Once more, I have returned Whills with a request involving the planets of our lovely galaxy. When I was going through posts and examining where I needed to reply, I noticed the planet Ison in the Western Outer Rim. Didn't know much about it so I went searching around. There I found... it was a barren and desolate planet that, apparently, has large nebula wisps making it hard to travel to and from. Beyond that, there isn't much significance to it. Rebels used it to minimalize the approach of Imperial forces to Hoth, but that seems about it. Given this lack of role and significance, I feel Ison is similar to when I asked that Aaghra be archived because of it was a "moonless world of molten rock". Ison seems to have a similarity given that it has no gravity nor atmosphere. As such, I believe Ison should be archived and a more significant world replace it. In my views, a good replacement may be bringing Sluis Van shipyards, which was once a part of our subforums back in 1.5 and I believe early 2.0 (?). Alternatively, I have a small list of new and old worlds that could work too. Old WorldsRattatak - ??? Sluis Van - shipyard New SuggestionsRothana - home of Rothana HeavyWorks Christophsis - Major Clone Wars battle location, highly developed world Elrood - major trading hub Praesitlyn - home of the important Intergalactic Communication Hub and major clone wars battle Kesh (*) - major Sith world *Kesh sits right off the edge of the Kathol sector that is at the end of the Triton Trade Route, a continuation of the Rimma Trade Route, so I would count it despite it being labeled Wild Space area. But that's just my view on things. Thank you for your time, Nicademus Delvardus

Another interesting world could be Cato Neimoidia perhaps, given it's unique bridge-like aesthetics over a large jungle-like area and it being visually shown within Episode 3 as well.
I can however also reason Sluis Van, Rothana and Kesh being also interesting choices due to the lore tied to these places and the shipyard capacities on some of these worlds.

As much as Cato Neimoidia would be interesting to add in, this is proposal only addresses the replacement of a Western Outer Rim planet with another of the same region. Would be better to replace the insignificant Ison with something more pertinent to the that part of the Outer Rim.

Ah, reasonable. I overread that part of the request, my bad. ^^'

This will be brought up with the rest of the Council. A decision likely won't be reached until after the holidays regarding this and some other projects we have pending, but know that we are looking this and discussing it.
I'll leave this thread up for a few more days before archiving it, to make sure everyone interested sees this.
