Imperial Strategic Command Built as the centerpiece of renewed Imperial authority, during the reconstruction of Muunilinst, the Imperial Strategic Command served as the focus of the militaristic governance that was the First Order in its early years. Prior to the recapture of Coruscant, Muunilinst had been the nucleus of what would become a renewed Galactic Empire. As such, during the rebuilding of a planet, wounded by a fierce Mandalorian raid, Nicademus Delvardus, then Supreme Commander of the Imperial Military, gathered together the necessary minds to build an imposing structure that would be a physical manifestation of their resurging power. From many days and weeks of planning, the ISC was born.
After the moving of the capital, though it lost its political prominence, the Imperial Strategic Command still served as a major hub for commanding the region once known as the Oversector Outer and, later, the Imperial Sector under Pellaeon and the succeeding Fel dynasty. The sectors surrounding Muunilinst were once the core of the First Order's industries and manpower given the presence of worlds like Bastion, Yaga Minor, Agamar, and Mygeeto. It has served as an office, from time to time, for high-ranking Imperial officers such as Grand Admiral Kasalle, Grand Marshal Zahn, and Director Piett when the time was necessitated. As such, ISC is where orders for Outer Rim deployments, both Army and Navy, tend to be funneled through from High Command on Coruscant.
Within its massive structure are some key facilities, such as a wing dedicated to the training of Stormtroopers, a division of Imperial Intelligence which operates from its halls, a department for officers of Army and Navy designations, a number of rooms with state-of-the-art technology for planning and strategic discussions, even a tower that is utilized, on occasion, by the Imperial Knights. It is both a fortress and a marvel dedicated to the future of the Imperialist cause.

Belle Époque CabalVice Admiral Myria Horne was a woman in her mid 60's whom had served the Empire in one incarnation or another for countless years. Her career with each Imperial Nation had taken different forms, but much of her life had been spent progressing through the Navy. But such progress had suddenly hit a stone wall under the rule of the First Order. What had seemed like a promising career rising toward the rank of Grand Admiral had suddenly hit a dead end as a Vice Admiral stationed on Muunilinst. Whilst not a particularly bad posting, it did feel a little insulting to Myria, given the amount of years she had given in service, only to be sequestered away out of sight and passed over for promotion.
The frontier territories of the Unknown Regions were dull and provided little chance for her to show off her skill. All the while she was made to sit within the long shadow cast by Grand Admiral Kaselle, a title which she should have held long ago. But the Emperor's neo-imperialism had forced her to suffer the insult of watching younger, far more inexperienced officers rising through the ranks above her. But she had little recourse to correct such mistakes.
It was in that moment that the comm link sitting upon her desk started blinking with a red light. Something that indicated that se had an incoming call.
There was, however, one course of action she could pursue. One that posed a great deal of risk. But one that, if successful, would prove incredibly successful. She would just need to put her own life and career on the line to gather about her allies that se could trust. He had promised her support and knowledge that would guarantee success. All she need do is ask for his help.
She reached over and activated the privacy screens, before answering the call. A hooded figure appeared in the air above the desk, his face masked by shadowsVice Admiral... I trust your new orders have come through?Myria glanced at her datapad, the new deployment orders fresh on the screen with where her ships were to goThey just arrived. You are incredibly well informed... It would appear our border defences are being reinforced. Does the Emperor anticipate a surprise attack? The hooded figure remained silent for a moment, mulling over his response perhaps?I do not believe it is the Emperor himself giving such orders Vice Admiral... My position within Imperial Intelligence grants me a great deal of access, but even I do not have unrestricted freedom. However... it is not hard to infer certain outcomes based on what is available... The time is drawing close at hand in which a decision needs to be made...That begs the question, Warden, just how good your support would be if I did decide to move forward... As you have admitted, even you are bound by certain limitations...She spoke his codename with emphasis, it being the only name he had ever given her. She was tempted by his offer, and if indeed his suggestion was accurate that Emperor Nicademus' time was coming to an end, then now was the opportune time to make a move. Soon one of those crazed Force Users would sit the throne, and their dogmatic wars would lead to the complete ruin of the Empire. But Warden needed to reassure Myria before she would be willing to commit completelyDo not doubt my resolve Vice Admiral. Limited I may be, but even that is more than enough support to ensure success. Emperor Delvardus was a strong ruler and built this Empire to greatness. But even a giant such as he could not be blamed for not being perfect... Those Temptresses and their wily charms were bound to seduce and lead him astray. But hope is not lost yet... You know this to be true. One untainted by zealotry may yet sit the Throne, and you would be there by his side as a grateful Empire kneels before you. You're the only one who could do this... I came to you Vice Admiral Horne, because it should be Grand Admiral Horne... or, perhaps, Empress Myria Delvardus...She sat in silence as Warden spoke, echoing sentiments she had held about Nicademus' choice in wives. But his last words caught her in the chest hard. Empress Myria Delvardus? Yes, that did have quite the ring to it. Certainly not an impossible task to convince Baltasar of her worthiness to sit beside him... If Silas had held any doubts about Myria's commitment to the cause, the look of lust that crossed her gaze in that moment assured him he should worry no longer. The Obsidian Order had proved an invaluable tool and source of knowledge. Servants were barely given any second thought and could overhear a great deal many musings. Especially those between friends. And he was more than happy to leverage that information to his fullest capabilitiesVery well Warden. Consider this plan in action. I will gather together my allies, you just make sure to hold up your end of the bargain. Once this is all done, I'll make sure you receive a nice promotion to Director...The call cut off, Myria would no doubt be reaching out promptly to those loyal to her, or those whom she could risk trusting to build her confederation. And 'Warden' would be sitting there in the shadows, ready to whisper counsel to the aspiring Empress t pursue her goals

Belle Époque CabalThe Vice Admiral swept through the hallways of the Strategic Command Centre, her cloak billowing behind her as she arrived to the office of an old friend. She gave a knock on the door before letting herself in. Brigadier General Gar Killian turned from the display he was studying, showing where his troops were to be redeployedI had a feeling you would be paying me a visit soon....Gar... You're my oldest friend, we went through the academy together and have been friends even as we chose different paths through the military... We helped build this Empire!I am aware of that Myria, but this... Even you were hesitant...That was before... The Emperor is not long for this world Gar. And soon the throne will pass to his first Son... To that... Imperial Knight... That... Thing! History has shown us the folly of letting a Force User rule an Empire... Their religious dogma blinds them! Their so called power, it makes them arrogant. We cannot allow any child of Nicademus sit the Throne. They've been corrupted. But his brother? Baltasar is a Delvardus, he can sit the Throne, untainted by the Force and strong enough that he has not been seduced by one of those harlots... We can claim our rightful places and ranks, and the Empire will be guided into a better future...Myria swept across the room, and stood close to Gar, her right hand extending out toward her friendWe can do this Gar... Together we can convince others and sweep aside those children. If enough of us rebuke the Prince, he will have no choice but to step aside...And if he doesn't? What of the Imperial Knights and the Knights of Ren?We'll have the Imperial Military behind us. We'll purge them, just as the Jedi were back before the Empire was first formed. They're religious fanatics, the lot of them...Gar brought his hand up to stroke his chin, taking a moment to consider the proposition. It was a risky plan, and carried rather serious consequences if they failed. But if they succeeded... Well... The Empire would be put upon the right path again, and was that not worth the risk?Very well Myria... You can count me in...He extended his free hand out, taking Myria's own hand and shaking it to seal the pact

OPERATION: Overshadow
Muunilinst, the former capital world of the First Order, was one of the perfect worlds for Overshadow to be put into effect. While the number of allies to the Ren here were significantly fewer than most other worlds, it meant their absence would be more keenly felt. As with Kuat, third parties were brought in to handle many of the executions

Due to the preliminary investigations into Moff Horne and her cabal of traitors, actions were carried out at Imperial Strategic Command as strings were found attached to various personnel. Arrests were made as the royalists made landfall on Prakith, but all suspected that not all were captured and likely some would get away. In total, eleven were detained by Imperial Stormtroopers. All of them were of the officer corps, but only two were ranked close enough to be Generals, yet had a good following of personnel due to their stations. These eleven were deported to be interrogated on Bastion. A vigilant eye was kept, considering the work and efforts of the Grand Marshal, and Acting Supreme Commander, Thomas Zahn. Even a detachment of the 501st Legion was dispatched to ensure security and a dominating presence towards those that could be hiding in plain sight. This certainly did cause an air of tension, but work had to be done, so many were too busy to even murmur about who else could have fallen for the ploys and plots of Horne and her group.
