We do. Given that the duel in the temple is frozen I've been doing other stuff with Dragus. So right now I got him on Nar Shaddaa where he's picked up this tusken child, and you won't need to stretch much to guess who on the site is RPing a tusken (lol), and so anyways we're headed there next to investigate some temple Nic said the blackguard imperium guys hinted to a while ago. I don't really know since I never read any of the posts, but either way I got a neat story idea for it.
If we weren't doing our thing on the open terrain, I probably would have just done it there, but I didn't want it to get crowded and confused with posts from two different stories.

sorry for my Long posts. Did you want to respond to the action in the woods before I post for Tyna? I don't know what sensors starkiller has. Eitherway, I am planning on having spook notify Tyna of the enemies massing in the woods, and then Tyna is going to order the spook to fire on the village. Let me know and I can delete Tyna's draft and revise it to reply to anything Starkiller wanted to do/say.

Nah, I'll just wait if you already got something up. I owe a couple other posts elsewhere. I don't really remember all that was going on anyways so I'm gunna have to reread a few things.
Also, I don't even know what sensors Starkiller has. Depends on my mood ;-p

Ok. Cool. I didn't want to presume that the piggies could sneak up on starkiller.
Looking forward to reading y'all's collaboration :D

Mechanical tone The Pigs are using leftover stormtrooper gear. I love it. Alright, I gotta let this percolate in my head a little and I should have something up in a bit. I would definitely have forgot about the falling satellite if it wasn't for Tyna's vision.

we mustn't forget about falling satellites. :D
Lol. I figured at some point the piggies started collecting weapons even if they didn't know how to use them.
Another nuance that's in my head that I think I am maybe going to depict (working on it) is to show the power of Lord Bacca's unconsious mind: the dreams of the lord of war, create visions and power that the garmorreans call Grow-Nash. So in other words, Bacca's dreams and unconscious lust for war are so powerful that even when sleeping, he created a wargod in the minds of the primitives and then a shaman tapped those dreams and gained the ability to use the force. = Bacca's dreams have body counts. LOL. I am spoiling it a little so we don't trip over ourselves with the shaman. IDK. maybe It'll be too much work and we just kill her so we can move on. But its an interesting idea I am toying with.

I like it.
Technically, if you really think about it, by that logic the out of control gamorrean population might also be Bacca's fault. Clearly he was dreaming about Dark Lady Trace and now we have a pig farm on our planet.
At least we won't run out of bacon.

LOL. I literally had the same thought and laughed while thinking about other things he might feasibly be responcible for.
Everytime I go outside I come back and I am like: "Oh god. I probably have covid now." The current case numbers in my town are 2x the highest number for last winter. :P

We have an outbreak at work, even on the unit I was working on yesterday. I've been dealing with the lingering symptoms of a cold for like 2 weeks, so my biggest challenge is convincing people at work that I don't have covid.
I feel like this is the one that everyone is going to get. Thankfully the symptoms seem milder by comparison to the last few strains.

Stay safe dude!
I have been working on getting healthy, getting sleep, getting Vit D., lost 30 pounds, been exercising. I'm vaccinated and boosted so... if this is the one we all get, I guess there's no better time then in the next 30 days. Yeah. I hope that the experts are right on this one.

I finished that damn post. I have been catching up on the deep woods Rp. :) I LOVE IT.
Sorry I am not reliable at this point. All I can do is promise that I will tell you if I no longer intend or expect to be able to continue to write. At this point I still intend to write when I get the time. Like today. Today I had time.

Eh, we got history, bro. You just write when ya can and when ya feel like it. That's good enough for me.
The forest is a fun one and it's funny because despite the amount of time spent on Pzob, Draggy has had very little interaction with the forest environment itself...which is a shame I now realize because the environment has a lot of potential, especially given all the evil that's gotta be tucked under the ground. Most of his time was spent in the City of the Eye, when that was still around, and the citadel there within. Anywho, that ones getting closer to the end now, although I do have a special cameo planned for the end.

I get ya bro. Yeah. I hadn't really thought about the possibilities of evil woods. I think we are actually advancing the NOE lore of the planet to lay out how the darkside, the cult of the eye, temples, over eons has altered the planet. Like, I really like the idea of how Bacca's slumbering hibernating mind and dreams manifest in some way in the world. We're kind of making him a legend behind his back... LOL ^_^
Eating a wraith. Epic display of hunger-based powers. Can't wait to see where it goes. You guys are both are among some of the best writers on the site, in my opinion. It inspires me to create.

There's a first time for everything. I like imagining that miserlou was playing while Tyna was falling. LOL
I don't know about how you'd do it, but when I play KOTOR I would play it as my JvS character. LOL. I recently played KOTOR I&II in summer of 2020 b/c of lockdown.
I gotta ask, but you don't have to tell if the answer has spoilers: sooooo what was the significance of the crystal?? it seems like Dragus drained its power, but now (I suspect) it might be polluting Kr'naan? Is the crystal still relevant to the story? I kinda wanna see mini-Nartaga try to stab your ass because the crystal told her to.

The crystal is not evil in itself. Nic suggested I have Dragus investigate the temple that I believe his Malvus character alluded to when he was last on Pzob, but I needed a reason for Dragus to want to do that. So I wrapped it all up in Drags plot to try and wake up the Eye. He's already got the batteries (those black altars I mentioned prior to duel with Kaan), and the stone is gunna cap a staff which is supposed to be used in some ceremony to transfer the soul energy (like the star forge sorta) from the batteries into the Eye. It's a large firkraan crystal, which are supposed to give lightsabers an electrical charge, so I thought it was the most appropriate for being used to channel energy. It was also the type of lightsaber crystal Endor used, who Dragus is a clone of. Endor was at harmony with nature, whereas Dragus is the most unnatural thing I could come up with. So there is a little bit of glee to be found in perverting something like that. The staff itself is going to be made out of pure cortosis so he's getting one of the Sith Eternal's council of seven NPCs to make a Mecha-Mortale who is going to be the one to actually use the staff, since pure cortosis is deadly to organics. Xeonon Solomon, who currently has Dragus' ring, is supposed to eventually come looking for Drags when he goes on some galactic badguy fighting tour with Mike Frantz, so I also added that I needed the ring of power and the blood of a Jedi to complete the ritual, because in my head when those guys show up....that'll be end game., one way or another. I recently read the Ashoka novel which talked about how she got her new lightsaber crystals from an Inquisitor. She was so Lightside pure she turned the crystals white. I noticed they changed the canon, where Sith crystals used to be made synthetically, now they are actually turned red by being corrupted through some bleeding effect. So I wanted to show that when Dragus touched the crystal, it was instantly corrupted on account that he's pretty evil. Now, when we removed the crystal I had one of these guys appear. I actually just recently discovered them on wookieepedia and thought they looked cool as shit, so what I am going with right now, is that the temple was actually being used to seal them away and by removing the stone we inadvertently set them free. So they are going to be appearing periodically in the near future, probably drawn to the stone itself. OOC, that's why I gave it to Kr'Naan to hold on to ;-) As for Kr'Naan, my interpretation of the voice she was hearing was that it was a subconscious version of Dragus compelling her to commit evil. We couldn't communicate at first except through dreams, so he imprinted his knowledge of ewokese on her. There was a residual effect so right now there seems to be a bit of Draggy inside of her, as disturbing as that sounds. She heard the voice before when we were in Clan Morlok's village and keep in mind, she heard this most recent voice prior to catching the crystal, so I think that has to either be Drags in her subconscious, or something else, but probably that.

makes sense. I kinda like the direction star wars went, with red being a perverted color of a normal crystal, instead of just a synthetic crystal. It means sith get to come up with better stories for their lightsabers. Some of the background conversations/lore for stories... next level shit. A Starweird is terrifying. I am totally going to rip that and use that sometime.

Sorry it takes me so long to do posts. I write/draft things nearly every weekend, but I don't like everything, and so I keep on drafting alternative things until I find something that feels right/ consistent with the character. If you read the version I had up for a while where Tyna tried to shoot herself, or where Eli gets badly wounded, there were good ideas, but they were not right for the moment, or not right for the character. Like Tyna, yes, the horrors of seeing your own death, definately something she needs to deal with, but it would make sense to have that bit in a situation where she has to struggle with her fear of seeing the future. And Eli, yeah, It just wasn't epic enough to have him get wounded as badly as he was by a glim worm ambush. he's an epic character and my depiction of him made him seem weak. So nixed it. IG-Lomm, he is a techno-supremisist, and would totally help and support Starkiller. I'm just not sure if you're trying to kill starkiller off, or reconsidering pairing him with Tyna., or are thinking about altering starkiller to have biological components or something. Not sure if you have any goals. This whole arc is a growth arc for Tyna and also reacquire Darth Havok's pet Terentatek. hence operation goodboy. lol.

Honestly bro, it's fine. I figured you'd get to it when you could, however long it takes is all good.
As for Starkiller, I have no idea what I'm doing, lol. Originally I just started mucking around with him as a way to pass the time while we were waiting on Kaan, then obviously the story evolved as it has and I've sort of been struggling to figure out what to do with him since this isn't the sort of situation he's usually in. I've always used Starkiller as basically a game boss, or at least that's what I've done since he became a cyborg since he did used to be human. He was fully human when he was given governorship of Ylesia for the COE. But since then I've mostly had him do a little probing, show up and have an epic fight with a good guy character, which has mostly over the years been with Captain/Rook, though he's had a couple boss fights with Kryptman as well, then he'd lose....explode, get rebuilt, and we'd start all over again.
The problem I realized as we got into this is that I've never had him work in a group before. He's not very good at it and it sorta clashes with his character. This probably would have been a better adventure for Draggy since he's used to working with others and getting up to all different hijinks. So that's why I was pushing the saint angle, because if he sees her as some quasi religious figure, it is easier for him to get along and possibly fill in some side kick role. If he's not trying to kill something, then it has to be because he's following someone's orders, which is hard without Bacca around.
I know I don't want him to go organic at all, that would feel too much like taking a step backwards, but I figured with all the damage he was taking that by the end of this he would be due for a new body. Maybe slim him down a bit since there isn't much need for a warbot anymore. I'm really not sure what I am doing with him. Every post lately has just been completely reactionary, whereas with Dragus I am usually thinking a few posts ahead.

Paddington bear=top notch! I've been wondering if Starkiller and Eli might get along. I created Brother Eli literally so I'd have a character that could interact with Kryptman, who was just as much of a religious nut as Kryptman.
I was RPing him conservatively earlier, but now I am amping him up and channeling the kryptman. XD
