The Path of a Warrior: Forging of the Blade.- Principal Authors: Luxeria
- Who can post on this thread: Anyone
- I want to receive critical responses: Doesn't matter
- I will be using standard Universe rules here: Yes
Location: Multiple worlds After helping her master, Darth Malvus, clean up the heretic Sith that lingered in a derelict temple, their attention turned to temple of her previous involvement. With the Sith of that order broken up or unheard from, Malvus wished it destroyed and any resources brought under his control. Being the former apprentice of the leader, Luxeria moved first to help pave a smoother path for his arrival. In a battle with one of the hidden warriors of the order, her lightsaber, gifted to her by her previous master, failed her. While she was victorious and the path was made open, her saber had met its end, no longer capable of working in her hands. With siege completed, Luxeria began to research the items she desired in order to craft a new saber all her own.
With all things sorted out, she now begins her journey to gather the required materials so to forge a lightsaber that rung true of her personFrom the great Eriadu City, a Lethisk-class armed freighter rose from a landing pad at the Tarkin Estate and made its way across the city before finally raising its nose and heading up into the atmosphere. At the controls sat Luxeria, apprentice to Darth Malvus. Her gaze was focused, a mission stirring in her mind.It wasn't long before she passed through the planet's atmosphere and entered the realm of space. As she slowly departed the planet, she glanced around at the fleet that resided within orbit to keep its home safe from intruders.
It was but a few minutes more before she passed them completely and was heading out into open space. While most ships would have jumped to hyperspace by now, the ship carried on. Setting the ship on auto pilot and turned her chair, grabbing a datapad that rested on the console. She leaned back in the seat as she activated the screen and began pulling up saved files she had stored on it. Her fingers slid acorss the board as he focused on reading all the information she could that resided before her. She was on an important mission, a mission to gather what she needed for her new lightsaber.
Malvus had mentioned before his dislike of Luxeria being given a lightsaber by her prior master and not shown how to craft her own. He knew that one day, it would fail her and could mean her death. And so true had his belief been. In an important fight, one that would have not only ended her life, but the lives of all those who were on their way to seize the temple she was in, the gifted saber failed her. Whether the blade no longer felt tied to her or it simply ran out of juice, it deactivated in the middle of the fight. Luckily, Malvus had taught her enough that she could continue on to win, but it was clear then that she needed a new saber, one made by her and that was truly tuned to her.
She had sorted out what she desired in a saber, even its look. Displaying it before her master, she sought thoughts and opinions, looking to form the best lightsaber she could. But he was silent in her question. Even now, she could get that silence out of her head. Why did he not help her to improve upon her design? Was it the best it could be? Maybe he didn't know what to do for it even with all the information she gave. In the end, maybe he said nothing because it had to be her to decide, to make the blade to fit her the best. It was this option that she figured the most. Somethings had to be learned on their own. She would know what was best for her until she made it and sorted out what worked and what didn't. Only from there would she truly understand herself and the bond that came with the weapon.
Setting the pad down, she turned back to the console and began pulling up the coordinates on certain planets. At first, she was uncertain as to where she needed to start, but after reviewing the list, she decided that her step needed to be in acquiring the crystals that would give the blade life. But she had three crystals going in: a Velmorite, a Rubat, and a Hurrikane. The last one was to be the primary crystal so it would be her first stop. Taking hold of the controls, she loaded the coordinates for Hurikane, blasting off into hyperspace once the task was done.

~Hurikane: Orbit~
Luxeria sat within the pilot's chair, letting it sway back and forth, her right leg propped up on her left as she leaned to the right, her right hand propping her head. Ever since her departure from Eriadu, she had been continuously reviewing the planet she was coming to, the people upon it, and, most importantly, the crystals she sought. She wished to be as prepared as she could for her arrival. Suddenly, the sudden alerts from the console let her know that she was approaching Hurikane. Tossing her datapad off to the side, she switch over to manual control and slowed the ships, bringing her out of hyperspace.
In the distance, and closing fast, was her destination. She continued to slow the craft as she gazed upon it. From the surface, it seemed to be like a barren world, with its browns and grays. From what she read, it was a rocky world, the term rocky being quite literal. Canyons scattered the surface as well. Considering the planet's make up, it gave some better understanding as to the residents also being of a rocky nature as well.
As she approached the planet in her slow pace, she began contemplating how she was going to go about gaining her crystals. Leaning forward, it was obvious to her that caution needed to be observed. She was now without a lightsaber, so fights needed to be avoided if possible. At least, when it came to direct combat, that was. She had the power of the Force, but she didn't know just what these creatures could do. The real question was should she talk to the residents and try to ask them for some crystals or land somewhere and try to find them herself. As capable as she was with words and influencing others, she elected to land somewhere and just search for them herself. Surely finding some wouldn't be that difficult.
Satisfied with her decision, she pressed on, increasing her speed as she entered the planet's atmosphere.

~Hurikane: Planetside~
Luxeria's craft descended from the heavens in a typical fashion as she flew towards the ground below. All the more reason she was better off finding a location where there wasn't anyone around was for the simple fact of how many had already seen her. She'd have to be alert while she searched should any come to investigate. Bringing the ship down to a casual cruise, her ship glided gracefully a few miles above the ground as she looked about.
It was quite some time, maybe an hour or so before she saw an area that looked like it might hold some promise. Dropping down, she landed in a clearing near-by. She didn't bother to power down this time, not wanting there to be any time wasted should she need to make a quick escape. As she departed the ship, she grabbed a light, knowing she'd be needing it in the caves.
As her feet touched the ground, she took a deep breath as she looked about. She hoped the task would end up being relatively easy. The sooner she had what she needed to the sooner she be back on Eriadu training. With that in mind, she closed her eyes and reached out with the Force. Several minutes passed as she focused, hoping to feel something that would serve as her guide. Finally, she picked up on a faint presence in the distance. From what all she gathered, it wasn't a living thing like other she felt, but the Force was there. It had to be the crystal. So she walked off into the distance, keeping her senses open to what lay in front of her.

Time passed on as Luxeria pressed on, guided by nothing but the Force to her destination. It wasn't an easy trip, making her wonder just what she was thinking. She should have searched out this presence before landing and just went there. She could have already been searching for her next crystal on the next planet. At the very least, she should have used her swoop bike. But at the same time, she didn't want to draw attention. Flying over probably did enough of that on its own. She could only hope none noticed. On another thought, she could have probably found some of the crystals around her if she truly tried to look. Yet, she already knew that it wasn't that simple. While researching, she had learned that to truly utilize a crystal for a lightsaber, it was best to be "chosen." And if she was being drawn in by this feeling, it was best to make the journey for it.
Giving an irritated sigh at the thought, she finished climbing her way out of the canyon she was in. It had been hours for certain as the sun was already starting to touch the horizon. When she arrived, it had only started its descent from its peak in the sky. She was already getting tired, her muscles tense and slowly loosing their strength. She was also starting to get a bit hungry. She'd have to make camp soon. The thought only further irritated her. Someone like her who had lived such the high life, someone as beautiful as her forced to sleep on the dirt with nothing. Taking a moment, she looked around, yet found nothing that would aid her in creating a fire.
Thankfully, she had her light and a small container of food. It would have to do for the time being. She could only hope that she'd find her crystal quickly when she woke. Making her way along, she came to yet another canyon to cross. Rolling her eyes, she crouched down and began to work herself down into ten foot chasm. So many canyons, so much climbing. It was one thing for training to grow tired and worked, but this was ridiculous. As she reached the ground, she noticed an opening to a cavern. Deciding it was best to call it a day, she entered, not straying too far from the entrance. Taking a seat, she grunted and grumbled at the hard ground. Letting out another sigh, she set her light to the side and pulled a small canister from her pack. Opening it, she ate the few contents inside and drank the bit of water that was with it. Within a few minutes, she was finished and leaned back against the wall. As much as she hated the feel of it, the trip had already taken its toll, wearing her out enough that she was quickly asleep.

As the first light of the sun peered over the horizon, reaching down into the canyon and illuminating the cavern entrance, Luxeria began to stir. Her facial expressions weren't one of comfort, but of agitation. As her eyes finally opened and she pushed herself to her feet, she twisted and bent herself, trying to get all the knots that had started to build up in her muscles. She was sore, sore from the walk thus far, sore from sleeping on the hard ground. No matter how much she stretched and rubbed her muscles, the ache wasn't fading. It only irritated her more, making her begin to hate the choices she had just made, hated not just paying someone to retrieve them for her. It would have been so much easier, so much faster. But it was a little late for those thoughts. She had every mind to say forget it and head back, formulating a new approach. Malvus had mentioned something about just meditating with the crystal from the old hilt and tuning it to her.
But with each thought, something inside told her to press on. As much as she hated it, she opened her senses once more, locking on to the presence she had been following. Departing from the cave, she began walking down the center of the canyon, climbing and jumping over rocks as they came up. One thing she knew was that she had used the little bit of food and water she had. Either she'd have to come across something to eat and drink, or this trip needed to end soon.

Hours continued to pass as Luxeria pressed on with her search. She could feel she was getting close now, which promoted her to keep going. Fortunately, she had found a small pool of water. It worked to hydrate her. She was feeling hungry, but it would be something she'd have to endure for now. Just a little further, she kept telling herself. Her crystal would be just up ahead and she could leave.
Pulling herself out of another canyon, she stretched her body out and rubbed her muscles. They weren't as sore as they were when she woke up, but they were stiff now. It wasn't a pleasing feeling. Sure, she had went through some intense training, wearing her down. But at the end of the day was a nice meal, a shower, and a comfortable bed. It let her stay in good shape, not like she was now. She wondered how anyone dealt with such a lifestyle. It made her value her upper class living that much more. In fact, parts of her wished she was back there. How easy it would be to just walk away, return home to Coruscant, and step back into her old life. She had more than enough training to manipulate those around her with the Force should her looks not work. The work with training certainly proved from time to time not to be worth it, especially when facing the pain and torture aspect of it all. Stack it with this painstaking search, and she was ready to call it quits.
Shaking her head, she worked to push the thoughts from her head. No, she couldn't let herself think like that. She came to the Sith willingly. Sure, she hadn't expected the more unpleasant side of training, but it had shown her new avenues of power that she never thought possible. A whole new path had been revealed from her. Despite the hardships, she couldn't turn away. It was far too tempting. There was too much potential that laid before her, just waiting to be seized. Lifting her head, her focus and determined gaze returned to her eyes as she pressed on.

She was close now, she could feel. Standing at the edge of a small cliff, she saw an opening in the canyon below. Of all the caves she had passed, it was this one that held what she sought. Closing her eyes, she let herself focus upon the sensation the crystal gave off. It was stronger now, calling to her, begging to be found. It gave her a sense of strength, a reformation of her resolution. Taking a deep breath, she stepped over the edge, using the Force to jump from rock to rock, ensuring an smoother descent.
Touching down, she had to restrain herself from taking off into a run. Excitement began to rise within her, like receiving a gift. However, as she reached the mouth of the cave, she stopped, head turning slightly to the side. Another moment she began to glance around, observing the area. Even in her stirring mind and excited spirit, she could have sworn she heard something. Yet, there was no movement around her. All was still, even the rocks hanging on the edge of the cliff side remained still. She continued to glance around for a few moments more, before finally shrugging it off and moving on into the cave.
Only a few steps went by before the darkness began to rise, enough to need her light. As she brought the flashlight up, the walls began to shimmer with small fragments of crystal embedded into the wall. It was quite a beautiful sight for a barrenish world, in her mind. But this wasn't what she sought. These were mostly small pieces, more like grain sized crystal fragments built into the rock. So she pushed further into the cave.
It wasn't much farther that she began to find forking paths. Taking a moment, she let the light shine down each path, trying to figure out which way to go. She closed her eyes again, seeking direction. But despite it feeling close, it gave her no direction now. Giving a small sigh of frustration, she made her way down the central path. It was down this path that larger fragments began to jut out from the walls. From one to the other she looked, her light glancing over them. Different shades of blues and violets gave an excellent show. She touched them, each feeling cool to the touch. None of them called to her, nothing around her resonated. She was so close. She didn't want to think that in the last approach she'd go through yet another trial of patience. Just as she was about to move on, something caught her ears, the sound of rocks crumbling under footsteps. It wasn't hers as she hadn't moved yet. Along side the noise, she now felt as if she was being watched. Her hands tightened as she decided to keep moving. She hoped to keep out of a fight, but if she was to be drawn in, it was better to get out the cave first. The space was too small to effectively fight back and a cave in was not something that pleased her mind either. So for now, she needed to remain calm and try to find a path to lead her back outside.

Taking the tunnels that seemed to head back towards the entrance, the sensation of being watched only grew, now feeling like she was being followed. It caused a sinking feeling inside. Truth be told, she didn't understand it really. She had the Force. It should have been more than enough to ensure her capability to fight if not ensure victory. But somehow, it didn't give her the same confidence. Without her lightsaber, she felt like she was defenseless. But how? Why? Her first encounter on Kuat was nothing but the use of the Force. Then again, those two men were pathetic perverts, no ability to really fight, much less cause any real resistance. But she defeated Cuuldurach, the hidden assassin of the Order of Ruin after her lightsaber failed. But it had proved so difficult. In the end, she used all she had in acts of desperation to stay alive. Every thought in order to build confidence only succeeded in causing more doubt.
As she rounded a corner, her senses went off like alarms as she caught sight of something in front of her. It was so quick as it struck out at her. She ducked as the strike hit the wall, causing it to shake slightly. Another strike came straight down on her, to which she stepped back, falling to the ground, though missing the hit. As she scrambled backwards, she shown her light up at the creature. Parts of it shown in blues and violets, much like the crystals around her. The rest appeared to be rock. The most she could guess was that these were the creatures she read about inhabiting the planet. Working to get herself to her feet, the creature slammed his fist against her, slamming her into the wall. The impact was so hard that it nearly caused the wind to be knocked out of her. Her breaths already heavy, she dodged another attack as she finally got to her feet and began running back the way she came.
No matter how quickly she ran, it seemed like she wasn't losing it for anything. To make matters worse, a sharp pain now ran through her right side. Feeling her shirt, it was wet. Using the light to look at her hand, it was red with blood. She couldn't afford to take any more hits like that. With each moment the creature caught her, it struck out again and again, slowing her down each time as she tried dodging. It wasn't long though before a wrong turn led her to a dead end. Her back against the wall, she watched as the creature closed in. It came fast, fist up, ready to smash her into the wall. She had to defend herself, had to fight back. Lifting her hands, she focused the Force in front of her, wanting to use it as so sort of shield. She heard an impact and saw the creature stumble back. Before her, the air shimmered slightly before breaking apart. Somehow, she had used the Force to form a shield in front of her, effectively stopping the creature. But it wasn't down. Back on its feet, it came at her again.
Tightening her hands, she knew she couldn't let herself be drawn into her fears. She couldn't let herself feel helpless. She had the Force and a full reserve for the most part. She had the ability to fight back. Thrusting out her hand, she released a Force push, slamming the creature into the wall. It fell to a knee, part of its back crumbling off. Growing angry, it rushed her, making strike after strike. She focused herself, worked to anticipate the coming attacks and dodging as needed. Slipping behind him, she finally had a clear path for the exit. But she had restored a bit of her confidence. But she was also ready to end the fight as well. Focusing the Force into her hand, it became visible in red swirls. Forming together into an orb, it grew, consuming her hand. The moment it charged her, she released her attack, slamming the creature into the wall again and blasting it apart. The creature was dead now, but it wasn't all. The cave shook and began to collapse. Cursing under her breath, she took off in a run, once again heading for the tunnel entrance.

Luxeria's heart was pounding as she ran with all she had through the tunnels, rocks falling all around her, threatening to trap her here forever. A rock had managed to fall, hitting her left shoulder and forced her to stumble a bit and slam into the wall. Struggling to pick up her momentum after the impact, she searched the Force for strength, seeking that extra boost to get her through. It channeled through her body, seeping into her muscles as she suddenly began to move a bit faster than normal. It was all she needed as she moved just ahead of the major amount of falling rocks. Before long, she saw the light of the tunnel entrance. Seeing her ray of hope, she drew upon the Force more, her body enhancing itself further as she pushed forward.
She exited the cave with moments to spare as the ceiling fell, closing the entrance. As she slowed down, she stumbled and fell to her knees, sliding a little before rolling a bit. Scratched and scarred up from the ordeal, she stood to her feet, just glad she was able to make it out. But in the process, she had lost the crystal that called to her. It meant she failed in this task. Letting go of the tension that ran through her, she let off a sigh. In that moment, she felt it, the movement of another behind her making swipe at her head.
Ducking down, she lunged forward, rolling across the ground twice before coming back to her knees to face the creature. Another one of the residents that resided here, it seemed. However, Luxeria didn't turn to run this time. She had gathered enough confidence in her abilities now to now she could stand and fight. Along side that, she was angry now. What should have been a simple task in her mind had become so much different. She was tired and injured. She could use an outlet before she left the planet and this being would be the image of her hatred.
It came at her again, though Luxeria waited to move until it was right on top of her. Channeling the Force to her legs, she leapt into the air and flipped over the creature. She wanted this being to suffer, to feel her pain. As she landed, she stretched out her hands and unleashed a barrage of Force Lightning upon it. While its rocky nature made it immune to the same level of damage as anyone else, it stopped it well enough. What caught her attention though was when it hit, she felt something run through her, the same sensation she got when searching for her crystal. It seemed that it resided within this creature and she had just connected to it with her attack. She had to be careful as to not damage the crystal inside its body.
Stopping her attack, she reached out with the the Force, taking hold of the creature's body and lifted it off the ground. As it hung there helpless, she walked up to it. Reaching up her other hand, she ran it across the creature's body, feeling out the crystal's location. After a moment, she smirked, having found it residing near the heart of it. Focusing the Force into her hand, she rammed her hand into the being's chest. There, her hand wrapped around something, the crystal, she was sure. It felt warm to her hand, not like those in the cave. Yanking out her hand, her hand was a bit bloody now, but there rested her crystal. Looking back up at the creature, she gave a dark smile.
"Thank you for your contribution to my cause. However, your purpose has come to an end. Good-bye."
Her smile fading, she squeezed her hand as the Force crushed the creature, leaving it to fall in shambles. Her task was complete, her crystal taking from the body of one of the residents. A fitting approach, considering she was a Sith. She was willing to kill for the crystal. As her blood ran over, the crystal, she watched as the color seemed to shift slightly, going from a magenta color to a violet color. It had darkened as it rested in her hands. It was becoming tainted in the dark-side already. As she looked at it, it seemed to give her a bit of strength. It would be enough to get her back to her ship. With everything here at an end, she started heading back.

It had been a little over a day's trip back to her ship. She was certainly drained of energy and strength at this point. Her body hurt from the damage she received and the blood had dried on her. It was her drive and focus that gave her what she needed to get back. However, she was at the point she was dragging herself up the boarding ramp. Moving ever so slowly to the cockpit, she activated the systems and took the ship up into the atmosphere.
As she headed out into deep space, she let Kyra take control as she moved to the refresher. Stripping from her tattered clothes, she let the hot water of the shower wash her clean. As the water passed over her wounds, causing them to sting and tighten. But despite the pain, it felt good. She spent as much time as she could in the shower, finally getting out when the water went cold. After drying off, she began tending to her wounds.
As she did, she began reflecting on what had happened on the planet. She had let the mindset of fighting with a lightsaber fill her mind. Malvus had said that it was her life, and the battle on Thule almost proved that true. Yet, she obtained victory then and was able to stand to her enemies without it. So it couldn't be true. She then thought on her fight with Anya. She had fought in unarmed combat with her, following lessons that Gavin had taught her. Perhaps the thought on a lightsaber being key to survival was something she needed to pull away from. After all, her skills in the Force could take care of most. But what if she ran out of power? Then she'd need to know how to fight without one. BUt she'd work to ensure that not having a lightsaber meant nothing, provided she knew how to fight other ways.
Pushing the thoughts from her mind, she laid down in her bed. For now, she'd rest before heading off for her next destination.

~Deep Space~
Luxeria had spent nearly ten hours sleeping, recovering her strength from the days before. But finally, she began to stir, She was still a little sore and stiff, but otherwise was feeling better now. After a few days, she'd be back to a satisfying level. Getting up, she showered then began dressing her wounds again. As much as she'd rather sit around and relax, she needed to press on with her search. Taking a seat on her bed, she wrapped bandages around her stomach area for the would to her side.
"Kyra, read off to me the other crystals on the list, the planets they can be found on, and the terrain of the planet."
Only a moment passed by before the synthetic female voice came over the speakers.
::Of course, Luxeria. There is the Velmorite crystal, which is found on Velmor. The planet is a temperate world, covered in forests, grasslands, and oceans. It seems two species live there: humans and the native insectoid Velmoc. Next is the Rubat crystal. It is located on the planet Phemis. The planet's layout suggests it is mostly a rocky world, covered in canyons and mountains. It is sparsely inhabited, mostly being mining settlements and military garrisons. The Dantari crystal can be found on Dantooine, mostly found in the eggs of the arachnoid Kinrath. It should be stated that it is a home for some Jedi. Finally, there is the Stygium crystal. There are two planets in which to choose from: Aeten II and Maramere. Aeten II is the primary source of the crystals, however, it is a hot planet with lava rivers, volcanoes, and red deserts. Maramere is where the the crystals were stored after being found on Aeten II. It consists of mountains and oceans.::
Luxeria listened as she finished bandaging herself up. As she dressed, she thought on the locations, where to go next, and even which planet would be better for gaining the Stygium crystal. Deciding to, at least, go with a better world, she decided to go with Velmor. If anything, finding food and water would be much better.
"I believe Velmor will be our next stop. Once I rest a little more, that will be our destination."
::Understood.::
With the plan in motion for the next crystal, she took a seat on the floor, letting herself slip into mediation, focusing her mind, reflecting upon what transpired on Hurikane, and how she'd go about getting her Velmorite crystal.

After a few hours of meditation, Luxeria took the time to eat and take on another bout of sleep. As before when she woke, she showered and redressed her wounds. She put on a jacket to keep herself covered, keeping any she would encounter on Velmor oblivious to any wounds she had. There was never any certainty of what she would encounter, but should a fight take place, she didn't want her enemy to to find of her current weakness.
Once she was ready, she took a seat in the pilot's chair and began loading the coordinates for Velmor. After a few minutes, they were loaded and she jumped into hyperspace.

Luxeria's ship blasted out of hyperspace as they were close. Sitting back in her chair, she gazed upon the beautiful world, glad that is wasn't just another barren wasteland. There would be a few more of those to come, but at least this time, she had something more tolerable. She began scanning the planet over, eventually finding a city not far.
::It seems the capital city of Den Velmor is a good place to start searching for the Velmorite crystal. Perhaps one of the markets there will have one available. Otherwise, it is only a few days trip from the mountains by speeder. If you can't find any in the city to buy, it is highly likely you will find some there.::
Luxeria nodded as they made their approach and began their descent into the atmosphere. "I agree. Some direction and better accommodations would certainly be nice after the last planet."

~Velmor: Den Velmor~
Descending to the planet below, Luxeria brought her ship to soar just a little bit above the trees. From time to time, she did wish to enjoy the beauty of the worlds around her, when she felt they merited such a feeling. But it was to also to grasp an idea of what the terrain was like, how abundant certain things were, such as rivers and forests. If for some reason she had to embark into the wilderness once again, she wanted a better idea of what she was getting into. The trip to Hurikane, as informative as it came to be, was something entirely unexpected. She journeyed longer than she anticipated, leaving her with little in the way of food, shelter, and water. This time, she'd be better prepared.
After some time of flying close to the ground, she took to the air once more as she made a straight shot towards Den Velmor. Seeing the buildings come into view off into the distance, she opened a channel for landing clearance and location. ::Den Velmor. This is Aleena Mirax seeking permission to land.::
It was a few moments of silence before she heard a male voice come to life on her speaks. ::Request granted. Make for landing pad 2237. Please enjoy your stay.::
Nodding to herself, she pressed forward towards the city, heading for her designated landing zone. It was a fairly decent city from what she could tell. While not the most luxurious or top end, it would do well enough. Setting her ship down, she departed, leaving all but her money behind for now. First, she would get an idea of what was going on and if she'd be capable of acquiring a crystal here.
Leaving the landing zone, she moved about the city, taking some time to take in the sights. There certainly wasn't any need to rush. True, she couldn't be gone long from her training, but she was sure Malvus would understand, considering she was seeking to gather everything for her lightsaber, not only the crystals for it. It was an experience that she felt would benefit her, even if she lacked enthusiasm in certain instances. If there was any missions that needed to be dealt with, Vurkar and the other Sith present on Eriadu would be capable of handling it. Deciding to grab a bite to eat, she directed herself to one of the restaurants.

~Velmor: Den Velmor~
Having enjoyed a good and solid meal, Luxeria began searching the different markets of Den Velmor. There were a few things of interest, but for the most part nothing that caught her attention. Though she spent some time relaxing and enjoying herself, she remembered her mission here. With the other sights out of the way, she moved on the one of the finer jewelry stores. She looked around at the jewels and accessories. She had her likings, though she typically didn't really adorn herself heavily in jewelry, especially now that she was in the process of training. It would have all gotten in the way. But something she did plan on having made for her was the same thing she had saw on Anya. Two of the crystals she sought, the Dantari and Stygium were not meant for the lightsaber, but would be placed in bangles she'd wear. But the work involved in getting them made would be far easier than everything else. For that, she'd simply pay.
After a few minutes of looking around, she was finally met by one of the workers. "Welcome. Can we help you find anything today?" The woman seemed quite cheery, ready to aid Luxeria in finding that piece that fit her so well, especially if it was expensive. Luxeria glanced from one side of the counter she was in front of to the other before looking at the woman.
"Tell me, do you have any Velmorite crystals here?"
The woman nodded. "Of course." She walked off, grabbing a tray and gathering a few things from around the store. Coming back, she set the tray down with a few selections of jewelry with the pale yellow gem inside. "We have a few items here that you may like. Though, I think a different gem would suit you. Between your brilliant auburn hair and green eyes, I'd say something along the lines of emeralds or rubies."
Luxeria smiled slightly as she picked up a few things and looked them over. "Perhaps. I just have a strange liking for the pale yellow look of a Velmorite, though." She set a ring down as she gazed into the woman's eyes. "Do you have any larger pieces, that's just the crystal itself?"
The woman looked at her strangely at the request, before nodding. She stepped into a back room before returning with a few larger pieces, each more than enough to suit her needs. It was so easy, to purchase, to be done and gone. But as much as she disliked what she had to endure back on Hurikane, she knew, deep down that she needed to seek them out herself. She had to endure the trials behind them, take hold of the experiences. It was the only true way to grow and become stronger. Gazing back at the woman, her tone became more seductive as she let her right hand wave faintly in front of her on the counter. "You wish to tell me where you find them."
The woman seemed to slightly shift as Luxeria let the Force flow over her mind. "I would like to tell you where we get these crystals." Luxeria smirked as she pressed in farther, further persuading the woman to go on. "These samples here were gathered from the Tol Vemoc Mountains. They are a mountain range north of here, about a few hundred miles. It is a few day trip to get there, but the caves, especially near the center, hold the best collections."
Luxeria nodded with a smile. "Thank you for the information. It was quite valuable." With that she left the woman to gather herself. This would be another journey, but this time, she had direction. She consult with Kyra to get more information before heading that way on her speeder bike.

~Velmor: Den Velmor~
Luxeria boarded her ship and made straight for the cargo bay. Sitting there was her Flare-S swoop bike her parents had bought for her. Not once had it been used since receiving it months ago. She'd finally get that chance now to ride it. Quite a quick little bike, perfect for covering the distance she needed. Moving about the area, she began getting everything she needed for this trip: food, water, and shelter.
"Kyra, what can you tell me about the Tol Vemoc Mountains?"
::According to the scanners, it is about 500 miles north north east of the city. They have quite a few caverns that may hold the Velmorite crystal you are seeking. It also houses the remaining few insectoid Velmoc. The chances of encountering them are rare, but it would be wise to go prepared. Based on weather patterns, it should be clear the next few days, making your trip smoother.::
Luxeria nodded as she loaded her speeder and tied everything down. For the most part, it was the same knowledge given to her by the woman in the jewelry store. But knowing she may encounter some form or creature there and that the weather would be fair was good knowledge to have. Pressing a button on the wall, the loading bay lowered down as she began powering up her bike. Once clear, she unloaded it and locked the ship up. With everything set, she made her way off towards the mountains.

~Velmor: Open Terrain~
It had been a few hours since she had departed Den Velmor.. Tomorrow, she would be at the mountains. But there was no need to rush. The sun was setting and she had traveled far enough already. While she had enjoyed the ride, one could only handle being in a riding position for so long. She needed to stretch and she was starting to get a bit hungry as well. Finding a good spot to rest, she stopped and begun setting up the shelter. For now, she simply put up a small ceiling, just to keep the dew off of her when it fell. She set up a small pit for a fire and began cooking some of the food she had. Leaning back against a tree, she looked out from where she sat on a small hill, her gazed fixed upon the sunset.
As the night came and the stars emerged from their sleep, Luxeria began reflecting upon her time with the Sith thus far. Truth be told, she was a bit surprised at how far she had come and the choices she so willingly made. To take a life, to torture another, to feel the satisfaction from it, and the actual desire to train and become stronger physically as well as mentally and in the Force. Still, she remained unwavered in her decision, only growing in her dedication to her path. She would become stronger and become a Sith that others recognized. As a final smile crept to her face, she turned her attention back to the fire, letting it die down a bit before letting herself fall asleep against the trunk of the tree.
