To be honest, I don't know enough about the Organization or Xinon to know whether or not it makes sense to invite them, so I'll trust BP's judgement where that is concerned. That being said, I'm not at all opposed to the idea of the Organization being included in the meeting.
Just for clarity's sake, what would you like an organization like the Gallucci family to know or to have heard about the Organization, Xinon?

It's Xinzon, actually. Pronounced like Shinzon of Star Trek fame.
My organization is officially called the Shadow Collective after the canon organization of the same name, but most of the time it's abbreviated to simply "The Collective". Either or both names could be known to you, as well as the fact that it deals in information, assassination, and manipulation of politics. They tend to lack somewhat in the number of their "employees", but make up for it in their use of advanced technology and the versatility and skill of their agents. Something of a mix between the canon Shadow Collective and the Genoharadan. There would be little to no information regarding what they're currently up to, however.
Xinzon, on the other hand, runs a "legitimate" galactic shipping business as a cover for his illicit operations, so he would be fairly well known in the business world (and it wouldn't surprise me if BP ends up raiding some of his ships). He also serves as the primary adviser to the king of Falleen, so he would be known in the political realm as well. Thus far, he hasn't been tied to the Collective at all, hence the shadow moniker.
I'm almost certainly leaving some things out, but my brain has been overclocked lately with school so I apologize in advance. Lol. If you have any more specific questions I'd be happy to answer them in greater detail.

You're in. I have a genius plan to do it too!
So going with the idea that I've heard of the Shadow Collective IC but not who is behind it, Arkan sends his message in pieces. He organises for his message to be given to low level members of the Collective in 8 encrypted data-chips that cannot be unlocked or decrypted unless all 8 are connected together. These 8 pieces are given to known Collective agents throughout the galaxy with instructions to give them to no-one but "The Boss". Now it would be up to you if your employees chose not to follow that instruction or they pass them up the chain of command and no-one except Xinzon would ever have all 8.
To speed things up you can assume that this has happened and in the next few minutes I will PM you the message. I look forward to meeting you or your representative on Bimm!
I'll try and post a set-up post on Bimm this evening too but it's a bit late here and I can't promise I won't start using my keyboard as a pillow!

Organized crime has been almost nonexistent for as far back as I can remember, there have been attempts, and that's not to say that there isn't crime elements here, but there hasn't been a true underworld to be feared in a long time. I'd like to change that. I'd like to form the Gallucci Family, or the Gallucci Crime Family as I'm sure it will be called. There are a couple things that I'll need to start out, not the least of which is a planet to write on. Next I need people to write with. I'm looking to fill the ranks here. Captains (3?):Made-men: Enforcers: Soldiers: Associates: To start out the positions in yellow I'd prefer to have PCs fill, the others will probably be mainly NPCs unless someone wants to be in them. After I get an idea of how many people are interested I'll work on a few more talking points. Welcome to the Family. I'd like to try this again, but it seems I've lost my one person who was interested. I'm still going to set up shop on Corellia, if they are still willing to allow me, and I will be jumping in as soon as I hear any sort of word from them. |
