Sam, the Whill Council has discussed the issue of your permaban and whether or not to allow for your return to this new site. We are disinclinced to allow your request. A permaban is meant to be permanent, hence the name, and yours was due to serious and ongoing issues for which you were warned, but chose to ignore. And though there are (very) occasionally times when we may decide to rescind a permaban, your behaviour since your permaban has excluded you from this option. You have displayed a continual disregard for the moderators and other users of this site, and we see no reason to grant leniency. Your permaban stands, and we kindly ask that you do not visit the site again.
