"Quite" The Chiss responded to the proposed rhetorical question, answering for the sake of clarification more than for the diffusion of reasonable doubt. He followed suit with the commander as he moved away towards hat appeared to be a large holoprojector, silently observing the display of Yaga Minor. Impressive was one word, there were a plethora of others more limited vocabularies were likely incapable of grasping.
"You are correct, down to the finest of details," breathed in his slow, calculated but mildly pressing voice, his expression taking to one of intrigue and contemplation as he watched the image of Yaga Minor continue to display the construction of hypothetical Destroyers. It wasn't until the commander had posed the request for confirmation of understanding that the Chiss stepped forward and ushered his android companion forward.
"I am." His voice drifted but a small but growing projection began to appear from the palm of the android's hand, her palm glowing as a projector displayed a large, if not baffling, mass of data and numbers before both the Chiss and the Supreme Commander's eyes. The display itself went unchecked by the android, but almost as if on cue the Chiss' eyes lit up.
"For that very reason, I have had Ariela here draw up a complete analysis of my entire fleet, the defenses and culture your establishment and compliment have provided, through observation of course, and even the data she collected at the facility on Etti IV." A confidence filled every syllable as he spoke, his attention fixed on the data but carrying over to the man he sought to impress with his display of prowess.
"Men like you and I, Commander, understand that it is not merely the weapons that we wield that determine the oucome of our endeavors... But also the means by which we produce, observe, maintain and utilize them." Hands still clasped at his back, body facing the projectors, the Chiss showed no signs of hesitation or wavering.

When you have the means, why waste them? Why let others control them when you can do that yourself?
Even in the First Order, the main shipyards were under the control and guidance of the military, that dictated what ships were needed and where. After the dissolution of the IGBC, its assets were confiscated and integrated into a financial service, again, under military control. Other businesses such as mining, manufacturing and so forth also fell under the military. The First Order was a military and police state, as such, it controlled all the necessary means to ensure the army and navy were top notch.
Etti IV, you say? Isn't that right within the territory of the Infinite Imperium?
He began to wonder what data this Ariela had within store for him. The Supreme Commander gives a slightly wave of his gloved hand.
Proceed then, Fleet Admiral, with this data you wish to display.

She considered the supreme commander's question momentarily, perplexed at its bluntness. A number of possible responses came across her head. They quickly rung hollow. Was she and her unit so out of touch with the galaxy that her presence and pledge of support not enough of a sterling recommendation? It would shake a more insecure person but the Major saw the opportunity in such a position. The seperation gave her a degree of anonymity. Perhaps it was better to observe and gain a further perspective into the state of affairs and polictical climate. After all, all her old mentors and leaders were now long gone. Dragus had vanished long ago into the unknown depths. Sinistra was in self exile, perhaps so far removed from this galaxy that her shadow would never be seen again. Even the Shard was gone, and with any luck obliterated. Kryptman, Grizz, Gideon -all were no better than dust.
All she had left was her unit. And she was responsible for their well being wherever they went. Now was the time for discretion. "As you know, my forces were joined with the old empire, as agreed in treaty, to serve as part of that great coalition. We were a unique force -a blend of an archeological, scientific, and militarily aggressive organization that was completely self sufficient.
We are extremely capable. Allow us to prove so. There are a number artifacts we've collected, including holocrons that date so far back as the N.O.E. Give some time to provide such things as to help. Then we shall see if me and my group are of use to your organization."

Nicademus considers the offer made by the Major. From the sounds of her unit, they were exploration, spies and collectors of sorts. Unless this was the specifc goal of Lord Sinistra's operation to regions unknown. Ever since arriving in the Imperial Sector, his soldiers had uncovered treasure troves of relics from the height of the Phoenix Imperium, the New Order of the Eye and other factions that once held the various systems that now flew the banner of the First Order.
Imperial High Culture, as propaganda from the Imperial Civil Service called it, had been renewed with museums dedicated to the preservation of the Imperial Culture and Identity. Relics from these past Imperial nations now decorated their halls and were viewed by millions. It was a means for Imperial citizens to learn of the past, to see its evolution and to ensure its continued evolution towards the future. It gave a sense of pride and identity for the First Order's citizens and her soldiers.
History is important for the past, present and future, Major. We have already uncovered much ourselves during our conquests, adding to a collective of museums that now dot the heart of the First Order. Even now, we have reclaimed many such treasures and ensured their preservation.
The Supreme Commander looks directly at the Major before speaking further.
I believe your people can provide what is essential to the future of the First Order and that is contributions to the renewed High Imperial Culture. To help mold the identity of any First Order citizen and witness how Imperialism has changed over many generations. Education and history comes from these artifacts and, with it, pride...
He rises from his laid back position, growing more serious.
I would like to see what your people can provide from what you have recovered. Every bit helps towards forming a new Imperial Age and establishing a strong foundation for a long-lasting Imperial government. I know I will not be disappointed with your findings, Major.

If this organization was so well equipped then it was entirely possible that she could be a redundant addition. However, the commander was more or less cordial and even took time to meet with a past associate -seemingly they were very busy and rife with activity. These were positives. She considered where she could begin her search and what magnitude of artifact or tech would be sufficient.
"Very well, I'll take no more of your time and get to work right away. Thank you for the debrief. Currently my forces are retrofitting within the Expansion Region. If you can think of a need for a specialized task force, I insist you consider us."
She offered him a respectful salute, awaited for any final comments he had, and then saw herself out of the supreme commander's office. Once outside she gathered her compatriots and they departed.

"Of course, commander." The response was curt and direct as he turned to the data that had begun to project from Ariela's palm and formulate patterns. It wasn't until it was finished displaying that he began to sift through it with his fingers in an almost synchronized pattern with Ariela's own artificial motions. Several pieces of data were swept to the side and others were brought forward.
First and foremost: The establishment that Ariela had observed on descent to the complex in which they now stood.
"We allow others to control certain aspects of your force, commander, for one simple reason," he began, taking a position directly in front of the data, but motioning with his body language for the commander to join beside him as he began to point to certain pieces of the data on the hologram. Each one was an indication of the surmised strength, equated strategic benefit and otherwise. Each time the Chiss had reached a desired point he would stop then continue.
"While it is effective to solely trust one self with the management of an entire enterprise it is, to be blunt and concise, quite impossible to maintain an entire force without granting others reign over outlying elements." For a brief moment, as he spoke he swiveled his head slightly to give an acknowledging glance to the imperial near him, allowing for a small modicum of respect to the man's attention span. He would then continue.
"You have an impressive hold on the facility here, as well as it's surrounding elements. However, while I realize the Etti IV facility is within differing territory, a mild error was made on the part of the responsible party." He paused and took a breath, giving himself a moment to collect his thoughts.
"I must digress, I have concluded that it was likely not your command, nor your specific knowledge, that operated the use of resources on Etti IV by the unit that was deployed there but an likely independent party operating under similar goals. Insufficient numbers for a force more than capable, equipped unfavorably, was my deduced failure in the operation." He stopped again, this time giving the commander a moment to process the information before him, a notion out of respect of his authority rather than out of the context of absorption potential for all parties in the vicinity.
"But, before I continue, allow me to use a short clipping from the security data from the event itself stored by Ariela herself. A per my orders, stated for the record." He paused and drew up a feed of the final minutes of the facilities integrity. From the moment of the Knights of Ren's limited involvement to the failure of the on site security to respond efficiently, he moved through a few short minutes of holo until he had shown the commander what he would likely require to understand his words. While a small amount of it was difficult to decipher from encryption, he was confident. Confident the commander would understand who was involved and why sides had been changed to date.

The Supreme Commander nods before standing up straighter. If you need any sort of assistance, please, do not hesitate to ask. After all, as an enlisted Major of the First Order and the main contributor to the Imperial High Culture and Imperial history, you will have plenty of resources at your disposal. Before the Major departed, however, Nicademus turns around, picking up the bottle of what remained of the Corellian Brandy. He turns back to her, offering the bottle. A sign of trust or perhaps a gift of some sort. And here, have the rest. You have had a long journey and have a great task ahead. Bet this will come in handy."Of course, commander." The response was curt and direct as he turned to the data that had begun to project from Ariela's palm and formulate patterns. While a small amount of it was difficult to decipher from encryption, he was confident. Confident the commander would understand who was involved and why sides had been changed to date. Upon examining the recording, his eyes noticed that of Soku Ren, the unofficial leader of the Knights Ren, below that of their unseen Supreme Leader. He was well aware that operations involving the Knights of Ren were both known and unknown to him, after all, they were allied with the First Order, not integrated into its fabric. As the footage rolled, he noticed that the facility was under attack by an unknown group of individuals, skilled and versatile. Besides Soku Ren, his eyes also spied Derel Ren, another member of their organization, yet no Harnan and Illaria had remained by the Imperial's side for obvious reasons.
Once the footage came to an end, the Supreme Commander rubs his chin slightly.I know those involved... in fact, one of them was the very person that executed the IGBC director to the whole galaxy's audience. An act that effectively ended that terrible regime and ensured the rise of the First Order. I have worked with them all, closely and afar.Another time, he could ask Soku about the facility's purpose and why it was located within the territory of the Infinite Imperium. A nation they had a non-aggression pact with presently at this stage in the war. The facility was found out by this band of people. Who knows if the II's intelligence knew as well.Their presence there confirms the significance of that facility on Etti IV, I can say for certain. But beyond that, I am in the darkness of the facility's purpose and why it was there. However, with the certain Ren present, they must have had good reason. If it was any other, I would certainly be questioning its existence.

"So it would seem the actions of one brought about a significant change." The Chiss mused as he spoke, contemplating the meaning behind it. He had always believed that such things were possible, that the actions and choices of one could make for a far more efficient galaxy. Under one leader the galaxy could thrive in the absence of scattered disarray. Though he was apt to acknowledge that it was just as possible for those same notions to be the undoing of said change as well.
Turning to Ariela he gave her a nod and a wave of his hand and the holo projections disappeared.
"Little, if any information, was collected on the true purpose of the facility. However, you are correct in assessing a significance in the facility in such an abroad location." Taking a few steps forward, looking up at any objects that were before him as he put Ariela behind him, he drew in a breath and contemplated his next words with care.
"While the facility and it's protection are concerning, my focus was on the amount of security provided to a facility intended to house a single individual. I believe the remoteness of the facility can be used to our advantage, in light of it's unfortunate placement." Taking a strict posture, he turned to peer at the imperial from the corner of his eye. The man was intelligent, that much was certain, but the question was if he was as good at taking opportunities as he was at assessing them.
"A rogue band of anarchists stages an attack on a facility in Imperium controlled space," He paused and looked at Ariela once more, giving her a signal to project a hologram this time of a hypothetical news bulletin.
"As a show of good faith on the part of the First Order and it's allies, they send in a band of capable soldiers to put an end to the chaos before it is made to spread. While the results appear to, unfortunately, not be in our favor, the truth is that we have attained a sizeable advantage on both the Imperium and the insurgents themselves." Again he paused and gave the Imperial time to contemplate what he was telling him, allowing the prize to be visualized before the opportunity to grasp it was presented.
"While the identities of the crew are important in apprehending them, I believe that is less important than establishing an alibi for First Order forces in placement there. It is my belief that if we turn the eyes of the Imperium upon these renegades, we will have little trouble identifying the extent of their resources for such a long term campaign." It was a far stretch from the topics he had initially come to discuss with the Supreme Commander but it was one that, once broached, could be passed over to the rest of his agenda. This was the man he knew could grant him the leeway and passage he required, but he had to offer the man something in exchange if he was to gain any ground. Even still, he had more to bargain with than he was yet willing to express.

**Heritor approached the Supreme Commander's sanctuary. Motioning to his stormtrooper detail to halt in place outside, the Sith proceeded alone into the main suite to meet the leader of the First Order. Upon entering the suite, he looked for the individual within, assuming this was the First Order's leader, and would approach to within a few meters and halt.**
My name is Darth Heritor. I have spent more than a century in self imposed exile. Now I have returned, and wish to restore this galaxy to order.
**Heritor called on the Dark Side, pulling it, twisting it, bending it to his will, and let it flow out from him towards the other in the room. He felt for emotions, feelings, desires, and any sense of deception. A Sith did not suffer betrayal lightly, and wanted to know all he could about potential allies.**

You suggest making these rogues be the scapegoat if the facility is found out?Knowing Soku Ren, he would have made sure that the facility was lost totally if it was to be abandoned. He did not know much of the Infinite Imperium, other than the meeting they had in High Port. Beyond that, they were a slight mystery to the Supreme Commander. He sighs deeply, reflecting for a moment upon the suggestion made by the Fleet Admiral. For now, we will not fabricate anything. We will see even if the Imperium finds out. Knowing the Knights of Ren, they would have sure that the facility vanished into thin air once it was breached and detected. The First Order has a non-aggression pact with the Imperium, not the Knights of Ren.The Imperial crosses his arms, turning away for a moment to gaze upon the scenery of Yaga Minor through his massive holoprojector. In truth, the Imperial viewed the Rebel Alliance, now calling themselves the Galactic Alliance, as the greatest threat to their galactic dominance. Not this relatively isolationist Infinite Imperium. Yet Thrael had made a sound suggestion and he could not ignore it.For now, let us focus on the war at hand. The Imperium has remained quiet for now. But we will keep an eye on them in the mean time, Fleet Admiral. If they try to step in our way, it will be enough justification to subjugate them completely. Wouldn't you agree?**Heritor approached the Supreme Commander's sanctuary. Sometimes restoring peace and order requires the application of force. Sometimes it requires the application of terror. I bring both. The military forces under my command are capable and dedicated. My mastery of the Dark Side and the phenomenal terrors that I can bring forth through the application of Sith Sorcery can strike terror into even the stoutest hearts, and the most resolute of opponents.

He stared into the comm station, and began composing his message. Hello Supreme Commander. I would like to thank your nation for allowing me to visit my homeland. So I would like to extend an offer to you. After seeing the Imperialization of my home, I have come to realize that the First Order offers the best chance of galaxy wide peace. So, I would like to devote myself, my reasources, and my fleet to further the First Order's goals. I will arrive with my fleet at Muunilist. Tell your forces not to engage, as they will look threatening. In addition, my wealth and my squadron of commandos are also at the disposal of your forces, in addition to my property holdings. All I ask for in return is a safe haven for me and my forces. In addition I would like your permission to begin construction of a cloning facility within your territory. I hope you will consider my offer. I bid you farewell, and a good rest of the day.

Then we should get to work, Supreme Commander. I pledge my life and loyalty to you and to the First Order. Let the Galaxy tremble.
I am yours to command. **The Sith Lord waited expectantly to see what Nicademus would do with his newfound servant.**

The First Order controls the cloning labs of Arkania and Khomm, which should certainly fulfill your desire for such a facility, Admiral Vlusu. Although I must ask why you wished to construct one.**Heritor nodded his head at Nicademus's words. It appeared that they were of a mind on the subject of the state of the galaxy and what needed to be done to correct it.** Then we should get to work, Supreme Commander. I pledge my life and loyalty to you and to the First Order. Let the Galaxy tremble.
I am yours to command. **The Sith Lord waited expectantly to see what Nicademus would do with his newfound servant.** I will put you under the command of the High Admiral, Viox Savage. The Resurgent-class Star Destroyer, under your command, will serve well in his fleet. Last I heard, in the reports, he was settling in on Iridonia, his homeworld.Pairing the two Sith together was probably a bad idea, but Nicademus couldn't think of a better assignment.

As he approached the office, he carefully observed his surroundings. One did not win battles by leaving his guard down. Although, truth be told, he had begun to trust the Supreme Commander, who's name he had learned from one of the troopers, more and more. Clearly the fact that he had not just been gunned down gave the impression that Nicademus truly did want his loyalty. He arrived at the door, and ordered his security detail to keep watch over the entrance to the office at all times. He certainly did not anybody ruining this meeting. As he entered, he was struck by the marvelousness of the room. Upon the wall sat an extraordinarily large holoscreen. He had not seen this much luxury since he was growing up on Csilla. Before his father had died... he snapped back to focus. He approached the leader of the First Order and began to speak. "Thank you for meeting with me. I understand that your time constraints are enormous and I am truly grateful that you made time in your schedule to see me. As I mentioned during our talk earlier, I am committed to the First Order. I believe that the best way for the galaxy to evolve is through conflict. That the strong should rule. And I believe that your First Order embodies these ideals. I have studied galactic history. I know how the Old Republic and the Sith Empire clashed for power, which led to the destruction of the Sith Empire and left the Republic on a shacky foundation. I know how the Galactic Empire was destroyed because of the overconfidence of Emperor Palpatine. And I know how the Yuuzhan Vong attempted to take over the galaxy using technology that was foreign to us all. I come from a line of people who believed that the only way to peace was through a single person or entity controlling everything. My father thought that it might be the Galactic Empire, but it's leader's overconfidence doomed it. I thought it might be the Chiss Ascendancy, but it to was replaced by something better, stronger. That thing is the First Order. I believe that you can lead the galaxy to peace, and finally give all my ancestors peace. In regards to the cloning facility I wanted, it is of no convern, just a side project that I had undertaken, in order to try and restore my father from the DNA sample taken just before he left. I hope you can understand the pain I have been through and try to help me bring my father back. It has come to my attention that you already control several cloning facilities, so I think that my own would be unnecessary. Thank you for your consideration."

**Heritor bowed to the Supreme Commander**
It will be as you say. I will make for Iridonia, and High Admiral Savage.
**The Sith turned on his heel and depared, collecting his ceremonial escort enroute to his shuttle, his flagship, and Iridonia; and the meeting with the First Order's High Admiral.**

One of the guards, hearing the line "thank you for your consideration, walks in and places a tall, thin box made of the highest quality of silver upon the table. Engraved upon the box was the seal of Chancellor Palpatine. "From what I have heard you appreciate a good wine, just as I do. This one here," Whereupon he unlatches the box."Was a favorite of Chancellor Palpatine. It dates back all the way to the fall of the Republic. It is worth a sizable fortune. I have been saving it for a special day. Today," He carefully lifts the bottle out of the box"is that day. Whereupon the same guard walks in with a tray, covered in the finest of red cloths, upon which two wine glasses sit. The guard places the tray down upon Nicademus' desk, and exits the room. Heas takes the bottle opener and opens the bottle. Discarding the cork, he pours the two glasses. He passes it to the Supreme Commander. Consider it a token of my good will.

Heas takes the bottle opener and opens the bottle. Discarding the cork, he pours the two glasses. He passes it to the Supreme Commander. Consider it a token of my good will. To be honest, this was something new entirely for the Supreme Commander when a wine was offered shortly after this Chiss, known as Vlusu, had praised the goals and ambitions of the First Order. Usually, he was the one who offered a brandy to an old friend, so this was unusual for the Imperial. Nicademus takes the glass, sniffing it slightly, to take in the aroma. Quietly is it swirled in his glass before he takes a good sip of it. For something that has lasted since the the day the Republic fell and the Galactic Empire was proclaimed, it certainly aged rather well.
Afterwards, he sets the glass down, looking at the Chiss calmly.Your words are inspiring, Admiral Vlusu. I look forward to working with you further. I have great admiration for the Chiss people, which ensured their privileged status, alongside the Human population. Many of your kind have served the Imperial cause well and have a rich history with various Empires. So I felt it right to make your people integral to the First Order. He crosses his arms slightly, ready to make an inquiry. What do you plan to do as a member of our ranks? Do you have any plans?
