So on the old site, after the crash and backup restoration, some of our profiles (namely ones with apostrophes or special characters like "á") were rendered impossible to log into. Would it be possible for a Whill with access to the old site to be able to rename some accounts if we requested them, just so we could get into them and access information? Or would that cause any problems on the old server?
