The second level offers accommodations for the Dark Jedi Order's militia forces, including barracks and ample storage for both personal belongings and weaponry. Encompassed by the dark pillars, a war room and briefing room dominate the central ward.

Despite the change in leadership of the Dark Jedi Order, Brutus Terrano had been retained in his position as Tribune of the Fallen Corps. A group which now reported to the Fallen Empress, whilst still retaining their old livery. Given his continued service, Brutus had turned his focus onto overseeing the recruitment and training of new soldiers, whilst also ensuring the continued combat readiness of those serving in the Corps. Those that were not good enough were traded off to the Ambria Defense Corp to ensure his soldiers were at the top of their game
