She'd been through a lot in life and met quite a few people with differing personalities, but none quite so bright and energetic as the blonde haired woman before her. It was a bit of a shock and caught her off-guard, making her somewhat unsure how she herself should act and respond. She hadn't any intention to lie or mislead going into this situation, but she would have failed to manage to do so under this circumstances. It was a little daunting to be put on her backfoot like this, but she managed to maintain her balance, so to speak, as her host welcomed her to some place called Ta Chumdan? She had definitely heard that name wrong, but thankfully she at least heard the Hapes Consortium pretty clearly. Not that it meant anything of particular relevance to her.
Few star charts existed on her world, and even fewer she had been shown. And none of the names this woman had used had been in any of those she had seen. But at least she had names for where she was, and that was a right better position than having no clue at all. She raised her right eyebrow in slight confusion as her host dismissed the guards and then very quickly seemed to admonish herself with a rap of her knuckles on her forehead and introduced herself as Nalea, the middle part seemed to get a little mashed together, Djo. Without much understanding of what the local customs or procedures were, she stood awkwardly and offered a quick curtsey Eryneth, it's nice to meet you... Ms Djo... Her gaze quickly snapped to Deianeira, she thought she heard, trying to gauge from the woman's expression just how badly she had messed up. She had been in similar such situations before, where the stoic guard's expressions would tell you at a glance whether you had used the appropriate address or not for their Lord, Lady, or any other manner of title by which they related to their charge with. But before long hospitality and aide was being offered and Eryn focused her attention upon Nalea once more There is nothing needing forgiveness, it's... certainly an overwhelming situation. I have no objection at all, if only for the sake of a shower... And hopefully not to be tricked into some trap which she would need to fight her way out of. It wouldn't be the first time, and she would not let it be the last time either if Nalea and Deianeira did not turn out to be as trustworthy as they might appear

Laughing in delight when Eryneth dubs her Ms. Djo, Nalea, delighted by her new name so much that she repeats it, says, "Ms. Djo, I like that Eryneth! Now then, Nalea says as she laces her arm in the white haired woman's, as you have no objection to accepting our hospitality, let us see what we can do about those awful little injuries of yours while we make the shortest little trip to my home, where I believe we will have no trouble at all seeing that you get that shower in no time at all," guiding Eryneth all the while towards where her ship, an H-2 executive shuttle docked not far away, waits guarded by another pair of exceptionally beautiful women, as Eryneth will soon learn all the women, and indeed all of the men too, on Hapes are exceedingly alluring, accompanied all the while by the silent and mildly vexed appearing dark haired woman who Eryneth will soon learn is never far from Nalea's side.
Once aboard the ship, Nalea takes a medpac from one of the armored women that approaches Eryneth, telling the Chume'doro, "I will tend to our guest, which appears to confuse the Chume'doro even though she obeys Nalea without question, and then gently applies bacta salve to Eryneth's wounds, all the while chattering away cheerfully about the sights they pass over. As they approach the Castle of Per'Agrtha, which stands on a tall bluff overlooking Ta'a Chume'Dan, Nalea gestures with a flourish towards the viewport from which the castle can be seen and tells Nalea, The Fountain Palace, my home, crinkling her nose with an amused smile as she adds, Be it ever so humble."
Not long after the castle has been pointed out, the H-2 begins its approach for the landing pads . . .

She felt a little bit like a lost puppy as Nalea's arm laced with her own and they were on the move, with Eryn fighting down the blush she felt trying to rise in her cheeks. Perhaps out of some awkwardness at how she was feeling in this scenario, but also some embarrassment of being dragged off to her rather beautiful hosts home. However, that blush was much easier to fight back as they were soon loading into a ship of some sort. She took a seat as indicated and her gaze briefly turned out across the city as they rose into the air. But her focus was soon pulled back to Nalea as she felt the slight sting of bacta salve upon her wounds. She took in the explanations offered by her host, but it was difficult for Eryn to set her gaze anywhere else and take in the sights she was being given an oral guide of.
But as the Castle came into view, Eryn was able to finally tear her gaze away and examined their destination. She was somewhat at a loss for words, piecing together that she has managed to stumble into the company of someone of powerful persuasion. If not the Leader of the... what did she call her people earlier? the Hapes Consortium was it? yes if not that things leader, then certainly a high ranking Lady Humble, huh... She mumbled the comment more to herself than for anyone else to hear, though with how close Nalea was, that was likely to be impossible

Movable Landing Pad 24-25-5
Lucine, since it had been on her watch that they arrived in orbit over Hapes, leans over in the pilot's seat to look out of the Defiant's portside viewport as she takes the Sentinel-class shuttle down towards one of the movable landing pads that are all over the capital city of the Hapes Consortium, grimacing as she sees that they have been directed to set down outside of what looks like some kind of court building. Even more ominously, Lucy sees that there are two groups of armored women she assumes are Chume'doro from the Purity sub-division stationed outside of the building near the landing pad; one group consisting of twenty-two Chume'doro that look like they are the official greeting party while the other is comprised of only six that are there for reasons Lucy can only guess at.
The fact that Wan would choose to bring along a platoon of supporters had - Lucy was able to tell from how her landing request had been handled after they were scanned repeatedly by Hapan starfighters and a larger vessel they had probably been deployed from - obviously not been an anticipated development, and she got the feeling from the delay between the time she made the request to land and it had finally been granted, that the Chume'doro had needed to alter their plans about how things would go down on the fly.
As she sets the Defiant down and lowers the boarding ramp, Lucy flicks the switch to open the shuttle's intercom and announces dryly, We've arrived in Ta'a Chume'dan, resisting the urge to add some joking commentary about the weather or the local sites and instead simply informing everyone, The Chume'doro have sent a delegation from their Purity sub-division to greet us outside of what appears to be a courthouse. Flipping the intercom off, Lucy starts going through the post-flight checks, not concerned about missing the opening moments of the meet and greet that might be less than pleasant if her read on the Chume'doro's reaction to the fact Wan has arrived with a posse of supporters is not totally off.
In their room finishing tying her tie when her lieutenant's announcement comes over the intercom, Elikapeka adjusts the cuffs of her suit jacket - electing to go with a formal look since she has no idea what the actual etiquette for the occasion is and feels a suit is always a safe option - as she goes over to Delaana and pulls her into a tender embrace and kisses her lips gently before asking, "Ready, my Ceesi? Taking Delaana's hand in her own, Elika smiles and says in a resolved tone, I'll be right beside you every step of the way." Elika isn't sure she is ready herself for whatever awaits them outside of the shuttle, but puts on a confident air anyway as she wants to be a source of strength and support for her girlfriend rather than an anxious bundle of neuroses that would just be one more thing to worry about.

Movable Landing Pad 24-25-5
When the Defiant's boarding ramp lowers twenty of the white armored female Chume'doro from the Purity sub-division of the Investigative Branch in the larger group, each armed with an ornate polearm in addition to the blasters holstered on their hips, move forward in synch to line the sides of the boarding ramp, ten on each side, while the two at the head of the group remain in place.
When Delaana disembarks from the shuttle she will recognize one of the two Chume'doro waiting a few feet from the foot of the boarding ramp as the one that had delivered the scroll to her on Umgul, and will know from the fact that the dark haired woman with the almond shaped eyes stands to the right and a step behind the taller, white haired woman with her that she is of a lower rank than her fellow Royal Guard.
The six female Chume'doro in the smaller group, armed with short swords rather than polearms, remain where they are, not on the movable landing platform itself but at the foot of the steps leading up to the courthouse behind them. Both groups of Chume'doro appear more stoic than welcoming, for them the grave reason for Major Wan's return to Hapes casting a somber air over the proceedings that quells any sense of curiosity about or inclination to make their former comrade-in-arms' companions, unanticipated guests all, feel welcomed to their world at present.

Lana hadn't been surprised with the change of plans at all. She had been asked to show up at Castle of Per'Agrtha, but with people accompanying her, she was very certain that even the Chume'doro didn't expect this at all.
It wasn't just her brother, and she, it was her brother, herself and people that all cared about them, and that was all there was.
Lana was not afraid so to speak, she wasn't even nervous, and whatever outcome occurred, she knew that she probably deserved that, but at the same time she really did not want her friends here on the vessel to be part of everything, but she understood it all the same, and she thanked them all the same...
Obviously she had worn her armor once again, due in part of respecting the reason she was here, and due in part because that was how she often presented herself in any case. Even her brother handed her what she had entrusted to him. It just took her a moment to refocus when they had finally landed and she looked at her Shakal and smiled warmly before nodding. "I am ready, and I am not worried, I am worried about you, my Shakal." Lana told her softly and maybe the architect would see a side of her that she had hope remained buried or forgotten, but at the same time, it was just her, and whenever she'd put her armor on, she always defaulted to being a Major and always having an impassive expression most of the time, and just being cold and icy while looking at people often.
Glancing over where her brother was, who had also obviously changed back to his less antiquated uniform that had nothing to do with the armor variety, she knew that Nash would be standing back, or at least behind her and by her side, like he always did and with her Shakal by her side, Lana just walked down the boarding ramp and recognized the woman who handed her the scroll and just looked at her with probably a glacial expression.
Perhaps the people in the Vessel would already know why this type of welcoming committee, though she knew them enough to know that at least they weren't here to cause any waves, at least, or so she hoped, which was why she actually waited for everyone, or whomever wanted to just disembark and just follow her towards the 6 Chume'doro since apparently they all wanted to stick with her and Nash...

Movable Landing Pad 24-25-5
Garbed in his signature red duster this time around, Atlantis obviously had his lightsabers on his forearms that were hidden by his sleeves, not that he was expecting to draw them at all, but he was still a Jedi and he went nowhere without his weapon. He was relatively dressed how often he would be dressed back at the Academy though he only had a black v-neck shirt on, and dark pants along with his boots, and in comparison to his girlfriend, well that might not have been the perfect match, but he didn't care, and he also knew she did not care honestly.
Assuming she went corporate just like the lawyers in general, and some with heels and others just whatever made them comfortable, again he wouldn't be surprised if everyone went the formal way, even his very own twin brother, being a Vice Governor back at their homeworld, and others that occupied important positions in any case.
Stepping off the boarding ramp behind the Chume'doro siblings, and even Linds was probably at her boyfriend's side, Atlantis just caught his brother's gaze quickly before nodding and just reverted back to his just friendly, peaceful expression even if the current mood right now was somber, and just the female Chume'doro around were stoic which was understandable again.
Atlantis looked at Crystal and just placed his hand on top of hers before giving it a squeeze just to reassure her too that he'd go where she wanted to go, and nothing more. Knowing Crystal though, since she was great friends with Elika, just like Lily was, both of them would go where Elika was, and the Architect would be by her girlfriend's side, of course in proviso that they weren't asked to just stab back or whatever.
It wasn't that Atlantis had a bad feeling about this, it's just that he knew how heavy the atmosphere was going to be, and it appeared that they were still be heading to court. Well then, he supposed that was were the lawyers might probably come in play...
Looking over his shoulder though and seeing Saoirse, Atlantis inclined his head to let her know that she was free to come along if she so wished, or she could stay with the ship, as he reckoned that maybe some would be staying behind at least, maybe Luce or even the Kiffars, Atlantis didn't know.
Why does this feel like we have all been summoned to the principal's office
Atlantis was totally going for humor, and he was mostly and mainly addressing the people that he was with and were attuned to the Force too...

Movable Landing Pad 24-25-5
When Delaana disembarks along with her companions, the two Chume'doro at the sides of the foot of the boarding ramp lift their polearms and cross them to prevent any of the shuttle's passengers from moving beyond the foot of the boarding ramp.
The tall, white haired Chume'doro addresses the shuttle's passengers in Basic with an impassive, commanding tone that makes it evident she is not making any requests but telling the passengers what will be happening in no uncertain terms, her face devoid of expression, "I am Colonel Melis. Major and Specialist Wan will be escorted, she lifts a hand and motions for the six Chume'doro at the foot of the courthouse steps to advance to the edge of the landing platform and take the Wan siblings into their temporary custody, into the Chume'doro Hall of Law. The rest of you will remain on the boarding platform, which will move to the hotel you have been provided rooms in."
To prevent any mistaken notion about what is to happen with the Wan siblings, Colonel Melis explains coolly, addressing the shuttle passengers as the Wan siblings should be well aware of what the procedure for a Chume'doro court martial entails, "Major and Specialist Wan will be made aware of the charges against them, and be provided with Chume'doro Advocates so that they can begin preparing their defense strategies. They will, she reassures the shuttle passengers in a dry tone, rejoin you at the hotel later today."
Focusing her attention on Major Wan, as she is most likely going to be the one that convinces her comrades that complying with the instructions that have been given is the only option available to them, Colonel Melis asks in Hapan, her tone taking on a more respectful quality as she addresses a fellow Chume'doro - disgraced though she may be, Major Wan still deserves the respect her rank and reputation command - and that is not devoid of a note of sympathy for how things must be handled "Are your companions going to make this difficult, Major? Or shall we get the process in motion so that you can return to them as soon as possible?"

Figured they were going to be barred from going further, at least all of them, only she and her brother would only be granted passage for the original summoning so to speak. Lana squeezed her Shakal's hand and looked at her somewhat apologetically, but also a way to let her know that she and her brother as the ones having those charges against them would only be permitted to get along right now.
"Kai and I will be fine." Lana reassured them before lifting her girlfriend's hand to her lips and kissing it softly and letting her hand go before focusing her attention onto the Colonel, quite grateful at least that she explained to the ones that were accompanying her and her brother of the proceedings, and coming from someone else who has the authority to do so, would make everyone get the gist of it all.
Moreover, her brother being one of the lawyers too, and from what she had heard the few times she had been on Honoghr, he was pretty good and very valuable to them, so it wouldn't be so bad, plus she knew that Nash always retained things, a lot of things whenever it was important.
The fact that Colonel Melis was speaking to her respectfully at least, Lana just looked at her, and shook her head to let her know that they wouldn't be a problem, or at least trusted them to not cause any problems and just wait for a bit even if this was going to be difficult for a few or several of them, honestly. "They know when to stand down, and I appreciate you explaining it to them Colonel, that should satisfy them for the time being instead of being left into the unknown." Lana told her respectfully in Hapan, and even gratefully with a faint nod, and even a faint smile. Catching her brother's gaze and inclining her head lightly as if to tell him to do what he needed to be done, Lana turned to look at everyone with another reassuring smile.
"We will return to you, Kai and I once this is done." Lana told them sincerely before looking at her Shakal and pecking her girlfriend's forehead and just looking into her eyes lovingly which also held the promise that she would come back to her.
"Let's get this over and done with Kai." She told her brother in Hapan as she walked with him towards the guards that weren't on the moving platform and even so on her way there she had completely disregarded the Chume'doro that had visited her on Umgul, though she was quite certain that some of her companions had already noticed her, and even perhaps said something about it. But not really interested in that, and more focused in getting to the Hall of Law with her brother, Lana at least was grateful that her brother was with her.

Elikapeka gives Delaana a theatrically puzzled expression when her Ceesi says that she is worried for her when, in her mind, it should be the other way around, crinkling her nose as she says, "Don't worry about me, my Ceesi, so long as I am with you nothing else matters, then leans in to kiss Delaana's lips softly as she takes her hand and holds it in her own as she turns to leave their room and says, Let's go and get this over with."
As they reach the end of the boarding ramp and the Royal Guards raise their weapons to bar them from going any further, Elika's hand grips Delaana's more tightly as she takes an instinctive step backwards to get further from the weapons that are far too close for her comfort. When Colonel Melis, who has an expression and bearing that is not dissimilar to the way Delaana had subtly altered her own once garbed in her armor, says that no one will be allowed to accompany Delaana and her brother into the hall of law, Elika feels her heart sink, not even the Colonel's assurance that her Ceesi and Nash will be allowed to join them at the hotel they have apparently been given rooms to stay in for the time being making it any easier to accept that she and Delaana must be parted. Nothing the way things have been presented to them suggests that trying to negotiate would be productive, though Elika is self-aware enough to know that could just be her anxieties speaking, and though a part of her wants to beg to be allowed to go with Delaana, her concerns that making a scene would only make things worse keeps her from heeding that part and Elika clenches her free hand into a fist as she feels frustration joining her mounting anxiety.
After the Colonel has addressed Delaana in Hapan, after which her girlfriend assures her that she and Nash will be alright, Elika tries to look less distraught than she feels as her forehead is pecked, and says quietly, even managing a small smile to accompany her attempt at a bantering tone, "You better, my Ceesi."
Watching Delaana and Nash go off with the Chume'doro towards the hall of law, Elika unconsciously starts tugging at the sleeves of her suit coat in her usual obsessive compulsive fashion, determined not to look away until her Ceesi is no longer in view as that, at least, is as close to keeping her promise to stick by her girlfriend's side as she can get with how the Chume'doro have separated them for the time being.

As expected he was garbed in his uniform and didn't even bother to shave his jaw at all, Nash had disembarked from the vessel and honestly was not surprised to see that welcoming committee at all. He should have known, and potentially he should have warned everyone on his side, at least the one from Honoghr. Thankfully though, at least someone from Honoghr did speak Hapan, and Lindsay would probably also explain it all to them, and whatever was said by the Colonel, even Nash had lowered his head in respect, he often did that in his homeworld, and also bowed respectfully...
That might surprised a few or several of them, but that was just him, he was on Hapes, and there were still some decorum he still submitted to.
"I'll tell you, and everything you need to know once we are done here with Lana." Nash addressed Lindsay in Hapan, obviously and just smiled, he was certain at least that whatever people said in Hapan here, at least they would have someone who understood their mother tongue, and also who spoke it, since one of the lawyers here, besides him was part Hapan too.
Lowering his voice and moving closer to Elika, Nash inclined his head in her direction and gave her a reassuring smile, he knew that the architect cared a lot for his sestra and hopefully she'd see it as a sign that he was keeping his promise and that he would be standing by his sister's side no matter what.
"Of course, Major." It was just one of those things, where he addressed his sister by her rank here in their homeworld, and he even kept his head down as he moved towards the courthouse with his sister, and honestly this was just one of those situations that he disliked but he wasn't going to make a big deal out of it, at all and just get along, and would always watch his sister's back which was the reason why he was walking a step behind her as they headed to the courthouse.
One thing he was quite certain they didn't know about, at least the Chume'doro here, it was that he was quite aware about being attuned to the Force and would read people's mood easily now and just be quite aware of whatever danger or anything else that would head in their direction, and he always was a lawyer, and that actually made him slightly smirk . . .

Hopping along on one foot as she pulls her boot onto her other foot, Saoirse whines to Mahela, "You're totally failing your Mom duties. Why didn't you wake me up . . ."
Calmly walking behind her Zabrak friend, Mahela points out, "I did. Twice. You kept going back to sleep."
"You should have tried harder, Saoirse moans to the Togruta, finished getting her boot on and adjusting the hood on her red jacket since hopping around has it sitting over one of her shoulders rather than behind it, We're missing the whole official meet and greet thing."
Mahela gives Saoirse as skeptical look as they get to the boarding ramp and start heading down it, "We just set down, how much could we have possibly missed?"
Saoirse, stopping midway down the boarding ramp as she sees some Royal Guards leading Nash and Delaana away while others line the sides of the boarding ramp and have blocked any one from going away from the ship with their bladed weapons, looks over at Mahela with an accusatory glare as she asks, "You were saying?"
Mahela, frowning apologetically and out of concern for what has happened, asks quietly, "How was I supposed to know things would happen so fast?"
Going over to her Master's side, Saoirse asks Atlantis in a worried voice, "What's going on, Master? Are we just going to let them take Delaana and her brother away? Shouldn't we, I don't know, negotiate or something?"

Seeing the Chume'doro barring their way, Atlantis just furrowed his eyebrows, and just lifted his hand to halt everyone that was behind him and Crystal probably, at least he was the one up front and not his brother though he was certain that Andros might have glared, but in any case, it was him here right now, and he just looked at the Colonel, and he even adopted a neutral expression at least.
"Understood, Colonel." Atlantis answered curtly and maybe he might have sounded a bit like his brother then and there, but Atlantis had also been CorSec once, and he understood the procedures all the same. However letting the siblings go all by themselves that wasn't ideal, at least not to him, though he trusted in the process, plus he was certain that Delaana and Nash were both aware enough of what was going on, plus wasn't Nash also an attorney in any case?
From what did happen in the vessel, he knew at least that whatever all of the lawyers went into, there was a big certainty that at least Nash would familiarize himself to it as well. Wrapping his arm around Elika and just looking at her with a knowing expression, he inclined his head hoping she would draw some strength from his too. And hopefully she wouldn't worry too much at least.
"Don't worry, I'll make sure to keep sensing the ongoing there, plus Nash is sensitive, I am sure he and Linds also share a great bond." He informed her in a low voice before glancing over towards Saoirse who had joined them with Mahela, and Atlantis shook his head with a faint smile, at least he looked confident, and all.
"Yes we are, we'll get them back, it's only the preliminary hearing at least, and I am sure that Nash will be very capable of acting as defense for himself and his sister too along with the advocates that will be assigned to them, though I am sure also that they'll let the lawyers here know, after wards when we meet them at the hotel."

Dressed as his position back in Umgul dictated him to, but he also wasn't here as a politician in any case, Andros figured he'd just wear whatever formal attire he had brought with him. He was, as some would have guessed, glaring for being barred from going forward with the siblings, but at the same time he should not have been surprised at all. Taking a step back and even placing his hands on Elika's shoulders as if to protect her when she did take that step back, Andros just threw an unimpressed but also annoyed glare for the use of their weapons.
"We'll wait at the hotel." Andros spoke dryly perhaps, and also he was also annoyed for that unnecessary gesture, though at the same time he understood it all the same.
They were no longer in Umgul at all, and the Major just like Specialist Wan had charges that were waiting for them...
Though about what his brother said earlier, Andros just shook his head and looked at the courthouse, somewhat it had been all too familiar too him with the case he had against him and his brother a few years back...
Inclining his head towards the others, Andros just walked on the side of the boarding ramp and just checked the Chume'doro finding one that he immediately recognized, at least, and from there he focused his expression on the one he knew to be Hanako Aoki, though was quite certain that wasn't her name at all. Figuring that maybe he could actually catch her off guard, and maybe would taunt her his own way, he did address her directly and wryly too. "I hope you have enjoyed Umgul, at least." Placing his hands in his pockets he didn't say anything more or at least commented further, he wasn't here to cause any troubles at all, even if his statement there might have implied it, but not at all. He had nothing on her, like they certainly currently nothing on him or everyone here right now since they were also following the rules.

Chume'doro Hall of Law
Of the six Chume'doro that silently escort Major and Specialist Wan up the stairs leading to the entrance of the Hall of Law, two remain outside and take up positions beside the doors while the other four continue inside with the Wan siblings.
Once inside, still silent, Major and Specialist Wan are led up a set of stairs and then to a pair of conference rooms situated across the hall from one another, with two of the Chume'doro moving to stand beside the conference room doors.
"Major Wan, with me please, the fairer skinned, blonde haired Chume'doro with what seems to be a permanent smirk says in a professionally courteous tone as she motions to the conference room on the right and opens the door for Delaana before following her inside and closing the door behind them, nodding towards the table in the center of the room and says, Have a seat, please. Taking a seat across from Delaana, the Chume'doro introduces herself first, I am Captain Nikoleta Dimakas, adding perfunctorily as she trusts the Major will have worked out for herself what her role is, your advocate. Leaning back in her seat and crossing her arms over her chest casually, her perma-smirk making her question seem perhaps more playful than intended, Nikoleta asks, Will you be wanting back in, Major, or out?"
As Nikoleta enters the conference room on the right, Nash's advocate, a dark haired Chume'doro with some Socorran in her ancestry, points to the door leading into the conference room on the left side of the hall and says in an almost but not quite cheerful tone, "That's us, before nodding to have the Chume'doro stationed outside the door open it for her and Nash. Once inside the room, the Chume'doro advocate points to the chairs around the table for Nash to sit as she says just as almost cheerily as before, I'm your advocate, First Lieutenant Zenaida Behrakis, as she leans against a wall facing the table. Should Nash elect to peer into Zenaida's thoughts, he will more likely than not be pleased to learn that both Zenaida and Nikoleta were handpicked by the Ereneda for their skills in the courtroom and slightly less archaic than most Hapan citizens' views on the more contentious issues in Hapan society, and that Zenaida already has what she considers to be a sure-fire winning strategy to get Nash off scott-free should he want to be released from service. Alright then, Specialist, Zenaida says after a moment spent with her head tilted to the side as she tries to get a read on her client's mood and general demeanor, first things first, she smiles as she continues, You can stop lowering your head and playing the part our society would have you play while we're working on your defense, alright? Alright, she agrees for him before asking, Let's talk about why you followed your sister here when you could have just stayed in the wind. Do you want, she asks in a skeptical tone, to return to the ranks of the Chume'doro? Or do you want to be released from your oath and from the Ereneda's service?"
Movable Landing Pad 24-25-5
Once Major and Specialist Wan agree to be led away without any drama from their companions, Colonel Melis gives Atlantis a curt nod when he says that he understands how things are going to be; with no idea who any of the Wan siblings companions are, or what their roles are on the worlds they hail from, Irishka adopts a respectful, albeit somewhat stiff, demeanor when interacting with them now that they are all on the same page. "If you will all stay where you are for a moment, Irishka says as she motions towards one of the ten Chume'doro lining the sides of the boarding ramp who takes a control device from her belt, We will have the landing pad take us to your hotel." Lysippe, who Andros knows as Hanako Aoki, has no reply to the question he directs towards her save for an arched eyebrow that denotes either admiration for having somehow worked out who she is or perhaps simply confusion as to why he is addressing her at all.
Moments later, the landing pad having settled into position facing a three story hotel in the center of the capital city, Irishka has the Chume'doro with her and Lysippe escort the passengers of the shuttle into the hotel and then leads them to a pair of turbolifts that take them to the uppermost floor of the hotel that has, as she explains to the off world visitors, been set aside for their use. The majority of the Chume'doro accompanying Irishka and Lysippe move in pairs to take up positions along the halls, with some remaining in the hotel's lobby to stand guard near the turbolifts. The offworld visitors, Lysippe explains, are all free to come and go from the hotel and into the city, and to make use of the hotel's amenities, while Major and Specialist Wan will be confined to their rooms until their fates have been decided. Irishka also explains that while she will be participating the court-martials and will not always be present at the hotel, Lysippe is the officer in charge of the unit from the Purity sub-division watching over the hotel, and will address any questions or needs the off world visitors might have when she herself is not available.
As Atlantis had been the first one to speak on behalf of the shuttle occupants, Irishka assumes he is therefore likely to be the one in charge and so, once she has explained all she believes is necessary, asks him as stiffly and respectfully as she has all along, "Is there anything further Major Yajaira, she motions towards Lysippe, or I can do or explain for you at this time?"

Whatever occurred previously when the siblings had to carry forward without any of us, that was just annoying to put it in polite terms. Now we are at a hotel and we are being treated as at least visitors, and the Chume'doro are being respectful at least, but at the same time, I am probably raging inside. This isn't right at all, how can we even be sure that they'll be treated fairly. And I shouldn't probably have dressed up formally if I had known that we weren't going to be allowed to step inside. But I also understand the rules, being a lawyer, just like several of us here, though I am not even wanting to imagine what Gorgeous and Sweet Cheeks are currently thinking ...
Funny also how the Colonel now seems to be somewhat stiffly talking to Lover Boy. Well then ... Not that much of my problem, as I am just listening to the Major who explains that we have free movement to walk around, and just come and go out of the hotel. Well good that I have brought some clothes in with me, otherwise that might be awkward.
"Yep, hi. I finally address the woman the Colonel, even if she was talking to Lover Boy, because I do need things to be straightened out here and now. Are we allowed to be present there at the court-martial, and further than that, you said that Delaana, and Nash will be confined to their rooms, but will they be allowed visitors at least without Gesturing to the Chume'doro's standing guard around. Any of them barring anyone's way?"
That is all there is, and I even look at Atlantis knowingly, since I know he is smart and would definitely understand right away, as in any case, I know that I would want to see the siblings, or at least I'd want to talk to them, perhaps not about their case, though probably about their case too, but also to support them, it is the reason why we are all here in any case. Though I would assume at least they do not even know who any of us are, or whatever, but we aren't here as per our functions on the planet, we are probably just here as private citizens of our respective worlds, accompanying also two citizens of Honoghr and Umgul, even if they are still Chume'doro, in the end. "Oh, and I am Ljiljana Jankovic, Attorney General of Umgul but currently just here as a private citizen supporting two friends of mine." At least that would set the tone, hopefully, as for the men here, actually all us to them to introduce themselves, or let the Chume'doro ask the questions at least if they were willing, but my questions asked, I just look at Lover Boy with a faint smile.
Hopefully this isn't going to be that bad ...

Not even quite sure what were the fashion trends here, now was she too fussed about it honestly, but she just dressed like how she would usually dress often times whenever she'd go to work back in Umgul. They were benched, and that was just unacceptable but Crystal figured she'd follow both of the Vyridians' lead since they would know better, or at least she was confident they would know. Crystal was holding onto Elika's hand earlier before she wrapped her arm around the architect's as they just followed the proceedings and were even taken to a fancy hotel.
Crystal considering that she was not in Umgul, and would habitually mask her presence in the Force, did not at all, and just let her senses roam free and even checked every entry points, even if it looked like they were being protected or whatever, but it wouldn't hurt to check for herself too, and she was quite aware that any of the soldiers that were with them, or even anyone attuned to the Force would be doing the same to get a sense and gauge the atmosphere entirely.
For a moment she was about to say that they did not need any protection, and it was quite unnecessary that the Chume'doro remained here, but Crystal figured that would also give them some idea, or maybe report to their superiors or whatever if they were being problematic. Even if they had free movement around, which Crystal appreciated honestly, she just despised it when people were just watching over her. On the flip side though, she understood, they were offworlder, strangers, and they had come with the two Chume'doro that had charges against them for desertion, she guessed.
Remembering previously when Andros had addressed one of the Chume'doro and recalling his words, but also that moment Horsea had been in her office using her psychometry on the scroll Lana had received, Crystal found the Kiffar that was with them and arched her eyebrow dubiously. She knew she didn't need to address the Kiffar privately or through the Force, as when Major Yajaira's name had been spoken, she figured that the Deputy of Intelligence from their planet would be clued in anyways.
Covering her mouth with a finger, and probably maybe the smile that went with it, Crystal could not help but to realized just now how the Colonel seemed to be addressing her boyfriend currently. That must have been an uncomfortable position for the woman especially with how the males on this planet seemed to be treated. At least they were respectful with offworlders, so that was a plus, but also she had to admit, this hotel was a nice place too, but it wasn't the reason why Crystal was here at all, and just like Lily mentioned, she was also here to support Lana and her brother, just like everyone here. Having nothing to add further, Crystal just gestured to her childhood friend and just asked those questions that were definitely necessary. "I just have one question to add, if we do go into the City, either individually or as a group, are we going to be shadowed by one of the Chume'doro?" Which she would find surprising honestly, with the fact that well, they weren't even part of society and further than that, well weren't they supposed to be by the Ereneda's side.

The respectful tone in Irishka's voice remains even though the stiffness is no longer in evidence - suggesting, perhaps, that it is more natural for her to be respectful to a woman than a man, as one might expect one born and raised on Hapes to have been ingrained to be - when she addresses the questions Ljiljana asks of her, saying with the tiniest hint of apology in her voice, "I am sorry, but Chume'doro court-martials are not open to the public, and then pauses as Lysippe taps her on the shoulder. Lifting a finger to request a moment to speak with her fellow Chume'doro, Irishka and Lysippe speak together in Hapan for a moment (any present able to understand their language learning that Lysippe points out to her superior that as on most worlds outside of the Consortium court-martials are open to the public it might be polite to make an exception to the rule and allow each Wan sibling a single witness to their court-martials, which Irishka does not look pleased about but agrees that, given the Ereneda's instructions that the off worlders be shown both courtesy and respect, it would be polite to extend that small courtesy), and even offers Ljiljana a brief smile as she says, Major Yajaira has convinced me that an exception will be made in this instance, and Major Wan and Specialist Wan may each choose one witness to be present at their court-martials."
With the first question asked and answered, Irishka moves on the second, informing Ljiljana, "Major and Specialist Wan may have as many visitors as they like, nodding towards the nearest Chume'doro that has stationed themselves along the hallway, The Chume'doro are here for your protection, and will not restrict your movements in any way, not feeling it necessary to point out that the same does not apply to Major Wan and her brother. Inclining her head when the Attorney General introduces herself, Irishka smiles briefly once more as she says, It is a pleasure to meet you, Attorney General. Turning to Atlantis and any other off worlders that have not gone into the rooms, Irishka asks the Attorney General as her own introduction affords a convenient opportunity to learn who the rest of the off worlders are and perhaps what their occupations as well, And who are your companions?"
Turning her attention to Crystal when she voices a question of her own, Irishka looks mildly perplexed, perhaps because it is foreign and unthinkable to her that guests of the Ereneda would be subjected to surveillance, as she says, her curt yet still respectful tone perhaps revealing that she has taken a bit of offense at the question that has been asked, "Of course not."

Though she has been quiet ever since being parted from Delaana, Elikapeka had done her best to acknowledge - be it by expression or gesture - all of the ways her friends, old and new had given her the support that has kept her anxiety, thus far at any rate, from reaching the panic attack stage; from the simple reassuring nod from Nash who, despite the fact he was facing a stressful situation of his own, had taken the time to make her aware of his support, the way Atlantis had comfortingly put his arm around her shoulders to offer some of his irrepressible optimism and strength to her, the protective way Andros - surely battling the anger he must have felt with how the Chume'doro had so swiftly and inconsiderately separated them from those they love and had come to support - had placed his hands on her shoulders when their path had been blocked by the Royal Guards' polearms, to the way Crystal had supportively held her hand as they were taken to the hotel.
Only half hearing what the Chume'doro Colonel, who at least appears to be trying to be civil no matter whether she is addressing the men or the women in their group, explains when they are shown to the floor the rooms that have been arranged for them are on, Elika picks up enough to understand that they aren't being treated as though they are unwelcome at all, which is not of any great comfort to her given that she is more worried about how Delaana and Nash are being treated than anything, not even the comfort and support from her friends able to make her feel as though she is any less helpless and trapped despite the fact no restrictions are being imposed on them and Delaana and Nash will be allowed to spend time with them at the hotel when not occupied with their legal battles. Unaware that she has begun to chew her nails down to the quick, her thumbs still compulsively keeping her sleeves from riding up, Elika feels a small surge of hope when the Chume'doro Colonel tells Lily that Delaana and Nash will be allowed one witness apiece to their court proceedings, leaning over to ask Lily quietly and in an uncertain and anxious tone while Crystal and the Colonel are speaking, "Do you think it would be selfish if I asked to be the one to sit in on Delaana's trial, beautiful? Would it be better if one of the lawyers were with her?"
Lucine, leaning against a wall a respectful distance from the closest Chume'doro standing watch over the hall, keeps an eye on her principle, recognizing the tell-tale signs she is all too familiar with after watching over the Master Architect for so long that she is hanging on by her ragged fingernails to the edge of her control over her anxiety. A slight smirk comes to her lips as Lucy remembers how handy her boot flask was the last time the nerd had a panic attack and, since she is all about being helpful, wonders if there might be a way to get her principle to have a hit or two or more from the boot flask to get her to chill out before she freaks out.

Andros was just following along, but at the same time he was keeping a close eye on Elika, that would never change at all. He knew that she was anxious, and he also knew that they had to figure something out, and soon, hopefully that wouldn't turn into a full out anxiety attack. We wasn't necessarily worried about the others, because he knew that practically everyone here were either attuned to the Force, and there were two Kiffu Guardians as well that were soldiers in their own right, with their own specialties, plus his brother was also here, and Crystal well any indication of her signature right now, if anyone attuned to the Force just peered towards their group, they'd know that there was at least someone who had a strong presence in the Force, just like probably he had.
He might no longer have mastery on some Force powers, but he was still very capable of handling himself.
That tangent aside though, Andros was not here for a fight, he was not here to cause any trouble, he was here to protect the people he cared about, and that included the Chume'doro that were on trial presently.
Andros was still standing in the corridor, definitely not in a rush to head into a room, whichever, he didn't care about the room, but it looked like they were guests at least, the fancy hotel, the description, they just could move freely and even apparently the Chume'doro were here for their protection. "I believe just a simple misunderstanding there, Colonel." Judging from the tone of her voice, that he had depicted, he was known to at least pay close attention to people's intonation. Gesturing to Crystal with his chin, "Umgul's Chief Financial Officer despise having bodyguards shadowing her." Andros explained thoughtfully, he had tried in the past, or at least it had been tried, but obviously, Crystal Kayne didn't need it unlike some of the people that were high ranking government employees.
"That would be Crystal Kayne, and I would be Andros Vyridian, the acting Vice Governor of the same planet." Looking at his brother, since obviously people would know they were identical twins, even if currently he had a rugged jaw, Atlantis did not. "Grandmaster Atlantis Vyridian, one of his students Saoirse Beirne and her friend Mahela Kanoska. The woman next to the Attorney General would be the Master Architect of our planet, Elikapeka Hekekia." As for the rest pertaining Honoghr, he'd let whomever from that planet handle that situation, which was why he only introduced the people here, though he still added before motioning to the woman against the wall, just like the Kiffars standing by. "Lieutenant Lucine Lyn, Lieutenant Horsea Aestrea, and Major Forcias Kes." Sure the Colonel spoke to Lily and asked her about them at least. That was Umgul side, perhaps he should just extend the formalities while he was at it he supposed.
"Everyone here are coworkers of your Specialist Wan from Honoghr, Counselor Strange, both of them, Counselor Mildhurt, Counselor Hunter, Counselor Skylander, and Mazikeen..." Andros wasn't quite sure what the latter what, or who she was, all he knew was that she protected Stefanie Strange, and wherever the dark haired woman go, she'd go.
That aside, he still looked at the familiar woman to him. "Here I was going to say Te'ta'xida, madellé Aoki, but that would be very disrespectful of me, Major Yajaira, and thus thank you for allowing a witness each for Major and Specialist Wan." Whether he knew Hapan or not that was just irrelevant, honestly, and he didn't need to explain how he knew things, or languages. Andros just like his brother were good at assimilating things, and it wouldn't be so out of mark that he actually did learn Hapan from Lana while in Umgul anyways. Looking at the Colonel, and inclining his head, Andros walked over to Elika and placed his hand on her shoulder and gave it a gentle squeeze. "You are the one totally going there to be with Lana." He whispered to her to just let her know, Nash was in his own right, a lawyer, and maybe his significant other would want to be there at least, though he was certain that even Brion Hunter could step up if necessary.
