That damn site crash ruined everything for everyone...
I'm guessing M had a backup plan or something? We can probably still try to salvage some of this, after all.

We should at least take a roll call of who is here, seems that we're the only two from the project that are responding to this. I'll put together a list of everyone and try to reach out.

Ok I went through this thread and picked out all the names that I saw that seemed to be part of the Organization, some I know are part of the Perses Project, some I know aren't, and others I'm not sure. Excluding M, Hans, and myself these are the people I've come up with.
Perses Project
Neassa Or'dinni - A few IC posts, hasn't been online since May
Inferno - Several IC posts, last online about a week ago.
Kaldera - A few IC posts, last online in August.
Tanara Ajahn - Several posts, last online yesterday.
Benjamin McCreedy - No IC posts, one OOC post here, last online Jan 4
Synth - Several posts but I'm not sure how many for this storyline, but she has been online this month
Red - never came over from the old site
Trent Weston - No IC posts, online a few days ago
Gram Andor - 5 IC posts, hasn't been online since May
Siroun Dadurian - One IC post, hasn't been online since May.

Ty Loms - Pretty sure he's part of the Stars project.

Throw some people at Corulag, work with the Sons of the Empire and Imperial military elements there and throw off the yoke of the jedi and their republic servants Just a suggestion I will keep this in mind, however I feel it necessary to inform you that I no longer have vested interest in Corulag. The planet is 100% yours to keep, simply assume that the businesses that I had wanted were moved elsewhere. That damn site crash ruined everything for everyone... I do have a backup plan, however, I would like to know how everyone feels before revealing it. Needless to say I feel as though there will be some disappointing results to your roll call, however Isabelle and Hans I thank you both for your efforts. As for your list. I can clear up a few things. Fen is not associated with the Perses Project, Ty is the Director of the STARS, Clark is the leader of Team Alpha, and Fenrir has his own assignment. That only leaves Aherk, who was to be part of the Perses Project, but I think he has since lost interest. As much as I hate to say it I think it's time we threw in the towel on Neassa, Siroun, and Gram, and I was of the understanding that we had already done so with Red, honestly I'm surprised you remembered him. I also think it might be safe to say that Kaldera will not be joining us any longer so that leaves us with the following people aside from Isabelle and Hans: Inferno Tanara Ajahn Benjamin McCreedy Synth Trent Weston Of which Trent and Ben have yet to post in character and the last posts from the other three were as follows: Inferno on July 22nd, Tanara on August 3rd, and Synth on December 10th. Even Hans hasn't posted since October and Isabelle there was five months between your last two posts. Please don't take this the wrong way, I'm not scolding anyone, I'm simply pointing out that the momentum of this story is gone and has been for some time. I believe the best course of action is to recruit once again and start over from the beginning with a new mission as Isabelle put it earlier. To anyone who may have taken offense or found these words harsh I apologize, but something needs to be done. Unless anyone else has any alternative ideas. |

I'm terribly sorry about not having posted yet, I've been very busy of late and a little disillusioned...of course, not spending much time at home hasn't helped...and my laptop crashed a couple weeks ago, with all efforts to fix it failing...anyway.
I would like to continue being part of the Perses Project, however the IC reasons for my involvement and recruitment will have to be reexamined, as Tanara's primary loyalty remains with the Jedi Order, specifically the Jedi Shadows.
Posting this on both threads.

TMM, how's it going? I've just been watching the dates on your OOC thread here...was wondering how things were coming along on your "project"...
We spoke a long time ago. Back then, I was tangled up in three different story arcs and couldn't help. The idea of all this spoke to me, but, I didn't have the time to jump in at all. I'm still kind of strapped for time, but, I might eventually be able to get back into writing here. Was wondering if you're still moving forward with all of this? Let me know something, ok?

To anyone who did not wish to be tagged in this I would like to apologize, and I tried my best not to include anyone's alts but I read quickly through three threads and tagged everyone who I wasn't certain was an alt. All of you have at one point or another showed interest in being a part of the Organization or our storylines, which is why you are all tagged here today. I have been away for a while and I am just now finding out what many of you probably already know, that the leader of the Organization, The Mysterious Man, has gone on hiatus for an indeterminate amount of time. With that in mind I will be stepping up to continue his work with the Organization and take the lead until he returns. I am asking for any of you who are interested to join me in this venture and either continue to work along side us or possibly against us. I have very few plans or ideas to take this project as of now, I do know that the Perses Project will be put to rest until M returns and then he can decide what to do with it. I would like to continue the STARS program if there is enough interest, and I would like to start a new storyline for the entire group. The Organization will be less compartmentalized until M returns or until we grow to a big enough size to have the resources and people to support multiple RPs at once. To explain why I am in charge IC (if that is the case) I think the story should be that the Nexus (the Organization's HQ) came under attack (thanks to Trent for the idea) and M has gone missing IC. I don't know who would have attacked, perhaps the Sith because of the Perses Project, maybe even another intelligence organization, or just a well funded band of marauders that happened upon the HQ. I don't really care how it was done, the point is that it was done. From there I would like to take the ship that M designed for the Perses Project and make it a mobile HQ. As for the information contained in the Nexus, since there was no actual attack by PCs we can simply say that the information was backed up, sent to the Perses Project team, and the base was destroyed to prevent it from falling into the wrong hands. Is there anyone still interested in being a part of this group?

I'd be interested. The idea of an attack is a good one in my opinion, and to take it just a step further we could use it to explain why those of us that have started writing other places are not with those that haven't. We could say that some of us were separated from the others while escaping the attack, and that it took a bit to sort out who went where, and to contact them to let them know that the attack didn't entirely wipe out the Organization. Just an idea anyway.

I'm in, I think we should at least work out a timeline for everyone to be on the same page. "How long ago was the attack?" Will likely be a pretty common question from everyone here so that they can shape their stories around it. Also "who sold us out?" will probably be a good one that will lead us into a great storyline. There's a lot of potential for some amazing arcs here.

Whilst I would like to say I am in, a lot has come up IRL, and I cannot commit to anything long term with Fenrir. Basically once March rolls around, all RP will be taking the back burner as i concentrate on studies. However, i will likely drop by during the mid-year holidays, so I can do some small stuff then. Otherwise I will be having Fenrir remain on the edges, concentrating on the last mission TMM gave him (to bring Adrien and his crew into the fold) and attending to a personal matter (to explain my absence from RP)
