There was a lot to take in, but Zion did not interrupt Ayora at any stage. He stood there, listening to every word. Processing it as she went on. He had taken guesses as to why she had pulled away. But hearing her explain it the way she did, helped him understand everything. He had suspected that she might resent him for what was seen as a failure on his part. But not quite in the same way as she spoke about it.
It was a perspective he had long since lost many years ago. Fighting this war for three centuries had changed him. It had affected the way he viewed the world and his own actions. Ayora was a good reminder that not everyone was at his level of understanding. Even at his age, someone was still managing to remind him to be mindful.
His expression turned much more sober as Ayora brought up Ralltiir. Bringing back memories of those that had fallen on the field of battle against Skorch and Siberian. Of those that had been killed facing assassins and warriors. And then, his own brush with death when the Cinn Ion had injected him with a serum that was intended to turn him into one of the berserkers that had been present at Grallia. He had managed to survive the ordeal thanks to a temporary relief agent provided by his ancestor while the RDMC was able to synthesize a proper cure Hmm... Perhaps I have lost my perspective on things a little... I am sorry for that... He reached out his right hand and placed it upon Ayora’s shoulder, gently gripping it as his expression softened. Perhaps she really was ready. The universe was constantly moving forward, and there was nothing to do but prepare people as best as possible I guess it’s time for me to trust that you are ready... To answer your question: it has been far too many... My debt is beyond measure. No matter how many I save, it won’t ever be enough to balance the scales. But I will not stop trying. There are far too many people out there that need saving, regardless of their side, for me to give up. So if you’re willing, I will train you as I promised to...

Artoria watched as the streaking lines of hyperspace reverted back to fixed points of light in the great void. She admired the view for a moment before returning her attention to the controls of the Barloz-class heavy freighter. Guiding the ship from its exit point towards the planet of Talus. It had been several years since she had last been here. Back then, she had only been a child. One of the first recruits of the League of Assassins alongside her sister.
But now, all that remained of the organisation was herself and Lancelot. The latter of which was seated next to her as her co-pilot. Ralltiir had seen the loss of many of their numbers. Her mother, Ygraine, amongst them. Morgana however, had been killed on Honoghr. By whom, they still did not know for certain. Though her father had expressed concern about the identity and motives of whoever it was. In fact, part of the reason they were here, was related to whoever it was targeting them.
Artoria guided the ship into the inbound traffic lanes, as Lancelot began to open a line for her to Orbital Control. The Assassin in training giving her an affirmative nod when he was ready and the line was open”Talus Control, this is Artoria Morviael of The Sanctuary Two, requesting permission to land at the local spaceport. Action code is Lima, Oscar, Alpha, Four, Zero, Zero.” When the call came in, the Orbital Control Agent has forwarded the comm down to the surface per the instructions under action code LOA400. Once the confirmation and landing instructions were returned, the agent opened a comm line backSanctuary Two this is Talus Control, You have been cleared for landing. Please proceed to the Dearic Palace Hangar Bay. Coordinates are being provided. Talus Control out.A datapacket containing approach vectors and destination coordinates came through a moment later. The automated tracking system taking over then to ensure the new arrival maintained the plotted course. Any deviation would alert an agent or local defences depending upon how far the deviation was

Ayora was a little taken aback as took on a slightly more tender mood after his more abrasive questioning. Apologising to her for his loss of perspective. It wasn't exactly what she had been expecting his reply to be. She almost flinched as he then placed a hand on her shoulder. Half expecting him to pull some surprise attack on her. But he did no such thing. Instead gently squeezing it as he finally answered the question she had asked him. Not quite with an answer she had been hoping to hear, but an answer none-the-less. His tone seeming sorrowful and repentant, yet full of conviction and eagerness all at the same time. This was the man she hoped he would be from now on. Someone willing to show a little more emotion in this fight, no matter how hard or difficult it might be "That is all I needed to see... While your debt is not mine to take on, I will help you shoulder the burden, in what ever way I can... Master Morviael!" While the words seemed a little weird to say, it felt like the right time to say them. Perhaps eventually they would become much more natural as her training progressed

He felt somewhat relieved to finally sense her opening up a bit as she came to terms with everything that had transpired. It was progress and not something he was going to take too lightly. Even if it felt weird to hear her address him as Master Morviael. The important thing was that she had agreed to accept his training, even if he himself had been reluctant to train her. But then, most of that had been due to the fact that there had been a divide between them. Something that was quickly vanishing.
As he let go of her shoulder, he moved over to a nearby clothing rack and collected a shirt. Putting it on as he headed out of the workshop, certain that Ayora would follow him through the ship to the cockpit. He made sure to keep his pace slow, so that she might walk alongside him This will not be an easy task, especially with so much uncertainty going on right now... But I will train you in the ways of the Force... Now, lets see how everything is going... He paused at the door to the cockpit, inputting an access code before the airlock door slid open. Allowing him to step into the cockpit where Artoria and Lancelot were seated. The pair clearly busy making the final preparations for their landing on Talus. He walked up between the seats then, and placed his hand upon his daughter's shoulder, to draw her attention to him How is everything? Have we been cleared for landing?

Artoria smiled to herself as the response finally came through from Talus Control. While she had suspected the code to work for getting them ground side, she was caught a little off guard by the clearance to land at the Palace. A lot must have changed on Talus since last she had been here. The agents her Father had sent here must have gotten quite far. She nodded before giving a response Copy that Talus Control, adjusting course now... Lancelot pulled up the datapacket and input the information into the navi computer. The viewport shimmered before a holographic display came up, guiding the ship along the approach path that had been sent over. She felt his arrival even before he finally placed a hand upon her shoulder. She turned her head and looked up at him as he asked how everything was going. She smirked and gave him a wink Oh... we've been cleared for landing... At the Royal Palace. I think we're pretty good right now... You might want to strap in while we make our descent...

Ayora did indeed follow Zion as he made his way out of the workshop and to the ships cockpit where Artoria and Lancelot were piloting the ship. While Zion tapped on Artoria's shoulder, Ayora slipped into one of the passenger seats and strapped in as the ship was angled towards the surface. Her curiosity was piqued a few moments later as Artoria mentioned that they had been cleared for landing at the royal palace. Either that was a very bad sign and this trip was about to be extremely short. Or it meant something very good. In some respects, it would not surprise her if Zion knew someone in a position of power here. But at the same time, she suspected it was equally likely they were letting them land so they could arrest Zion "The Royal Palace? That seems rather official... Is that a good or bad thing that we're being directed there?"

Zion was a little taken aback when Artoria announced they were cleared for landing at the Royal Palace. The last he remembered of Talus did not bring to mind any royal families. But it had been a few years since he had last visited the world, so it was entirely possible one had risen to power since then. Which also meant that someone that recognized him was either in power or close to that circle. Just who that was though, was not a hundred percent clear to him right now. It could be someone friendly that he did not remember, a descendant of a friend, or someone that wanted to see him locked up or dead. Neither of those last two seemed like reassuring possibilities.
However, Artoria seemed pretty relaxed and in a good mood. Which meant that she knew something bout this situation that he did not right now. He gave her shoulder another squeeze before slipping back into a seat just behind her. His gaze shifting over to where Ayora sat next to him Hard to say... It all depends who is waiting down there for us...

Artoria kept his attention forward as she guided the ship along the preset path, a knowing smile upon her face as her father and his new apprentice idly wondered about what awaited them. While she might have spoiled the surprise for them, she felt it better to let Zion see with his own eyes. While he might remember her and much of the League that he created, there were still some gaps to be filled in. And this particular gap was better left unspoiled

Auri's ship dropped out of Hyperspace in Talus' orbit, lazily she reached out and flicked the switched that shut off the alarm. She stretched in the seat, it had been a long trip and she felt grimy and grumpy after waking up from her nap. Flicking another couple of switched the ship started sending out automatic requests to land on the planet below. According the ship a transport from a club was coming down to collect some rare alcoholic beverages for sale back on Nar Shaddaa, Kojja auto programmed all his crafts with this message, in the authorities eyes he was simply a club owner and dealer in good spirits. The types of work he employed people like Auri to do was much more deeply buried behind the layers of apparent law abiding businesses.
Leaving the ship to carry out the communications, Auri got up with a grunt and went to shower and change, she wanted to arrive fresh and ready for the hunt. Once the ok was given the ship would navigate itself to the planets terrain. With luck she should be landed before she finished cleaning up.

A YT-2000 emerged from hyperspace and made its way towards the planet. He was well behind Auri in the time it took to get the information about her location as well as get his own ship. So much rushing was done to get here, he could only hope that she hadn't already departed the world. It was already going to be a task trying to figure out just where she went on the planet, a piece of information that wasn't given to him. All he could do was hope he got lucky. After all, this was the hardest part of bounty hunting. But she was a big payday, so he wasn't about to give up.
As he got closer, he could already see the planetary defenses in orbit. Just heading to the surface might not end well, meaning he needed to hail them and get permission. Giving a frustrated sigh, he opened comms and began transmitting the codes of the ship, calling it the Casual Moonlighter. He definitely needed to get that changed. All that was left was to wait for further clarification or permission.

It was a few minutes, but the authorization came through. Giving off a sigh of relief, he was surprised there came no questions wondering about who he was or his business on the planet. Not wanting to give them a chance to second guess themselves, he pushed forward towards the planet, his target now that much closer.

Breaking out of hyperspace, a BTL Y-wing starfighter floats above Talus.
Stirring the passenger, the whirling beeps and noises of an R2 unit manage to cut through the heavy music that tears through the cockpit with deafening screams. Within, a boy no older than sixteen stares down at the planet and shifts himself uncomfortably within the seat. Checking all his pockets for both minor and major necessities, he then sighs at the droid’s continued ramblings.
Yeah, Zeo, I’m sure this is the right planet, the boy groans.
Hardly willing or able to hide the hints of disappointment in his tones, the boy draws a hand over his face as he stares down at the planet with a calculative gaze. It was there, alright, as well as the one man he needs to find. Lost in his momentary bout of thoughts, he hardly hears the R2 unit continue on with another babbling set of beeps. Ignoring the perpetual bursts of concerns, the boy turns down what he views as ‘meditative’ music and reaches for his commlink.
Might as well get this over with, he mutters before transmitting a signal. This is Beta-Tango-Limo Four-One-Eight to orbital control. Requesting permission to land at the Temple of Karabor. Transmitting credentials.
On cue, the mech sends the information to orbital control, leaving one last issue: ‘Don’t scan the ship. Don’t scan the ship.’ Those thoughts race through the boy’s head as he flicks a few switches and prepares for the worst. It was difficult enough to be piloting an illegal ship, but to try landing an illegal ship within the Temple of Karabor? He prepares himself for the worst, to book it at the first sign of trouble.
Four-One-Eight, this is orbital control. Permission granted. Welcome to Talus, sir. Coordinates have been transmitted to your craft. We’ll alert the Temple of your arrival.
The boy’s hand hovers over another set of controls, prepared to blast them back into hyperspace if necessary. That was, until 'sir' echoed from the commlink. It nearly summons a laugh. With the welcome, he stops, somewhat shocked and, in his relief, smirks. The R2 unit whirls in his own relief.
Well that was easy. Zeo, he asks skeptically with a raised eyebrow, what exactly did you send them?
On his console, a set of numerals and letters pop up on the screen. Naturally, it's the clearance code that had cost him a pretty credit, or would have in a 'normal' situation. Nothing more, nothing less. Odd. There may have been more to that than he knew. The boy hums thoughtfully to himself, but paying no more mind to it than a few seconds, he shrugs it off. They had a clearance code, it worked, and now they were on their way towards the planet’s surface. That’s all that mattered, which is exactly what the boy told himself as he guides his craft to enter into the planet’s atmosphere.

All seemed normal over the world of Talus. Traffic came and went like normal and nothing appeared out of place. It was a good state for the Aegis-class corvette that emerged from hyperspace and made its way towards the planet. The crew aboard had had enough of the random craziness of difficult situations and a smooth arrival was more than reassuring.
It had been a couple of months of waiting, mostly spending the time just sitting around and making plans as their new ship was built. And now that the ship was ready, the plans to seek out the Knight of Karabor had come. As they got close, Kindra opened up a channel to any who would be listening.
This is the Sol Kyber seeking to permission to land and meet with the head of the Knights of Karabor.

Orbital control picked up the communication from the Aegis-class Corvette. Routing the request through its system, before finally bringing it to a control officer who did a quick check for any system alerts relating to the Sol Kyber. A few seconds passed before the all clear came back. He sent a message down to the Temple, alerting them of the new arrivals before opening a line back Sol Kyber, this is Talus Control. You have been cleared for landing at the Temple of Karabor. Master Morviael will be awaiting your arrival. A data packet would come through shortly after, containing an approach path down to the Temple

As the response came through, Kindra looked back to the others, who each gave a nod. If there was ever a time to back out of their decision, it was now. Yet, none seemed concerned about backing out. Returning the nod, she pushed the ship forward, making her way towards the coordinates from the data packet Raine was going through.

As the communication came through, the call was patched through to an Orbital Control Worker that processed the pilots credentials before opening a line back Jedi Inarin, this is Talus Control. You have been cleared to land, approach vectors for the Dearic Spaceport and the Temple of Karabor have been provided for your use. A datapacket would shortly arrive soon after with approach vectors for the Spaceport and the Temple, allowing Uelis to decide where he wanted to land

Squadron D of the Scorpid wing was so far quite chill when they monitored the patrol flight over the Talus system, given that the Federation of the Double Worlds has not only a good orbital defense fleet stationed within its orbit, but also benefitted from the protection of the famous Knights of Karabor, whose seat was located on the planet's surface. Although it would make Talus out of the Five Brothers unlikely as a raid target for pirates, as force users were still feared and respected within the galaxy, the X-Wing patrol on behalf of Senator Findos' orders was something which kept the Neimoidian pilots in shape of what might to come, once Cato Neimoidia would free itself from its shackles and join up forces with the Coalition. The calm before the storm made the soldiers of the Coalition watchful as more than ever it was necessary to controll freighters and other ships, entering the system about their IDs, as the First Order had more assets than just their massive fleets available to disturb the peace of the Coalition's worlds. Keeping an eye on suspicious activities, the T-85 X-Wings would take their turns, splitting up into four smaller flights to do their task as efficiently as possible.

The Coalition's 10th Fleet sat in orbit split between Talus and Tralus. The two planets were close enough in orbit that it took only a quick micro jump or even just a regular flight to reinforce one or the other. Acaanah sat on the bridge reviewing reports regarding First Order activity to the north, Sith activity to the south and north east, and that of the Vegemite Enclave, but more specifically Clan Australis. It was becoming more and more clear that Kaine and Clan Australis were becoming something of a separate and independent entity within the overall Government. Strategically, it meant that dealing with the Mandalorians was slightly less risk averse from the Coalition standpoint. They could treat Clan Australis as an independent entity separate of the Vegemite Enclave

A couple weeks had passed since Valon had arrived to Ossus and began assessing the Jedi Lords. Not long after his arrival, he had found Iresette within the Great Library and taken her on as his student. While he had been cautious, everything he could see and feel about the world indicated that the Jedi Lords were trustworthy. And so he had agreed to become a retainer to Lord Malvern, a title which hadn't provided freedom, so much as some authority and command. Thus, he was able to organise and make the trip from Ossus all the way into the Core to Talus.
The Raven-class Shuttle appeared out of hyperspace, as Valon stood behind the crew seats which were manned by the small crew that had been with him since his escape from the Diarchy. An escape he still lamented had been without Reya. With all that had happened, including the Diarchy's collapse, he needed to find where she was so that he might attempt to rescue her. As soon as the Lady Inquisitor surfaced again, Valon promised he would track her down and save Reya. For now, however, his thoughts turned to the Temple upon Talus. A comm line was opened to the orbital control Talus orbital control, I am Valon of the Jedi Lords, requesting permission to land at the Temple of Karabor... He stood and waited. A lot of reports had emanated from Talus about the planet's instability in the wake of the Coalition's fall
