As for My posts...eh...they're sub par to what I normally write >_<. I usually write a different version of Dante - the one that hangs out with the Fel crew in what will be his past. This is a future version of him...its a little hard to find his voice I guess. Dunno, character development will help my writing issues with him. Glad you like what little I've done with him though!

Mirian: Really like your style of Rp! A good read, and really brings out the character.  . Awesome posts everyone! Really liking the RP that's shaping up! Just two general notes, one, sorry for my occasional "White" posts. The narration and action buttons don't load in my browser for whatever reason: I'm going to have to cut and paste the BBcode for both into a text editor and just cut and paste when I need to use them I guess. Secondly, I think I'll be introducing a second character into Rimma city. He'll be trying to track down Dante and cause mischief with him...don't know where I'll take him just yet, but if you want to interact with him just drop me a line here in the thread - I'll keep him to himself otherwise. Thanks, Dante. That means a lot to me, to know that you're enjoying the posts and stuff I write. Hope everyone else is too. About the coloring, you could always use the color-coded fonts to variate from your narrations and dialogues. I think I'll be getting around, eventually, so I might just run into your second character. Also, aren't we going to see the big corporation yet? |

Perhaps I could borrow you and your team here for Serenno. I have not made any head way with finding a group of like-minded dark siders. Maybe if the writing looks good others might want to join? I know that maybe, if, and might do not look very promising but I need to try something. I am sure I can fulfill the villain role you guys are looking for to advance your story.

Well, as generous as that sounds Ronin, I'm afraid I'll have to decline. See, we just got started on RP here for Vandelhelm...I'm afraid that moving it so soon would disrupt our team's cohesiveness. Additionally, many of our teams stories tie in directly to the planet, and aren't really interchangeable to another planet.
My advice to find RP on your planet is to rotate through different ideas...you can ask Simon here on this thread just how many schemes I've gone through to get RP started on Vandelhelm -_-. Sometimes ideas just don't take...
If theres any assistance I can offer, do hit me up through a PM though!

Simon: Awesome to see you, and glad you could make it! Your RP never disappoints....I've got to say I think you're suited to the crime RP. Really pull it off. Makes me think the Sector Ranger thing could have been pulled off if we had just stuck with it. Thanks Dante. Glad to be here. I'm also glad that you like the posts. I guess that's what you get from overanalyzing mystery dramas and having a brother in law with a law enforcement background. Lol. |

Let me esplain. *holds up a hand to forestall comment* No, there is too much. Let me sum up.
There's a giant corporation essentially running vandelhelm because of their interest in its rich mineral deposits and natural resources, and a small jedi presence and a negligible percentage of the government that is not yet under their thumb that are trying to get things back on track and not controlled by the corporation. I'm the head cop, Dante's the head Jedi, Devlin's the head Company enforcer, Monte's the head imitation droid, Miras is the head student, and Mirian is the head klutzy transport captain.

Finally got a post up today. Was out of town for the better part of today with no internet access. Also have work most of tomorrow so won't be on except for early morning and evening. Good news is I'm off Monday and Tuesday. So....there's that.
Also, Simon, we still never discussed whether or not Devlin did murder the Twi'lek or he was being framed. I don't think Devlin would outright murder someone. More like beat them senseless and into submission. I did point out he'd been out of cigars for a while. So its always a possibility. Either way is good for me, just wanted to re-state that Devlin isn't inherently a bad guy. He just gets paid to do bad things. Maybe that's why he drinks so much?
Also if you want to have a break in the case and arrest Devlin at the lovely dinner he is going to be having that'd be cool. Though you don't really have much evidence. Still, I'm pretty sure you could hold him for 24 hours on suspicion and official questioning. Of course he'd be out in a minute thanks to strings being pulled with the big wigs that are having their palms greased.
