Atlantis rolled his eyes playfully before slapping Franz at the back of his head with the Force. "He is just playing, Elika, don't worry about it, and just drag him there to the spa." Atlantis told her reassuringly before he shook his head and looked at Franz again with a knowing expression. "Told ya, wherever she goes, you go, otherwise not only I will be in trouble, but so will you." Atlantis informed him teasingly. He was certain that Franz was just being Franz, or at least his former self, the whiny kind, and maybe acting like a little boy now, he even got a nickname from Lily, now that was saying something.
Atlantis knew for a fact that Lily never gave nicknames to people unless she appreciated them, she just worked that way, however curious that sounded but he learned to not question her anyways since he still was sensible on occasions. Atlantis soon looked at Crystal and inclined his head faintly to her request to come by tonight. Again he couldn't promise that at all but if he couldn't he would contact her. "I will let you know by either showing up here or contacting you, angel." Atlantis finished the last of his coffee and put that into the sink before noticing that Ryan was making his way towards the sink as well and even though Atlantis was about to wash the dishes, he stopped with Crystal's warning and it looked like Ryan had taken the relay.
That was followed up by Ryan's question to him. Atlantis looked at him thoughtfully and shook his head to tell him that he wasn't even going to the academy. "I actually have to go to the city at midday, so no academy for me right now, although maybe I'll drop by there later, but yes I do have to meet a few people from last night." Considering the ongoing investigation and hopefully the precinct's findings about the potential suspects from the data, he was certain that this day was going to be a long day.
"Which reminds me, I have to go get ready too." Atlantis said while making a face, and to think that he had to head to a damn precinct for something that occurred last night because he had to work with law enforcement on this case, it wasn't really something he was looking forward to, but he figured that he would still try and make it work but at least that matter was going to be bearable with the fact that he knew people there. Saluting everyone before he made his way out of the kitchen to return into Crystal's room, Atlantis geared up but had just decided to wear a simple shirt with his leather protection beneath and some dark pants along with a dark long coat after he had securely placed on his lightsabers to his wrist, causing his signature in the process to disappear.

When he felt Crystal’s hand on his forearm, Atlantis turned to look at her and inclined his head slightly to let her know that he would do it very best. He couldn’t promise it, so he did not promise that at all, but he would do his very best. Placing his fork down, Atlantis wrapped his arm around her shoulders and kissed her temple affectionately.
“I will do my very best.” Atlantis murmured before releasing her and placing another kiss on her cheek. “I will let Mace know.” He added on sincerely with a warm smile. He was about to say something else but soon enough Lily had walked into the kitchen and he greeted her back before finishing his own breakfast, thankfully, considering that she was apologizing for what had happened last night.
Atlantis put his fork down and covered his mouth with the napkin because he was about to laugh and he wanted to prevent himself from doing that and maybe also potentially spitting some food out but that did not happen, thankfully and he just looked at her with a playful expression. Thanks to Crystal again who just told Lily to just eat, that was soon followed by Ryan’s arrival and his question. He was about to nod but it looked like it was unnecessary since Elika had just arrived as well in the kitchen.
He smiled and waved his hand in Elika’s direction and accepted the offer to have some more coffee but soon enough he felt that urge to laugh again. Clearing his throat and looking from Elika to Franz, Atlantis rolled his eyes playfully and shook his head right after that.
“Franz said that he wouldn’t be surprised if he was traumatized again.” Smiling at Elika before looking at Ryan with a warm smile considering that it looked like maybe she was much more comfortable now with Ryan, which was great, Atlantis thought.
“You might want to get your stuff back at the academy, otherwise, I am afraid that Lily might keep taking your shirts randomly.” Atlantis said playfully before glancing at Crystal since he clearly remembered several shopping bags in her room. “Or you could do into a shopping spree, but just make sure you leave enough space for your girl.”
Maybe he was partially at fault for Crystal’s lack of space in her closet since he did have some of his clothes there, but now that he was thinking about clothes, he looked at Franz with a smirk. “And maybe you should have some clothes in the trunk of your speeder.”

Atlantis arched his eyebrow with an amused smirk on the corner of his lips when he found out that Franz was part of the spa experience that the three women were used to doing whenever they were together…
“Really…?” Atlantis looked at Franz with another amused expression before he shook his head. But now that he thought about it, Atlantis groaned briefly and sighed audibly. “What would I do to actually be in your place.”
It was a fact, it was relaxing when he thought about it and it was always fun filled by whatever and even though Franz had said that he was going to be traumatized, Atlantis was very sure that his cousin was looking forward to that day just spent with the women.
“Besides figuring out how the quetarra strings work again?” Atlantis asked rhetorically with an amused expression, although he was very sure that Crystal wouldn’t believe that at all, she was smart and she would know whenever he lied or something but one thing was for sure he did not lie to her before, he wasn’t going to lie to her now. He omitted some truth that was a fact, but lying, no way.
“Actually, UPD requested some help from us last night.” That was the truth, although he wasn’t about to say Rangers too right now. “It concerned people being ixnayed by Force sensitive.” Granted, perhaps she would ask him why would the UPD or even the Jedi keep working together or whatever? Atlantis just explained the best he could.
“Gang members, not our turf, theirs but lightsaber involved into those crimes, ours… So I may be in the City throughout the day in the middle of Detectives and what have you.”
So the fact that he was going to have a complete breakfast right now, it was a welcoming one, which was why he dug in the moment he had stopped talking and he truly was enjoying this, which was why he looked gratefully at Crystal but also conveyed through his gaze, to not worry about it for the time being about the lightsaber dealio.

Atlantis wondered why he had not heard about those said crimes that were spoken by Franz. Come to think of it, Atlantis barely read the news, so that event brought up by Franz was something that really wasn’t foreboding well at all. Atlantis, too, did not believe in coincidences and maybe he should talk about it to the current detectives and the Ranger on the case, but last night was more or less a testament on how he worked and how they worked. Hopefully it would only get better…
He was thankful that Franz had told him about that, at least he would know something and maybe he could find a connection. He’d have to let Mace know too, later he guessed. For now, Atlantis inclined his head to tell Franz that he got that loud and clear, also the part about Andros. Franz was right about that. Lately Andros was more about politics but also law and order than Force user. It was no secret that Andros was sensitive, that much was a given but who factually knew that he was easy to be riled up?
Questions he could meditate on later, especially that now he and Franz were talking about something else completely, and Atlantis showed a straight line with his lips when Franz informed him that he had told Elika, Lily and Crystal that he played the quetarra and Andros the drums. “I haven’t even played in a long time.” Atlantis muttered under his breath but considering that Franz had said that Lily would be on the convincing front, he mayhaps should get onto that pretty soon otherwise it may sound like a shrieking banshee when he played.
Upon Crystal’s arrival in the kitchen he looked at her and kissed her back. “The first hour, nope not really.” Atlantis said with a faint smirk and he then rolled his eyes semi-exasperatedly, he was pretty sure that everyone knew what he was referring to, but anyways, he just moved away from that topic and stood up from where he was sitting to pour some coffee into a cup for Crystal, he added the cream and sugar and looked at her with a faint grin.
He was about to offer his help to cook but Franz beat him to it and he also knew that Crystal always did things on her own and she often needed help when it came to chopping, but considering that toasts, eggs and bacon were on the breakfast menu, maybe the bacon was the thing that needed to be sliced, but nope it was already pre-sliced.
“I wouldn’t mind some food either.” Atlantis finally said before looking in Franz’s direction when he said something about the soundproof walling. “Trust me, it wasn’t that bad but at least, her emergency got fixed. Anyways,” He looked at Crystal and Franz before asking. “What are you all doing today? Any plans or something?”

Came morning, Atlantis found Crystal sleeping peacefully on his chest, he smiled at the sight and leaned down to kiss the top of her head before he slowly and gently moved her so he could get up and freshen up. Upon checking the time he had noticed that it was still early but at least he felt rested, just what he needed to embrace the entire day ahead.
Finally walking out of her room after a couple of minutes, he had not geared up just yet, after all he still had a little more time before he headed towards that said precinct to investigate further those crimes from the previous evening, instead he padded barefoot towards the kitchen in jogging pants and shirt also carrying a regular shirt and loose pants for Franz knowing the man might want or need to change.
Speaking of Franz, he found the man in the kitchen and greeted him before making his way towards that freshly brewed pot and poured some coffee into a cup then added little cream and sugar. He figured that since the two of them were currently on their own, he should be updating Franz about last night considering Atlantis didn’t get a chance to do so earlier.
Sitting on a stool, Atlantis made little conversation, asking his cousin what he and the ladies of the house had planned for the entire day, but that was just small talk. He focused onto Franz and privately began to converse with him via the Force.
Crimes were committed last night, it involved some gang members and one of the head honcho of that said gang… Atlantis began to think as he sipped his cup of coffee, he wouldn’t be surprised if Franz wondered why the Mist Order was involved in that investigation because those type of crimes were handled by local law enforcement, but he knew that Franz was smart and he would put two and two together especially when his cousin had felt as well an unknown presence that leaned towards the dark side of the Force.
Here is the crux, there is a survivor, or a few, I dunno, apparently the assailant was Andros as those crimes were committed with a lightsaber, and the witness clearly stated Andros, or it could have been me when you think about it. So not only we are dealing with someone who has some expert training in the Force to put that image on the victims’ head, but clearly whoever did that is maybe trying to get under Andros’ skin…
Franz was one of those people who would know how Andros would react if no one talked to him about it to stand down, and Atlantis showed through his gaze that that part had been taken care of but still, the obvious target could have been Andros because maybe that person whoever committed the crimes knew where his identical twin’s power core laid on.
“So, I will need you to keep an ear out from time to time…” Atlantis said out loud, after all it would have been very curious to anyone that may be walking in if he and Franz were just sitting there and not talking, really.

Atlantis wasn’t convinced about the fact that Lily might no longer have that said medical emergency, although it did not help that she was quick to take his comlink away before the youngest Solaris sibling could even listen to it. Shrugging slightly, he just decided on the spot to not even say a thing lest he’d get into trouble with the Attorney General of this planet.
That was something he wanted to avoid right now, because he knew from his track record, Atlantis won’t even stand a chance, so no way…
Instead he focused onto Crystal, especially when she asked him how was Mace. Atlantis smiled warmly knowing that indeed it might have been a while since Crystal had seen Mace, that everyone here present barred him and Franz had seen Mace come to think of it. “Mace is great,” Atlantis replied reassuringly before chuckling and shaking his head at the thought. “She, like as always, has found a way to make the mist work to her own advantage.” He did not expound on that matter, for now considering that all Crystal had asked of him was how Mace was. Bottom line, the Kiffar leader was great, and Atlantis knew that he had to thank one of Crystal’s brothers for that too.
“Did you manage to get a hold of Ares?” He asked curiously, Atlantis knew that Crystal had been trying to contact Virgil too, but considering how Ryan felt about their father, he just asked about Ares for now as he did not want to cause irritation or anything that would have plummeted the mood that had been present for a while now.
He shook his head to say that he did not give the entire content of the message to Ryan and he smirked innocently at that. “Nope, it would be too awkward for me to relay that message to him.” But he was amused as to how Elika had qualified that emergency, although he did not understand all the words and more importantly the acronyms there.
“Whatever those things are, Franz, I am sure that Elika just put it nicely that Lily has a medical emergency in her pants, that Ryan needs to treat A.S.A.P.” Atlantis said with a smirk although he did look at Elika curiously because that was surprising to him. Although he figured that he still had a lot of things to learn about her.
Atlantis took a deep breath and nodded slightly when Crystal asked him to stay the night. He was here now, so yes, why wouldn’t he? “Of course.” He murmured softly before closing his eyes briefly, he could tell that Crystal was getting tired, and he guessed that it was time to put just let her sleep.
“I do believe that I should be leading this lovely lady to bed.” Atlantis kept a secured hold onto Crystal and stood up while he continued to carry her, but before even leaving the place, he figured that maybe she’d want to say her good nights or something…

Atlantis watched his girlfriend stand up and rush straight to him. As a reflex, he wrapped his arms around her and returned her kiss before pulling his head back while he rubbed Crystal’s back soothingly just to reassure her somehow… After all he was here now and nothing had happened to him so to speak. He smiled and placed his hands on her cheeks before giving her a peck and he followed her to where everyone was. It looked like the group was completed by Ryan’s arrival too, but before he could greet the man again, his gaze was onto Crystal and Atlantis shook his head to deny the offer, and besides if he did need anything, he’d stand up and get it himself.
“Nope, thanks for asking.” Atlantis told her with a warm smile before tugging her to sit on his lap and he wrapped his arms around her waist while listening to the ongoing conversation. Atlantis noticed that look Franz was giving him and he rolled his eyes playfully before shaking his head. “C’mon buddy, you have spent your entire afternoon with them, how ba…” Atlantis cut his statement short and glanced at Lily, okay no, he could understand Franz’s words right there which caused him to laugh.
“I take it back; I am not surprised that you are traumatized.” Atlantis knew how crazy it could turn out to be with Crystal and Lily, the two of them, or at least Lily on her own could really turn any situation into something crazy and more… Now with Elika added to the mix, yeah he shouldn’t be surprised.
“Two weeks, Delgrave, two weeks until Lucy comes back to active duty.” Atlantis informed him before he took his comlink from his pocket and handed that to Ryan. “As for you, McFreaky, I haven’t told you everything.” Glancing at his comlink and then back at Ryan before refraining himself to laugh. “You should listen to the voice mail; I first thought it was an emergency because it was Elika’s frequency, so I listened to it… On air and people were around.”
Atlantis did not say who he was with, or who were those other people he was referring to, but it had been awkward, very awkward. “You’ll understand what medical emergency Franz is referring to and why he seems traumatized once you listen to Lily’s message.”
He had that prominent smile on his features because not only was he glad to be seeing Franz relaxed but it really looked like his cousin was back to his former self, someway, somehow… Atlantis was grateful for the three women making that possible.

Before setting off by himself like he had intended to, Atlantis was amused by Nazani’s words, that was a given but he did not reply to her and just looked at her with an amused grin. Indeed he had not taken offense to that joke, at all… He also remembered to let Ryan know about that message he had received by mistake, and thus he contacted Crystal’s brother to let him about that Lily wanted him in the lakehouse because apparently Elika wanted to get to know him. It stopped there, Atlantis did not add the other detail at all...
It was already awkward for him to have let that message be put on speaker when he was at the morgue and he wanted to avoid further awkwardness so he omitted the other content of the message. Upon hearing Ryan’s groggy reply that he would be there, Atlantis cut the communication short and continued to make his way towards the lakehouse.
He thought about the elements they had gathered so far, and he also figured that maybe things would turn out to be better during the day when they all reconvened in the precinct for the follow up with the census and the passengers’ manifests. Right now though he needed a break from the thoughts that were running through his mind and thankfully he was noticing that he was approaching the lakehouse.
The lakehouse
Atlantis released his lightsaber that always shielded his signature and let it float momentarily by his side before he leaped above the fence. He preferred to announce himself in a way lest Franz or anybody else thought that there was an intruder, although he was sure that whoever had eyes on the lakehouse would have recognized him by now. He focused on the presences surrounding the lakehouse and was surprised to find out that they were all relatively close to one another, and at this hour?
He understood that they were awake and when he emerged in the gardens that was void of the mist, he smiled and retook his lightsaber placing it back to where it normally was before grinning at the four of them sitting right there in the recessed lounge area.
“Hey everyone.” Atlantis said with a tired but also happy tone, he looked at everyone and smiled warmly. He was glad that Franz was there, that had caused him to look at Elika with a grateful smile, because he was just grateful that Franz was actually with all of them and not on his own in a corner. He then looked at Lily and chuckled. “I did warn Ryan about the call, and he is coming, although I woke him up…”
Finally, his attention turned in Crystal’s direction and he smiled, he did not say anything at all, but he just looked at her to tell her that he was fine and nothing bad had happened to him at all. Although something bad did happen but he did not want to get into that right now. If he explained everything right then and there, it would cause everyone to worry, although he knew that he would have to speak about it to Franz, he was the Jedi there, for the three ladies, he really did not want to open that can of worms at all as it concerned Andros, who all had come to appreciate one way or the other despite his constant demeanor.

Umgul City — Morgue
Although it was indeed worth a shot to contact each academies he had listed and knew of, Atlantis wasn’t necessarily convinced that someone from those academies might have committed the crimes here in Umgul. “I’ll see what I can do about the list,” Atlantis began to say but one thing remained. “But I wouldn’t hold my breath about finding your assailant on that list, the use of a synthetic crystal is not something someone that might have learned in a Jedi academy would have done…” Although she did have a point, what if the person had left before even harvesting their own crystal lightsaber? There was a thin chance at that, but no lightsaber would have paraded around so to speak without a weapon that was their life so to speak.
Atlantis rubbed his face and took a deep breath before deciding on the spot and letting everyone know. “I’ll see what I can do to procure that list, perhaps.” Not really a perspective that he was looking forward to, even though he had no qualms about it, oh right yes, he had to add Yavin IV to that list.
Well then, Coruscant, Corellia, Honoghr, Felucia and Yavin IV…
Atlantis inclined his head at the suggestion made that they should reconvene again in the afternoon about this matter that was investigated. Maybe they would indeed have more luck, although he wasn’t holding his breath at that currently. Though he was curious as to why Mace had requested a copy of that indentation on the Bothan’s skin, but he figured that she had her own reasons, she always did and he never questioned it.
He looked at the Detective with a grateful smile and shook his head. “That won’t be necessary, I’d rather walk and besides there is something else that I first have to deal with.” Not only did he have to warn Ryan about that comm he had received, but Atlantis was not going to go back at the academy at all, for the simple reasons that he would be headed to the lakehouse and also, walking for him allowed him to think further and just straighten out his thoughts.
He smiled when Dr. Claus added a few words, which caused Atlantis to smile and incline his head. “You may be right about that, Doc.” Something told Atlantis too that this might only be the tip of the iceberg and he really wasn’t looking forward to the future days to come but alas, there was so much he could do currently before falling due to exhaustion. “Thanks again, doctor Claus, until next time.”
Atlantis turned around and walked out of the area where they currently were before taking a deep breath. He definitely needed to rest, but he also needed to see a particular someone who knowing her might have been worried especially when he had exerted himself earlier. He waited for the others, and he knew, somehow he knew that Mace would be doing whatever she felt compelled to do, but again he never questioned her at all. As for the two other women, he had no precise idea, maybe some rest too, or getting those data decrypted. Who knew?
But for now, Atlantis wasn’t just about to leave so he waited for the three women…

Umgul City — Morgue
Atlantis was told a long time ago that a hilt was made to be one’s belonging. It was made to adapt to the person who would use it. He also had been taught that no matter what, he had to be comfortable whenever he was handling his own lightsaber hilt… Sure he could use Mace’s, Andros’ or even Franz’s lightsaber if and when it was necessary but those hilts much like the overall lightsaber wasn’t his. The indentation on the Bothan’s skin, and the fact that it had that cup like indentation and the fact that the assailant was skilled in Makashi, who really could handle a saber that way, just perfectly, with the added extra weight from that said cup apparently perhaps made from cortosis. Atlantis knew what cortosis made to a lightsaber, it would short out temporarily the blade, he used to have his hilt made from cortosis a long time ago, but that extra weight always bothered him somehow…
The rarity of that said metal made him really think that whoever had that crafted that hilt thought about potentially being disarmed or anything else, but right now, the only guess he had was a fencer and besides, that often was the case in fencing, right? People used cutlass or rapier whenever they were training or in a duel, but the fact that the perp applied that to his or hers current weapon of choice, it was just peculiar. He knew from experience, he wouldn’t be comfortable with that kind of hilt, not the way he used his own saber, the fact that he often changed the directionality of his hands postures…
Atlantis guessed he could think about that further and later on, for now he just looked at the coroner with a warm smile before inclining his head. “Thanks doc, for the elements you have provided.” Atlantis said gratefully, he knew that he would have to meditate on all of that but that could wait, right now he was more concerned with the data, if Mace had gotten them from the Deputy Director, which was the case, so he inclined his head with a grin.
Now he only had to think about the questions from Nazani and Madieke but also think about the Attorney General’s message. Not to mention that he would have to contact his own girlfriend too, to let her know that he was fine, somehow he was worried about her being worried about him. She was the kind after all.
Remembering Madieke’s question, Atlantis looked at her and quite factually, he had no idea if she was being literal saying the Jedi, as in the Jedi Order, or if she was meaning the Order on this planet. “Here yes, we do have a record, but for the others, I have no idea.” Atlantis admitted but fact remained, the Mist Order had insofar no drop outs, at least for now. “Although the Mist Order has no records of anyone that failed out or voluntarily left the academy, after for the other academies, I will have to ask Corellia, Felucia, Coruscant, Honoghr…” That perspective did not really appealed to him, sure he might have some contacts here and there but considering his decision a while ago, he preferred to stay out of the Jedi Order’s radar for the time being until he squared a few internal things.
Atlantis looked at Nazani when she mentioned Sith academies, that caused him to raise his eyebrow before shaking his head. “No, the Sith and ourselves wouldn’t exactly start with a talk and exchanging tidbits about who dropped out and who didn’t.” Sure the government was neutral but the Mist Order was far from being neutral although they were indeed called if someone was wreaking havoc but that was a story for another time. Otherwise under the government’s order, the Mist Order was not to engage a darksider if and when they did not have any belligerent intentions.

Umgul City — Morgue
Atlantis had inclined his head when Nazani told him thanks, and he was grateful for her reassurances. He also understood that it was just the way she was, how she had been talking to Madieke and Mace, but still it did not hurt to warn her about the little tidbit. Everyone was in a complicated situation where, usually the Jedi dealt with sensitives, and the local enforcement dealt with every other crime, but this situation was unique. It might not have been the single one or the last, so Atlantis was trying to just make every institutions currently present work peacefully somehow…
Now when Atlantis came face to face with the coroner, the man reminded him of someone but he couldn’t put his finger on it. Maybe it was that fictional character that kids dreamt about during an important event, or maybe it was a lumberjack, Atlantis did not know and right now he wasn’t even going to think if it was Christmas or someone dealing with woods.
For now though, Atlantis denied the offer for coffee with a wave of his hand and a warm smile before listening to the Doctor’s current findings. He definitely understood what Nazani had told him earlier about Nic Claus really knowing his deal and indeed the precision of his assessments about the wounds, the lightsaber form used to kill those people, even which hand was used. Everything Nic said was just flawless.
Makashi user, huh? Clearly that was none of them, no one in the Mist Order used Form II, even though a long time ago, Atlantis’ late uncle suggested that he should learn Makashi. But as far as Atlantis was concerned, they were more or less practitioners of Soresu, Ataru, Shien/ Djem So, even Jar’Kai and Vaapad… and also they were all right handed, that was a fact except Andros who was left handed but he knew that Andros preferred an aggressive and straight to the point approach to dueling
When Nic mentioned the Shiaks and the Sai Chas, Atlantis could not help but to glance at Mace, especially for that second type of kill. She was the only one he knew up to this day who had performed several Sai Chas in the past and even recently here in Umgul, but she only did that against the most dangerous of foes, although the fact that Mace’s signature kill had been mentioned just automatically made him raise his hand to his neck and rub it as he gulped slightly. He couldn’t get too much into that though when he saw the next picture with the indentation of the weapon on the Bothan’s skin and he furrowed his eyebrows because that indeed wasn’t left by a standard lightsaber hilt but a customized one…
Atlantis was thoughtful for a long moment to the point that he wasn’t even speaking at all, he did not even feel his comlink vibrating because he was too concentrated but when Nic stopped talking and when Nazani asked a few questions, he looked at those that weren’t attuned to the Force.
“Based on the pictures provided by Dr. Claus,” Atlantis began to say. “And also his assessments, the precision of the killing blow… I’d say that we are facing someone with a lot of patience and who is calculating. The use of Form II, or Makashi requires to be calculated, focused and expert timing.”
Shaking his head when Nazani says that they should potentially check out someone with mechanical or technological background, Atlantis rubbed his forehead for a moment and looked back at Nic with a knowing expression. “Not necessarily no, based on what the Doc said, more like someone who might have an inclination for fencing considering the indentation of the weapon on the Bothan’s chest.”
He was about to add something else, like asking Mace if she had received the data that she had requested earlier but this time he felt his comlink vibrate in his pocket and he brought it out seeing that Elika had tried to contact him. His eyes popped wide open as he started to think that maybe something had happened, so without really thinking about it, he pressed a button on his comlink to listen to that voice mail without keeping it private of course…
Ryyyyaaaaaaannnnnnnn I giggle and clear my throat to at least sound serious. Gorgeous wants to meet you, but you have already met, so she wants to get to know you and whatever she says, do not believe a word that she is saying, I do not have a medical emergency in my pants! Your sister does, At this point forward, Kayne is probably throwing a murderous glare at me or even maybe trying to grab the comlink but I keep talking, Wait, wait, wait! Oh stop it baby girl! Anyways, drag your sister's Lover Boy here too because okay, she and I both have an emergency right noow. MUAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!
When the message ended, Atlantis was torn between laughing and keeping his serious considering the setting he was in, but he could not help to let out a faint suppressed laughter before he cleared his throat and took a deep breath. Yeah, he just got drunk commed by the Attorney General of Umgul, thankfully though there were no names spoken but just Ryan’s and those nicknames so he was sure that only Mace would get who was who.
“Right… I, uh, am sorry about that.” Atlantis said as he managed to regain his focus and he cleared his throat looking at Mace this time as if asking her to slap him right now or even pull him out of that situation but he finally said. “You got the requested data about the census and the manifests, yet?”

Upon getting confirmation from Mace that she was on the matter of taking care of that census and passengers’ manifest, Atlantis inclined his head as thanks, even though he was sure that she had heard his thanks in his mind and then he looked at Nazani with a warm smile to return her sincere smile.
“Don’t mention it.” Atlantis said with reassurance, after all if he could help to speed things up a little, he would do it. He would even take all of the consequences that went along with it. That much was a given. Right now though, he preferred to keep to his own because he was exhausted, keeping a connection to the Force for that long was taxing therefore he was glad that while they were on their way to the speeder but also the morgue, it was just silence, a way for him to think about most of their findings and a way for him to gather his thoughts.
When the Detective gave him and the others some information about the coroner, Atlantis turned his attention in her direction to listen to her attentively. “Esoteric things?” He asked dubiously before smirking at the thought, he guessed that it was a good way to put it, considering with the matter they were investigating but for Atlantis it was, lightsaber, the Force, bad person doing bad things to bad people… Okay maybe that wasn’t so bad, not when to him everything wasn’t black and white but with his brother’s name being spoken or even his… It was already that bad.
When the Detective went on to say that Dr. Claus did most of the talking and the two other women could just stand back, ergo not even say a thing, Atlantis could not help but to grimace at what the Detective had just said. He had no idea how Madieke would really take that statement, or even how Mace would take it, but either way, Atlantis was really hoping that it wouldn’t get as far as a verbal banter he supposed…
Before even stepping inside of the City morgue, Atlantis could not help but to gently tug the Detective aside and look at her with a prominent worried expression. “Don’t antagonize them…” Atlantis murmured softly before adding on. “I know that this must be difficult for you, but know that it is also difficult for them, they aren’t use to working with a lot of people at the same time, but they are great allies and who knows maybe in the future you can ask them for a favor, think about it, Detective…”
Atlantis left it at that, and looked at the Detective with a warm smile to make her think about what he had just said. He also could understand that this had been a long day and even a long evening for the Detective but considering that he knew Mace better than anyone… Well actually he didn’t want to think about it so…
Umgul City — Morgue
Atlantis made his way into the morgue with the rest and saw the coroner, inclining his head respectfully before smiling. Atlantis just took that joke about him being wacky, actually it could be accurate when it came to him, he could be wacky indeed but he covered his amused smile by covering his lips with his hand while scratching his nose.
“Good evening, Dr. Claus.” Atlantis greeted before furrowing his eyebrows because he clearly had lost track of time. “Or good morning, anyways, I am Atlantis Vyridian, that over here is Councilor Mace Jhiera Vos, and here SEO Madieke Aninh.” He did the introductions, because after all, he was pretty sure that they would want to be referred as their names or functions and not ‘wacky’ but that was beside the point, the point right now was.
“What are your current findings from the corpses?”

Despite Madieke’s dry tone, which indeed could be passing up as someone who wasn’t joking, Atlantis was more or less used to it. They had interacted enough during that one enough that he could tell the difference, even though it might have been difficult for some. To him, he knew that she was just taking a jab right now which was why he looked at her with an amused expression and tilted his head from side to side with uncertainty.
“On a scale…” Atlantis demonstrated that with his left hand being all the way down on his body, or he was guessing that his hand was going to reach his thigh anyways, that was as far as he could go. “Bank manager.” Before raising his right hand above his head and smirking as he added on. “Andros.” It wasn’t to demonstrate that he was afraid of this or that person, it was more of the repercussions he knew that could happen…
Atlantis lowered his right hand and relaxed himself before tilting his head from side to side to unstiffen his neck as he listened to what Madieke was saying, he nodded in acknowledgment to that fact and was glad that they weren’t going to wait for too long. Although previously he had seen Mace’s stare and he internally cringed and internally facepalmed himself knowing that this was just awkward particularly when Atlantis was hearing the two techs speak. Awkward, really awkward…
Thankfully Madieke was giving him an out right now and he focused his attention exclusively on her about their next route, which would be the logical one to take, especially with what Mace had said previously but also to who those census and manifest could be requested from.
Atlantis had an idea about that, even before the Detective said something about asking the chief, the man would be faced with several ramifications, it depended really on City Hall’s reply for the census and the Intelligence department for the manifest, Atlantis guessed.
To him, it obviously showed that the Detective clearly had no idea how deeply Mace was connected to the government or if even people outside of his group were aware of it. He wouldn’t be surprised though that they never knew, because Mace made it a point to never get her name spoken in government matters, like she also made a point to never get her name spoken in the Mist Order’s matters, because for all the people knew, Mace was just a Jedi with no links anywhere.
She did not look like a Kiffar, like she did not look like an advisor to the Senator, but Atlantis guessed that it wouldn’t hurt here and now. “Detective, don’t worry about asking your chief to place in a request.” Atlantis said with certainty before looking at Madieke with a knowing grin. “We’ll have the census records and the spaceport’s outbound passenger manifest in an hour, hopefully.” Glancing knowingly at Mace since she was the person that could make those things happen whether the two women they were with were aware of that fact or not, it did not matter. But if you clearly wanted to get information as soon as possible, it was through the Deputy Director, who happened to answer first and foremost too to Mace herewith present.
“But yes, the morgue.” Atlantis said and unable to help it, and also because he was just the kind to do so, he turned to look at the two techs with a smile on the corner of his lips. “Yes, thank you also to you both.” And maybe it looked like he was being suave like Franz would put it, but really if he was doing that currently, he had no idea whatsoever, it was just the way he smiled, simple as that.
Turning around to follow whoever it was to follow, Atlantis took a deep breath as his body was screaming for some rest, but not yet, and not right now, not when they might get a clear picture of the perp…

Atlantis smiled a friendly smile when the Detective patted his shoulder. He did not mind that gesture at all, as after all he wasn’t his brother, the kind that would sneer and glare for being touched without permission… So he smiled and inclined his head despite looking exhausted currently before he turned his attention onto Mace that had been fielding his questions.
Headed home or the spaceport…
The home area, there wasn’t much he could do about that but the spaceport, he knew he could burn several lines and request a favor from several high ranking government officials to provide him with the data. Atlantis knew that the spaceport was one of the tightest and most secured area for incoming and outgoing traffics. He also knew that for everyone leaving and everyone arriving they would have to go through customs and be checked out by them if the immigrants or emigrants and even those that came here for business and/ or pleasure were checked out instantly with the coordinated help from the Intelligence Department.
“We can have every manifests from the spaceport…” Atlantis said thoughtfully before glancing at the gated estates currently. “As for those wealthy residents… Maybe check who are the last people that immigrated here and...”
Atlantis cut his statement short upon hearing the first tech remembering that her name was Vinter, or was it Caccraci? He had no idea who was who because the names had been spoken by the Detective but other than that, he did not know who was who. So he was just going to settle with the blonde and the dark haired one.
Who were both nice to look at, but he wasn’t here to stare nor was he here to have crazy thoughts running through his mind especially when there was a mind reader with them and also he was already taken. He really had to stop his train of thoughts and it wasn’t until he heard something of value that got Atlantis to turn towards that dark haired tech forensic.
The bank, one of the institutions that was all but gibberish to him, and the ATM, right. Also a warrant to get that footage in the morning? Atlantis pursed his lips and glanced momentarily at Mace but then he decided otherwise just to test a certain water because honestly, what Mace might have said earlier back at the academy how she had been aware of the hacking in the biometric area of the government building, that might have been all in jest, after all, insofar, Atlantis did not feel a spike from Andros just yet. Andros would have known about that and he would have been pissed off. But so far nothing, just plain ol’ Andros.
“Madieke.” Atlantis called out to her and by her name, because quite honestly he did not like the fact that he was called by his title or whatever, he was just that way, so he went on personal basis there despite the current setting they were in right now. “You trust Ranger Durning hacking skills, right?” Atlantis left it at that, it was her choice to either wait for that warrant, or not. Atlantis wasn’t that much on point anyways and he might have been known as being a rule bender too anyways, so in his honest opinion, why even wait for that warrant and for that morning to come when they all had the tools to get the footage of that ATM cam.

Atlantis isn’t usually the type of person to give up quickly and easily and while the trail was easy to follow since he only had to focus onto that single silhouette that he had picked up from Sike’s estate, the moment they reach the city center was when everything turned sour to him. He still had not defined if the perp was male or female, he still couldn’t say at all, and now that they got to this point, one of the busiest part of Umgul City, plenty of silhouettes had been overlapping and that caused him to exert himself until he just couldn’t do it anymore.
He was drained and he wouldn’t be surprised if Mace, too, was drained and he also wouldn’t be surprised if her multiple electric pulses scattered into different directions into the mist. Atlantis groaned and took a deep breath before he finally and entirely shut his connection to the Force because he knew that he no longer could go on and that was a fact that Mace would already know considering that what he saw, he was sure that she would see it too…
“Dammit.” Atlantis said as he rubbed his temple, considering that he had been using that power that sure he had a pretty solid hang onto but he still had not mastered that. Long use of a Force power that he was still developing and training to master always gave him a migraine. The last thing he had seen from that silhouette he had been tracking with the help of Mace for the others, it was the fact that he or she had adopted a relaxed posture. But before he could get into that, Atlantis closed his eyes briefly and he might have been exhausted by now, and even beads of sweat started to form onto his temple, but he turned to look at Madieke and Nazani mainly before saying.
“I lost the trail.” Taking a deep breath before rubbing his forehead with his forearm once, Atlantis looked around and glanced around to see if there are some cameras in the premises, maybe one of the cameras caught something. Who knew? But considering the density of the mist, he knew that whoever got those cameras installed thought about that and made it infrared.
“Mace, who assumed the installation of the cameras in the city?” Atlantis asked dubiously, he might have had an inkling but then again, whatever the government had been doing here in Umgul and what Andros had been issuing lately, he was following but he never asked his brother about his own work, so he would find the whats and whys on the news. Also since Mace was also part of the government as the Senior Advisor to the Senator, she was bound to know.
“The Deputy Director of Intelligence?” Atlantis ventured on that guess, and since he had recuperated enough to do this, Atlantis cleared the mist around all of them to see where the cameras were located, he looked back down on where he had last seen that silhouette he was tracking and knew that it might not give them anything because that silhouette had obviously avoided the camera…
“I am sorry that I couldn’t be or more help right now…” Atlantis said to everyone before he rubbed the root of his nose because clearly he was annoyed at the fact that this investigation was going to take longer than expected.
