You get an M however due to a hit to the head you lose a good deal of braincells. Due to the lose of those little boys and gals, when you are given the M it is handed to you upside down and you think it is a W. You freak out and murder everyone on the scene.

You do drink and engage in the sex. Unfortunately, alcohol has a well documented affect on blood vessels. Thus making it hard to get, well, I think you understand.
