Jedi Master to his limits physically, emotionally, and mentally. He never told anyone the reason for his trip to the Lao-mon System. Truth be told, he still wasn't entirely sure himself; it had been the result of a recurring vision he'd had in the months leading up to his abrupt departure, a calling through the Force. His dreams and visions showed what he recognized as Lao-mon, home of the shapeshifting Shi'ido species, and he could sense great pain and despair, though he couldn't identify its cause or source. What Starfall knew at the time was that the Force was calling to him as a result of the tumult on Lao-mon, and so he jumped into his personal fighter and joined what was then his flagship, the Venator-class Star Destroyer The Negotiator, in orbit above Dantooine. After informing the crew of the mission, Starfall's ship departed the system and he wasn't heard from again for nearly a decade.
"The mission went well. Well, as well as such a mission could be expected to go. I won't bother you with the details now, as those aren't prescient, suffice it to say that the Force called out to me and I did what I could to answer the call. I don't know that I anticipated that it would result in such a prolonged absence from Dantooine, but such is the way of the Force sometimes."

Picas sensed the reluctance to reveal the particulars, and respected Master Starfall's privacy on the matter. He nodded. "Well, if it is something you do ever wish to bore me with, I will be sure to update the archives. So, Master, do you have anything that you wish to do that I can help you with? Before your arrival we tended to use our free time to deepen our knowledge of the Force. The Force is becoming murky, Master. I'm not sure if you have felt it? I have looked back through the archives and it is a tell-tale sign that the Dark Side of the Force is becoming strong again. We Jedi are so few on Dantooine, it is.... worrying."

"I have felt a disturbance in the Force, my friend. It's been something elusive, something unlike anything I've felt before. It's fleeting, but when I feel it, I truly feel it, you know? It is certainly concerning as you are right that it is all but certainly the Dark Side of the Force rearing its head again. I would say that your collective decision to meditate and reflect, to strengthen your knowledge of the many aspects of the Force is a good use of the time and solitude afforded us by this world. With any luck, this mysterious threat will not bother itself with a planet as humble and remote as our Dantooine, but if it should, then we would be wise to be prepared."

The Kiffar Jedi Knight walked the hallways of the Dantooine Enclave, his dual sabers hanging from his waist, as he made his way to the command center. Kortos had been assigned to the Dantooine Enclave a couple of days before hand as a part of the reintegration of the Dantooine Jedi into the wider Jedi Order. It was a slow process, mostly due to the rising Imperial threat that had originated upon Muunilinst, and if the reports were true, was spreading across the Imperial Sector. As it was, the Imperials had at least spread as far as Garqi, which was a short trip away from Dantooine, and a big part of the reason Kortos had been assigned here. He was about to embark upon a scouting mission into Imperial Space to try and confirm such rumours, but those plans had been put on hold. The reason for the cancellation quickly became apparent as he entered the command center, where a handful of Jedi and Support personnel were running about frantically. Kortos stopped in front of the holo display, showing the Imperial Base, and markers indicating forces moving toward it. The Kiffar settled his gaze upon the human female Alliance Commander that was leaning over the map, as she looked up at him "Jedi Knight Vel, nice of you to join us..." Kortos smiled at the woman as his gaze rested on her a few moments longer, before studying the map "Always a pleasure Commander... It seems like we have a bit of a situation on our hands. What's happening?" The woman shook her head, before turning her gaze back to the map, pointing various parts out "Well, we had reports of meteor showers last night, damaging a number of infrastructure buildings and farms. Fire crews reacted to the calls to help, before Dark Troopers appeared from the crash sites and started marching towards the Imperial Base. We're still trying to confirm the reports and numbers of these forces, but your help would be welcome..." Dark Troopers, well that was something that Kortos had not expected, but if that was the case, then their Imperial friends were most certainly behind this attack. And if the Imperials had Dark Troopers, then the Jedi and Alliance forces could be in for a hell of a fight, and they were going to need some back up if that were the case "I'll take some scouts and go check it out. How about a kiss for good luck?" The female commander rolled her eyes, before making her way around the holo display, giving her hand a kiss, before lightly smacking Kortos' cheek "Come back soon cowboy" The Kiffar smirked at the Commander, before heading out of the command center, motioning to a pair of Alliance Scouts as he headed to the entrance courtyard. The trio mounted up on a swoop bike each, before taking off out of the Enclave, and headed towards the co-ordinates that the dark troopers were supposed to be at

Kortos looked on with terror as the swoop bike propelled him onward towards the Jedi Enclave, as the Imperial bombers took to the air. The fields and towns around him were engulfed in flames as the Imperials carried out a scorched earth operation. He could sense nothing but death all around him, as hundreds of lives were snuffed out by the falling bombs. The sheer level of destruction was on an entirely different scale to anything he had seen before. As he continued on towards the Enclave, he noticed the bombers that flew overhead, headed in the same direction he was.
The Jedi Enclave of Dantooine was a relatively small building in comparison to other Jedi Temples. It was dominated by three large fin like towers which were thrust up into the air for a circular base, which contained a ground floor, and subterranean level. A courtyard which faced the Khoonda Plains, the main approach to the Jedi Enclave, connected the North and East wings of the Enclave. To the south of the main building, was the Enclave's landing pad, which was a walled oval, which sported six small towers. But unlike its usual idyllic look, The enclave was currently partially converted into an Alliance outpost. A number of trenches had been excavated around the buildings perimeter, but the main focus of them had been along the courtyard. A handful of anti-air emplacements had been set up near the landing platform and around the perimeter, alongside a number of Heavy Repeating Blaster turret nests, with the main concentration of them within the courtyard. These defences were further augmented by several layers of monofilament razor wire, and a combination of HX2 Antipersonnel Mines and 3HX3 Repulsorlift Mines around the outer perimeter. The final defensive measure, was a shield generator that was located in the central courtyard of the main building, allowing it to cover the Enclave and the surrounding areas.
Beneath this all, in the subterranean level of the Jedi Enclave, was located the command center for the Alliance forces. Commander Sahiir was still standing over the holo display in the center of the room, as personnel hurried to and fro, updating various people as they did their best to react to the Intel provided by Knight Vel. Alarm klaxons soon sounded, as one of the scans detected several incoming bombers, causing the holo map to center on the base, with markers displaying the incoming ships. The shield generator was activated, as air raid sirens wound up, their wailing alerting the Alliance forces to the incoming attack. Gun crews were scattering to man the anti-air turrets, whilst the meagre garrison took positions in the trenches and manned the turret positions. The Imperials were coming, and the air raid was undoubtedly going to be their first wave. But Sahiir's concern was more for Kortos and the pair of scouts they had lost contact with, who had either been killed or captured. Knowing the Kiffar Jedi Knight as she did, Sahiir was pretty certain they had been killed if they had not escaped, since the Jedi Knight was not one to give up easily and the scouts he had chosen were cut from the same cloth, as the saying went. Either way, a small part of her did not think she would see any of them again, a fact she mourned very briefly, considering the relationship she had cultivated with the Jedi Knight. But she knew she had to focus on the battle to come, and so pushed aside her feelings for the time being, since there were still hundreds of lives that counted on her

Master Starfall was suddenly snapped out of his deep meditation by the sound of alarms blaring within the Enclave. He knew the Dark Side was growing across the Galaxy, but he did not expect trouble to find its way to Dantooine so soon after his return to the world. However, the Force was indeed a mysterious thing, calling him away from Dantooine years ago in order to help with turmoil in the Unknown Regions, then just as suddenly calling him back to Dantooine. Starfall, as he rose and began to make his way to the Enclave Command Center to --he hoped-- get briefed on what all the commotion was.

Even as Sahiir tried to push aside her personal feelings, she felt a malevolent gaze set upon herself. But whilst she was briefly aware of it, she was powerless to stop herself from succumbing to it. Even at the best of times, she would have had an uphill battle on her hands. But in the state she was, Sahiir fell before the weight that was pressed upon her mind. What had initially been a short period of mourning, was soon amplified, as she sunk into a depression. Never before had she felt as alone as she did in this moment, as the events leading to Kortos' death were replayed in her mind. Although she had not seen it happen herself, what she saw seemed as real as if it happened right before her eyes. The video feeds had caught enough of the Dark Troopers, that she could easily envision the events that followed. And each time the event played out, her heart broke a little more each time. How could she have let this happen? his mission had been to leave that morning and venture into Imperial Space. Instead, she had called his departure off and ordered him to check out the reports that had come in.
Why had she not just let him go as planned. He should have been on a transport hurtling through hyperspace right now, alive and safe. Instead, his body laid on some hillside near the Imperial Outpost, riddled with blasterbolts. It really was her fault that he was dead now, and nothing would ever bring him back. Sure, they had both known the risks they ran of falling in love, but Kortos had been the only person to ever get through to her, even in as short amount of time as they had spent together. He reminded her of why she fought, of what she fought for. But none of it mattered now. The relief she had felt about having a reason to not let him go off into enemy territory, was replaced was anger, hate, regret. She only wanted ot be with him, and only him. No one else mattered to her, as she continued to stare blankly into space. It was in that moment, that she felt herself lose the will to go on. How could she live, whilst he was dead. And it was then, that a small voice, deep within her mind spoke. There was one way she could be with Kortos once more. Not in this world, certainly, but the one beyond.
She knew she could not take her own life, not purposefully anyway. But what point was there in trying to resist the inevitable. The Imperial forces far out numbered their own, and their defences could only hold out for so long. The voice spoke to her once more, offering her an escape, in exchange for obedience. It took her only a moment to give in. She knew what had to be done, and she would not hesitate to do it. Sahiir made her way out of the command center, her head down. She wasted no time in making her way up to the central courtyard, which was devoid of any soldiers, since their defences were focused on the perimeter. Sahiir pulled free a pair of thermal detonators attached to her belt, and planted them on the generator. Setting their timers, she then made her way backdown to the command center, just as Master Starfall arrived to find out what was going on. But before she could brief him, the timers on the grenades hit zero. The Enclave shook slightly as the generator was blown up, the shield failing moments later. Emergency alarms sounded then, the lighting follow suit as they all turned red "Sit rep!" Sahiir was already aware of what had happened, but she knew she needed to play her part, if she wanted to succeed. Sensor techs quickly checked their screens, determining what was happening "The shield generator has been damaged ma'am, and we have several bombers in coming" That was why she had needed to lower the shield, to make way for the bombing run "Sound the alarms! We're in for a rough ride!" There was a group affirmative, before the air raid sirens were sounded. Gun crews scrambled to get ready, when suddenly, the bombers were atop them. The Anti-air guns managed to get off a few shots, but were quickly over whelmed by the bomber wings. Soldiers scrambled to find cover as the bomber waves passed over head and dropped their payloads. Sahiir felt a small sense of relief, as the Enclave started to have brief shakes at first, before all went black, as the bombs struck the Enclave proper.
Kortos meanwhile, was still racing back towards the Enclave. He could feel the presence of another, as their thoughts focused upon the Enclave. He had a bad feeling about what was going to happen. He barely reached the outskirts of the defences, when the shield generator went down, and the air raid sirens started up. He knew then, that it was too late, as the first wave of bombs fell from the sky. He jumped forth from his speeder, as one of them struck the ground just near to where he was. The speeder bike went up in a ball of flames, as Kortos was tossed across the ground. As he came to a stop, he blacked out for a moment

“What...” Medleyn had flown low, and discovered that her ship's transponders and clearance codes were configured, or at least, still accepted by the planetary officials. Either that, or they were simply too busy dealing with the beginnings of an all-out assault. She swept around carefully when she noted the city's defences, and observed with grim approval that these Rebels at the least cared for the people they protected, and were in the process of evacuation, which explained the sizeable traffic she had seen in the space lanes earlier. She had moved on then, when she saw the bombers beginning to pour out of the skies above her. They weren't going for the city, however, but for a building which had fin-like towers. A closer observation revealed to her why the bombers were making that building a priority: Jedi.
Her lips curled downward. While she felt bad for having to kill the Jedi who owned the starfighter she now commanded, she still had a disdain for them. But the Jedi and the Republic went hand-in-hand. In an effort to fulfil Tofhir's final wishes - and also keeping in mind that he was a Jedi himself - Medleyn pushed down her personal feelings for the Order and gunned her fighter forward, S-foils in attack position.
She saw a man in a swoop bike below, racing desperately towards the Jedi Enclave. The bombings began ahead of him, with one bomb dropping right on him. She was certain of his doom until she noted how he jumped away at the last second. She could still sense life in him, and the way he jumped told her he had to be a Jedi. What concerned the girl was how the bombers were able to penetrate the Enclave's defences. Didn't they have shielding? The bombs met with no resistance whatsoever, and she watched in horror as the Jedi and their allies were felled so quickly. Pursing her lips, she resolved to take action first. One last bomber was starting a run, and its path was directly in that of the unconscious Jedi's. He would be killed. Accelerating at maximum speed for the last leg, she opened fire on the ship. Her jammers were still working and keeping her off radar. Though a visual observation could still see her.
She was deliberately aiming to frighten the pilot away rather than outright destroy the bomber, because they were flying right over and around the Enclave. With their shields down, and if she damaged one enough to crash it, they would be as deadly as the bombs they carried, and do untold damage, to say nothing of the lives that would be lost. So she flew, alone amongst hostile fighters, firing wildly, scarring their ships with burns, but not destroying them for as long as they surrounded the Enclave. She couldn't take the risk. Also, being alone, she could not keep this up forever. Eventually, one of them would get her, and they likely wouldn't have the same restraint that she had. So she dodged, weaved, and rolled her away amongst them for a little while longer, hoping to buy time for the Jedi to mount a counter-attack. Then she was forced to pull away when her ship's shielding was threatening to break.
She opened a com channel to the Enclave below, and said what she thought Tofhir would have said at a time like this, :: ...May the Force be with you... ::
A few more blaster shots sent her away from there, and she made a line for the city that she saw earlier.

The bombing run was relentless as squadron upon squadron pounded the Enclave and its surrounding areas with many pounds of explosive ordnance. Smoke became thick over the sky and fires raged uncontrollably. Yet as the final wave was completed and the Imperials left the heavily damaged Enclave, there would be no respite for the Jedi. For the buzz of bombers was shortly replaced by the droning hums of incoming gunships and barges. Through the smoke, swarms of troop carriers, vehicle barges and a variety of support craft roared across the blasted fields with swift repulsor vehicles training along the ground.
A full ten thousand Stormtroopers were deployed by Army Group B to strike at the heart of the Jedi presence on Dantooine. They were commanded by General Caalin, a Bastion-born Imperial, who had become a respected officer during the Unknown Region campaigns. His most notable contributions was commanding the southern thrust into Chiss Space, earning medals for his tactics on the surfaces of several Chiss-controlled planets. His expertise and relative cooperation with the Knights of Ren was why he was chosen to command Army Group B, especially since those Ren who were already on Dantooine were assigned to his formation.
Caalin arrived on a gunship, along with Derel and Soku Ren, the only two of their organization on the surface presently. The Bastion native was a middle-aged male with a bald head, stern features and mechanical replacement that once was where his ear was. A man of average height, he cut an impressive figure nonetheless. The General disembarked alongside a squad of Stormtroopers where the artillery emplacements were being set up. The first wave of Stormtroopers, numbering only a few thousand, had already begun their advance upon the Enclave, supported by AT-STs, repulsor tanks and other armored vehicles. He surveyed the landscape for a moment before pulling out a pair of binoculars to look farther away at the scarred Enclave.
=Caalin= Seems you get all the fun of dispatching these Jedi, Soku and Derel Ren. At least save some for my troopers to kill alright? They need the experience.
His examination of the terrain was interrupted by an oncoming trio of gunships. They landed near where the General and Ren were, but close enough to evidently see their cargo. The ramps lowered, revealing a small company of Dark Troopers; 5 Phase IIIs, 10 Phase IIs and 20 Phase Is. They formed up nearby and went into standby mode for now. Caalin gestures to them before looking at Soku.
=Caalin= General Delvardus thought you could use the extra firepower for your company when you breach the Jedi Enclave.
