Great question, Garren. I do not believe so. I think it's the same as it was on the last site wherein at the end of the page is the most recent post.
Disclaimer: If there was a way to have the page go in the direction of which you are speaking, it was not known to me.

Hey Garren,
The ascending and descending option on this site insofar is not permissible on the board preferences just yet.
The question has been asked before (see here) and Chill said that he would add it to his to do list.
