Starbolt type Harrower class DreadnoughtImage orignally from Star Wars Cutscenes Ship Class: Star Frigate Ship Role: Fleet Defense Ship Length: 890m Agility (A): 2 Defensive (D): 3 Offensive (O) 4 Speed: 3 Special Gear: 2 (Advanced Targeting Array, Troops) 2 Twin Long range heavy ion cannons (pulled from Munificent) 45 Triple Mount Heavy Plasma Torpedo launcher turrets 40 Mass Driver Flak Guns20 Quad Heavy Laser Cannons 48 Starfighters A modified Tingel Arm design Harrower class Dreadnought the ship looks more like a flattened Victory with a pointed closed nose, dispensing with the forward hanger bays, the ship sacrifices its carrier role for a more comprehensive armor scheme that also makes room for additional power generators and capacitors to sustain its power hungry weapons systems. This drops the onboard craft down to just 48 onboard craft instead of the usual 160 craft. This is traded away for the power hungry Plasma Torpedo turrets and long range heavy ion canon turrets. Its advanced targeting array assists when the ship is on its own, otherwise relying on scout craft and other vessels to feed needed telemetry to the ship for its guns to fire on while keeping the ship from radiating too much information to the enemy for their own guns. The ship is not without closer in defenses however, with the 40 flak guns being able to fire a variety of projectiles changing its need from a close fighter defense flak rounds to explosive proton warheads used against ships. Room is made for 7300 troops a Harrower class standard. - Image fixed and added in hyperlink for Flak Guns - Whill Sul

Just need to get that image linked through to display on the entry 🙂
Would you also be able to provide some clarification on your weapon loadout numbers? Not quite sure if the x2, x3, and x4 stuff is meant to be dual, triple, and quad gun emplacement types or if that's the amount of guns grouped together per position?

It will link, but it won't display.
Yes, the x2 x3 x4 is the mountings.1x2 is 1 mount with two barrels 1x3 is a triple, etc.
A real world example would be like this. Iowa class 3x3 16" turrets 10x5" turrets 20x4 40mm turrets
As the Harrower is approved at 32 turbolaser batteries, defined by the Databank as having 6 barrels per battery, that equates to a lot more barrels. Though this one also gives up the 10 Concussion Missile Launchers, 10 Proton Torps, and also the other standard ion cannon batteries.

Might I recommend uploading the image to Imgur or ImgBB, Wookieepedia made a change to how images are hosted that doesn't allow external linking. Maybe swap out the x2, x3, and x4 for more descriptive wordings like Dual Long Range Heavy Ion Cannons or Heavy Quad Laser Cannons. It makes it a bit easier for the rest of us unfamiliar with that style of weapon listing to read and make sense of.

I just want to verify that, as a custom, this is meant to be a variant of the Harrower-class correct?

Alright, just so you know, as a rule, if a vessel is an upgrade of a canon/legends vessel (ex: Imperial III and Venator III), then it would be considered an Open Submission as in the whole universe can utilize it. I just wanted to make that clear before moving forward in case you planned for this to be a Closed Submission (i.e. only you and approved people can use it).

Thats fine.
I feel that if anyone ever encounters one and sees what a ship can do there is no reason they can't make it or integrate the concepts into their own design.

Just wanted to make that clear! Otherwise, we do have a limit with Mass Drive Cannons. I cannot believe I forgot to put this in our announcement area, but we had a discussion about Mass Drive Cannons and agreed that their usage would require a point in the Special Gear slot. They are never used in large numbers and are rarely used anyways. They are a power drain and not practical from what we understand in the lore. The relevant discussions happened here and here. We did suggest using deck cannons as an alternative, but it was changed to a more appropriate number nonetheless.

The deck gun is what I was going for, not a rail gun or hypervelocity gun. The deck gun was listed as being both a mass driver cannon with an ion cannon mounted on top of it. I was trying to distinguish between the two.
There isnt wording two distinguish something that is a low velocity version, as they both functionally work the same. The Confederacy ones used their own power cells just like a modern bullet and powder.
The amount was traded out weapon for weapon. Removing the 10 proton torpedo launchers, 10 Concussion missile launchers, 10 ion cannons, and 10 tractor beam emplacements.
I felt that having the deck gun with the attached ion cannon was too much firepower. They are just the deck gun minus the ion cannon. I can edit it to expressly call it out that way if you wish. Its for close in combat or anti-starfighter use, just as they are used on the Providence and Munificent classes.

Yep, those are good replacements. Those have been used in large quantities in other submissions.
One wording I am wondering about are these Plasma Torpedo Cannon Turrets. Wouldn't those be launchers instead?

Everything looks good... Oh! How many troops does it carry? Star Frigates can carry 400 troops before a point is needed. Since you put one there, the entry should include how many troops it carries.
