Hey, I am Ex, a new player who just tumbled across this site.
I'd be primarily interested in playing an Imperial character, and would like to get in contact with individuals who would like to play with such a character.
I'd prefer a non-force user, but I am pretty flexible. My current character concept that I would most like to play is a low-ranking naval officer, but I am quite open to playing other sorts of characters as well. My character doesn't need to be the primary interest of the story he is in, I can very well play a subordinate of a Sith or the Imperial liaison of bunch of mercenaries etc. supporting roles.

Devon Harper Welcome to JvS. Old player here with new character who recently signed on with the First Order. I'm currently the only low ranking army officer, so maybe having a naval officer colleague would be cool eh?

Welcome, Ex, to JvS! As Victarion Fel mentioned, there are several nations that would work with your character concept: - The First Order - The Solenbaran Diarchy - The Resurgent Sith Conclave - The Quarren Dominion - The Blackguard Imperium - The Dark Jedi Order The first two are Imperial nations (new vs old kinds of Imperialism). The First Order is the largest nation on the forum and is viewed as the resurgent empire given its proven record and controlling Coruscant. Diarchy, focused off in Corporate Space, is a continuation of the Old Empire. A warlord nation as of right now. You got yourself a cadre of Dark Jedi, some new warships, Stormtroopers Corps looking like the Old Empire kind, etc. The last four are Dark Side nations. Conclave and Imperium are more Sith, Quarren Dominion is more... Dark Side aligned (Sorcerers of Rhand influences mixed with Lovecraftian Cthulhu worship). Then you got the Dark Jedi Order, focused around Ambria. Of those, I lead the First Order as this profile and lead the Conclave as my Sith, Malvus. Diarchy is led by the dual leadership of Grand Inquisitor Zariel and Atash S. Torkan Quarren Dominion falls under Prophet C'thyl Black Imperium is the domain of Viox Savage and @supremeleader Dark Jedi Order is the nation belonging to @mariahshadows Any one of those would probably love a good naval character.

Welcome to the fold. We have two imperial factions currently existing on JvS with one being the First Order under Nicademus Delvardus IV , which is not only the largest Imperial faction, but also contains most Legends elements from the Imperial Remnants after Endor including the Fel Empire, being a major power in JvS with around 1/3 of the galaxy under it's controll. It's a more mixed Imperial faction with a non-force Emperor at the moment and his guards being mostly neutral-alligned force users, the Imperial Knights and the Knights of Ren (who sorta represent balance by having minor shifts within the force towards the light/dark side from what I understood - the players of these orders can probably explain this better to you than me). Although we have different players within the FO with mixed agendas, the overall motives of the First Order sorta go into the doctrines of the Legends Fel Empire, mixed with the technology of the Canon First Order. Definitly more reasonable guys than the actual Galactic Empire, but there's still some bad guys within their ranks and they nontheless think as themselves as the ones, who bring order towards the galaxy. At the same time we also have the Solenbaran Diarchy, which is coordinated by Grand Inquisitor Zariel and Atash S. Torkan , who sorta represent their Imperial Remnant faction. This one is pretty much an Imperial Remnant, that wants to bring back the old Galactic Empire (under Palpatine) with an Inquisitor controlling the darkside church of their faith, wheras the High Moff Diarch focuses on the more economical questions with both sharing controll over certain military departments. The Diarchy Navy offers quite some nice players from what I know, so if you fancy a more old-fashioned Empire, the Diarchy is definitly not the worst choice for you. edit: Nic was faster this time. Also thanks for mentioning the QD as an option, just thought to advertise the actual Imperial factions, even though the Quarren Dominion has adapted some methods of the Imperials for their own military forces. If there are any questions, I'll gladly answer them, given that C'Thyl is a secondary account of mine.

Welcome on behalf of the Blackguard Imperium. As Nic said the Imperium are more Sith based then anything, however I do want to try and branch out and make it feel more like the Sith Empire from The Old Republic game. I do know that the few naval non force writers we have, are currently absent. So we would welcome you with open arms. If you want to know more about the Imperium ask myself or our leader Viox Savage. Plus we have cookies

On behalf of the Dark Jedi, welcome to the wondrous world of Jedi vs Sith Devon Harper. Although you seem like you know where you want to make your start, don't hesitate to ask around if you have any questions. You're in good hands between Nic, Jenia, and the rest of the First Order crew, though! If you want to know more about the order or the Dark Jedi, feel free to reach out to me at any time.
