The Raceways and its Blob Racetrack are currently governed by Andros Vyridian and as such, all final decision comes from him. Umgul's Raceways are currently under renovation due to the destruction of prior facilities. Soon, there will be a variety of new facilities, some of them aimed for relaxation and gambling depending on preferences. Also, next to the Raceways are lands that are strictly allocated to the farmers for the planet's and population's self sustenance.
Bear in mind though, that anyone caught cheating on Umgul will face the death penalty depending on the gravity of the act and might or might not be amended with the help of the Attorney General. The Raceways have their own militia, twenty (20) whom report directly to the Vyridian brothers but there is also a high security coverage thanks to the work of the Intelligence Department.
