Description:
A delicate blend of speed, maneuverability, and defensive shielding, the Corellian Tracer was the product of years of careful engineering refinement by Jedi shipbuilders Alex Carter and Tagert Hunt, in concert with the Corellian Engineering Corporation. Their handiwork eventually made the Corellian Tracer the fighter of choice for the Corellian Jedi's Berzerk Squadron, and later, some members of the Sandpanther Squadron. This preference arose because the Tracer packs heavy firepower, but it still has enough speed to hold its own in a dog fight, or defend itself between strafing runs on an enemy target.
The body of the Corellian Tracer resembles the X-wing, but with a solitary, downward-curving, and stationary S-foil on each side. Designed as the backbone of the Five Worlds' starfighter corps, the Tracer was envisioned to preform either in a lone squadron, or as the primary starfighter screen for a fleet of capital ship.

(2) Proton torpedo tubes (embedded in the nose/body, 3 heavy proton torpedoes each)
