The Sith Archives were situated off of the main hall and contained several levels of resources contained on scrolls and holocrons as well as datapads and holobooks.

And on the walked as if led by higher powers it took perhaps minutes really but felt like hours. Rhiannon led the little girl Maureen but she herself the ancient Jedi scholar was guided on her path. And there they stood. The woman knew, yes, she knew. They were now in the Sith Archives. The librarian in her was elated. -Rhiannon- “You be careful Maureen.” Looking down at the little girl “Be ever so careful, and don’t wander out of my sight.” Eyes up to The Raven and down to The Hound -Rhiannon- “And you two watch over her – closely.” She turned back to start investigating the treasures. She spoke again, now to the spirits -Rhiannon- "We're not here to plunder the many treasures her but only broaden our knowledge." She felt a ominous presence descending on them but swept a hand -Rhiannon- "Devil get behind my back!" And she began her study

Entering the room Maureen looked around wide eyed. Spooky. What kind of thing lived here she wondered. She heard the old woman speak. The little girl listened to every word. And then she followed The Hound with The Raven sitting on her shoulder. They moved about the place freely but ever so gentle. This place was better than that stupid haunted house at the carnival. Maureen looked around every corner awaiting some screaming bogeyman to pop out and somewhat disappointed that none materialised. The mind of a child is a beautiful thing. The Hound too was on guard. And he too desired something to step forth. Something that he could sink his teeth into and shake to death. But nothing The Raven? The was in awe. In awe of how exactly places like this got these sorry earthly beings so wound up. Strange creatures

Rhiannon was awestruck. Knowledge was power. That axiom she believed with all her heart. And once again here she saw things quite differently than many of her fellow Jedi. To be sure Rhiannon held to the belief that the young and the weak needed to be protected from falling prey to false prophets and pollution from negative forces. And knowledge could be a most dangerous thing in the hands of the weak and unlearned. But much like many of the philosophers whom her fellow Jedi condemned as evil she was convinced that it was necessary to study all sides of The Force. All sides. She nodded to herself subconsciously. Yes…. Knowledge was power. What one needed to be careful of was how they used the power bestowed by knowledge. Fine line between the two, so the woman believed. And with that she began he study of the many treasures that lie before her

Among the ancient annals of the glorious days gone by of Sith history, damned by many and celebrated by others, the little girl tripped obliviously. The Hound followed, though his instincts put his senses on the razor’s edge, set to spring upon anything threatening. The Raven landed on the back of the fierce beast, digging claws in deep in a way that it could not on the shoulder of the child. He attempted enjoying the ride on the mindless animal as it frolicked about chasing the little girl. At last the bird slipped from the massive dog’s back and flew to a corner landing on an open book. And there he sat reading, the child still in the corner of his eye

Looking up momentarily Rhiannon noted that the girl was alright. Innocently investigating. The Jedi elder was engaged in a study of her own.... The secrets of the Sith. How engaging it was!

Maureen could feel the Dark power that filled the archives around her but it did not harm her. The raw energy flowing from the little girl was strong and some might believe that this would attract attention. But The Hound in his silence gave off a protective glow that was deafening. And even more so the beast paled in comparison to The Raven. So the child roamed quiet freely

Rhiannon was moved to investigating some of the medical literature in the vast library. Her eyes thinned as a simple fact struct her. And off she went searching out medical supplies. She smiled. Syringes, alcohol, swabs and - yes! There it was. -Rhiannon- "Maureen. Come here!"

Playfully exploring this weird place Maureen startled by the shout turned abruptly. So too did The Hound, hair on back stiffening. The Raven spoke -Fiach Dubh- "Heel mutt!" Then addressing the scared child -Fiach Dubh- "The old battleaxe is fine. But I believe that she wants us...." The three then moved, The Raven flying ahead with the hound staying close beside the girl. They stopped in front of the Jedi. The Raven perched on a shelf about ten feet high as the dog sat. Seeing the needle Maureen winced. Not that thing!

The Jedi could see the fear in the girl's eyes. Indeed she could feel it and so she spoke -Rhiannon- "Just a little blood test dear this is most important...." Leading the child gently to her as she spoke Rhiannon had a sleeve up, a strap around the arm fast -Rhiannon- "You are so pretty dear. That I must say and i have seen...." With that she slipped the needle in fast as she spoke -Rhiannon- "many a pretty child in my time." Eyes fixed on the girl's as blood filled the droppers neck she slipped the needle out, setting it aside and had a piece of cotton taped on Maureen's little arm in one single elegant move -Rhiannon- There... now was that so bad?" The place was well equipped indeed. And she began

The child did not flinch. Oh she felt the pinch but the old woman was captivating. The hair on The Hound's back stood subconsciously and his intimidate impulse was to rip the woman's throat out. Yet she gave off nothing but positive vibes and her words were kind. So he stayed still. The Raven knew what was coming and did not bat an eye. They watched the woman toying with mechanisms for some time. At last Maureen shrugged her shoulders -Maureen- "Maybe I have the flu. Whatever that is...."

The test was far more easy than many would assume. Rhiannon was finished with speed. Then she sat back as the reading came out. Shooting a quick look at the child she then looked back staring blankly at the results -Rhiannon- "Impossible...." She delicately reorganised the equipment. This was going to require help. Exhaling hard the woman looked up. No divine entity responding Rhiannon went back to arranging things as they were, mind racing and heart rapidly pacing as she worked. Turning to the child she spoke with a smile matching a soft voice -Rhiannon- "Sorry love. S'all good, so run along and play now." And with that she went back to tidying up and thinking. The child was a prodigy.... This would require great care. Protection from those who would wish to manipulate what she possessed. She looked around. This Dark atmosphere was exactly what the child needed to be protected from. At all costs. Yet strangely Rhiannon also knew that the air of evil here had the potential conceal and consequently shelter Maureen. The woman knew that she needed make some critical decisions and indeed make them fast. Duty-bound with this task she struggled

Maureen looked up at the lady. Shrugging she ran back to exploring with the pony sized dog on heel. The Raven sat solemnly observing. Why were people so stupid? This question crossed the mind of The Raven quite sporadically. At last it spoke -Fiach Dubh- "I could have saved wasting all that time...." After allowing that to sink in a long moment -Fiach Dubh- "Not to mention violating the poor child." The Raven watched closely. I'm was surrounded by a gaggle of idiots.....

The old Jedi thought of the present and of how the power that she had discovered would reflect on the future as she flipped tenderly through ancient manuscripts . The great dichotomy all this created did not escape her yet she knew that the past could, indeed one might well say should, be a lesson, or perhaps a warning, of how we treat the future. Yes. Subconsciously nodding in agreement as she worked it all out in her mind. Yes. The many great errs made with individuals such as tiny Maureen and how such mistakes had effected history wore on Rhiannon's mind. And another thing that she felt most forcefully was the enthusiastic desire to protect the girl among others. Poor souls she thought. Looking again in the direction of the giggling girl she wondered. Suddenly gazing out at nothing she concentrated with every drop of energy she had. The old woman shook slight and her eyes turned. Finished she took in a deep breath, left hand running soft beneath her nose. She then looked at her thumb and index finger. Blood. Deftly snatching a hanky from right coat pocket she set it on nose and went back to reading

The girl ran about the archives as if it were a playground. Maureen was no bull in a china shop, knocking sacred objects in her path left and right. The girl simply felt safe. Without doubt the protective tirade the Jedi elder, massive wolfhound and celestial scavenger bird formed around was easily felt but perhaps greater still was her deeper knowledge of self. And so the child ran herself raged oblivious to any danger lurking about. The massive frame of The Hound was more than exercised just keeping up with the girl as The Raven sat high above watching, still pondering which of the three he wanted to destroy more

The Jedi shook her head, awakening herself from the odd peacefulness that one could enjoy only under the blanket of such total Darkness. Time to step the child glare of Light. Perhaps they would all be consumed by fire and rendered to little more than ash. Rhiannon laughed at the herself. My how her mind wandered. Standing she spoke -Rhiannon- "C'mon then! We are leaving!" And at that she turned and walked leaving the place behind her

Although the place was a mess, the library and its contents remained surprisingly intact, albeit the inevitable accumulated dust.
He turned to his apprentices and instructed them to ensure the place was cleaned to standard before he levitated up to the higher levels in search of holocron data that hadn't already been archived back on his old Academy in Iridonia.

Sir, there's movement up ahead. 5 individuals.
Romulus nodded, sensing them too as they approached the hall of the sith archives.
Take defensive measures, but set to stun. These aren't enemies. Oh and, its not 5.
Romulus turned into the open doorway leading to the archives and was immediately greeted by a red lightsaber rushing towards his neck. Almost lazily, Romulus raised his hand and grabbed the incoming blade of plasma. It sizzled against his bare skin, but Romulus' Force Weapon was stronger. Romulus lowered the blade to see a man dressed in sith robes with armour plating along his shoulders, forearms, and legs.
Romulus didn't recognise the man, but he had a hunch who he was affiliated with.
Im assuming youre one of Angel's?
The Sith Marauder's eyebrows flew up when he recognised who it was he'd just attacked. He quickly deactivated his lightsaber and relaxed his stance.
Ah, my apologies Lord Romulus. We weren't informed you would be here.
Yea, i decided to drop by on my own. Dont worry about it bro.
Desctalix stepped aside and let Romulus and Serina into the archives. They walked past a couple of bookshelves packed with pages upon pages of ancient knowledge before reaching the main corridor of the archive, where a familiar figure was hovering among the higher level of shelves alone. Romulus addressed the levitating sith lord.
A little dusty for my tastes, but i'm sure you've had worse, right?

Angel was in the process of summoning and directing a current of wind to blow off the dust where the Sith magick holocrons, perusing past one on the forbidden art of the Supernova, when he sensed the Force signature of his other ex-apprentice from the moment he descended into low orbit.
He had a mental smirk when he heard the faint sound of Dec's saber, knowing the strength of Romulus' Force Weapon. He had just opened a holocron on the energised mists that powered Dathomirian Nightsister magicks, and was analysing the ritualistic transformation of blood into ichor when he heard Romulus' voice
I remember having an exchange semester here, decades ago. The only reason this area is extra dusty is because back then no one even had the clearance to access these.
I thought you were on Coruscant?
Concurrently, his other former apprentices had done a job on the place. The clutter on the floor had been restored to their proper bookshelves, tables and chairs had been reorganised (resembling Iridonia's archives as a fine touch) and wiped down, shifting breezes had accumulated the dust into one area that promptly led to the refuse chute. Menial work was a discipline that had one core value on protestant ethic more often caught than taught: you can't be entrusted with the big things if you aren't faithful in the little things.

It was a blue milk run, not sure why i even bothered in the first place.
Serina took it upon herself to dust off her master's robes while he spoke. Romulus swept his gaze across the huge hall.
What are you even looking for anyway? This place smells deader than a tauntaun.
On the contrary master, i'm pretty sure a dead tauntaun would smell much worse.
Somewhere behind Romulus, Desctalix suppressed a snort of amusement.
