The Main Gate to the Temple is the ONLY means of entering or exiting the Temple grounds.
The Gate itself stands 20 meters high and is about half as wide. It is comprised of Two, two-meter thick Dura-Steel Doors, covered in sheets of Ultachrome and Songsteel, for further durability. On the shining slab-like doors are engravings embossed with depictions of past Battles for Tatooine and the names of the fallen. It also has the mantras which the Temple was founded on acid etched into the shimmering metal of the twin doors. They read:
" To have true balance in the Force, one must embrace both their faults and strengths, becoming one with the Force and themselves...All other things will follow.." - Lord Jud'dayus -
" Only united, by the teachings of both Dark and Light can we weed out true evil and corruption..and have the wisdom, strength and goodness in the end to better the Galaxy.." - Grand Master Jedi Jay-Ven -
**The Temple grounds are monitored by sensor-arrays throughout the surrounding Dune Sea.
**ALL students must RP leaving or entering the Temple..NO EXCEPTIONS.
**ALL visitors to the Temple must RP asking to enter the Temple, and await for a response from a Temple member before RPing within the Temple Grounds...NO EXCEPTIONS..

Camped near the entrance to the Ken-Shi Temple were two R'Crurak Sentries, and their Banthas. They had been sent here to monitor the Temple ever since they had discovered it, but most Tuskens were too superstitious to go within more than fifty feet of the place. Rumors of Dark Magic and a Timeless Demon that occupied the Temple having long circulated for years since the Temple's construction. Nevertheless, The R'Crurak Council, strongly persuaded by Nartaga, had deemed it worthy to seek out the hidden temple and watch it. Nartaga for reasons of his own, awaiting the return of Lord Jud'dayus: The Debase, should a day ever come. All the Sentries knew was that they had been stuck here for the past couple of months, ever since they had relieved the last two Sentries. Just as those two had relieved the two before them, and so on and so on.* *A Bantha yawned and the Tuskens poked at the fire they sat around with their gaderffii, cooking a small Womp rat they had snared further out. Game was pretty hard to come by, but fresh meat, no matter how tough, was better than preserved jerky for every meal. They were beginning to doubt that the mysterious Old Sith would ever show his face, and had even started believing that this Temple was deserted, and was cursed on top of that. Nevermind the possible treasures that might lie in there. There was no way any Tusken in his right mind would ever try and go in there.

The gates shifted, the caked on sand crumbing off the high edifice of durasteel and utrachrome, as the start to swing out at the pace of a glacier. The mini sandstorm kicking up in front of the enormous doors preceded as dark form in the haze.
"What do you think you're doing at my doorstep?... Tusken." Came a booming voice from within the sand, before a cloaked form emerged to greet the Tusken campers.

One of the Sentries took notice of the door moving, and pointed at it disbelievingly. The other Sentry reached for his Cycler rifle, only to freeze when he heard the booming voice of the demon that they had been sent to watch for. The Sentries stood up, their Gaderffii in the hands, ready to strike in case the Sith try and attack them. Dozens of stories passed through their minds in an instant about the creature coming towards them. One of the Tuskens, the only one that was able to speak any Basic at all stuttered at the strange words he was trying to form, as well as the fear of his soul being sucked out of his body.
-Sentry- "E...en...Encaylave.....waretch....Timpole."
The Sentry, unsure exactly what he said, the message being passed down from the many Tuskens that had stood watch at the Temple.

Jud's teeth grit at the sound of the Tusken's attempt at words, but he understood it.
"And who asked you to do such a thing?" Hissed the Sith.
He wasn't sure yet if he'd kill them, that all depended on their answer.

The Sentries jabbered amongst themselves for a few moments before the one who had spoken the first time turned back to Jud'dayus. The grip on his Gaderffii tightened as he spoke. He could feel the man's anger, or frustration, or whatever it was. The Sentry just knew that he was now very uncomfortable.
"Narrrrtahaga......Eldar...Countcel..."
The Sentry seemed fairly proud of himself for his ability to speak the Outsider's tongue.

Nartaga.
Jud's eyes narrowed and grinned slightly. So, the boy was now a figure of respect within the Clan?
"Then it seems I owe them a visit..."
Jud walked past the Tuskens and disappeared into the dunes.

After about an hour of speeding through the seemingly endless desert wastes, Carmine finally makes his approach to the temple. As he made his way closer, one could almost see a slight smile grow upon his face. Though he couldn't explain it, he knew the person he came to see was here, and perhaps with him he could find answers. Finally at the gate, Carmine slows his BARC speeder to a halt and climbs off. For only a moment he stood and examined the gate that towered above him before reaching into his robe and removing a small datapad. He then quietly entered something into it before putting it away again. For but a moment there was silence, the exception was the occasional desert wind that blew past. Suddenly, the silence was broken when the huge doors barring entrance to the temple started to open, making quite a commotion in doing so. After the gate had fully opened, Carmine arrogantly smiled and made his way inside.
"Guess who's home at last?"
Carmine gave a slight chuckle as he continued his way in.

It was a long flight from Mos Espa straight to the temple's main gates, but Enam finally made it to the doorstep of the place he called home for so long. He maneuvered his A-wing to make a soft landing close enough to the gates to walk comfortably towards, and he opened the cockpit's hatch to take in the sight.
The dust blown up from the desert winds seemed to have piled a decent sized dune of sand onto the exterior walls, but still the Temple stood against the sandy sea trying to swallow it. It was a real sight each time he looked at it, but he knew something was off about the building's state, prompting a worried frown to creep onto his face. He issued the identity broadcast so the doors would open for him, and he waited for it to register. While at first thinking the comm he used finally gave out to it's age, the gates opened for the rogue Sith Lord as though nothing was different. Peering passed the opening doors, his eyes widened at the decrepit state of the building, and anger began to build seeing that the maintenance of the place was seemingly ignored for quite some time.
"What in the world happened to this place?" He took in a deep breath, then stepped into the Temple, looking side to side scanning the place as he entered.

As Enam approached the Temple, now within the walls that protected it from outsiders and with the gates closing behind him, he sees two droids approach him without hesitation. The robot caretakers of the Temple stopped before him and greeted him as they have in the past, by his title and conveying a programmed joyous statement about his return to the fortress of the Dune Sea after so many years away. His pause lasted a good half minute as he looked over the two in their present condition, neither properly maintained nor rusted to a standstill.
The Temple's exterior was one thing, but even the maintenance droids shared the same appearance of shabby care. Though not exactly upsetting given the years away, it was certainly not expected to see the place like this. Several instances where his mind drifted to memories of the Temple, broken and battered from his travels and mortal duels with Jedi and Nightsisters alike, the tall walls and stunning decor of this gem in the desert helped ease him, spurring him to fight on to return one day.
Looking directly towards the "eyes" of the closest droid before him, he spoke up.
"Is there anyone in the Temple? Seems like it's been abandoned." Squints as he wipes his brow of the sweat.
"Master Enam, there is only one occupant as of late. Lord Jud'dayus is within the sanctum of the Temple in meditation as we speak." Tilts it's head slightly to the left imitating nuances of body language.
"I see..." Wipes his hand on his cloak rather slowly. Not entirely a surprise, he thought. It wasn't exactly something he wanted to hear just yet. "No point standing out here all day." Starts walking in to enter deeper within the Temple, now sporting a more aggressive stance as he took each step with the droids following him inside.

Once he was out, and drawing near his A-wing, he slowed himself enough to climb into the pilot's seat. He commenced the pre-spaceflight checks, only taking a few seconds to look back on the Temple one last time before his departure. The thought of it becoming a crypt for the last of the original founders pierced him like a knife, but he gripped the controls reaffirming his intention.
"I'm going to rip apart everything if I have to." Looks forward, violently handling the controls to ascension.
Enam left the Temple grounds, speeding towards the skies of the open desert terrain.

The sands seemed to stretch on for eternity as Sinistra followed the blinking directional locator on her positioning system. The ride through the desert took more time than she would have liked but eventually the massive gate to the complex came into view. Sinistra pulled the speeder to a stop, looking over the massive complex from underneath the hood of her cloak. She removed a pair of goggles, the faint line of dust demarking the pale skin around her eyes from the exposed flesh that greeted the arid climate straight on in the speeder. She produced a cleaning cloth from a pouch on her belt and wiped her face and hands free of the sandy residue of her travels before she crawled out of the speeder, stretching.
She looked around at the compound, remote in the dunes and far enough away from the shipping centers that anyone out this far was out here on purpose. She trudged through the few feet of open sand that had blown against the metal doors, drifting in small banks and piles in the endless effort to wear down and erase the marr of sentient life upon Tatooine. Sinistra walked up to the door and buzzed to be allowed within the vaunted halls within.

The Gates remained closed for sometime. No one and nothing seeming to acknowledge the Sith outside the walls. It would be almost certain that within the next couple of minutes the lack of response would be considered insulting... But just as that may have been considered, the Gates started to make clacking noises.
The Gates weren't barred by a simple lock, they were protects by charms and things that could only be explained by it's builder himself. Suffice it to say, the clockwork mechanics were something of a marvel; if one could see the inner workings of the massive structure. With a lurching groan the meter thick doors started to inch their way outward, pushing the claiming dunes aside with ease. Behind the opening Gate, and within the Atrium before the Temple beyond stood two robed people. The first in the dark robes of a Sith (Xia), the other in the tattered robes of a vagabond (Enam). both stood in front of two towering droids (HK-J), their heavy repeating blasters held across their obsidian black chest plates.
The darkly robed figure stepped forward and lowered their hood, revealing a young Dathomirian woman. "I am Lord Jud'dayus' Errant, and this is his hand, Darth Tempestuous." As Xia introduced him, Enam just gave the travelers a curt nod, saying nothing akin to a greeting. "Please forgive the battle droids, but we don't have many "visitors" out here. It is something my Lord considers a priority." Xia gave the figures a pleasant smile; though she inwardly readied herself for trouble. "How may I address you? And more importantly why are you here?" She finished, a smile still on her face, but her voice conveyed no amusement or want for trivial chatter.

Sinistra looked at the girl curiously, the battle droid eliciting a raised eyebrow as she produced a datapad from her waist pouch and proceeded to rattle off a description of the place. Her velvety Imperial accented voice was edged with a fine sheen of bemusement.
"Ken-shi Temple, founded in the deserts of Tatooine as a center of learning for both Jedi and Sith. Welcomes students of all renowns, Sith teachings currently headed by Lord Jud'dayus the Debase."
She looked at the pair of of greeters before her with a smirk on her face before she continued.
"You wish to welcome students but answer the door with guns drawn, leading me to wonder if the welcoming part was just for show or if you are frequently assaulted by people who knock and politely wait for you to open the door. Perhaps the Tuskan Raiders are getting more sophisticated than I had previously thought but in any event, my dear, if I had meant this place harm, I would have launched an aerial attack that would have made this gate completely and totally useless."
The smirk vanished from her lips, and she rolled her shoulders back, her posture stiff and authoritative.
"My name is Sinistra, Lord of Dark Tide. I know your master from the Empire and crave a word with him."

Enam let out a laugh. "She's got a point..." He said nonchalantly to Xxoxia; who's face tightened at the jab. Enam grinned however, amused with the Sith Lord's blatant disrespect, he liked it. "You have some balls there." He said to Sinistra, recognizing the name from somewhere; probably from some ranting of the Old Sith's. He looked to Xia again to continue with the proceeding and the needless pomp, but she was fixated on Sinistra. He gave the woman's ego a sigh of frustration and turned back to Sinistra. "I supposed you can follow me, the Errant here seems a little disposed of."
"No..." Xxoxia finally spoke, waving her hand which resulted in the HK-J's slinging their heavy blasters and unbarring the entrance into the Atrium of the Temple. "My apologies... Lord Sinistra, you are more than correct." Xia stated with a respectful bow. The hubris of the action making Enam's eyebrow raise slightly. "Tempestuous and I shall escort you to our Master..."
Xia flashed Enam a look of rage as she did an about face towards the Temple. Enam followed Xia's "retreat" for a moment before turning back to Sinistra and her other robed company with a shrug. "Like she said." He stated, before gesturing for the two to enter and follow the Errant's considerable lead.

Stormro had stepped out of the speeder, falling into place a step behind and to the right of Sinistra without even thinking even after his long years of absence. Striding through the sand in order to keep pace with his former master, the Nagaian Sith Lord came to a stop as she did and waited, When the doors finally opened to reveal the two people and their droid backup he seemed entirely unfazed by the extra firepower, remaining silent as he glanced to Sinistra to gauge her reaction. While he could certainly introduce himself, this was Sinistra's show more than his own, and thus he opted to allow her to lead. He had the distinct impression that she had come for reasons other than a personal visit, and thus he decided to wait until he had a better idea as to what her goals were before acting.
As the exchange continued between Sinistra and the two Sith before them a slight smirk of amusement crossed Stormro's face; Sin certainly had a point regarding the contradiction which their "welcome" had created, although it did occur to him that if he had wanted to actually attack without having to truly deal with these defenders than such feigned courtesies could have been quite useful if their seemingly quick decision to trust them was anything to go by. This would have been an ideal time to attack; to shoot them and their droids in the back while their guards were down. Of course, that was not why they were here and Stormro was not so foolish as to assume that they were as at ease as they seemed to be; he could hardly claim to have a monopoly on deceptive acting and behavior. Continuing his mental analysis and contingency consideration, the Nagaian Sith Lord followed the pair alongside Sinistra, always maintaining his position behind and to her right.
