Are you a coin collector or do you just like them because they jingle and are shiny. I like the shiny.
Also....hair-fire?

Don't mind me, I'm a little random at times. It's a bad habit.
I collect coins, and I like them because they jingle and are shiny. I like shiny objects. Diamonds are my best friends.

WHOO. Modem is FIXED. I'm back, and ready to start this up. Now, to answer some posts. Miras: Oh YES. I remember now, the Ishmael fencing duel. I believe we had to cut that short? Good lord, you should probably be training me, not the other way around. Whatever, RP is RP lol. I do remember Malystrix by the way, the days of the old dueling academy… Diamonte: Monte! Good to see you friend. Id love to have you on our team. Welllll, I could quite honestly use your Artisan expertise in locating and evaluating crystal caves on Vandelhelm, for future use by padawans and jedi on the planet. A survey mission if you will. You'd probably be based out of my crawler for simplicities sake, and I'd have a padawan join you. Atia: I'll leave it up to your discretion , just remember that has to be BORDERLINE illegal. So, re-localise and then perhaps force them into signing papers that say they voluntarily moved all by themselves? The Government and local security/police authorities don't really have that much power - you have their hands tied economically. The Jedi have more power and authority…but they have to prove a crime beyond a doubt to the government in order to get them to take action. As long as you keep it on the sneaky and "official" side with paperwork, redcap, and bureaucracy, things should be fine. Of course, if you use the pirates, and there is no paper trail back to your company, then that would work as well as for as re-localization. Love the idea though. Mirian: Love your profile! Not too long at all, and definitely an interesting take on a character that I haven't really seen before. And thats coming from a guy who has seen a LOT of characters. You're more than welcome to RP with us, and you're certainly more than welcome to Rp with Devlin - no need to really pass it by me, unless it has huge spanning and wide spread effects that effect everyone on the team. So, welcome, and have fun .

Good plan... though if i may make a request... i am trying to keep Monte's time line straight which means (for the moment) keeping him on Yavin... however i like the idea... do you mind if i send a proxy in who has access to Monte's "skill set" lacking only his cybernetic arm and force powers?

Devlin: You may post when ready friend. Eh, if you would concentrate your efforts within Rimma city. The Jedi will probably stick to terrain, the corporation to the city and space. Thats not an effort to corral or anything, but just to make sure RP is even across the Vandelhelm boards.
Monte: Oh a Proxy is fine, RP is RP and all that. Eh, just post arriving up to the METT in a speeder or some such in Vandelhelm terrain. We'll get that RP started right quick.

Yes, it did get cut pretty short. That was unfortunate; there aren't many fencers on the site anymore. Best duel I'd had since Carnifex used to be around. Anyway, I'm looking forward to beginning this. Would you want to shoot me a PM so we can discuss the best way to integrate Miras into the situation?

Actually, I'm trying to keep it on this planning board: keeps the board active so that other potential writers know its still an ongoing thing. Besides the fact...I'm kinda making all this up as I go along. Heh. Hehehe. Aha...ha...
Ahem. Well, it's no secret that there's an METT in the middle of the desert with the Jedi logo plastered on it in red paint. You could hear this rumor in Rimma city at a cantina or restaurant, and then go and investigate. Thats literally the best I have. ^_^

Wow, huh, all I had to do was go away for a day or two to finally see the thread moving again. Sorry for the delay. I'll get started with Devlin, I guess. Hope I make as good an impression with my post as I did with my profile. Thanks for the compliment, by the way, Dante.

Okay, I've made posts in orbit and in Rimma City. Enjoy reading. P.s. - I have no idea if such a drink as potent as the one I mentioned in Rimma City really exists, but if it did, I bet it'd kill even a Force-Sensitive being with full training.

Alrighty then folks. I'm here to lay down the law. Literally. I'll be playing your local sheriff, so to speak. Head of planetary security or something. Dante: I decided to go ahead and use Monroe for this instead of Kano, since his profile was already laying around unused and he's just as good a fit for the situation. I'll be working on a post once I catch up in Rimma city.

Damn. And here I thought I'd be able to get away with all of my shenanigans.
Please tell me that you can be bribed? xD

Nope. 'fraid not. My superiors, however, are an entirely different story. As long as you stay on the side of "barely legal", there won't be much I can do beyond holding you for 24 hours. If I catch you stepping into blatantly illegal territory, however, you'd better pray your superiors can conjure up enough bribe money to make mine take a liking to you. Macho posturing aside, how would you feel about a close call with the law?

As a matter of fact, there is such a drink as the one you described. The Deuterium-Pyro. Half spaceship fuel, half explosive, and half something else. Nasty stuff. I actually load my guns with the explosive half every now and again.

Except a good gun.
Got any ideas what your next borderline legal activity is going to be? Or should we make up something new?

I'm pretty sure you could always draw upon my most recent activity of forcing a local to give up their land.
