Anyways - Tharkad won't approach the Republic until after the events on Khomm, as currently there is little need. That may change on the Alliance's counterparts, but his voice will remain silent about the foreign influences of the Republic unless required to garner under the table support. This is what I am aiming to do. These rebelling Imperials seek to regain the Remnant that Nicademus allowed to assimilated into the new Empire. They won't go seeking for aid if they feel they can do it on their own. Now if the events of Khomm prove to be decisive, then the coalition of rebels will seek outside aid, even if it means turning to the Republic for help. So the green light will be awhile from now. |

Well, Nicademus, is there anything we lot can do to help decrease that wait? Be it taking on characters to further your portion of the story, etc.

The Fleet is moments away from jumping to Aargau and starting the first part of the civil strife. |
