Organized crime has been almost nonexistent for as far back as I can remember, there have been attempts, and that's not to say that there isn't crime elements here, but there hasn't been a true underworld to be feared in a long time. I'd like to change that. I'd like to form the Gallucci Family, or the Gallucci Crime Family as I'm sure it will be called. There are a couple things that I'll need to start out, not the least of which is a planet to write on. Next I need people to write with. I'm looking to fill the ranks here.

Tp start out the positions in yellow I'd prefer to have PCs fill, the others will probably be mainly NPCs unless someone wants to be in them. After that I want to have people work there way into higher places starting from associate. In other words, get picking while the pickings are good.
After I get an idea of how many people are interested I'll work on a few more talking points.

Possibly. If we divided up the market I wouldn't object to some IC cooperation either. Or at least not actively kill each other.

I understand you dealt primarily in the outer rim, I plan to base myself out of Corellia. Perhaps we can divide territory down the middle and speak with each other before making any moves in the other's territory.

That would work pretty well. I do intend to stick mostly to the rimward worlds and areas historically part of "hutt space." I may occasionally run a few businesses core-ward (I may get back into the casino game) but there is no reason we couldn't come to agreements.
We should have at least a few IC meetings to flesh things out. I'm sure Tony would enjoy Hutt hospitality.

If that is where you decide to base yourself, I could even make you a thread in Coronet or wherever you'd like so that you would have a "base" of sorts to RP from. I was hoping to have some of both, some on the payroll makes things go smoother, others not on the payroll makes it interesting.

I can certainly accommodate you I usually write for CorSec when they are needed or wanted, so adding a NPC to be on the Family's payroll is no problem at all, and any time you feel like having the interesting happen, we can work out a fun story for anyone that might want to be involved I'm sure. |

I applaud and approve of this idea. I have recently returned to the galaxy after about a year away from JvS and I'm bringing back the Pirates and the Exchange. I look forward to working with or against you in the future!

Our HQ is on Tatooine in Mos Entha but I don't have any real defined territory that I operate in. I do tend to do jobs in the Rim but I have raided all over the galaxy previously.

Given BP's operations on Tatooine, I think I will base the Desilijic clan out of Nal Hutta or Nar Shaddaa to give us all some breathing room.

When we have some time I think we should do as Jargola suggested earlier and have a meeting. Maybe we can catch the interest of more people thinking about or wanting to make an underworld type character.

Thank you for the suggestion Adrien Once we have sorted some things out and move from planning to execution, we will keep the smugglers in mind and see if we cannot find some work and RP opportunities for you. Tony, I agree that a meeting with other organized crime organizations could be a way to possibly generate some interest in writing characters suited to that type of RP. And, if nothing else, it would also be a way to get our characters feet wet. |
