-Hodasal-Class Bulk Freighter- Ship Class: Corvette Ship Role: Transport Ship Length: 250m Agility (A): 5 Defensive (D): 1 Offensive (O): 1 Speed (S): 5 Special Gear: 1 Advanced Jamming Gear Description:Up to 6 starfighters and 50 troops Equipment- Hyperdrive
- Repulsorlift Arrays
- Sensor and communications suite
- Sublight Engines
- Vectored Thruster Arrays
A Mandalorian design, derived and constructed from the wreckage of several dozen Yevethan-built Aramadia-class Thrustships, the 'podship' has been stripped down to the bare frame, and completely rebuilt to purpose as a large cargo transport. A sphere of this size has a volume of over eight million cubic meters.
Even with the arrangement of thrusters and engines which make it one of the fastest and most agile ships of its class, the Hodasal-class has plenty of room for cargo and passengers. The skin of the vessel and the engine block are able to rotate around the spherical frame, giving the ship its magnificent agility. Thrusters around the sphere aid in rotation, as well as being able to assist with planetary landings. When landed, the sphere can open like a flower, allowing for fast access to the interior.
Such flexibility and utility comes at a cost, as the ship has no shields, and a rather thin outer hull. Though quick and agile, it is not a combat vessel, unarmed, and rather unprotected. The only form of protection comes in the form of a powerful jamming array, with emitters scattered all over the outer skin, making targeting the unarmed and unshielded ship a difficult prospect, and giving the crew some chance of surviving combat situations.

Just remember that even though the capacity for the starfighters is set at 12, the rules state a corvette can have a max of 6 starfighters but can be upgraded to a max of 12, through extra point spent, if the specs show that it can hold that. Just making that note now!
I do have an issue with how much it can carry though. A ship of 300 meters, the Star Galleon, can only hold 100,000 metric tons. I don’t think that, even with a sphere shape, it can carry 8 million metric tons. I can't find a canon ship that can remotely carry even over a million metric tons. Closest was the Eclipse-class at 600,000 and that's gargantuan compared to this vessel.

Obviously even with that much space, a lot will be taken up by ship structure and systems. The actual usable cargo space would be far less.

Ah! Now I see where I misread. Other than that, looks good!

Apologizes in advance, things were recently a bit busy on my side and I got the time now for a proper review. Seeing so far no larger issue on this one, so it would recieve my approval as well.
