Adi I believe your facts are confused seeing as you weren't the only one doing it.... But I digress, I would certainly sponsor Adi's elevation, although since I have zero authority outside of Corellia and J-TECH that really doesn't help you much. Haha

Right, alright. Yavin is scrapped. Where are the Jedi starting off now? My preliminary idea:
Let's move back on to Coruscant like we planned to do, easy and simple transition. Let's start by having a Master's conclave in the temple supposedly recapping the current state of the galaxy (which we can recap/remake/rehash at our convenience now).
Let's restart the branches role call, reassign those Watchmen who have returned, rerecruit the Investigators (which never showed up to be trained), lets rehash and recap the shared understanding of our rankings in our Order (who is what rank, who is up for promotion, and how do we assign Padawans, how much does a Padawan accomplish before becoming worthy of knighthood, etc.); we should also reassess how many Jedi enclaves/temples/academies we have and perhaps explore the ideas of consolidation. We don't know how many we have, how many are coming back and how many Mastets we have to go around.
And, ultimately, let's reopen communication to known to good collaboratively baddies.
Ready, set, thoughts.

The Watchmen (spoken with a slight presumption of Adi's intention; pardon the act, BJ) are working on reestablishing themselves; we'll report and all when ready. As far as Coruscant goes, that may or may not be our plan of attack just yet. Let Adi get back to you on that one.
From what I see, objectively, the Watch functions better as a unit slightly detached from the Order itself- a bit of freedom to move about, if you will. Get our hands duty. I know this sounds odd coming from me, but have a little faith. You shant regret it.

The Watchmen are already coming together. We are re-establishing ourselves with a little side-rp on Ryloth. As for Coruscant....I dont like one centralized planet....makes us too much of a target. A decentralized system is far more efficient and effective on JvS. If the Council wants to move to Coruscant, that is fine...but the Watch does seem to work better when we are our own entity, so to speak. We are solo guardians of sectors that come to the aid of those that need it when they need it.
Meetings, in my opinion, take far too long. Yes, get together here and there, but that seems to be all we have done for nearly a year, except for Ossus. No more meetings, please. The Jedi are more than that, and lately we have done little more than meet. Why not get out on the planets and do some GOOD? Just an idea.

While I'm with Adi on doing some good elsewhere, I think I'm going to pull a fast one and start out on Yavin IV only to get back into the grove of things.

The Coruscant move has always been the plan. And, as a Watchmen myself, I don't like the idea of being divorced. The purpose of the Watchment is to be the first line up to the Council. The Whistleblowers of the Order. It is a branch of the greater Order, forget you not. Having the Watch lead as a member of the Council, and have be there specific administrative duty-- that sounds like a great idea. Let The Watch Lead continue to be the main point of contact, but have them be a part of the Council.
Remember, brohems, the ultimate goal was to solidify the Order-- not splinter it further. But I understand the desire to work quickly and efficiently. Investigators work independently with, again, a central point of contact. Again, assign the head of this a Master on the Council; and have simple holocom reports to them-- this way, it would be extremely simple to have the seperate branches stay in contact-- delegate leadership to single Masters on the Council. Then the Council meets to discuss affairs. Boom. On Coruscant.
Yes, Coruscant. But I am not saying raze all the enclaves/academies, I know many of us are protective of our home terfs. But the simple fact remains: We have too many surfing around and not enough Jedi to staff them. Let's look at this idea with an open mind. Again, let's consider the idea of centralizing Headmaster control of fewer academies and enclaves into a single figure head that is on or directly reports to the academic affairs of the Order.

And I, too, am a man of action. But action without vision allows for Rogue behavior. We are an Order, gents. Full of alcoholics who don't want to be Jedi, but still. An Order.
And yea, I plan to meet up with Adi on Ryloth. . .or Honoghr. . .wherev the heck he is.

I disagree fundamentally with the concept of free reign to the Watch being a splintering of the Order. We're not saying not to centralize the Order on Coruscant, we're suggesting a healthy spread of resources because putting all of your eggs in one basket is just begging to have them smashed in one fell swoop.
Primarily, the Watchmen function as a form of "policing" the galaxy, and so, to not allow them to disperse- indeed, to sequester them all into one place and have them act out of that centralized base sort of defeats the purpose. Having them spread out into cells or teams gives the Order a more healthy network of security, intelligence, and the ability to have first responders on scene.
Having to wait for someone to be sent from Coruscant... not so great.

I never said everyone move to Coruscant. Just centralize back to it. As was discussed and decided on awhile ago. I am not telling everyone to move to Coruscant. Just have it be the heart of the Order.
