Trishna has nearly decided to tail the humans Sinya had met with when Shiri approaches her and speaks. "Here is as good as anywhere, Trishna replies after Shiri has revealed who she is subtly. Elav is well, Trishna says, and then nods her head one way and then the other to indicate the tentative nature of her next reply, I know only what Elav shared of Sinya, and heard enough to know that Elav's assessment of her was correct. She is too shrewd to implicate herself, and speaks around any business affairs rather than directly to them. Glancing over a shoulder to watch as Razmik and Alessia walk from the restaurant, Trishna suggests, It might prove more illuminating to follow those she directs, in her indirect way, to see if they are less careful than she. The elderly human and his companion have been hired to undertake some errand for Sinya. Perhaps we should follow them and see where they might lead us?"

Shiri'eyan, her right lekku twitching pensively behind her back as she considers what Trishna has suggested, shakes her head after a moment, grinning as she says, "I think it might be best to call on some backup, then takes her datapad out to begin sending a message as she explains, No offense to your tailing skills, but I'd rather not risk tipping our hand. The old guy had a pretty intense look about him, and so did the blonde. They both seem like the overly cautious, eyes in the back of their heads type. But, that doesn't mean we might get something from them another way. I'm going, she taps her datapad with one hand, pausing in the middle of typing a holonet message, to have the Sesk'vati patrolling the starport keep an eye on old guy, get the name of his ship and see what running it through a records search turns up. It'll make keeping track of them down the line easier, and if they file a flight plan with PTC, we may be able to let the authorities at their destination know to watch them too, maybe even pick them up. Or, she asks Trishna as though seeking her opinion on the idea that has occurred to her, we could have the Sesk'vati in the starport pick them up now? We both heard what Sinya said about delivering what was brought to their ship while they were here, so we know that they probably have a hold full of spice. Maybe they'll give SInya up in exchange for lighter sentences?"

Trishna is silent for a moment as she considers the options Shiri presents before, having decided that there is a greater chance of learning more by letting the smugglers move about freely but closely observed than by making them, and more importantly Sinya'gella, aware of the fact that they are on the Sesk'vati's radar. "For now, let them think they are getting away with their little scheme without attracting attention. Try and identify them and their ship, discreetly, and then see what those puzzle pieces reveal. At a minimum, keeping tabs on them when they are on Ryloth provides a way to predict when Sinya'gella will next emerge from her lair, and possibly enable us to follow her back to it. Smiling unseen beneath her veil, Trishna looks over and meets Shiri's eyes as she thinks of the countless beings she has stalked in her long, long lifetime without being noticed before she wished to be noticed, and says in a bemused tone, As far as my tailing skills, you'd be surprised at how well honed they are."

Shiri'eyan holds her hands up in apology as she grins and says, "Noted, and then takes her datapad out so that she can contact the Sesk'vati stationed in the starport, telling the Jedi, I like the way you think. As she begins typing out the message, she suggests, Why don't we take a walk once I send this? We can talk shop someplace where we're less likely to be overhead," she explains, deciding to save the warning about Bril'sivron and his 'little lizards' for when they can be reasonably sure that they are not being watched.

Removing his duster and laying it on back of the pilot's seat once he has reached the cockpit, sitting as he asks his co-pilot cheerfully in his refined Coruscanti accent, "So, where are going then?"
Alessia, tucking an errant lock of her blonde hair behind a pointy ear as she continues preparing their Nemesis-class patrol ship for liftoff, replies, "Naboo. Great Grass Plains of the North. Cave converted into a den of ill repute. We never get to go anywhere fun."
"Fun was not part of the job we signed on for, was it? Razmik replies in a theatrically confused tone, joining in the lift off preparations. Addressing what he assumes is the question behind Alessia's observation, knowing he well enough to know when she is simply indulging her tendency to grouse as well as when she is grousing more genuinely, he says, I think we might be due for a bit of down time, don't you? Once we've finished up this bit of business, I think I'll see about arranging for some leave for us. Start thinking of fun destinations," he concludes, bringing the ship's engines and repulsorlifts online.
The Gledalac, moments later, ifts off and then begins making for Ryloth's orbit.
Shiri'eyan's inquiries will reveal only what the Sesk'vati who had previously searched for records concerning Razmik, his ship, and his crew had learned. No records exist connecting Razmik, his ship, or his crew with the Sector Rangers, all available records having been fabricated or altered to support their cover identities as a smuggling crew.

Nodding her head to convey agreement with the suggestion that they make their way outside, Trishna smiles unseen beneath her headscarf at the idea that they might be overheard, already allowing her sense of the Force to extend outwards to try and determine whether they have attracted any unwanted notice. Should she sense anything indicating that, undercover though they are, she and Shiri have drawn attention to themselves, Trishna will make it known that they should not speak of what they wish to speak of by speaking instead of something innocuous and dull, waiting until they can be sure that they are not under observation to speak openly.
As they walk, Trishna recalls what she can of Kala'uun, having learned a few useful tidbits from the Jedi she has now assumed the identity of, thinking that she will, once concluding her business with Shiri, do a bit of exploring to see how well what she learned matches with the present reality on Ryloth; tracking Sinya will be easier, Trishna knows, the more familiar she is with where it is the tracking will be taking place.

Shiri'eyan, after reading the reply from her the Sesk'vati stationed in the starport, pockets her datapad with a frown. Waiting until they have reached one of Kala'uun's upper levels, where the sounds of offworlders visiting Ryloth and that of the locals out and about to enjoy the shops and other tourist attractions will make listening in on their conversation all but impossible even if anyone tailing them has kept pace with them as they enter the crowds milling around a small, crowded park area near an outdoor market, Shiri'eyan tells Trishna, "Nothing too surprising. The ship's captain has a few minor offenses in his past. Smuggling appears to be the worst of it, but that is only what he has been caught for, of course. Given what we suspect Sinya'gella is involved with, it seems Gregoryan is either falling back into old, bad habits, or merely just moving up in the criminal world. There isn't much on his crew, but since they're with him, I suspect they're all cut from the same cloth. We might be able to use his record to threaten him, she suggests in an inquisitive tone, her left lekku swishing behind her back to curl around the outside of her hip, maybe even make him a C.I.?"

"Possibly," Trishna says in a skeptical tone, not sure that the possible benefits of Shiri's suggestion outweigh the risk that all that would be accomplished by the move would be to alert Sinya'gella of the fact that the Sesk'vati are attempting to build a case against the organization she works for. While taking the place of the Jedi who's name and very place in the universe she killed to be who she is, at least for now, means approaching the task before her and the Sesk'vati with the virtues of the Jedi she has decided to be for now, Trishna does not believe that it requires her to go along with every idea or suggestion the Sesk'vati might have. Using the smuggler captain as an informant seems better suited, in her mind, to a last resort; it seems safer to Trishna to leave them in the dark for now, rather than risk them intentionally or unintentionally revealing that they have been contacted by the Sesk'vati.
"Patience, she says after a pause, seems the wises course for now. Best not to risk revealing our hand too soon."

Shiri'eyan nods, "Of course, Master Jedi. I'll have the Sesk'vati stationed in the Starport flag Gregoryan and his ship so that you are informed of when they return, but make it clear that Gregoryan and his crew are to otherwise be left alone. Providing the Jedi with her comm frequency, Shiri'eyan says, If you need anything, equipment, records or support, get in touch. Assuming that there is nothing further for the time being, I'll leave you to your work."

After she has parted ways with Shiri'eyan, Trishna roams Kala'uun unhurriedly. Her attire, not that of a typical Jedi, is light and loose fitting, and fits in well with what natives of Ryloth wear, her hood and veil voluminous enough that, unless she is under close scrutiny, her species is indeterminate, Trishna also possesses a gift for moving unseen even amidst throngs of beings, subtly employing telepathic suggestion to make curious eyes pass over her and, when necessary, the Force to manipulate sound and light to render her invisible. Tireless, sleep not something she requires, Trishna is able to haunt Kala'uun like an unseen wraith for hours, able to go even down into the very lowest levels of the city, where slums and the very worst of the ryll dens alike can be found.
It is in the ryll dens of Kala'uun's lowest level that Trishna lingers longest, an unseen, watchful ghost listening intently for anything that might help her find Sinya'gella or t learn more about the organization that employs the female Twi'lek Trishna believes will prove to be the key to taking on the criminal organization she has agreed to help the Sesk'vati take down.

Mazer'kairn, the head of the organization that Trishna has concerned herself with, manages his affairs through proxies such as Sinya'gella so that nothing can be traced back to him, and is careful to ensure that even the proxies themselves know only those things they need to know to do what he would have them do. The compartmentalization Mazer employs is something that he encourages in all those that serve him, no matter their rank or role in his organization, and so Trishna will, overall, enjoy little success no matter how long she lurks and listens.
However, drink and the security instilled by the dens of iniquity in which Mazer's minions choose to unwind can at times cause a lapse in discipline, and so it is that Trishna might overhear a few interesting tidbits of information. The name of the Jang crew comes up once or twice in connection with Sinya'gella, the former having been only recently employed by the latter. Sinya herself is, of more immediate interest to Trishna, known to have a meeting with an arms dealer two nights hence at one of the ryll dens. . .

Patient, attentive, and able to use more than hearing alone to keep herself alert to any mention (verbal or merely in the thoughts of the beings around her given that her command of the Force makes peering into the thoughts of those beings possible for her) of Sinya'gella, Trishna fails to note neither the name of the smuggling crew that is known to have been hired by Sinya nor the fact that the Twi'lek criminal is known to have a planned rendezvous with an arms dealer.
After departing from the ryll den where she had learned enough to know what her next move will be, Trishna sends a brief holonet message to Shiri'eyan (providing her with the name of the Jang crew so that the Sesk'vati can be alert for them should they show up on Ryloth, but not the fact that she has learned of the intended meeting between Sinya and the arms dealer as she does not want the Sesk'vati to ruin the ambush she plans to prepare or for them to prevent her from what she plans for the Twi'lek should the ambush prove successful), and then makes her way to the ryll den where the meeting is to take place so that she can familiarize herself with its layout and, perhaps more importantly, linger within it often over the coming days so that her presence is a familiar enough one that it should not prove remarkable even if her efforts to manipulate the Force to conceal her presence or, failing that, telepathically ensure that none find their attention drawn to her for long, are not as successful as she intends them to be.

Several employees of the ryll den, and even some of the patrons, are in the employ of Sinya'gella; their job being to be on the lookout for any suspicious activity and report it to the Twi'lek. While the presence of a human female where no human has any business being would normally be something the minions of Sinya do not fail to take note of, Trishna's abilities ensure that even when they do notice her, it is only briefly and soon forgotten, so when the time arrives for the meeting with the arms dealer arrives, Sinya is unaware of any potential threat to her.
One wrinkle that Trishna may not have planned for is that the meeting between Sinya and the arms dealer is in a private room, and after she and the arms dealer arrive and enter the room, the two burly Gamorrans that nearly always accompany Sinya take up places to either side of the only door into the private room, their vibroaxes held in their meaty hands at the ready as their small eyes vigilantly scan the corridor leading to the private room on the lower level of the ryll den.

Daunted by neither the private room nor the Gamorreans accompanying her prey, Trishna allows several moments to pass before, having formulated her plan once all of the factors involved in claiming her prize have been revealed, she begins her opening move.
Remaining in the shadows after moving to where she has a clear view of the Gamorreans, Trishna studies the bar and its occupants for a moment to see if any of the patrons appear as interested in the private room as she is to determine if she will need to worry about more opposition than the Gamorreans. The fact that Gamorreans are renowned for their low intelligence should make the first step in Trishna's plan all but guaranteed to succeed, and yet she still takes a few moments to gather the Force to her before exerting her will and reaching out towards their primitive minds to utilize her skill in Force Corruption to turn Sinya's minions into her own.
Should her efforts to assume control of the Gamorreans succeed, Trishna will telepathically bid them to enter the private room and attempt to quickly and quietly subdue Sinya and the arms dealer . . .

Sinya'gella looks up with a puzzled frown as her Gamorrean bodyguards enter the room as she and the arms dealer she had come to meet with begin their negotiations. The Gamorreans, unable to resist the telepathic bidding of Trishna, move as though drugged, only their brute strength and the unexpectedness of their attack enabling them to succeed in carrying out their task.
Slamming the lower grip of his vibro axe into the tentacled face of the Quarren arms dealer as he rises from his seat while reaching for the blaster holstered on his hip, the first Gamorrean to enter the room grunts and, after the Quarren has fallen unconscious to the floor, watches as his fellow Gamorrean grabs Sinya'gella, who is so confused by the turn of events that she is spluttering for an explanation that she may not be destined to ever get instead of trying to flee or attack, by her shoulders and puts an end to her resistance by lifting her up to eye level and headbutting her.
Dropping Sinya'gella's limp, unconscious body into the chair she had recently stood briefly up from, the second Gamorrean turns to the first and nods towards the door. The first Gamorrean moves to stand outside the door, numbly awaiting the next telepathic command from Trishna now that the first task she had given them has been completed.

Trishna enters the room, telepathically bidding the Gamorreans to stand guard outside, and walks over to the Quarren's still form after glancing at Sinya'gella and seeing that she, too, has been rendered unconscious. Picking up the blaster that lays near the Quarren, Trishna walks over to where Sinya'gella is slumped in her chair, squatting down so that her veiled face is level with the Twi'lek's.
Unconscious, Sinya'gella should prove unable to resist the telepathic probing that Trishna begins after marshalling the Force to her. The probe is not a gentle one, more akin to violently wrenching open the drawers of the Twi'lek's mind in search of the information Trishna seeks; information about who the Twi'lek works for, where that being can be found, and what forces are at the being's disposal. . .

Unable to resist the telepathic rifling through her mind, Sinya'gella moans, drool dribbling from the corner of her mouth as Trishna uncovers all of her knowledge of Mazer'kairn's operations. While far from complete, Sinya'gella's knowledge of the Force sensitive Twi'lek's operations is extensive, including his main base of operation being located in Joreikna and recent recruitment of the Jang and Grigoryan crews.
Trishna will know, by the end of her telepathic tossing of Sinya's mind, that Mazer'kairn's operations include the smuggling of ryll and slaves to many worlds, and that the criminal organization he heads uses many legitimate businesses as fronts.

With the knowledge she came for obtained, Trishna paces the room for a few moments to consider how best to proceed. Though she has little doubt that she could eliminate Mazer'kairn alone, Trishna does not suppose that is a viable option if she wants to continue playing at being a Jedi for so long as it suits her to do so. Working with the Sesk'vati will make taking Mazer'kairn down more complicated, pesky rules and laws to constrain her, but if she is to be a Jedi then such things are to be followed as often as possible.
Frowning as she stops her pacing behind the chair Sinya'gella sits slumped over in, and then looks from the Twi'lek to the Quarren laying unconscious on the floor, Trishna supposes that this particular situation is already one that has seen her fail to act as a Jedi; her impatience got the better of her, she realizes now. Reaching up and pulling the veil covering her mouth and nose down, Trishna sighs, thinking it is a pity that she cannot, if she wishes to protect the secret she has kept from all but those whose identities she has assumed over her long life, use Sinya'gella to the full extent of her ability to do so, turning her into a devoted, obedient thrall that would make taking Mazer'kairn down easier. Sinya'gella, unfortunately, will simply need to die tonight, along with her body guards and the Quarren arms dealer, and in such a way that Trishna's hand in their deaths is never suspected.
Running her tongue over her elongated left canine tooth, Trishna reaches out and cups Sinya'gella's chin to gently turn her head to the side, exposing the expanse of the Twi'lek's neck. There is no reason, Trishna thinks as she leans closer to Sinya'gella's neck, to deny herself the opportunity to feed; draining the energy of her victims, after all, leaves no evidence. Closing her eyes as she sinks her canine teeth into Sinya'gella's neck, Trishna drains the Twi'lek's energy slowly, savoring the experience. Using her saliva to heal the marks on Sinya'gella's neck so that there will be no clue left as to what truly killed her, Trishna picks up the blaster she had taken from the arms dealer and then walks to the Quarren's body and places it in his hand after grabbing his collar and lifting him into the chair he had been seated in. Using her hand to lift the Quarren's arm to take aim at Sinya'gella's head, Trishna rests her chin on his shoulders to make sure of the shot and then wraps her index finger around his and fires a blaster bolt into the Twi'lek's forehead, the noise nearly drowned out entirely by the din of music and babble of conversations in the main bar area of the ryll den.
After feeding on the Quarren's energy and killing him, Trishna telepathically summons the Gamorreans into the room and finishes arranging the scene she has decided to set out. Lifting the Quarren's arm once more to aim the blaster in his hand towards the Gamorreans as they enter the room, Trishna kills one with a trio of blaster bolts, and then commands the second to run the Quarren through with his vibro-axe as she adjusts the aim of the Quarren's hand so that the blaster is aimed for the Gamorrean's head. Stepping back from the scene after the Gamorrean has collapsed onto the Quarren, toppling the chair over, Trishna finds it paints the picture she hoped it would - the arms dealer kills Sinya'gella for one reason or another, and is then killed when her guards rush in after hearing the blaster shot, taking both of them with him - convincingly enough that there is little threat of the Sesk'vati discovering her hand in it, especially since she has used her telepathy to remain unseen by the patrons of the ryll den.
Lifting her veil back over her nose and mouth, Trishna walks from the room and then out of the ryll den, beginning the journey back to the starport and her ship, beginning to think of how much of what she learned from Sinya'gella she will share with Shiri'eyan, and of how to explain how it is that she learned it.

Siolo'han and Jer'waran, the Sesk'vati detectives assigned to the investigation of the murders in the ryll den, conclude from the murder scene precisely what Trishna had intended any investigators would conclude from it. With the alleged victims, Sinya'gella and her Gamorrean guards, dead along with their murderer, the Quarren arms dealer, the official Sesk'vati investigation into the murders is quickly and quietly shut, supposedly solved.
Shiri'eyan, upon learning of the death of Sinya'gella, sends a holonet message to Trishna, informing her of the murders in the ryll den and inquiring into how the Jedi Watchman wishes to proceed with their investigation now that one avenue of investigation has been closed to them.
Mazer'kairn's world is one in which violent deaths are not a rare occurrence, and he attaches no significance to Sinya's death, though he does mourn the loss of so skilled a lieutenant. Cazne'kru, one of Mazer's henchman that has shown an aptitude for maintaining a low profile coupled with absolute loyalty to Mazer and more than average social skills, is promoted to Sinya's former position, and relocated in no time at all to Kala'uun so that he can assume her responsibilities.

Waiting for Shiri'eyan in a booth in Mala'aa's Kitchens, Trishna sips from her mug of yurp as she considers how to proceed with her mission to deal with Mazer'kairn. The Sesk'vati want her do so by helping her to build a case against the head of a criminal organization that has plagued Ryloth for some time now, but Trishna wonders if, ever were such a pursuit successful and led to Kairn's conviction, it would not be better to deal with him, and his organization, in a more direct and final way. Imprisoned, Kairn might still lead what pieces remain of his empire after the investigation ends, but dead, along with as many of his minions as she can find and kill along with him, Kairn and all that he has built will no longer be able to spread the violence and misery they have sown.
If she is to deal with Kairn in the way she feels compelled to deal with him, Trishna will need to do so in a way that does not compromise her role as a Jedi Watchman, for it is one she intends to play for so long as it entertains her, and so she will need to appear to be building a case for the Sesk'vati's benefit while striking at Kairn and his lackeys. She knows where to find Kairn, but will need to do more surveillance and observation before moving against him; fortunately surveillance and observation are things she would be doing if she truly intended to help build a case against him, and so Trishna supposes that is where she will begin.
When Shiri'eyan arrives and joins her, Trishna asks after they exchange greetings, "What do you know about Joreikna?"
