Proboards is currently having ongoing issues, specifically regarding a 1015 error that is happening at random times.
If you are redirected to a page saying that you have been banned or rate limited with an Error 1015 screen, this is the reason why. The only thing that can be done is to try and refresh the page in a few moments and it should re-load properly.
