Find a female lizard and then a male rancor and get gloves, galoshes, a poncho, a bucket and an eye dropper. LOL.

I feel like the roles would have to be reversed for it to work properly. Can't expect a kowakian monkey lizard to birth a rancor pup. But a rancor having a litter of monkey lizards? Maybe.
Either way it is now essential for my experiments that we collect these animals, put them in a room together, play some smooth jazz, and dim the lighting. For science!

For science!
yeah, sorry for saddling you with what I'd call a maintenance post. :/ (getting everyone to the surface). My original plan for getting people to the surface was using the bunker buster ship Waster to do a precision strike, cause a cave-in/ sink hole, and then have everyone leave that way, but I got lazy and other reasons.

I did have Ian get killed outright, but I changed "jaws" to "paws." Any thing you wanted to do with Ian/bacca possession, or should we kill him? Or keep him for experiments or something? I got nothin'.

We should let him go. He might be a savage and a heathen, but today he served the Eye's purpose. We owe him. Plus I smell a potential Gamorrean monster in the near future. Maybe possession by Bacca is not without consequence.
Good post. For a scenario that started as pretty random, it ended up being pretty memorable. I'll pick away at a SK post, but I don't think I'll finish it until tomorrow most likely.

Uninspired. eh. Its not bad. Wrapping things up for this Story is kinda hard, because there were some pretty epic moments and scenes, so a conclusion almost feels like a rehash or epilogue. Its hard to scratch the need for closure, but also not be cursory. I usually prefer quick good-byes, as if the characters believe they will see each other the next day.
Hey, If you want, I could try to rework some of your dialogue, or what not, while I start working on a post. You can always edit things. I gotta go! Big plans in the foundry! I will be back in service! LOL jk.
::::: "My mergence with IG-Lomm was necessary to continue serving you. As rearguard, prudence dictated use of all available assets to neutralize the Kinrath threat. Our present state is temporary."
"Recommendation: Brother Eli is still bleeding and may require assessment and treatment of his full injuries. Pardon my need, but Starkiller must report to the foundry. Our need is similar to Inquisitor Eli. I must disentangle myself to prevent any unforeseen or unauthorized alterations in my code." "As the Machine Hand of the Slumbering Cycloptic Terror, I must attend to my master and ensure my programing remains up to date to his specifications as well as arrange and oversee the forging of a new body. SK-Lomm will be returned to the Belphagor as soon as possible."
"Until we meet again, Saint Tyna, remain strong and forever crush the enemies of the Eye!" It was as close to a good-bye and well wishes that the temporarily entangled deathbot/assassin droid could muster. Starkiller hoped that his code would not too corrupted to remember the holy visions of the day, but such a thing was always a possibility.

Posted. Hopefully, my post helps with your lack of inspiration by telling you to create a body that matches the soul Bacca forged in Starkiller.
I have a Sith-smith character idea I have been mulling over. Abraheem the Artificer. Works on forging sith artifacts. He constructed Havok's cortosis Gauntlet of Thorns.
Maybe your construction includes some Sith wrought iron or mecha duro, or creating a machine that seems to house an "artificial" soul forged by Bacca? Might be cool. Imagine Frankenstein... but after the monster is created, the monster becomes obsessed over whether he has a "soul," and works to create an artificial soul to put in his own body to ensure he can go to heaven... all behind Dr. Frankenstein's back. Give Starkiller the heart of a poisoned kyber crystal. Or a tainted kyber crystal as a heart?
Just Brain storming.

The Sith iron I was already gunna go for. Basically a Sith Elite Warbot covered in spikes, hooks, chains, and carrying two axes instead of a Sith sword. All melee this time so he never needs to worry about running out of ammo. I am intrigued by a corrupted kyber heart though. It seems so obvious I'm surprised it never occurred to me. He's going to need a power source after all.

I mean, it would also explain how he could have intuitions about the will of the Eye, or have a low grade "tuneing" with the supernatural, beyond the abilities a machine's sensors can connect with. It doesn't have to be a crystal, but it seems fitting given that the crystal is the soul of a sith's lightsaber, and Starkiller is a weapon, so why can't he have the same thing?
It could also be a holy artifact (saints' spirit or essence), a corrupt alchemical seal, design, or engraving (think fullmetal alchemist), an ability that is dependent on lenses and the alignment of the stars of plants (astrology), mixture of Pzob specific ingredients from the Dark Woods of Pzob (witchcraft), or some horcrux type thing that allows SK to tap into the sleeping consciousness and malevolence of Bacca?
Once again, just ideas.
Oh, and goes without saying but, let me know if any of the word I put in SK's mouth are inauthentic. Basically trying to wrap things up so you can get to your new body.

No, no, it was good.
I'm at the cottage this week with my daughter, so finding quiet moments to write has been a challenge. Usually I have an easier time in the morning while I'm drinking my coffee, which is why it was a struggle yesterday afternoon when my brain wasn't operating at full efficiency, but that was the time I had. Thus, my quality is a little sporadic. I think what you wrote works. I don't really have anything to add to it, so I might just have him arrive at the temple next and get to work on getting him set up in his new frame.
I'll see what I come up with, but I like the idea of incorporating some additional artifacts into him (crystal or whatever), so I'll leave some room for a potential scavenger hunt.

No sweat. Family and real life comes first! Don't mind me! I have no work to do for the next few days so I have been able to write alot more.
I feel like the hannites are somewhat underutilized, so I really like how you worked one in with dragus.
Aside: I think there is ample room for hannites to eventually grow and evolve into warriors, artisans, and trusted staff. I mean, where else could Bacca put himself into hibernation and know he will be looked after and not assassinated?
At some point we need to work out the lore about why we seem to have a seemingly endless supply of them, though we treat them so poorly. Or we need to have some that we don't treat poorly because they have reached some rank, skill, or ability that makes them more useful alive than as sacrifices or dinner. LOL. While mind control may play a role, the way I have explained it in my head, is that some form of kidnapping, drug, or mind control occurs where hannite bands go out and pressgang people on other worlds. Once they are back on Pzob, you get fear and stockholm syndrome, and indoctrination with a philosophy (yet to be determined?) that ultimately takes over. I think its more powerful to have monks that want to remain on Pzob because they are believers, and not mind controlled. I don't think we've actually addressed the Hannites orgins in character.

OMG, I'm sexy again.
I know I've never addressed their origins. I've mostly just used them as props. I sorta figured these ones that remained were like the descendants of the originals, who were captured slaves indoctrinated into the cult. But as for the near endless supply...hmm, I feel like that needs a very dark very sinister origin. Like maybe we have a forced breeding program under the temple. Something messed up for sure.

The problem with a breeding program is that if you think up how much space something like that would take up... plus think about how many children would be running around the temple. Its a temple not a dang Hannite daycare! LOL. Plus, its not like we're interested in the carnal pleasures of monks or nuns. That thing may go on, but i'm nure At that point, we'd move hannites off site to a village to raise the kids. But then again, if a high lord goes rampaging through the village or decides he need more sacrifices and basically empties the place out, then the breeding program collapses and we're at square one again.

Could be something to do with the Eye itself. I've always treated it like a Reaper from Mass Effect. In canon it had the ability to brainwash people. Made a bunch of gamorreans think they were stormtroopers.
Maybe the Hannites just show up every now and then when the Eye judges that we need more.

Well, the oldest Hannites are basically masters, b/c you've mastered the art of staying alive long enough to get old. Isolate a group of people long enough and they will develpe their own ideosycratice culture. I think within the hannite's subculture (how they rank or compare themselves to other hannites) hannites that can trace their orgins back several generations will have some sort of prestige over those that are first gen. Any that are recently kidnapped would be the grunts and also get the worst/most dangerous jobs. if they have a system that marks years of service, surviving interactions with high lords, great feasts, or other notable events, they will have extra swagger because they will have information/wisdom/stories to tell that a newbie wouldn't have. one might also expect their culture to have songs, sayings, phrases, slang, and self imposed rules. Maybe even rituals, ceremonies, and ways of doing things. (why do we do it this way? Well, someone did it that way long ago and they survived the high lord's service, so everyone does it that way now.) Obviously this is too much to address in a single post, but this is the fertile ground that we might develop over time, as needed.
