Yvaine isn't surprised when her words don't prove to be an immediate salve for Rin's anger, their situation and the news of what is occurring throughout the Empire too fresh for any quick way to staunch the wounds that have been opened; her own concern for her family and frustration at being made a pawn just as Jin and Amaris have been make it hard for Yvaine to keep her own emotions in check, only her training and fervent resolve to find a way to escape from captivity so that her life cannot be used against her family keeping her from sinking into helpless despondency or blind rage.
Lifting a hand when Amaris apologizes for her father's actions, Yvaine tells her cousin almost angrily, her mounting frustration bleeding into her tone, "Don't apologize for something you had nothing to do with, and may not even have an accurate understanding of, 'Ris. You're being held here with us, what does that tell you? If this Horne is really working for your father, why are you here? For your safety? Bantha osik. Think! You wouldn't be kept with hostages, she raises her arms and shakes the stun cuffs, or placed in these if you were being kept safe. Someone is using you to make your father play a hand in a bigger game."
Lifting her hands when Jin joins the conversation, informing her and Amaris that Brock and Baltasar had been implicated in some conspiracy against the Ren and saying that she had come to Coruscant to try and stop war from breaking out only to be made into a pawn just like Amaris and Yvaine, and concluding by pointing out that Fifi would betray herself out of love for Jin, Yvaine admits with a frustrated scowl, "You're probably right, knowing better than most just how much her sister loves Jin, and then lifts a finger to keep Jin from interrupting before she has finished saying what she has to say, then points at the silent screens playing the holnews feeds as she asks, Don't you see? My uncles would never undermine Octavian by going against the Ren. The Ren have been the Empire's strongest allies from the beginning. Whoever is behind, she waves a hand contemptuously at the screens, all of this know that, which is why they've fabricated whatever evidence there is implicating my uncles, to drive a wedge between the Ren and the Empire so . . . so they are so focused on fighting one another that their real enemy is able to move their pieces freely around the board. Pointing at Amaris, she repeats what she had said earlier, Why is she here if not to keep Baltasar in line?"
Running her hands through her wavy blonde hair, Yvaine all but growls in frustration, not caring if they are being monitored, "We have to get out of here, make them see how they're all being played before they tear the Empire and each other apart! Yvaine turns in a slow circle, fists clenched at her sides as she looks at their surroundings as if doing so for a millionth time will make a way out suddenly present itself, muttering an oath to herself, These shabuir'e are going to pay for this, I swear it."

Evvy and Jin were both rightfully angry, each for their own reasons. They each made valid arguments and points. But the smallest doubt crept in at that moment, about whether all of the evidence against her Father was as fabricated as Evvy seemed to staunchly believe The Ren might be the Empire's strongest and oldest allies, but they're not our most loved one... They've not really built a particularly shining reputation. even you can't deny that Evvy... It wouldn't be difficult to fake it... Baltasar had never approved of Illaria, not completely, and he'd most certainly approved even less of his own Niece being forced to join the ranks of the Ren. What ever bias he had, would have started his fall, and her being held hostage would only serve to keep him toeing the line Evvy is right, we need to escape, all of us. Though I fear the task of uncovering this masquerade and putting an end to this might be more difficult than you think... Once this is started, I don't think a lot of them will want to stop. What ever lies started this, real sacrifices and losses will blind it out... But... We have to try anyway. No one's taking the easy way out either, you both have people to get back to.

The Darkside roiled in Jin's heart. In only a short amount of time she had found herself following the same path as so many before her. Fear of losing Fiora and fear of being used against her. Anger at failing and anger at the situation she found herself in. Hate for their jailor, Myria Horne, and hate for Baltasar. Now Jin was suffering under the weight of all her regrets, all the negative emotions that she felt. The grip the Darkside had on her tightened as Amaris spoke. As if a demon sat on Jin's shoulder whispering to her. Blocking out the reason Yvaine was trying to empart, like a ringing in her ears. All Jin wanted right now was to make someone else suffer with her. And wouldn't you know it, but the very flesh and blood of her hated enemy was right here in this room with her; defenseless. Maybe, Jin started through gritted teeth, it's time to test how much they want each of us alive. Jin slowly raised her right hand, using it as a focus to direct the crushing power of the Force right at Amaris' throat. Maybe, Evvy, removing her from the picture will free Baltasar from his leash!

Yvaine looks troubled when Amaris, not incorrectly, points out the Ren are not held in the highest of esteem by some among the Empire - clearly conflicted by her love for her older sister and her views of the Ren as loyal despite the reservations some in the Empire have about their methods or ties to the Dark Side of the Force - but does not protest as she cannot deny that her cousin's only partially voiced assertion that it would not be difficult for those who wished to see the Ren's reputation tarnished further to spread lies in order to turn the Emperor and the Empire at large against them is irrefutable.
Under the mistaken assumption that Jin's very real rage fueled assault on Amaris is a merely an act that serves as a clever ploy to draw their captors in so they can make another escape attempt given that it comes on the heels of her cousin's spirited agreement that they need to escape if they are to put an end to the madness threatening to tear the Empire apart, Yvaine backs away from Jin as though fearful of trying to stop her alone, Yvaine hugs herself to get ready to take out the energy pack Jin passed to her after their first, failed escape attempt, calling out anxiously, "Help! She's going to kill Amaris if no one stops her!"

Amaris had looked over to Jin as the black and purple haired woman spoke, feeling a terrible sinking feeling growing in the pit of her stomach. Jin's screaming outburst moments ago was still to fresh in her battle focused mind to be so easily forgotten. Evvy had certainly been trying to calm her cousin's girlfriend, but it was difficult to believe it had worked like magic.
There was no where she could run to or hide in this confined space, and being as unarmed as she was, she had nothing to aide her against the assault she was about to endure. Panic started to set in almost immediately as she felt the pressure around her throat crushing her airways shut. The pressure was the thing she remembered most as the tissue of her throat was forced into a position it did not inherently want to be. Reflexively her right hand grabbed at her own neck, trying to find the physical object that should have been there crushing her neck.
But her hand merely closed around her own neck as she tried to gulp down air to no avail. Her fingers then gripped at the collar of her clothing as if that was the culprit of her inability to breath, her gaze hurriedly jumping to where Evvy was standing. Amaris doubled over on the edge of the bed, her free hand reaching out as she breathlessly called out Evvy... help... me... She could feel her body slowly starting to shut down as the lack of oxygen started to spread throughout her body Evvvvy... Tears started to erupt from her eyes as she tried to plead for her cousin to intervene. But despite the danger she was in, Yvaine seemed completely oblivious to it all. She wondered if maybe this was how she would die, a victim of Jin's anger while Yvaine stood by unaware of what was actually happening...
Myria studied the monitors before her, watching as the events within the Cell unfolded. It had been a gamble housing the three of them together, but sometimes with great risk there would come great reward. Now might just be that moment that the risk was about to pay off as Jin started to squeeze the life out of Amaris. She sat and waited, letting the moment play out on the chance this was another ploy so soon after their previous attempt. The monitors on Amaris started to alarm loudly as her vital signs were rapidly deteriorating.
With a slap of a button, the stun system would activate for the cuffs on Yvaine and Jin. The system would start off delivering a standard stun shock to knock the wearer out, before ramping up to the next level, increasing in voltage until the wearer received the necessary shock that their system could not override

A wicked smile had taken over Jin's face as Amaris started to beg and plead for help. As Jin flet almost certain no one was going to stop her, she felt a shock rip through her body from the bracelet. It was at first an annoyance, the Darkside granting her greater pain tolerance, but soon, as the diel was turn further and further up, the smile faded to a grimace and finally a twisted contorted look of pain as she tried to concentrate on crushing the life from the woman on the bed. Falling to a knee, then both, Jin fought as hard and long as she could before collapsing to the ground, unconscious yet again, her hatred unable to keep her up under such sustained assault.

By the time Yvaine realizes that Jin and Amaris are not playing out a scene meant to draw their captors in and is about to intervene and try to prevent her sister's girlfriend from killing their cousin - making her forget all about using the energy pack to try and disable her stun cuffs - it is too late; Myria activating her and Jin's cuffs just as Yvaine is moving towards Jin and opening her mouth to speak.
The muscles in her neck corded as she grits her teeth and tries to will herself to endure the first shock delivered to her system, Yvaine manages to take two steps closer to Jin despite her muscles beginning to lock up before the second shock, more powerful than the first, causes her to lose control of her unfortunately very full bladder as she falls onto her side and twitches violently for a few seconds - that seem like an eternity to her - before the shock finally ceases.
Groaning as she feels her heart pounding rapidly, Yvaine rolls onto her back and stares up at the ceiling as she clenches her fists, every muscle in her body sore and stiff, and tries to focus on breathing slowly and preventing herself from hyperventilating as she waits for her heart rate to return to normal.

Unlike the other two, Amaris' cuff did not activate and shock her into a stunned state, but she did have to endure Jin's continued fighting attempt to crush her throat before she was eventually brought down. She was barely at the edge of consciousness by then, her body having doubled over and collapsed to the floor next to the bed. As the pressure finally released, she gasped lungful's of air down, choking and coughing as she tried to get oxygen back into her system whilst simultaneously scrambling across the room You kriffing crazy piece of bantha poodoo! Her voice was raspy as she jumped atop Jin's body, tears running down her cheeks as she wrapped her hands around Jin's throat, ready to exact the same treatment as she'd been forced to endure. But the door to the room rushed open before she could get a good grip, with several members of Rancor Brigade rushing in their guns levelled at Yvaine and Jin primarily, while a pair of the Death Troopers grabbed her around the shoulders and hauled her off across the room Get me out of here! Put me in another cell, I don't care, just get me away from her! Encrypted chatter passed between them, before they hauled Amaris up and out of the room. Troopers and some Medical Support staff stayed behind to move the two immobilised women up onto beds and provide some minor aid and clean up. Their clothing would be replaced again with blankets pulled over. Once those tasks were attended to, the team would pull out not a second later than was needed
Myria, meanwhile, had moved down to the Medical Center, with the stun controls close at hand as Amaris was hauled in and placed on the bed, a doctor moving in to examine her throat whilst the Death Troopers kept hr held in place. Myria stood up and moved into the young Delvardus' peripheral You have my deepest apologies Princess, I thought the familial bond would have been fine, but it seems that means nothing to a Knight of Ren... That was my mistake and I will own it... Amaris just glared for a moment as the doctor finished inspecting her throat with a scope, waiting until he moved away to speak You think?! She tried to kill me!
She did, without any qualms or hesitation... And all because you are the daughter of the rightful Emperor...
What is going on here?!
We are just ensuring the Empire is guided by a steady hand Princess. Your Father, are those steady hands, untainted by these Force Users and their fanatic ways... Myria continued to walk slowly around the bed, her hand casually flipping through the air as if dismissing the Force They're liabilities, willing to mindlessly kill because some mystical energy told them to... pfft, it's all just nonsense, a cover for their instabilities. The Force is certainly a real enough power, neither of us can deny that. But it seems to always become wielded by the least stable of society... Their heads filled with dogmatic promises of grandeur and control and told which group is good and which is evil... My heart is pained that your cousins and those most closely associated with them suffer this affliction. But you... You are untainted, your Father having chosen wisely not to follow our previous Emperor too closely in his decisions... I know, it seems treasonous to suggest, but even our founding Emperor was but a mortal, susceptible to seduction... But we are trying to correct this one minor mistake on an otherwise perfect reign... Your Father saw reason Amaris... I'm hoping you can as well... Amaris laid on the bed, glaring as the doctor wrapped up his examination I know you have little reason to trust me, but the situation was quite volatile. I figured your safety would have best been ensured by capturing you and placing you with family... But they either saw through my ruse or were just that blood thirsty...
Ruse? What ruse?
Your bracelet, darling... It was never activated, because you weren't one of our prisoners. They were... The truth of the matter is, Octavian and Fiora are both alive and well, and as despicable as it might seem, we needed leverage to try and force them to abdicate when the time comes. The Empire stands strongest united, and a prolonged internal war would only weaken us. So... we make them abdicate and leave the Empire, their forces get welcomed with open arms an we don't have to live with the worry that the Imperial Knights and the Knights of Ren will draw swords against one another. We all win Amaris, your Father rules as Emperor, you can follow in his foot steps and become the next claimant to the Throne... Myria stood at the foot of the bed, her arms stretched out to help try and sell the pitch before they fell back down to her sides I implore you, take some time and think it over. We'll put you in another room by yourself, with fresh clothes and we can even set up a call with your Father if you like. For now, your safety is our priority. I promise.

Jin didn't end up coming too until the guards and medics were out of the room. Reaching shaky hands up to her throbbing head, Jin felt like she had been hit by a Star Destroyer. She sat up, still rubbing her temples. Her anger, was soon smothered by regreat, especially when she didn't see Amaris in the cell any longer. A pit formed in her stomach where the knots of fear, anger, and hatred once sat. Had she really killed Amaris? Jin began to breath heavily. That person that choked Amaris couldn't be her, could it? After all she had come to Coruscant to try and stop any senseless killing. The Knight moved over to sit of the edge of her bed, and doubled over, dry heaving for now. Her head was down between her knees, and her hands grasped and pulled at her dark colored hair. Oh hells! What have I done?! Jin lamented looking down at the floor of her prison. Her eyes started to fill with tears of shame and regret. She had killed before, but never like that and never for reasons like that. Jin couldn't even bring herself to look at Yvaine. What must she now think of her? Her actions had betrayed Yvaine's trust. Oh Force... I'm sorry... I'm so so sorry... Jin half cried and half whispered at the floor.

Yvaine comes to with a sense of utter confusion, finding herself in her bed rather than on the floor and in different clothes than she had been wearing, which while it is mildly distressing to think about having been undressed and cleaned up by someone else, she supposes is preferable to waking up soaked in her own urine. Groaning as she props herself up on her elbows, any movement at all torture given how sore every muscle in her body is, Yvaine sees Jin slumped over on the edge of her own bed, and then feels a flutter of panic in her stomach when she realizes that Amaris is not anywhere to be seen.
Moving stiffly over to sit beside Jin, Yvaine rubs her back consolingly as she says, the pounding in her head rendering her unable to think of anything at the moment other than the usual things one says to try and comfort someone, "Shhhh, it's okay, Jin, and then smiles weakly as she tries to make a joke at her own expense to break Jin out of her despondency, Hey, at least you didn't wet yourself like I did, right? I mean, how embarrassing, you know?"
Continuing to rub Jin's back, Yvaine sighs as she looks around the room as though for some clue about whether Amaris was just taken to another room to get her away from Jin or to an infirmary or, worse, was removed because she did not survive Jin's assault due to how late their captor's chose to intercede. Closing her eyes, Yvaine lets her awareness of the Force expand outward as her mind becomes still enough to enable her to focus on the living beings linked in its currents, searching for Amaris' unique, familiar presence. Opening her eyes after a moment, having felt Amaris's presence nearby, Yvaine tells Jin gently, "She's okay, Jin, they just moved her somewhere else."

Maybe it was the back rubs, or maybe the relief of hearing that she had not in fact killed her lover's cousin in a fit of rage. Whatever the reason, Jin's dry heaving suddenly produced what stomach contents she had from her lite meals in her fighter. Too sudden for her to move her feet out of the way, but between that and Yvaine's earlier comment, it did seem to snap Jin back to realspace for a moment. As Jin forced back down what could have been another round, she brought her head back up and took some deep breaths, trying to steady herself. Her tearfilled eyes turned to Yvaine, as she smiled ever so slightly before saying softly, I guess that makes us even, embarrassment wise... Jin turned and looked at the wall opposite her, not at anything in particular, but just staring straight ahead as it was still hard to look at Yvaine. I- Jin started, before getting choked up again. I don't even know where that came from... I just felt cold and hurt. Then an urge to make someone else hurt... I told myself when I joined the Ren I wouldn't end up like this. I'd protect Fi from ending up this way... Evvy, I've failed so MUCH today! Jin's head drooped once more, her hands covering her face while her elbows rested on her knees.

Laughing just a little bit after Jin barfs and makes a joke about her involuntary protein spill making them even on the embarrassment front, Yvaine pulls her sleeve down over her hand and uses it to wipe the tears from Jin's eyes as she says, "I think we're pretty neck to neck in the failing today department too," trying to keep her tone light even though she is thinking of the many ways that she herself has failed; getting captured while hiding in her bedroom like a child while others fought and died to try and keep her safe just the beginning of the long list of things she wishes she had done differently even though she knows deep down that with the scale of the betrayals that have been revealed there was in all probability very little chance anything she might have changed about the decisions she made or allowed to made for her would have changed the end result.
Brushing Jin's sweaty hair back off her forehead, Yvaine sighs as she tries to comfort her sister's girlfriend by telling her, "You can't beat yourself up for being angry, Jin, you would have to be inhumanly self-controlled not to be pissed off with all that has happened and is happening, you know? Rubbing Jin's back, she says, A really smart Mandalorian once told me that no matter what one's Force alignment is there will always be a danger that things will happen that result in them losing control of their emotions and using their abilities to do harm. Pointing with her free hand to her own chest, Yvaine points out, I trained to be an Imperial Knight and you saw how I lost my osik earlier when I tried to escape. I mean, she feels tears welling up in her eyes as she remembers her anger causing her to take the life of a medic that, being in league with traitors guilty of treason aside, had only been trying to help her, I ki . . . killed a medic, she sniffs as she tries to keep hold over her emotions, I've never . . . had never killed anyone before, never even thought about being in a situation where I would have to. I decided, she swipes angrily at her tears as the thought of how being put in the position she is in had led to her becoming a killer, not to become an Imperial Knight so I wouldn't have to deal with, she waves a hand around the room, things like this! I'm a . . . a student for shab'e sake! I . . . "
Shaking her head as she realizes she hadn't wanted to make it about herself, Yvaine takes a deep breath as she puts her hands on the sides of Jin's face and says, "I have always had the impression you only became a Knight of Ren to be close to Fifi, Jin, and I get that, I do, but look, all this today doesn't mean you have ended up anything, you know? You lost control, yes, but who wouldn't with everything that is happening? You . . . that doesn't have to be you, you can still stop yourself from being something you don't want to be, okay? And, she moves her hands to Jin's shoulders and squeezes them consolingly as her voice takes on a more resolved tone as she speaks more quietly, you can still protect Fifi if we can get out of here and not let them use us against her. I'm not giving up, on us, or you, or Fifi, so neither should you, alright? We just need to keep ourselves together, and watch for the next opportunity to get out of here. So no more feeling sorry for ourselves, no more losing control of our emotions. We have to be focused and we have to stick together."
Patting Jin's shoulders, Yvaine says, as much to convince herself as to convince Jin, "We aren't giving up, we'll get away from these shabuir'e yet, wait and see."

Jin listens to everything Yvaine has to say. Evvy was right, of course. Fiora had one smart sister. Jin felt herself calming down, and as Yvaine gave another affirmation that they would get out and see their loved ones again, Jin wrapped her arms around Yvaine in an almost sisterly embrace. Thank you, Evvy. I'll make sure you make it out of this and back to your life. She separates from the Princess, but keeps her hands on Yvaine's shoulders this time. I'm sorry you had to take your first life like that... Jin thought back to the first time she had killed. Down in the underbelly of Galactic City, she had blasted a predator, seeking to do her and Fi harm. Those days felt like a lifetime ago now. But she'd have done it again and again to keep Fi safe. I hope we find a way for you to not have to kill again... but I fear that is a long shot. Jin took a deep breath, knowing that her outburst had set the, now pair, back a good bit in attempting to escape. But the former street urchin was putting everything they had into keeping her emotions from boiling over again. She glanced over to Yvaine one more time and with the Force asked a discrete message. Do you still have IT?

Hugging Jin back tightly, glad that she seems to have reached her sister's girlfriend and gotten her off of the less than helpful track she had been on after everything that had happened with Amaris, Yvaine smiles as she releases Jin and makes her own promise, "I'll make sure you get back to Fifi, frowning and shaking her head when Jin expresses her sympathy about the fact Yvaine had to kill before sighing and saying, You're probably right," as she is almost certain that Jin is right to think them escaping without them both adding to their lists of people they have killed is all but nil.
Her shoulders slump when Jin telepathically asks whether she had managed to hang on to the energy pack, which probably gives Jin the answer even before Yvaine telepathically replies, They must have found it when they changed my clothes, running her hands through her sweaty, tangled blonde curls as she adds, I have an idea about getting rid of these cuffs though, then asks, How good are you with telekinesis? I'm not too good at much more than lifting and throwing things, she informs Jin before, thinking of how effectively Jin had used telekinesis to choke Amaris, she asks, Do you think you could crush the cuffs enough to disable them?
If, Yvaine thinks as she waits for Jin's reply, they can deal with the cuffs, it will go a long way towards ensuring their next escape attempt does not end with them being stunned into submission again. So that the fact they are communicating telepathically is not so obvious, Yvaine starts babbling about whatever pops to mind, asking, "Maybe we should move to Amaris' bed before, she glances at the puddle of vomit at their feet, that makes us both puke, and carefully avoids the vomit as she holds out a hand to help Jin up and says, We should probably get some rest," all while telepathically telling Jin, If they think we're sleeping, maybe they will relax their guard, and if we keep out hands under the covers hopefully they won't be able to tell you've disabled the cuffs until it is too late, hoping that she is right about Jin being able to crush the cuffs enough to render them inoperable.

Jin laughed a little at the suggestion about moving due to her own vomit. She was sure to kick her shoes off before accepting Evvy's offered hand moving over to the other bed. It'll be good to sleep on my own terms and not because I've been stunned... And as if to answer the princess' question about her telekinetic abilities, she lifted one of her vomit covered shoes with the Force and with less force but more precision, sent it flying at another one of the screens playing the 'news.' A direct hit to the reporter's face, that was now splattered in sick. We should be careful though, the bracelets may be monitored to alert if they are tampered with. I'll test it on mine first, so if they fit me with a more resilient model, you'll at least still be free. Jin made sure once more to position herself between Yvaine and the door. She would protect her girlfriend's sister with her life.

"Tell me about it," Yvaine replies aloud to Jin as she plops onto the bed and adds a convincing yawn as she pulls the covers over herself so that her cuffs are not in view. Grinning as she watches Jin display her impressive telekinetic prowess in an amusing way that almost cracks her up despite their present predicament, Yvaine closes her eyes and moves around like trying to find a comfortable position as she telepathically tells her sister's girlfriend, If you crush the cuffs quickly enough, it won't matter whether they are monitored or not, hoping that she is right about that as she continues, Once the cuffs are dealt with, we can force the doors open together. You go for the nests on the left, I'll go for the ones on the right, that way we'll avoid getting caught in a single line of fire. Once we deal with the snipers, we'll take the shabuir'e on the ground together. Ready when you are.
Focusing on the currents of the Force around her and beginning to gather them to her in preparation of dealing with the doors should Jin succeed in removing the stun cuffs from the equation, Yvaine waits for their second escape to begin and steels herself for having to kill again . . .

Jin took a deep breath before getting situated under the covers. She took a deep breath and began to concentrate as hard as she could. The Force Power Shatterpoint had come up in lessons while learning with the Rin. If she could focus and feel the weak points in the wrist bands, then she could hopefully shatter them completely. Yvaine's words washed through her mind, it gave her a goal, a better image of how this next escape would go. She rolled over, so that she could grip the both shock bracelets with a hand. Jin could feel where and how the Force touched these bracelets, she was exploring them, her eyes closed but mind open. To the outside observer it would seem she was simply sleeping on her side, back to the door, but to Evvy, she could feel Jin gathering the Force to her. She knew that once these bracelets were broken, she would need to help to get that door open and didn't know how much effort it would take to shatter these cuffs. Goodnight, Evvy. But what she really meant was. Now! With great effort and focus, Jin channel the Force into the weak spots on the Shock bracelets and shattered them apart by flooding those weak joints with Force energy, and just like water freezing in the cracks of a great boulder, they broke. Up out of the bed Jin lept and was already drawing upon the Force to launch at the chamber doors.

Belle Époque Cabal - Blacksite
As agreed, Amaris had been transferred to another of the holding cells within the Blacksite. Unlike before, the cell was hers alone and fitted out to be a bit more comfortable. Fresh clothes were waiting alongside a hot meal, things which she happily partook of. She slipped into the fresh clothes and took the food over to her bed as one of the screens played a morning news report with her Father addressing Coruscant and the Empire at large. She tried to keep up with the subtitles, but her Father's speech was quite long and being rapid fired that she well and truly missed parts.
While her bracelet remained, it did provide monitoring information back to the control room, which is what saved her life earlier. So she was not too annoyed about it as she dug into the food and replenished her energy
Red alarm lights activated in the cell within which Yvaine and Jin were contained, throwing the room into a red lit darkness as everything else within the room shut off. Myria studied the display as the infrared mode took over to show the occupants and their valiant escape attempt. As soon as the Force Attack is unleashed upon the doors, those within would find their cell had been constructed similar to a Universal Energy Cage. Superconductor energy feedback systems were installed into the walls and door, where they would reflect any attacks back upon their origin source two fold.
Alarms were also going off in the space beyond, bringing Rancor Battalion up to ready state at the edges of the room

Belle Époque Cabal - Blacksite
Yvaine is up and out of the bed as soon as Jin gives the signal, her cuffs cracking and popping as Jin succeeds in disabling them, and lifts her hands as she faces the doors, calling on the Force as she moves her hands apart to mime physically opening the doors as she marshals the Force to do so telekinetically. A look of commingled pain and confusion appears on her face as Yvaine feels as though it is she rather than the doors that is assailed by her attack, and follows her first instinct, which is to redouble her telekinetic assault and power through pain. As her attack is once more reflected back upon her, her nose beginning to bleed anew as she feels something burst in her sinuses when a blood vessel ruptures, Yvaine understands enough of what is happening to know that attacking the doors directly is at the root of her failure, and so whips her head and hands to the side, looking at one of the beds and lifting it into the air.
Telekinetically disassembling the bed, Yvaine licks the blood from her upper lip as she whips her head back at the door and flings an arm out to send one of the long thin pieces of the bed frame hurtling towards the crack between the halves of the door and uses the Force to drive it deep into the space. Help me, Yvaine telepathically bids JIn as she telekinetically focuses on the piece of the bedframe and uses it as a lever to force the doors open enough that she and Jin can pass through the opening. Go! Yvaine tells Jin, her head whipping to the side again along with her arm as she telekinetically lifts the screws, springs and other pieces of the bed she had disassembled and then lashes her arm forward to send the debris hurling in a deadly hail of Force driven shrapnel out at the members of Rancor Battalion waiting outside of the room ahead of her and Jin.
With the Force lending her preternatural swiftness, Yvaine bolts through the doors and then with a Force assisted leap to her right grits her teeth as she focuses on the sniper's nest in the nearest corner as she closes her hands into fists, using her rage to fuel the telekinetic assault that crushes the tower and snipers within into a crumpled ball that she then hurtles out to the sniper's nest in the furthest right corner. Dropping to the ground as the second sniper's nest is hit by the crumpled remains of the first, Yvaine crouches as, an almost feral look on her bloody face revealing she has surrendered to the blood lust allowing her rage to open herself to the Dark Side has bequeathed unto her, she turns to see how many members of Rancor Battalion are still standing for her and JIn to unleash their combined wrath upon . . .

Belle Époque Cabal - Blacksite
The door retaliating was something Jin had not been ready for. When the rebounded blast caught Jin in her chest, it sent her flying back to the opposite wall with a thud. The back of Jin's head hit the wall hard before she fell to the floor. Feeling like she'd been hit by an airspeeder, Jin pushed up to her hands and knees, blinking as her vision had gone blurry. Something was wet on the back of Jin's head and in her hair. She reached back and put her hand on the back of her head and winced almost at once and pulled her hand back into view. Yep, blood. Jin felt herself snapped out of the daze she found herself in as Yvaine called to her in the Force. The way was almost open thanks to the Princess' quick thinking in using non-direct attacks on the door way. In what could only be considered an over dramatic move, Jin took two of her blood soaked fingers and drew them across the ridge of her nose as she stood up.
Following Yvaine's lead, The Knight rushed through the gap and let out another Force blast to keep the ranks of Rancor Battalion stumbling and recovering after the grenade like assault from Yvaine. Now Jin leapt to the nearest sniper nest to the left. While flying through the air, Jin focused on the weapons in the hands of the snipers and with effort, yanked them away from them. Her landing was graceful and her retribution swift. A hand slipped down to and grabbed one of the troopers side arms from it's holster as the other blocked a thrown punch. Once Jin had the blaster in hand though it was over for the troopers. She hunkered down and began to exchange fire with the nest in the other left hand corner. The Force guided her shots while the troopers had to rely on their eyes and equipment. But before long, the high ground was theirs.
