Wind rustled the loose fabric of his armor and it roared loudly in his ears as he plummeted towards the fast approaching ground below them. Arms tucked to his sides, flying head first, the Zabrak twisted himself in to an upright position and closed his eyes. Tuning out the roaring of the wind and the falling sensation within his stomach, the Sith delved deep into the recesses of the Force. Allowing the tendrils to extend to the HK as well, the Eternal Emperor gripped the droid and used the Force to slow their descent. Moments later, both he and HK-99 landed on the ground lightly, as if they had both simply taken a step forward and had immediately touched the ground they were now on. Opening his eyes, the Zabrak glanced over at the assassin droid while ZODIAC came hovering down behind them.
"Nothing too difficult, then?"
Asking the rhetorical question, the Zabrak spoke to the orb as it glided within earshot.
"Lead the way, ZODIAC. We must get inside before ARIES learns of our plans..."

Once the HK unit and its master were no longer falling, the HK unit look at its master and started to speak.
Statement: Although I am prepared for martyrdom, Master, I preferred that it be postponed.
The HK unit began to follow it's master and the floating orb to their next destination, and once there they could eliminate ARIES and take control of Iokath for themselves.

ZODIAC slowed his own descent as the ground started to grow closer, pulling up just as the Emperor and the HK unit both slowed their descents and landed safely on the ground. He turned his photoreceptor toward the building, running a quick calculation of how far away they were now Of course... Let us be on our way... Without awaiting further discussion or debate on the matter, ZODIAC took off across the vast plain that lay between them and the building. He accelerated ahead just fast enough that both the Emperor and the HK Unit would be able to keep pace. He dodged and swerved as he avoided various little stations and equipment that protruded from the ground. Thankful for the fact that any organic beings had long since died off that might have proved far more dangerous to their progress.
Several minutes later, they finally arrived to the outer wall of the building. ZODIAC coming to a stop several meters out from a large set of doors. To the right of the doors stood a control panel featuring an old style looking biometric scanner and a manual lever My Emperor, you will have to go ahead first and activate that control panel. Once the doors open, the ionic field will deactivate long enough for myself and HK-99 to get inside...

Jogging after the floating 'eyeball', for lack of better term, had been the easiest part of his day, thus far. Upon reaching the doors to the massive facility, Xander paused to glance around. Not much here. Just more lifeless machinery. Noticing the old biometric scanner and manual lever, the Sith Emperor smirked as ZODIAC explained what to do. Nodding, he pressed his hand on the scanner. After a few seconds, a light above it blinked green. Grabbing the lever, the Sith yanked it down hard. With a loud metallic clang, a faint tremor could be felt at the ancient doors parted after remaining sealed for so long. As the doors groaned open, the Sith looked to his mechanical compatriots.
"Let us proceed. Zod, on point. HK, watch our flank. We do not need to be caught off guard by ARIES or any of his tricks..."
The Sith sneered as he watched the ionic field dissipating over the entrance. Motioning for ZODIAC to press forward, Xander would follow him in.

The HK unit jogged behind it's master and floating 'lightbulb' up to the set of large doors. HK-99 listened as it's master spoke and gave his orders to the two droids.
Statement: Of course, Master.
The HK unit drew it's weapon and waited for the 'lightbulb' and it's master to proceed in, while the HK unit waited he was monitoring their flank as it was told to do so.

ZODIAC watched patiently as Xander activated the controls and powered the ion field down. He floated forward to the Emperor's side as the man spoke of being weary of ARIES and his tricks I assure you Emperor, Not even ARIES knows of this place's existence, let alone would be able to do anything here... With that statement made, he floated through the doorway. The next several minutes were filled with navigating through the ancient structure. ZODIAC and HK-99 staying a safe distance back from each door as Xander entered the Ionic fields and worked their controls. Like many of the structures on Iokath, this entire facility was built in large scale. If ZODIAC had to guess, the doorways were large enough to fit large masses of people or military vehicles through. He made sure to commit the floor plan to his memory banks as they moved deeper and upward through the building. There, at long last, they finally reached a control room. Several screens displayed read outs regarding various systems and their power levels. But there, in the very middle of it all, upon the main display, was a read out upon the Star Fortress that was currently being held in orbit by the tractor system Praise the makers! Star Fortress One Three Three Seven! Release it, and I shall help you in defeating ARIES...

Growing increasingly more wary of the absence of resistance, they had finally reached the control room. Approaching the main display, Xander watched ZODIAC as he gave a cry of joy at seeing his Star Fortress still intact. But something felt wrong. Very wrong. Motioning to HK-99, he spoke to the droid.
"Set perimeter. I do not want any surprises..."
Turning to face the floating golden orb, Xander posed a question.
"This Star Fortress. What is it exactly? Much of the information on the military might of the old Eternal Empire has been lost, save for that of the enigmatic Eternal Fleet..."

ZODIAC spun around and faced the Emperor as he asked about what the Star Fortress was. By his calculations, it had been a few thousand years since the Eternal Empire had reigned supreme. So it was no surprise that records regarding some of its technology had been lost or destroyed. It was a shame in honesty. The Eternal Fleet might have conquered the galaxy, but it was the Empire's other creations which had kept the conquered worlds in line. A small holoprojection of the Star Fortress appeared in between them then, slowly rotating Apologies Emperor, allow me to explain then... Star Fortresses are massive battle stations that were deployed across the galaxy by Emperor Arcann. Like most technology within the Eternal Empire, Star Fortresses are powered by Sun Generators. The excess plasma from which could be used to render the surface of a planet uninhabitable. Like many of its kind, this one contains numerous hangar bays, skytrooper production facilities, and residency for Zakuulan military forces. However, unlike other models, this Star Fortress cannot be so easily brought down by destroying data cores and the EPHEMERIS droid form... Did you have any further questions?

Massive battlestations that orbited planets under the Empire's control...? He had only come here for the Eternal Fleet, but having found Zodiac's Star Fortress, this was what he would classify as a win. Eyeing up the holoprojection for a few moments, taking in the details as Zodiac explained what they were, Xander waved a hand dismissively.
"About the Star Fortresses? No...yours, on the other hand..."
Trailing off, the Zabrak turned and walked over to the edge of the platform they stood on. Energy tethers rising up from the facility itself seemed to have anchored the Star Fortress firmly to Iokath. That was going to be a problem.
"How do we release your Fortress from its cradle? It seems ARIES didn't want you leaving any time soon..."
All of these measures to keep Zodiac and his Star Fortress locked down. Why? What did Zodiac know that Aries didn't want leaving Iokath...? While important questions, Zodiac was loyal to the Empire and the occupant of the Eternal Throne, whereas Aries was determined to stop them. So for the time being, Zodiac was an ally until they could safely discuss whatever information he held.

Zodiac floated over to the control panel, running a quick scan of the control mechanisms. While he could not work them, he could analyse them. His droid brain working to sort out what did what and within moments, came up with the information needed. ZODIAC floated back before the Emperor While ARIES may not want me leaving any time soon, this central control panel will override any of his desires. The system is fairly straight forward. We just have to power down the generators providing primary and auxiliary power, and then provide an override hand print to turn off the tethers... A simple enough procedure. And then, I will help you defeat ARIES, as agreed...

There was an inkling that he wasn't being told the whole story in the back of his mind, however, droids very rarely lied. Even still, he needed to be cautious. Looking over the controls, Xander's hands began to dance across the holographic display. A few minutes later, the generators were powering down. Placing his palm on the reader, his hand print was accepted as an override for the tethers. The distinct hum of energy dissipated as the interior of the facility became eerily silent. Look to the golden orb, Xander spoke once more.
"I have fulfilled my end of the bargain. Let us rid this world of ARIES and return to Zakuul at once!"

ZODIAC watched with what amounted to mechanical interest as the tethering systems were powered down. Allowing the Star Fortress to once more be freed. The readouts from the station quickly streaming down to confirm the space stations status. With a nod of the spherical body, ZODIAC turned toward the Emperor A most joyous day indeed... And as agreed, a deal is a deal... Let us deal with ARIES... While he was unable to teleport them to co-ordinates within the complex, ZODIAC was still able to teleport them out of the building. He locked on to the three signatures and they disappeared into thin air once more.
Much like before, it was only a few moments later when they were deposited back halfway around Iokath. Landing within the central control room for ARIES. Banks upon banks of computers filled the room along with control panels. But where before the Colossus droid had blocked their path, in to the room, it had been bypassed entirely. ZODIAC was already floating over to one of the control panels to access the network and begin hacking his way into the Colossus droids systems We must act quickly, this is the central nervous system of ARIES. From here, you can activate his self destruction protocol, while I download and ascertain the location of the Eternal Fleet... Be quick Emperor, before our time runs out...

Teleporting. Not the most pleasant of sensations, to say the very least. As a wave of nausea passed, Xander turned and followed ZODIAC as he spoke and floated across the room.
"Will activating ARIES' self destruct protocols trip anything here, if this is its central nervous system? Will it even destroy him outright? He has proven most difficult to dispose of in the past...?"
The last sentence was more to himself, than the golden orb floating around the room, but just the same, the first two questions did pose merit. Temporary deactivation of ARIES was much more preferable, at least if imminent death was on the table...

As the glowing orb neglected to answer Xander, the Zabrak motioned to @disgruntledrobot, indicating that the golden orb was to be shot. Despite its apparent usefulness, it was time to end ARIES and claim the Eternal Fleet in the name of the Empire once more. And this floating droid was impeding his progress.

The Lazarus-Class Orbital Prison, Zatvor, had been constructed swiftly and silently over the terrestrial world of Dosuun as a place where The Organization could take it's prisoners and hold them away from the prying eyes of the galaxy. While not exactly hidden, Dosuun was out of the way enough that no one really ventured here unless they had to. Usually only the highest value prisoners were sent here, however. And despite the station having been constructed and pushed to active status in record time, nothing really stood out about the station. That is, until two years six months nineteen days ago, when The Organization had managed to capture an incredibly high value target. For the first several months, the prisoner refused to give out any information. They resisted and refused. But months of round the clock torture and interrogation had managed to procure results. The prisoner was revealed to be Xakire Callidus of Alderranian nobility, Fleet Admiral within the First Order, Intelligence Agent for Imperial Intelligence and best of all, a Sith under the tutelage of the self proclaimed 'Dark King' Viox Savage. While knowing who the man was, certainly was helpful, the fact that Xakire was a Sith and the apprentice to one of the more feared Sith in the galaxy was the juicy part. Given the Organization's true mandate, to fight Force Users and cure Force sensitivity, possession of such an impressive target had managed to get The Elusive Man directly involved with the interrogation of the prisoner...*
*Standing outside Xakire's cell, Martin Harper was speaking to a hologram of the Director.Continue to press for more information, Martin. While we have successfully managed to extract various pieces of information from him, we still do not have any substantial information on the Blackguard. And that's what we want. Also, we will need Dr. Archer to extract several blood and tissue samples for study and synthesizing application for a later project. Ensure you get the samples and continue to maintain our security protocols in regards to high value targets. As the hologram dissipated, Martin motioned for the Doctor and his security escort, three Orcus Security Droids, to follow him into the room. As the door hissed open, the bare, bruised chest of a human male appearing to be in his early twenties could be seen, strapped to an Interrogation Chair."Mister Callidus. I trust you slept well...?" asked Martin, a hint of sarcasm present in his voice.

At the insistence of it's master, HK-99 raised it's blaster rifle and shot the golden orb. once the orb was shot and fell to the ground HK-99 fired a few more rounds into the orb to ensure that it was 'decommissioned' properly. HK turned and faced it's master then spoke.
Musing Statement: The Floating Light bulb has been decommissioned, master. Query: Shall we proceed Master?
The HK-99 unit had lowered its weapon when it asked its master the question. It was ready to get to more killing as was the main directive of its programming.

For what must have been many months he had been tortured, beaten, and subjected to all kinds of invasive procedures. Despite all his powers he was helpless, it was seemingly an impossible situation. With no way to contact his master, the Blackguard, the First Order or anyone, it seemed hopeless. He had no idea if Viox knew what had happened to his apprentice, or even if his master would launch an attempt to rescue him if he did. Perhaps he would leave Xakire to die, condemning him for being weak and allowing himself to be captured.
As Harper entered the room, Xakire's head jerked upwards and his eyes opened. He hadn't really been able to sleep properly often at all, but occasionally got a few opportunities to get a small amount of light sleep. "I slept okay, not the most comfortable bed though so could be better," he retorted, his voice heavy with sarcasm as he was determined not to show any sign of breaking, no matter how much he wished he could allow himself to. "Ready to go another round, are we?" he said expecting another session of being beaten and asked the same futile questions.

Martin grinned at Xakire's retort. He had spent the better part of the past two or so years with this man. Ordered to extract information, the two had developed a bit of a rapport. Xakire was tough, but level-headed. Martin was merely doing as ordered. He didn't, by any means, hate the man before him. And while he wasn't what he'd consider a friend, he did respect the man for enduring what he had thus far."As much as I'd enjoy another round with you, that isn't the main purpose of my visit today. Doctor Archer, if you please."Martin motioned for the balding doctor to proceed. Wheeling a silver tray over beside Xakire's chair and pulling a stool to sit on, Archer sat down and swabbed Xakire's arm, then tied off a band on his bicep, rather tightly."A fist, if you please, Mr. Callidus."While Dr. Archer did his blood draws, Martin spoke again."Blood and tissue samples today. Unless you want to go another round, that is? I'm game if your game, Callidus."A forced camaraderie, Harper wasn't vindictive or sadistic. Despite his orders, Xakire hadn't personally wronged him, so until he did, Harper was going to treat him decently. His employer may have disproved the notion, fortunately he wasn't here. He had assigned Harper to this particular job and allowed him a wide range of command over it, stepping in only when necessary. And so for it hadn't been needed.

Xakire offered some token resistance to the samples, moving around a bit and making it somewhat tedious for the doctor, but he had accepted that it was going to happen anyway. He still didn't know what to make of Harper. Was he a zealot? Was he merely a good solider following orders? So far he had treated him relatively well, at least compared with how one would expect you to treat a prisoner you were subjecting to torture and invasive procedures. He certainly didn't seem malicious at least. "There's not much else for me to do, is there? I'm up for another round," he quipped.

Lazarus-Class Orbital Prison: Zatvor - Orbiting Dosuun, Wild Space.Martin smirked at Xakire's response. Despite the months of invasive torture methods, he was in good spirits. Especially for being a Sith Lord. As Dr. Archer extracted the blood sample and took several tissue samples, Martin crossed his arms and leaned up against the wall."Well, you could go for a walk, but as I understand it rather...cold...outside."As Dr. Archer finished, Martin motioned for the Orcus droids to follow him out, leaving just Xakire and Martin in the room."So...I don't suppose I could persuade you to just give me the information my employer seeks, could I? Rather than going through this charade again..."Harper knew that this man wasn't the type to just roll over and give them the information, however. But there was no harm in asking.
