Talus was one of the Twin Worlds located in the Corellian system that orbited Centerpoint Station, the other being Tralus, its sister planet. It was one of the five habitable planets in the system, and was a temperate world very similar to Corellia.

The CR90 Corvette and it's pair of VCX-820 escort freighter escorts broke the atmosphere of Talus and made their way through the planet's orbit, with their crews already inputting hyperspace coordinates for Coruscant. The ships continued their pull away from Talus, before reaching the edge of the planet's gravity well, allowing them to disappear into the star streaked lanes of hyperspace

The Argus and its VCX-820 escort freighter escorts dropped out of hyperspace as close to Talus as was safely possible, before making their way past the fleets in orbit that were acting as the planets defence against invaders, alongside the Golan III platforms that were almost fully repaired. Talus Station picked up their approach, before clearing them for a landing at Dearic Spaceport, as the craft continued on their descent towards the surface of the world

The small transport ship exited hyperspace above Talus, before slowing down to maintain an orbit above the planet, as Rawkill opened a comm link line to Orbital Control =Jedi Master Rawkill= Greetings Talus Orbital Control, this is Jedi Master Rawkill of the Council of First Knowledge, requesting permission to land and meet with General Vordaan.

It wasn't long after the craft's arrival in Talus' orbit, that Talus Station picked up thre shuttle on its scanners and a orbital control worker was assigned to recieve the incoming message from the craft requesting permission to land. Kelltniss quickly checked the database, before finding a recently added entry by General Vordaan regarding Jedi Master Rawkill, before he opened a comm line back to the vessel Greetings Jedi Master Rawkill, this is Talus Orbital Control. Permission to land has been granted, please follow the attached co-ordinates to Dearic Spaceport. Safe Travels! With that, a data packet containing the co-ordinates to Dearic Spaceport would be sent to the Jedi Shuttle, whilst Kelltniss passed the shuttles tracking over to the system to ensure the proper entry trajectory was followed

=Jedi Master Rawkill= Copy that orbital control. Making our descent now. Once the data was recieved, the co-ordinates were input into the system, before the shuttle made it's approach down towards the surface of the planet, following the recommended entry route

The transport pushed on up into orbit, with the pilot quickly locating the Lucrehulk-class battleship known as The Draenor, before heading straight for the main hangar to drop off Avanoraa and Aellemere. The two women arrived to the bridge a few minutes later, where the crew was already preparing the final checks as the last of Avanoraa's troops were ferried up to the battleship and any non-required transports made their way back down to Talus. The Captain called the crew to attention, before they returned to their original tasks as Avanoraa and Aellemere stopped in front of the holoprojector that was displaying a variety of status check results General Avanoraa, Exrach Aellemere, Blessings upon you both. So, where are we headed first?
Blessings upon you as well Captain. When the ship is ready, take us to Corellia.
By your command General. Increase power to the thrusters, break us free and take us to Corellia! Once the green light was given to them by Orbital Control, The Draenor pulled free of Talus' orbit and headed straight for Corellia, the crew opting against a hyperspace jump since it was only a short trip through the system to their destination

The Malibu slowed it's approach to the planet, as Happy guided the ship into an orbit around the planet, before opening a comm line to Orbital Control =Happy Hogan= Talus OTC, this is Happy Hogan of The Malibu, currently transporting Dr Wilhelm Van Buuren to Dearic, to meet with Jedi Master Rawkill. Requesting permission to land

Piror to the Battle of Kashyyyk, the YZ-900 Freighter known as The Saurian Deliverance appeared from hyperspace above Talus, with Jedi Master Titus, Grand Master of the Saurian Jedi Order, at the controls. Moving into a holding pattern, Titus opened a comm line to Orbital Defence Talus Control, this is Jedi Master Titus, requesting permission to land and meet with Master Rawkill.

Although the two craft arrived seperately into the system, they were both patched through to Kelltniss, who reviewed the database to verify their identities and ensure that Master Rawkill was expecting their arrival. With their details verified, he opened a comm line back to The Malibu first The Malibu, this is Talus Control, you have been cleared to land at Dearic Spaceport, please follow the included co-ordinates. Safe Travels! Kelltniss then forwarded a datapacket with an approach vector and co-ordinates for Dearic Spaceport, before opening a line to The Saurian Deliverance Well met Master Titus, permission to land at Dearic Spaceport has been granted. Safe Travels! He then forwarded a seperate datapacket to the Saurian Deliverance. It seemed like Master Rawkill was about to be a very busy individual

=Happy Hogan= Copy that Talus OTC. Happy then entered the course information into the nav computer, before manually guiding The Malibu down towards Dearic, and also giving an alert to Dr Van Buuren that they were about to arrive groundside

Titus copied the information from the datapacket over to the nav computer, before starting the Saurian Deliverance's approach to the surface, transmitting one final message before the Freighter headed to the surface Stay safe Talus Control.

Making a microjump from Selonia into orbit of her brother planet Talus, a flight of four Corellian Runners, the fastest interceptors in the sector (or so CEC claimed), flashed across the sky on the day side of the planet, fanning out in pairs to sweep the northern and southern hemispheres and report back to Captain Whyren on any suspicious activity in the area.
They were not here to respond to any specific threat, or any local trouble that might be occurring, but only to gather intelligence on behalf of the CDF, and to intercept anyone who might be seeking to spy on the operations on Selonia. A twin group had been sent to Tralus, and more craft would continue to be cycled through from Selonia.

The crews aboard the pair of Golan III's continued to monitor traffic coming and going from Talus and Tralus, with the assistance of Talus Station. So far, life seemed to go by undisturbed by the troubles of the galaxy

The First Order ship dropped out of hyperspace, travelling at a decent speed as it passed by the Twin Worlds of Talus and Tralus. But before any system response could be mustered, a single escape boat was launched from the ship before it jumped to hyperspace once more. The escape boat meanwhile, hurtled down towards the surface of Talus, ferrying the survivors of the Bilbringi Raid back to the arms of the Galactic Alliance

Artoria watched as the streaking lines of hyperspace reverted back to fixed points of light in the great void. She admired the view for a moment before returning her attention to the controls of the Barloz-class heavy freighter. Guiding the ship from its exit point towards the planet of Talus. It had been several years since she had last been here. Back then, she had only been a child. One of the first recruits of the League of Assassins alongside her sister.
But now, all that remained of the organisation was herself and Lancelot. The latter of which was seated next to her as her co-pilot. Ralltiir had seen the loss of many of their numbers. Her mother, Ygraine, amongst them. Morgana however, had been killed on Honoghr. By whom, they still did not know for certain. Though her father had expressed concern about the identity and motives of whoever it was. In fact, part of the reason they were here, was related to whoever it was targeting them.
Artoria guided the ship into the inbound traffic lanes, as Lancelot began to open a line for her to Orbital Control. The Assassin in training giving her an affirmative nod when he was ready and the line was open ”Talus Control, this is Artoria Morviael of The Sanctuary Two, requesting permission to land at the local spaceport. Action code is Lima, Oscar, Alpha, Four, Zero, Zero.”

The horn of the anvil glowed orange as the heated piece of metal was placed upon it. A metallic ping rung out as the hammer fell upon the metal repeatedly. Bending the malleable material in a curve. As the glow of the metal began to dull, it was whisked through the air and back into the forge that dominated the workshop bay. The flames heating the metal back into a working state before it was removed once more. The hammer falls sounding out as the process was repeated. The sound of sizzling could be heard as droplets of sweat fell from Zion's forehead and evaporated immediately in the intense heat.
He stood in naught but a pair of pants. His entire torso exposed and on display as he worked the metal. Creating a new set of armour to wear that would be more functional and manoeuvrable. He stuck the piece of metal in the forge once more, before pulling it out and quenching it in the oil. Causing the liquid to bubble, before he withdrew the metal, causing a giant gas ball of fire to erupt. Illuminating the room for a moment before it consumed itself and Zion submerged the metal again. Strengthening the metal was key, before he pulled it from the liquid and placed it into the tempering oven.
As the door closed and the timer set itself, he dropped the tongs upon the anvil and let out a heavy sigh. A small alert ran on a screen letting him know they had arrived to Talus. A planet he had not been back to in quite a long time. In fact, the last time he had been here, was almost half a decade ago when the last of his family had been killed by misguided fools. And now he was coming back, to seek refuge away from Honoghr. In hopes of drawing attention away from Ice and the others

Ayora paused in the doorway to the workshop. It had been a couple months since Zion had rescued her from Rhen Var. Having pulled her free of the virtual prison that the Elementis Brothers has locked her away within. But in gaining her freedom, she had lost everyone she had met there. The hardest of which, was losing Ka’ra. The woman that had found her upon her arrival to the grid and helped train her to survive there. If not for that friendship, she might have died within the grid or been imprisoned in far worse conditions.
But Ka’ra was gone now. Consumed by the self destruct sequence that had been initiated in part by Zion. Not that the man knew fully what he was doing until it was too late. But he had done nothing to try save Ka’ra or any of the others. Letting the memory of them be forever erased. Just as Ka’ra had wanted.
That had been the hardest truth for her to come to terms with. The fact that all of them had wanted to be released of the virtual life they had been forced in to. Part of her still wanted to deny the truth, to believe there was something they could have done to save everyone.
She crossed her arms over her chest as she studied Zion. He gaze crossing over the scars that marred the mans torso and arms. They ranged from simple straight line cuts on his chest and back, to the jagged line that wrapped around his entire arm. It was clear he had seen many battles and survived some rather close encounters with death. But she couldn’t help but wonder at what cost, and toward what goal. She pushed off from the door frame and walked toward Zion as he glanced at the message board “How many...” She could barely bring herself to complete the question. She was unsure if she really wanted to know the answer

Zion had felt Ayora's presence as she stood watching him. Ever since they had returned from Rhen Var, she had spent most of her time locked away in her quarters or at the Red Dawn Medical Center. He knew she had been purposefully avoiding him ever since. The resentment clear in her eyes from the moment he had agreed to let Ka'ra and her people be wiped out during the destruction of the base. A choice he had regretted allowing, whilst also knowing it was not his decision to make on their behalf. It would have been a far crueler fate to have forced any of them to live on.
He did not spare her a glance as he heard her speak up finally. Instead, he went about packing away the tools he had gotten out as she asked the one question he knew was troubling her. It was the same question that he was sure many had wanted to ask before, but had chosen not to. Perhaps they were not brave enough. Perhaps they saw something in him that made them know they did not have to. They seemed to have some faith in knowing what he would do and was capable of. He placed the hammer in its place, pausing as he looked down into the tool kit How many scars? No... that's not what you want to know... He turned around and faced Ayora then. He leant back against the worktable as he crossed his arms across his chest. Even within the Force, he could sense her uncertainty. Stray thoughts surfacing as she stared at him. She had yet to train herself enough to protect her mind from any passing glance. He set his gaze upon her You want to know how many people have died so that I might live... Are you ready for that answer though? Are you prepared to accept the truth? He didn't need her to say a thing. He knew she wasn't prepared for the whole truth. After all, she could barely bring herself to question him properly. How could she ever be ready to handle the answer No... You're not ready. How could you be? You shunned me the moment I let them choose their own fate on Rhen Var... So why now? He moved free of the workbench and crossed the workshop. Closing the distance between them as he let his arms fall to his side. He was curious now. Why had she chosen now, of all times, to begin speaking to him again. Why had she chosen to come with him when he had left Honoghr. He knew why everyone else was aboard this ship. But Ayora remained a mystery to him. She bore him no loyalty, no familial connection. Yet here she was Why did you come? I did not ask anyone to join me. Everyone is here by choice... So why are you here? You've avoided me for months, you neglected any training offered to you. Tell me why, and I will answer any question you have. Whether you are ready to know the answer or not...

She watched as he seemed to ignore her for several moments. Zion seemed to be very calmly putting everything away, before finally coming to a pause. And then he finally spoke, teasingly putting together just what it was that she was asking. She did not flinch a he turned around and stared her down, questioning her in return about whether she could handle the answer. And for the briefest of moments, she almost hesitated. Wondering just what difference it would make if he did answer her. It also begged the question of whether it was even right to place an arbitrary line in the sand for what was an acceptable amount of sacrifices.
But then, it wasn't about finding out how many people had given their lives so that Zion could live. Nor was it about deciding that what ever number he gave would be acceptable or not. It was something entirely different, and his response would determine just what her next actions would be.
She stood her ground then, as Zion made his way across the workshop toward her. She raised her gaze to meet his as he stopped in front of her. The difference in height necessitating the adjustment. She took a moment to mull over his questions, though she already knew the answer. After all, she had spent several months figuring out whether she wanted to stick around on Honoghr or if she should disappear into the galaxy. Everything hinged now upon this conversation, and just what sort of answer Zion would give "It's not easy... Losing your family and friends. They took me in when the Cinn Ion caged me within that world... And then you showed up and then they were all gone! I blamed you, because I lost everything all over again..." She lowered her gaze then, trying to steady herself against the feeling of loss as it started to creep in. Reminding her of all those that had been taken from her. But she wasn't going to let it win, not this time. She had a mission to complete and a decision to make. She looked up at him again "It's hard not to blame someone for that... Especially when that person is some idolized hero... People talk about your adventures, about how you wiped out entire groups of Cinn Ion and saved your... no, our people from danger. And yet... Here you were, failing in that task... It took me the longest time to understand that it wasn't your fault. Ka'ra and the others made their choice long ago. The Cinn Ion were ultimately the ones to blame..." There was something of a sense of relief to finally verbalizing everything. Perhaps it was because she'd held a grudge against Zion for so long, that finally letting him know how she felt was the release she needed "That is why I avoided you. It was hard to see something happen, then watch as you did not hesitate to do what had to be done... You hit that key, and got me to safety. You seemed unaffected by it all. Like their sacrifice was nothing... But then... I saw something... I watched you charge into battle upon Ralltiir. You faced an entire army, with your friends at your side. Not only to bring an end to the horrors they were committing... But to save Shayla, Alexis, and several other hostages... You risked your life for them. And yet you took it all in stride, the whole thing not phasing you in the least... You didn't care if you lived or died. You just were there to do the right thing... You weren't concerned about whose side they were on, or whether they might stab you in the back..." Much as she might have wanted to hate him. Wanted to view him as an uncaring jerk that ran from fire to fire without a care in the world. She couldn't "But that was not all that I saw... For the first time since meeting you, I saw something affect you... It finally cracked through. I saw the pain you felt every time someone lost their life and you weren't able to save them. After that... I knew I couldn't hate you. I couldn't pretend that you were indifferent to it all... I saw, for the first time, what Ka'ra saw..." There was no divine future that she saw. And Ayora was certain no one else had seen anything of the sort either. What they had seen, was the man beneath the legend. The person willing to fight for those that could not fight "You're no different then anyone else. You're just better at hiding it... That is why I followed you here. Ka'ra made you promise to train me, and I don't intend to be the reason you fail that promise... But before I commit to it, I want to know... I need to know the truth..."
