Beyond the 4 Turret-Mounted Cannons in 2 Fire-Linked Pairs that come with the "Core" ship, the Gunship Refit saw the addition of Gunwales. Along the upper surface of the wings, 40 Gunwales could deploy with Quad Laser Cannons. Another 40 Gunwales would deploy beneath the wings equipped with Dual Rocket Launchers.
Ammo storage and crew quarters were installed within the wings to account for the additional weapons.
