Consular-class Cruiser (Charger c70 Retrofit)Ship Class: Frigate Ship Role: Diplomatic Ship/Frigate(Refit) Ship Length: 138.55 meters Agility (A): 3 Defensive (D): 3 Offensive (O): 4 Speed (S): 4 Special Gear: 0 Description:The Consular-class cruiser (Charger c70 retrofit), or the Republic frigate, was a model of retrofitted Consular-class cruiser that turned the ships into small frigates. Corellian Engineering Corporation created this for Supreme Chancellor Palpatine during the early part of the Clone Wars. Unlike earlier models, they were not painted entirely in red, but instead bore an emblem of the Open Circle Fleet. The Consulars were armed with five twin turbolaser cannons, each mounted on the opposing side of the center fuselage and one on the stern behind the sensor and communications array. The class also had a double laser turret on the top of the bow. A smaller sensor and communications array than on the peacetime vessels was featured, and the vessels were staffed by clone pilots and officers in total of a nine-man crew. The warship also featured a modular bow pod, including the original salon pod, a command pod, or boarding pods. It was equipped with a class 1.5 hyperdrive. The Consulars were equipped with medical suites complete with a 2-1B-series medical droid. The weapons-system had a targeting screen of Corellian design, similar to the one on the AG-2G quad laser cannon, an orange-against-red grid. The bow-mounted double laser cannon was replaced by a turreted twin heavy ion cannon by the time of the Galactic Civil War. They also carried up to twenty troops.

I do not think this would be above average Offense, Agility, or Speed. The weapons count feels low, and nothing n the Clone Wars shows me that it is extra fast or agile. Nothing in Wookie leads that direction either.

Looking between the canon and legends article, the canon states that is can reach 1,200 kph, which to me seems fast for a like that. It may not be legends, but it is still a mentioned on a canon soruce we use and doesn't seem to contradict itself between articles. As for agility, I would disagree. Watching it in the Clone Wars, especially the first episode is what makes me believe it is a fairly agile craft. While not completely as agile as a starfighter dodging enemy fire, I feel its actions avoiding enemy fire was comparable.
I put offense at 4 due to it carrying a larger loadout than the CR90 which is set at a 3. Its not much higher so at best it would barely cross the line in my eyes. However, if the DO agrees it should be dropped, I'll put it at a 3

I would agree on the offense stat cause there is a significant difference between this and the original Consular.
The Charger retrofit could carry 5 twin turbos and 2 point defense laser cannons compared to the refit of the Consular which was just 4 turbos and 2 missile launchers. For a frigate of its size, definitely a 4. As for the speed, I do agree with it also being a 4, but maybe a 3. Either or works for me.

Most ratings for 3 at a ship this size is around 800-1000 kph, if I recall correctly. After all, it would be faster than the average starfighter.
If anything, I can see the agility coming down to 3 if really needed.

I believe it had served as an alternative to blockade running.

Yeah, a drop to 3 on Agility would be a good way to go. Speed wise, a Diamond-class Cruiser is 1,450 km/h with a Speed of 4. So... 4 would work.
