Welcome back, kinsman! Anything you wanna do in particular? Oya, Aliit'alor! Thanks for the welcome back. I'm looking to get into what Vhett's do best. Being the most feared bounty hunters and mercs, possible.

Well, we got more than that for sure! The Mandalorian Assembly is more a confederation than the Empire before, but we still follow the Supercommando Code and ensure our services go to the highest bidders! For the sake of individual wealth or, at times, for greater prosperity of clan and assembly! Currently, Galaar is, as you said, Aliit'ator, but also Legate of the MDC, the Mandalorian Defense Corps, which is the standing military of the Assembly, serving as a physical sign of unity among the clans. We do have an ongoing conflict, details here. Fighting has started on Obroa-skai. Otherwise, you can always see if the Jedi, the Imperials, the Sith, and anyone else want your services.

I've read the bullet points for the conflict and will jump in soon enough, I've been looking into the rules for making this guy a cyborg. Long story short: he was made a cyborg against his will (like Grievous but only about 75% ) and sought vengeance and justice. Hence, the black and gold armor. I'm just trying to find out the proper rules for cybernetics. Once I get those, I'll be showing up wherever A'liit Vhett needs me. After that, I'll branch out to the others.

Hmmm cyborg huh? Shouldn't be too hard to create him as such. Perhaps, maybe, better to say he could potentially be a Darth Vader without the Force? Grevious is a good example, but yeah, he was 99% cyborg. You are always welcomed to start off at Concord Dawn to get your feet wet with the clan again or just jump over at Obroa-skai.

Given that the bad guys in this scenario have a lot of robots and cyborgs, it would be interesting to see how a cyborg on the good guys side deals with that.

That's the kind of bias and stigma that would have to be overcome by my character when found out about IC. But that was the thought process all together.

Long time Kaine. Got my start on 1.5 with the help of the cuke loving Carni. Man you are from far back. Unfortunately, I don't recognize your name. My only interaction with Mandos was with Cassus Fett, my blood brother from back when. That was... 1.0, ages upon ages ago. Hell, our Vilebroth enemy is written by Dragus. I reached to him and figured he could use some good old dark side fun on the Mandalorians. A plague here, a spark of war there, lighting a fire under the clans haha! Yeah, I'd say that Vader without the Force is a much better image for your intentions compared to Grevious.

I first started with the DJO. Back with Willy, Ev, and Rhea. Didn't start writing Mando's until after Cassus retired. Yeah, I guess I should have led with the Vader reference, but in the spirit of Grievous with using Force-sensitive blood to keep him alive for the process. Maybe even a little Sith Alchemy (Just toying with that notion).

We got a new DJO around, but it isn't like the old one. The writer of former leader, Ifrit, now... Zaya, has been doing his best to keep the idea running. They are centered on Ambria. I played more a Mando recently; once was the Mando-Sith Valstrol Horica and I divided him, eventually, into the Sith Malvus (formerly named Valstrol) and the Mando Galaar Fett.
Sith alchemy could be interesting for how the metal is fused together into the suit.

I figured the new one wasn't like that. I think I'll dust off my other darksider and have him join the new DJO. Once I get my footing back with this guy. Seems like my idea wasn't bad about my creation specs so I'll run it by you guys. He has his limbs made out of beskar, they were another metal at first. But after returning to Concord Dawn, had them refashioned by a smith. His spine and nervous system are reinforced/enhanced as is his rib cage being reinforced and everything held together with Sith Alchemy and Force sensitive blood transfusions. The only clan members who know this IC would be the Clan smith and Galaar. Oh and to keep is dialed back, I'm going to say his limbs operate at about 75-85% capacity to keep him from being OPed.

Well, you are in luck about a beskar smith. Galaar was trained by Plu Ordinii according to his lore. I talked it over with Plu when he came back momentarily. So Galaar is a beskar smith as well as Aliit'alor of the Fetts. So, could be that he helped fashion the metal that would encase his limbs initially. And at least the midi-chlorian blood is proven to work, although it doesn't seem to give the Force, which wasn't your intention anyways.
Plus, as you said, while his armor is stronger than the average skin, Phrik and Beskar can be worn down over time. Just means that, likely, Trojan needs some maintenance with a capable smith or the original one who helped shape some of the original limbs. I'd say this should work out just fine! Could also always message a Whill and double check with them if need be.
I suspect that my friend over at the DJO will be happy to hear this! Otherwise, I do run the First Order as Nicademus Delvardus and we got Knights of Ren as well as, in the future, an Inquisition sub-organization that will be reformed. Beyond that, you got a whole forums worth of people to write with!

This works out really well. The plans or rather their template for the cybernetic build would probably be with Galaart after Trojan killed the evil freak that did that to him. I'm going to put the finishing touches on this guy and then hopefully post shortly there after.
I figured you can't go wrong with what has been proven to work in canon. At least in theory. Trojan would be Force sensitive, but anyone knows that when you lose your body parts, your connection to the Force is diminished greatly like Vader's was.

Finished with the bio, where would Galaar like for him to show up?
