Being alone in a big city was nothing new to A'den. He had spent several years living on the streets of Keldabe after his birth parents died. Interacting with other people, especially children with his age, that was a different story. He had been a loner for a very long time. Now suddenly, he was thrust into a family, and a large one at that. Not only that, but it was the family of the Aliit'alor of the clan as well...

==Z'har's Funeral SL== <<106 PP; S4 Sector, Etti IV, Citadel>>
The funeral party would go on for several days. Aya & much of the remaining high command left before the beginning of the second day though, as there was still much work to the done. This started a slow trickle of groups & ships leaving over time. For practical benefits it allowed the massive congregation to disperse without putting too much strain on the local transportation systems. Preparations had been made to prevent the partying from causing any damage to the local area. A large number of drones patrolled constantly. Both to stun any that got too violent in their celebrations or mourning, & to clean up any messes that happened. By the time the last of the 'guests' had left, the area looked more or less pristine. Except for the damage being constantly walked on had done to the local mosses. On the positive side, they would recover quickly.

A'den still felt anxious around others. He had been alone for so long, he wasn't sure how to act. He spent time with and talked to children his age, but never felt like he fit in. Maybe that too would come with time.

NCO continued to keep things more or less under control, as the party continued through the week and finally wound down as the Aliit dispersed back to their assigned or chosen pockets of the galaxy. As things returned more or less to an acceptable norm for the planet, NCO found A'den and took him to hang with some of the Praetors, all off duty, and taught him the basics of knife and small ax throwing with a few friendly competitions. He would also have the opportunity to learn a few of the languages saltier phrases, if he hadn't picked those up already. The lad would be permitted to have as much drink as he wanted to try. NCO figured the kid should learn his limit amongst friends, or the next best thing in this case. After a few more days, to be sure no surprises were lurking on the planet, it was time to move on. Where too, well that would be up to A'den for now. Aya hadn't needed him for anything in particular in the immediate future.
Where to next A'den'ika? We've got a whole universe to play in so what strikes your fancy today?

The Corsair and the Holystone set down on the outskirts of the city of Mondder. Disembarking, Supreme Wolfgang gave orders.
"Pre-fab buildin's o'er thar, barracks here, treasury thar 'n th' central camp o'er here."
The Tof motioned to where he wanted everything set up, so they could begin setting up their encampment. Once the place was set up, then he would call his brother down. Right now, he, along with the Deadwood and the Icebreaker were going to continue orbiting, acting as a defense fleet, should anyone come snooping about, in search of them.

After a solid day of set up, the Firefist Encampment, on the outskirts of Mondder, was looking more like a base then a slab of open terrain. The stolen pre-fab buildings had gone up easily enough. Generators has been placed as well, to power the encampment and guard posts had been established along the perimeter, with rotating shifts. With all of the needed supplied off-loaded, the Corsair was redirected to overwatch in the skies above the encampment and the Holystone had been redirected back to orbit with the rest of the fleet. Within the next few days, the Firefist Encampment would be fully operational.

Firefist Encampment - Outskirts of Mondder.
Supreme Wolfgang sat upon his seat, eating the cooked drumstick of some native avian species. The rest of the creature was still on the spit above the fire. Around him, his men were in an uproarious celebration in regards to the completion of their compound. Booze, food and scantily clad slave women were being passed about. Despite losing their intended target on Drall, they had managed to make off with several dozen slaves as well as capture a freighter on their way here. Food, fuel, spare parts and a few new slaves. It was a prosperous week, thus far. But now that they had a base of operations, Wolfgang was intending to step up his game...

Firefist Encampment - Mondder Outskirts.
The pirate encampment had grown quiet in the past few weeks. Traffic coming and going had slowed considerably, the main gates remained closed and the fighter patrols above had disappeared completely. But they were still there. Digging in and preparing for their next plunder. Wolfgang and his brother, had been planning a large heist in the past few weeks. Recruiting new members and bolstering their weapon stores was the key to ensuring this was a successful job. Only time would reveal what the job was and if it would be successful, however...

Firefist Encampment - Mondder Outskirts.
Zackkur was having his fill of fun, when some of his crew started to holler that the Bloody Sun was gone. He ran out of his tent and looked up at the sky and saw that his ship was in pieces and falling towards the planet. Zackkur let out an angry howl and then turned to his men on the ground.
"Alright scallywags, listen up. I wants all pilots into thar fighters 'n scuttle who ever jus' blow me ship out o' th' shy."
After he gave the order any pilots that were not drunk jumped in their starfighters and took off into orbit. While Zackkur and his remaining forces prepared to take on any and all ground forces that may appear.

Mondder Outskirts, Pirate Encampment.
Valafar seated in his starfighter a B-4 Decimus, dubbed Bloodlust escorted several troop transport shuttles down, which landed just outside of the City of Mondder near the Pirate's Encampment. Valafar landed his ship and exited and as he did so Commander Joseph Pierce exited on of the transports with Raptor Squad. Valafar trusted Pierce and Raptor squad more than any other soldier under his command due to the events that took place on Falleen. Pierce walked up to Valafar and looked over the Sith Lord before asking a question.
Sir, shall we engage the filthy animals?
:: Have the other soldiers surround the encampment, Commander. Once the encampment has been surrounded, have the troops begin the assault. While you and Raptor Squad clear out any makeshift buildings. I will confront the Leader of the filthy mongrels. ::
Pierce nodded and walked away to inform the rest of the troops of the plan of attack, While Valafar continued to stand by his starfighter, staring at the encampment. His rage and bloodlust boiling, he was inching for revenge. This Pirate had taken his arm and his first lightsaber and that was enough of a reason for the mongrel to die. It was only a few moments until Pierce sent a signal to Valafar that all of the troops were in place and the encampment was surround. Valafar ignited his lightsaber and pointed in the air and then moved it down in front of him as a signal for his troops to begin the assault. Once Valafar signaled for the assault to begin, all of his troops began to move in firing on any hulking Tof Pirate they saw, while Valafar walked into the encampment with his lightsaber still lit. He slashed and sliced at any pirate that got close to him. Valafar even used the force to pick up several Tof swords and threw them at several other pirates. Valafar continued to make his way to the center of the encampment and as he did so the air become thick with the smell of blood, it was almost suffocating. It was lucky that Valafar's troops all were wearing helmets with air filters in them.

Before The Assault of the Encampment.
Firefist Encampment - Mondder Outskirts.
Zackkur saw that his Starfighters didn't succeed as he had hoped for and to make matters worse he could see what appeared to be troop transport shuttles landed nearby their encampment. Zackkur rallied his remaining crew before the coming assault on their makeshift home.
"Listen up scallywags, this could be our last fight. We be out gunned 'n out manned, but do nah reckon it hopeless. We be some o' th' most fearsome Pirates in th' Galaxy, we shall nah go down easy. 'n If today be our last day, we shall make sure that they remember that we didn' flatter easily, that we died like warriors 'n they should nah 'ave taken us lightly. So me brothers 'n Sisters, fer everyone o' us they scuttle will make sure that ten o' them fall as well. "
After giving his speech, the remaining crew of the Bloody Sun, hollered with all of their might. Zackkur had given them hope and inspiration that they needed to fight this upcoming assault.
The Assault begins.
Firefist Encampment - Mondder Outskirts.
After Zackkur gave his speech, but before the crew of the Bloody Sun could get into positions so that they could try and repel the attackers. The enemy troops began their assault, blaster fire rang through out the pirate camp. The Tof pirates tried they best to repel their attackers, but their were too out gunned and unprepared for such an attack. It wasn't long before Zackkur could smell blood in the air and it was sickening, they Zackkur saw the man leading the attack. He couldn't believe it, but this man looked like the man who he had sliced off an arm and taken his fancy plasma sword as a trophy. Zackkur was still wearing it around his neck and then he felt something that he hadn't felt before, until now and that was true paralyzing fear. He grabbed both of his blasters and opened fire on the man that smelled like death, but it was no good for the man deflected the shots back to the blasters which caused them to explode. Zackkur with his bloody hands, unsheathed his sword and steadied it with his other bloody hand. He then spoke to the man, Zackkur knew that these could very well be the last words that he would ever speak.
"Ye will pay fer th' lives ye 'n yers loot today 'n when I scuttle ye I'll add loot that weapon as a trophy 'n add it t' this one."
Not wanting to wait to see what the man's response would be Zackkur charge straight at him ready to strike him down. Then everything went black.

Mondder Outskirts, Pirate Encampment. It wasn't long before Valafar was at the center of the camp and there stood the pirate that took his arm. Valafar could sense the fear that was coming from the towering pirate and if it wasn't for his breather you would see a sinister grin on his face. The Pirate was so terrified that he fired his blasters aimlessly, it was too easy for Valafar to deflect them straight back into the blasters themselves. The look of fear on the pirate's face only intensified as he drew his sword. The Pirate then spoke to Valafar, it was obvious that the pirate was trying to scare him or trying to conquer his own fear. The pirate then lunged at Valafar with his sword, Valafar grabbed the sword with his cybernetic hand and sung his saber at the Tof's neck severing it from it's body. The pirate's body dropped to ground and then Valafar could hear Commander Pierce on the Comms. M'lord, the remaining pirates have surrendered. Victory is yours, what would you like done with the prisoners? :: We are not taking any prisoners, Commander. Eliminate them all, leave no survivors. ::Of course, M'lord. It will be done.Valafar stood over the body of someone who had wronged him and listened to the last blaster fire from the execution of the remaining pirates. Valafar picked up the dead Pirate's sword and his old lightsaber, he was planning on taking the Tof's sword as a trophy and a reminder of this glorious day. The next stop for Valafar was Mondder, to declare that Etti IV had been liberated from the Pirate scum and was now under the protection of The Blackguard. Valafar walked back and was joined by Pierce along the way. :: Commander, have the men burn this encampment to the ground and then join me in Mondder. ::Yes sir, right away sir. With that Valafar reached his ship and took off to the city, Valafar knew that it would be a short and quick flight there. Commander Pierce issued the orders he was given by Valafar then he and Raptor squad board a transport shuttle and followed Valafar to Mondder. A few short minutes later in Mondder.Once Valafar and his troops reached Mondder, he landed his ship and walked into the Planet's government building with Commander Pierce and Raptor Squad following shortly behind him. Once inside of the building Valafar found his way to the Dictator's Office and used the force to rip open the doors. Pierce and Raptor squad then entered the office and fanned out to allow Valafar to enter the room and speak with the Planet's ruler. Room is secured, Sir.:: Good Work Commander. ::Valafar then turned and face the Dictator and stepped closer to him. He was like most Etti, he was lanky and had pale blue skin. Valafar then spoke to him.:: I Darth Verenhimo, have liberated your Planet from the Pirate Scum. Your world is now under the protection of The Blackguard. You will inform your people of this and that you have decided to step back from politics to focus on your health. ::The now former Dictator of Etti nodded his head and walked out of the office followed by several members of Raptor squad. Commander Pierce walked forward and spoke to Valafar. To ask what was next. Sir, with the Dictator gone. Who will serve as the Planet's governor? :: Excellent question, Commander. I believe that Commander Croswor would do well as Governor. Inform Commodore Zeus of Commander Croswor's new assignment. :: Commander Pierce nodded then stepped out of the Office with the remaining Raptor squad troops to contact the Commodore.Leaving Valafar standing in the office all alone looking out of the window at the city of Mondder and off in the distance one could see pillars of smoke raising. A few of them were from the burning of the Pirate encampment, while the rest was from the debris of the Pirate's ship that was destroyed in orbit. It was lucky for the people of Mondder that no debris landed inside of the city.

Office of the Former Dictator.
Valafar had received word from Commodore Zeus that Commander Croswor was on shore leave when they left and that they hadn't picked him up before coming to Etti IV. With that information Valafar was on his way back to his personal starfighter to head back to the Executioner. Valafar had informed a detachment of troops to keep the place secured until he returned with Croswor with a fleet to help defend the planet. It took only a matter of minutes for Valafar and the rest of his invading force save one detachment to depart from the planet and head back into orbit.

When news came of the rapid success of the Lady Inquisitor's advances, Captain Saren had one of his legions, the 78th, under High Colonel Halcorr, to be diverted from its intended path and march upon the planet's capital of Mondder. A fierce resistance was met, on the outskirts of the city, where Diarchy forces had to keep up the intensity in order to break through the enemy's defensive perimeter. Due to the absence of the defending fleet, Diarchy aerospace supremacy was assured. The fleets above were able to divert bombers and fighters to strafe locked defenders in order to dislodge them. Eventually, ground was given up and the rebels began to retreat. The loss of many sectors, surrounding Mondder, forced their commanders to retreat in haste least they be trapped within the city.
As the fighting died down, and their enemy fled quickly, High Colonel Halcorr ordered that the flag of the Diarchy be lifted within several squares, allowing the aerospace fighters to see that the city was being captured. News was soon flooding the comlinks of various sectors of Mondder being liberated left and right. By sixth hour of fighting, the capital was nearing complete security. The defenders all but abandoning the city for defensive lines further away.

"This is going to call for trouble, Tulo"
"You know what the inspector said, Lito"
Two policemen stood outside the precinted area, wearing the uniform of Mondder police, which, interestingly, was almost identical to the one they wore under the CSA. The young regime didn't still have time to regulate what their police was going to wear and how. They both were leaning against a wall, smoking and drinking a caf-based drink. The wall was covered by a flashy green and purple advertisement featuring two scantly dressed Twileks, male and female: drink Slurm! Your troubles will just... disappear! It's super addictive!
"Have you seen that?"
"Yeah, they were hacked to pieces"
"Ya know who he was? Tirango Tiranis!"
"The name rings a bell"
"Of course it does, you wampa-ass, he had a dozen casinos and ran the muscle around this 'hood"
"Hey! no need to take it personal, you ferking idiot"
They were using a heavy-accented version of Basic. They were still arguing when a starfighter flew over their heads with a characteristic sound.
"Here it comes. If I lose a limb or they send my remains in a bag to Addelline you're going to regret it, Lito"
"Inspector's orders, if we find these scenarios, report to the Inquisitors"
"Fancy ass comes in an eyeball"
"Hush, I hear someone approaching, stand still"
Both policemen pretended to be discussing the case when Jan Rogo landed nearby, leaping gracefully from the cockpit. Nio hovered over his shoulder, chirping all the time.
"Hello there: agents C-875G and C-874F?"
"Yes sir!"
"Affirmative, sir!"
Both looked wide-eyed to the man who was several years younger than them, but whose attire commanded respect and authority; Lito couldn't keep his eyes from the lightsaber. Both, in contrast were dressed in baggy jumpsuits, one of them stained by caf and the Force-knows-what-else.
"We cleaned the perimeter, sir, the scene is yours!"
"We'll be here for everything you need, sir!"
Rogo arched an eyebrow as response to their zeal and overenthusiasm. He sensed dread under the surface, fear to the unknown and to his powers, which were magic for both policemen.
"Alright. Step aside"
Both cleaned the exit and let the Inquisitor pass. The windows were covered and the interior was covered in darkness. Nio lit up and illuminated the scene.
"Let's begin"
He flexes his muscles and steps in...

"How many bodies?"
A cascade of binary info filling his ears.
"Hey, hey, calm down"
The crime scene was a wide hall, probably acting as some kind of living room and reception chamber for the crime lord. There were several bodies, but many weren't whole. The droid scanned the area, hovering around, moving its photoreceptors.
"So, seven... Impresive. One is bisected and more exhibit clean severed limbs. Wounds are cauterized, very little blood: clearly, a lightsaber"
The slaughter was gruesome. Many had died trying to shield the individual on the room's back, whose body was decapitated.
"What about the head?"
Chirps.
"You can't find it?"
His fingers go across lightsaber marks on two of the columns -the second on the right and the fourth on the left, closer to the decapitated corpse- and ceiling.
"Frenzied"
He examinates the wounds on a armless alien.
"Unfocused. Most wounds were irregular, non-lethal, they died out of shock or by being stabbed repeteadly"
He stands up again. Nio adds something in binary, Rogo nods.
"Might not be a Force User, just someone using a lightsaber. Or someone very... disturbed. Still, some skill needed to kill seven gangsters, specially considering... the bulk of that Devaronian"
Rogo scratches the scarce stubble on his chin.
"Interesting. But there must be something else..."
Nio perched himself on Jan's shoulder.
"Let's check the rest of the house"
He leans under the precint left by the police, entering a hallway. Most rooms seemed irrelevant for the investigation, but the last, some kind of studio, looked somewhat akward.
"Have you noticed? The wall here makes a curve"
The night lights of Mondder were seen across the wide windows, the traffic as dense as usual. The dim-lit room was largerly illuminated by the lamps outside and the police repulsor vehicle's blue and red lights, casting deep shadows over everything.
"It shouldn't"
He passes his hand over the smooth surface, painted over with a fresco. Rogo lits his lightsaber and starts cutting through, then he pulled with the Force and revealed a small room. The inquisitor sniffs the air.
"See? The one next to this had shelves, the wall was flat. Light please"
Nio lits up and covers the small room with a white light.
"This comes as a surprise"
Inside, a young female, Arkanian, probably a teenager: she showed signs of abuse and a very clear blaster wound between her eyes. Rogo walks towards her. The body started to show the first signs of corruption, it was stiff and odorous. He then reaches her hand grabbing something, a braid.
"My, my, a padawan..."
Nio chirped with intensity.
"This case just got a lot more interesting..."

"Let's see"
He was standing, his weight leaning against the desk, looking back at the corpse.
"This could be a catalyst for the crime"
Rogo crosses both arms over his chest.
"Bi boooop bo bi bit biiit"
"A good motivation, certainly. Could be the reason for the frenzied lightsaber marks and the evident rage exhibited at killing everyon in that room"
He looks at the droid.
"Project the related cases on the wall"
Data, pictures and rows of Aurabesh writing start rolling.
"All were surgically executed. In fact, lightsabers weren't even used in two of them, but the deceased exhibited marks derived from strangulation: still, no physical strenght was used or any instrument. Now, let's review all other cases from that rotation, including suicides"
Again, Nio projected the data amidst a charade of binary.
"That one is no suicide, someone probably Force pushed her from the rooftop. Hummm... nothing else, I think. But as it stands we could have around ten crimes commited by the same individual"
Lots of bips.
"Yeah, I know, Nio. Well, we could check the one right before this one.... Hummmm... Just a day between them, we might find something useful..."
The inquisitor moves to the entrance, both policemen were still drinking the caf-based drink and arguing, this time about something else. He could feel the accelerated pulse and their worry when they both noticed his arrival.
"Agents, there's a corpse on the studio. Probably fifteen years old, Arkanian. Cause of death: blaster shot to the head"
"A new corpse?"
"But... how? Sir I have t..."
"Just file the report and call the coroner, I have gone through this scenario and all clues are gathered already"
"Yes, sir!"
"It shall be done sir"
"Good"
Jan doesn't even look back as he goes to the parked TIE/Do. The hatch on the cockpit opens as he approaches and he jumps inside. The controls lit up and the ship takes off with prodigious speed.
"The coordinates for the previous murder are in the computer?"
"Bi bop"
"Alright"
The ship joined the city traffic, as busy as before, but using the lane reserved for government officials and special operatives. The TIE glided over the durasteel and concrete buildings, some of which were covered in multi-colored neon lights and advertising, obscuring their -more often than not- ornate architecture. The set target was high above the ground, a penthouse in a select residential tower on the east side of the river. The TIE/Do flew towards the building's landing pad, unmolested. Rogo landed the ship smoothly and again jumped out the fighter, while Nio followed suit hovering and moving his mechanical limbs.
"Flat D-345. Owner, Chantilla Swan"
Entering the building was easy: he had a multi-purpose key card that could open most the doors in Mondder. Perks of belonging to the security forces. Once in the turbolift, Nio and him reviewed the case. This one had resisted ably against the intruder, fighting with an electro-staff, found still in her grip by the police officer who wrote the report.
"Okay, this is the floor"
"Biiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiip, bo boo boo"
"Don't worry, let's go"
The hallway was completely dark, Nio illuminated the way to the precinted door. Rogo broke it and entered the apartment, which was even more bereft of any lightning.
"Boo booop?"
"No, no need to wait until morning, that's why I got you"
The droid illuminated the room behind the door.
"Alright"
Rogo stepped in and the door slid close behind him.

The place was completely wrecked. A white line marked the place where the body had been. Numbers sticked to floor, furniture and walls marked the evidence, the clues left behind by the murderer. It wasn't much. A bit of blood, from the victim, signs of struggle and wreckage from a heated combat. Rogo walked around the scene.
"Okay... let's think what a sleemo cop could have forgotten to check"
He crosses arms.
"They would have quickly ruled it out as some criminal vendetta, the murdered Zeltron was a thug-for-hire, or that much presumes her file"
Rogo kneels before the mark left by the body.
"Booo, booo, bit-bit, buup"
"Yes. She clearly was successful at resisting the attacker. Probably mildly Force sensitive herself? I would have to run an analysis on her blood and look for midichlorians..."
He gets on his feet again. Closes his eyes.
"I can sense there's something in here..."
Extends his right hand forward, trying to grab something on the air. Flashes. Images running through his mind.
"The couch, it wasn't placed like that. See the marks on the carpet? Probably either the killer moved it or the police..."
He pushes the furniture into its previous position, it had moved very slightly, but enough to hide something.
"Nio, light here"
"Bip bip"
Said the droid, excited.
"Ink"
Added Rogo, touching a small stain on the carpet. He produces a small device, who proceeds to run the analysis on the composition.
"Biological ink. Quarren's..."
The inquisitor puts the device back into one of his utility pouches.
"The Jedi is a Quarren..."
He stands again, pensive. Then, bolts towards the exit.
"Nio, run our database looking for warehouses in the riverfront, property of: Tiranis, name Tirango. Or some of his identified shell companies' properties in that area"
"Biiiiip"
He crossed the doorstepp in a hurry, running towards the lift. Less than a minute later he was in the cockpit, lighting up the engines. The neighbours looked between their closed shuts as the Dominador, with the crest of the diarchy and the inquisitorius corps, rose from the ground, taking flight at tremendous speed. Some would sleep badly that night. Rogo, meanwhile, flew fast enough to the riverine area of the city, sprawling with not only comercial warehouses but, also, clubs and a rancorous night life, for it was a popular area to party and commit a wide array of excesses. It was late, so the traffic was far less dense, so there weren't any obstacles to reach the target in little time.
"So?"
He said, while manouvering the ship. A stream of binary filled the cabin.
"Red light district? Really? Oh, sithspawn. Run the details on the screen... aha... An abandoned brothel... Smiling Zabrak, repurposed as warehouse of one his more legitimate bussiness ventures. It used to be... quite the place, it seems. Alright, let's go"
The chosen place looked like a suitable hideout, it was close to the river's mouth and the sea, a fitting place for a Dac native; who used to miss the salty water. Moreso, the building had several accesses, from what he could see on the floorplan, one of them being subterranean, directly connected to the sewers. Flashy neon ads started to light up the night. The street was filled with Mondder's scum and villany on that part of the 'hood, including scores of slicers, robbers, murderers, gangsters, prostitutes and addicts. Many ran away when they heard the ominous roar of the TIE engines, other sought shelter inside locals of ill repute, some even stood still looking with dead empty eyes at the starfighter closing by. Rogo landed, close to the repurposed brothel. He started up the security systems, bio-locking the start up systems and the hatch's opening lever to his signature.
"Yeah, I don't want to get robbed of my TIE on my first assignment, would be lame"
He also warned the police and the Inquisitors' headquarters about his last known location and its purpose. Once outside he placed a hand on the belt, close the lightsaber, while Nio perched on his shoulder. And Ithorian stepped back into the night. A sick-looking and pale Mon Calamari was unconscious on the steps leading into the property. Rogo didn't even look at him, just pushed him away and broke the lock with the Force...

The smell of rot filled his nostrils.
"Oh, ferking rotten rancor-son"
He muttered behind his teeth.
"Boooohh, booooh"
The lower level was a daunting experience: bodies and parts of it hung from hooks, like a butcher's shop. But most of them belonged to sentient species, including humans and a variety of aliens. Rogo traversed the gruesome carnage without making noise. The meat was dangling, moved by the slight wind coming from the cracks on walls and ceiling. The inquisitor heard someone or something making noise upstairs. He walked and climbed the stairs slowly, hand on his lightsaber.
"Oh Deep Ones, children of the First Spawning, masters of Darkness!"
Rogo then started to think there was something truly wrong with the Jedi. He managed to get to the top and steal a glance to the whole scene. The place was covered in manically carved scribblings, the whole surface was inscribed with a myriad runes and strange symbols. There was a rotting altar made of body parts, a mystic circle painted in what seemed a mix of ink and blood. A bare-chested Quarren was kneeling before the altar, talking to that twisted idol. His back looked like a mangled mess of scars and recent injuries.
"Oh, masters, line up my brain with eyes, so I might know your will, so I may understand your tongue! Oh, Great Lord of Darkness! Consumer of Worlds! Line my brain with eyes so I may see your complex geometry! Share with me the Truth!"
The droid was recording everything, while Rogo remained still for a moment.
"Cure my beastly idiocy! Grant me Eyes, so I might see!"
Somewhere a pipe was leaking. The breathing of the Quarren was hard and agitated. His prayers suddenly stopped and he remained quite.
"Oh, sacrificial meat, I sense you..."
A lightsaber flew through the air to his extended hand and he turned, revealing a face like none other: something had changed within the Quarren, altering and mutating him. And he looked straight at Rogo, piercing his very soul, like an unspeaken horror only seen in nightmares. He was so within the Darkside his presence was intoxicating.
"Oh, boy... Nio, you know what to do"
"Boooh boooh, bip booop"
Said Jan, the droid leaving his shoulder and hovering above the scene. The Quarren stood. His bony chest was covered in self-inflicted wounds, many in the shapes of the scribblings over floor, walls, ceiling and altar.
"In the name of the Diarchy, surrender yourself or be hunted"
He extends his arm forward and lits up the double-bladed lightsaber, then makes the openning moves for a duel, slashing the air and placing the double blades behind his back.
"You shall feed He who Is She, the incomparable truth of the never-ending Darkness! My cosmic fathers will gorge on your pathetic flesh! And grant me eyes on the inside!"
He lights his own saber, the blade was incoherently blue. With a scream he raced forward, blade on the side. Rogo commanded the Force and spins his lightsaber. Both blades met in mid air, burning the ozone. The bead-like eyes of the mad Quarren stared into Jan Rogo's.
"Now, you die"
