Zakuul, home to the once great and mighty Eternal Empire, a world dominated mostly by it's great Southern Ocean and the Endless Swamp, with the one true refuge, and source of it's power being The Spire. Built atop the Old World, The Spire reached up into the planet's atmosphere, and had been the crowning glory of the Eternal Empire's might, with the very peak, where sat the Eternal Throne, reaching up past the atmosphere. Situated as it was in the depths between Wild Space and the Unknown Regions, the world went mostly unnoticed by the galaxy at large for thousands of years...
Three thousand years had passed since the Eternal Empire had reigned on Zakuul, and in that time, the great order known as the Knights of Zakuul had long since faded into obscurity. But deep within the Old World, their traditions had been kept alive for all these years, passing from Generation to Generation, awaiting the fated day when they would regain their strength, and a leader would emerge to return them to their rightful place as defenders of the peace and enforcers of justice. It was upon this day, that the moment had at last arrived, whereupon a new High Justice would be selected from amongst the latest generation of Knights, whom many regarded as the most likely to be the last of the Knights of Zakuul. For though their traditions had remained strong, the number of Knights had declined, with many viewing them as a relic of a time long gone by, prefering instead to give up hope, their weakness getting the better of them.
Valance could never understand such cowardice, his family having stood ready to serve the Knights for many generations, all the way back to Harad Vellanan, whom had been the first to join the Knights of Zakuul. He had been a great warrior, but his capture at the hands of the Alliance had left his fate unknown, but it had not once tempered his families desire to serve the Knights. And as Valance stood there, adorned within his golden armour, years of service and adherence to the tenets of the Knights were about to pay off, as his fellow dozen Knights formed into two lines and formed an honour guard. Of all the Knights, Valance had showed the most promise, and had been selected as the new High Justice, a role which had remained unfilled for many generations, until today. Arriving to the front of the procession, he took a knee before those whom had trained him, each one bowing their head in recognition, before Valance rose once more and turned towards his fellow Knights "Today marks a new dawn! For too long we have stood within the shadows, allowing justice to go undelivered! Our own people have ever forgotten who we are! Forgotten what we stand for! But no more! As your new High Justice, I promise to lead us into a new golden age! We shall start by establishing ourselves upon Zakuul once more, expanding our ranks, and reviving the Scions of Zakuul!"

Zakuul. Endless Swamp. Seven Clicks South East of The Old City.
Six Predator-Class fighters streaked down from the upper fringes of the atmosphere, preparing their attack run on the fringes of the Old City. Following the fighters were six Neutralizer-Class Bombers. And behind them were three Nune-Class Shuttles. The leading shuttle carried Zabrak Sith Lord Xander Savage. Anticipation coursed through his entire body. Since his brief entanglement with the Starkillers on Rhommamool, Xander's returning strength hadn't truly been tested. And he expected it would remain that way for some time. However he knew better then to underestimate what lay before him.
Zakuul had been the birthplace of the Eternal Empire. And with that there was many technologies that had risen with it. Sentient Droids and several variations of the Knights of Zakuul in particular. Even if several millenia had passed since the fall of the Eternal Empire, these threats could still remain. In fact, Xander had been hoping they had, as it would make founding his new Empire much easier. And even if they hadn't remained intact, this swampy world held the secrets to bring said technologies and factions back to life.
Xander's eyes fluttered closed as the shuttle began its descent on the outskirts of the Old City. If he wished to take over this planet, he needed to start from the bottom and work his way up. His ultimate goal was to take the Spire, a spanning city that reached into the upper atmosphere of the planet. And located at the furthest reaches of the Spire was the Eternal Throne, just begging to be reclaimed. And Xander intended to do just that. After all, if someone had thought of reclaiming the throne, they would have done it by now. No, the galaxy had its chance to seek out the power of the long forgotten Eternal Empire. Now it was his turn. His eyes snapped open as soon as the shuttle touched down. The ramp descended, allowing the thick, humid air of the swamp to fill the cabin. Xander breathed deeply and strode down the ramp. The fighters and bombers ahead had launched their first run against the city. Smoke was already rising in thick, black columns. Xander continued to march towards the edge of the city as its shocked and surprised defenders ran about in confusion. Desperation and fear filled the air, as thick as the humidity. Xander's lips curled upwards, forming a grin. It was time to show this planet what happened when you angered a god. As he waded through the swamp, Xander reached the entrance to the city. A few stray blaster shots rang out, but nothing organized enough to present a threat. Xander then stepped through the threshold and ignited the forward facing blades of his double-sabers. The crimson blades sprang to life. He effortlessly deflected several pot shots back at their originating sources with ease. The sudden activation of another lightsaber caused him to pause and locate the source. A golden armored Zakuulan Knight stood before him. Though the armor looked as though it was ill maintained. The glowing blue eyes of the Knight were locked with his. Xander cackled, extended his right hand and motioned for the Knight to advance.
"Come, sad little Knight of Zakuul. Face your god in the flesh!"
The Knight shifted his grip on his Lightsaber Pike and charged forward. Xander brought his blades to bear, parrying the Knight's attacks with little effort exerted. He grinned again, baring his teeth at the Knight.
"This is your best! If so, then I have deemed you unworthy!"
The Knight pressed against Xander once more. Xander parried several slashes, side stepped the Knight and brought his left blade up, thrusting it into the Knight's back, hoisting the Knight off the ground in the process. Xander's biceps rippled with the exertion but held the Knight steady.
"Izax is most displeased. You will suffer for your failures, little Knight."
As if to add emphasis to his point, Xander loosed a burst of lightning from his left hand. The Knight writhed and twitched as the electrical current coursed through his body. Once satisfied that the Knight had suffered, he withdrew his blade and allowed the body to crumple to the ground noisily. Xander then continued onwards, marching towards the main access that would take him up to the Spire...

Zakuul. Old City.
Xander, having shed his cloak in battle against an Exarch, stood at the main lift that would take him up to the base of the Spire. He had been separated from his Stormtrooper escort but he didn't care. He was right where he wanted to be, surrounded by the enemy. The Zakuulans offered up more resistance than he would have expected. He stood atop the platform, forward facing lightsaber blades ignited. Sweat was beginning to bead on his forehead and chest. His eyes danced across the crowd. He lowered his hands and deactivated his lightsabers. Instead he raised his hands above his head and laughed.
"Citizens of Zakuul! You have fallen far from your former state of glory. I stand before you, in the flesh, to lead you back to greatness. Follow your god! Izax commands you! For I am IZAX INCARNATE!"
As if to add emphasis, the air around them began to snap and crackle with electricity. As the charge began to build, Xander then extended his hands out to the crowd, allowing the lightning dance across the crowed. The Zakuulans collectively began to writhe and twist under the pain. Xander continued to laugh.
"You WILL kneel before Izax! This I command you! KNEEL!"
Xander then gritted his teeth and summoned more energy. The air was statically charged. The stray hairs that had escaped from Xander's ponytail began to stand on end. His milky white irises became outlined with the golden taint of the dark side as he began to wholly immerse himself in the power of the Force, drawing from the planet itself.
"KNEEL!"
And with one final burst of energy, the crowd began to kneel one by one. As soon as the last one was kneeling, Xander ceased his lightning attack.
"Too long have you lived in the shadows of the past. No more. If you pledge to follow me, I will bring you back to the forefront of the galaxy! Your Eternal Empire will be reborn, bigger, better and more powerful than ever!"
There was several moments of silence. Xander, breathing heavily, merely watched them. And then he could hear it. They began to chant: 'Izax. Izax. Izax.' Xander grinned malevolently. Everything was falling in to place. As Xander turned on his heel and strode towards the lift, he signaled Warden Savage. As the lift doors closed, he spoke to the A.I.
"Keep pressing the attack. Until the entire populace worships me."
Xander patiently rode the lift up, eagerly awaiting what would happen once he reached the top...

Valance sat upon the Eternal Throne, his gaze lingering upon the doors to the lift. A dozen Knights stood at attention along the pathway to the throne. Their blades were ignited, but they had orders to stand down unless given the order to attack. Sabrina Vellanan sat upon the lower steps, looking relaxed and calm. He had enlisted the aide of his cousin as he was restoring the ranks of the Scions of Zakuul. She was one of the most gifted Scions in many a generation, and she was training others like herself. In time, they would be the force to be reckoned with that they once were. Until then, They would need to bide their time as they trained new recruits.
Valance withdrew his datapad from his pocket as it buzzed. A report had just arrived from down in the city. He glanced over the information. Several Knights had been killed and a man claiming to be Izax had taken the elevator up to the Throne Room. He tossed the datapad through the air, before Sabrina caught it. His cousin reading over the details as he studied her. She had seen this coming. A new claimant to the Throne, feigning his identity as that of Izax incarnate. So far the masses seemed to be bending the knee to this false god. But Valance knew better. Vitiate had made a similar ploy as Valkorion. Now, a new Sith was attempting such a tactic "I told you he would come..." Valance left out a sigh. He had hoped she might be wrong. But he should have known better than to doubt the vision of a Scion "I know. We shall play nice with him, until his usefulness runs out. I will not allow him to remain upon this Throne any longer than I must" "And nor shall you. It shall be yours one day Valance."

The lift finally reached its intended destination after a few uninvited guests had delayed Xander's claiming to the Zakuulan throne. As the doors parted, a golden armored Knight was flung out. The limp body skidded across the highly polished floor. Seconds later, Xander exited the lift, grinning sadistically. His powerful chest glistened with sweat. His dark eyes darted around the room, taking in the few surprised Knights still present. Xander stretched and flexed, his biceps and pectoral muscles rippled. He strode out of the lift with an air of command about him. No one was going to stop him from laying claim to this throne. His Empire would be reborn. And soon after that, the chaotic factions that currently tore the galaxy apart in their vaunted quest for 'order' would know true peace and justice.
Xander had done his research before he arrived on Zakuul's doorstep. The Knights of Zakuul favored justice above all else. And despite Xander's darker, manipulative nature, he appreciated justice as well. An empire couldn't function smoothly without justice and control of it's subjects. Be it despotism or ruling a democracy, justice had to be present. Xander knew this.
As the guards within the room began to prepare to deal with the new threat he presented, Xander raised his hands in mock surrender.
"I am not here to spill more blood...so long as you do not anger me. I am Izax Incarnate. I have come to you and your people in your greatest time of need..."
Xander trailed off as his grin faded. He eyed up the large Knight seated on the throne.
"As your people fade further into obscurity, the galaxy around you tears itself apart seeking order, justice and peace. They have lost their way. They are misguided. I am here to bring the Knights of Zakuul back to the former glory! To enforce the doctrines of justice on the galaxy as a whole! Laws mean little if they do not uphold the virtues of justice. And it is time that the galaxy was reminded of that fact..."
Xander scanned the room and observed all those present. The corners of his mouth twitched upwards slightly. Whether or not they Knights would buy what he was say remained to be seen, however, he appealed to their sense of justice and had spoken with conviction. So much so that he almost believed it himself. Almost. Which would help further the illusion that he was indeed Izax incarnate.

There was some small measure of joy that was elicited within Valance as this new comers grin faded. It was quite clear this Sith, or what ever this darksider chose to call himself, was displeased to find another upon the Eternal Throne. He couldn't say the feeling was not mutual. It took every fibre of his being to rise from the Throne and not strike this pretender down. As he did so, the guards immediately snapped back to attention. Each and every one of them loyal to their High Justice. Valance stared down at the interloper from atop the stairs leading up to the throne. Sizing up the half naked savage that stood below "Valkorion once claimed to be the Demon Saviour of prophecy. A God of Gods, capable of defeating Izax and overthrowing the Old Gods. But he was just a man... Manipulated and controlled by the spirit of Vitiate. But he managed to raise the Eternal Empire from nothing. He unified Zakuul and built The Spire as the seat of his power. In that respect, some might consider Vitiate to be the true Demon Saviour. Using Valkorion as his vessel to commune with us mortals..." Valance slowly descended the steps. Sabrina rose to her feet and moved aside to allow her cousin passage. He took a couple steps away from the bottom of the stairs, before stopping. His cousin quietly following him, before stopping as he stopped. She rested her chin upon his shoulder then, watching the man "What I choose to believe... Is that they were both instruments of the Gods. Sent to help us along the path we were destined to tread. Divine beings do not, and cannot, wear the guise of mortal beings. So great is their power, that they cannot be constrained by such limits. You are no God... a messenger or an instrument of their will, perhaps. But you are not the incarnate form of Izax. Though, I admit, you certainly play the part of the ultimate devourer well..." Valance sighed, somewhat lamenting the loss of the Knights of Zakuul that had been killed already. In retrospect, they had earned their fates. They had used their power and positions to mistreat the people. Justice had been served. Whether this stranger believed in true peace, order and justice. Well that remained to be seen, but he would be dealt with accordingly if he did not "What the galaxy itself seeks, is peace, order and justice. What the Jedi and Sith fight for is power, but marketed to the people as the ideals they strive for. It is not the herd that you blame for the carelessness of a shepard. Those in command must be held accountable for their actions. No one is beyond reproach. Keep that in mind as you ascend that throne. Stay true to it, and me and my Knights will serve with you. Justice will reign supreme. It can just as easily remove you as it chooses you"

Xander smirked.
This armored man was quite intelligent. Perhaps too intelligent. Not that it mattered. It was almost as though the man saw through his guise. Almost.. But at the same time, he admitted that he could very well be a messenger or instrument of the Gods. That would play to Xander's favor later on.
"Valkorion had good intentions. Were it not for his son, Arcann, I believe the galaxy would be under the thumb of the Eternal Empire to this day. The Sith, the Jedi, none of them would be clambering around trying to restore order in a galaxy that they have broken. It is time to truly teach the galaxy the meaning of justice. Who better to teach them then the founders of an Empire based off of justice..."
All was not lost. On the contrary. His ascendance to the Throne was now lined with the support of the Knights of Zakuul. The Scions of Justice were now his to command. Crazy or no, this had worked much better than even he had anticipated. It was too easy. But at the same time, he had played his cards right, this round. He had won the hand that had been dealt him. Now it was time to get to work. Xander's eyes hovered on the armored man for a few seconds longer, then he stepped forward. With the first step being taken, and now unhindered, Xander widened his stride and climbed up to the Throne. As he approached it seemed to glow. And he could feel the pull of the power this throne offered. Almost irresistible. Almost. Through death and his subsequent resurrection, Xander had learned the tremendous benefits of self control. No, he could resist the temptation. For now at least. The Throne beckoned him. After a few moments hesitation, Xander spun around and lowered himself into the seat. The soft, supple cushions greeted him as he leaned back. He closed his eyes and exhaled slowly. He then looked up, eyes snapping open. Xander gestured towards the armored man that had been talking to him.
"Inform the remaining Knights to stand down. Those that needed to be punished for the injustices against their own people have been dealt with."
Without waiting for a response, Xander keyed up the holo-projector on the arm rest. The image of his A.I, Warden Savage appeared.
"Sire?"
Xander spoke quickly. It was time to end this.
"Order the men to stand down. Have them secure the entrances to the Old City and begin patrols throughout both the Old City and The Spire. Recall all fighters and organize a patrol around the planet. Move the Fury into position to protect the Spire and begin offloading our supplies. We're here to stay."
The A.I's avatar bowed respectfully.
"Of course, mi'lord. I shall report back once we begin landing supplies."
The image disappeared. Xander leaned forward and steeped his fingers together. Now it was time to rebuild what had been broken. He needed allies. More allies. The Knights of Zakuul would be a tremendous asset, but he needed connections and more resources...if he wanted to restore the Eternal Empire to its former glory, he needed to find all of that for himself...

The Iridonian certainly impressed Valance with his words. It was certainly a scenario to consider, in which Valkorion had not be usurped by his son. But it was merely a fairytale to comfort oneself with. The galaxy was a cruel place, full of harsh realities. To believe otherwise was the the domain of civilians. Valance was all too aware of the state of chaos in which the Galaxy found itself. His drive to work to correct it, was why he had made it so far within the Knights. He had no intention of endangering that mission now, as he watched the Iridonian approach the Throne. He could sense the temptation of power that the Throne offered to one such as Xander. But the new Emperor-Temporalis handled himself well, as he seated himself upon the Throne. Valance and Sabrina bowed their heads briefly first, with the Knights lining the path giving a quick salute "I will handle the remaining Knights that resist. You have my word" With that, he turned and lead Sabrina to the turbolift, with the Knights following in his stead. There was much work to be done, and it all started with cleansing their ranks and training new members

Xander watched as the golden armored Knight said he would handle the remaining Knights that resisted Xander's ascension to the throne.
He was wary of Xander. And had every right to be. If history had taught them anything, it was that the power of the Eternal Throne could be abused. Valkorion was one of the few who managed to successfully utilize the Eternal Empire to great effect. It was Valkorion's son, Arcann, that had abused the power. Thinking he had been strong enough to hold the Empire together after Valkorion's demise. It was an ultimately foolish gesture, however. If one was to successfully harness the Eternal Empire, one needed to be willing to see beyond the trivial matters of the light and dark. Having been mired in the dark side most of his life, his recent resurrection had granted him clarity. Sure the dark side was powerful. Stronger than the light because of how it was harnessed. But if he was to succeed here, he needed to become more. More than a typical Sith Lord. He needed to ascend to something greater. And if he did that, the loyalty of the Knights of Zakuul would be unquestionable.
As Xander sat upon the throne, gazing out over the few Knights that remained on guard, he began to think. He had a ship, soldiers and very limited resources. With Zakuul under his control, it bolstered his resources a bit, but he needed more if he was to proceed as he planned to. Focusing on the larger scheme of things, Xander knew that rebuilding his Empire was going to take time. And he couldn't afford to be as short sighted as he was before. Otherwise he was doomed to fail once again. No, he needed to be much smarter this time around. Xander summoned his A.I to the pedestal next to the Throne.
"Link into the existing network and give me a status update of the city. Specifically I want to know what resources are available to me. And take status of the neighboring planets. See which ones could be useful and which ones we need to avoid for the time being."
The aged Imperial Moff avatar of the A.I bowed politely.
"Of course, my lord. I shall report back once I have completed my appointed tasks."
With that, the A.I's avatar dissipated from the pedestal, leaving Xander alone with his thoughts.

Still seated on the Eternal Throne, Xander contemplated his next move. The holopedestal next to the throne shimmered to live. The avatar of an aged Imperial Moff sprang to life.
"Sire. The city is once again functioning smoothly. I have taken the liberty to reactivate the factories and installations that once created and housed the battle droids known as Skytroopers. A few hundred were already on standby and have been divided up among the fleet. Everything is running as it should be and I have already begun the process for hunting down the dormant Eternal Fleet."
The corners of Xander's mouth twitched upwards in a smirk. Everything was coming together as he had planned. Soon they would uncover one of the mightiest fleets in the known galaxy. And then the true construction of his Empire could begin.
"Excellent. Begin plotting regions suitable for expansion. Once we Zakuul has been fully reactivated from its dormant slumber, the true work shall begin."
The A.I bowed respectfully.
"Of course, sire. Once everything is at 100% operational capacity, I shall report back to with expansion plans."
With that, the A.I's avatar dissipated and the holopedestal went dark once more, leaving Xander with a view of the stars and the fleet in the distance. Everything was coming together nicely.

Valance did not waste any time getting to work. With Xander having claimed the Eternal Throne, he now had to hold up his end of the agreement. Which meant training new Knights of Zakuul. A process made somewhat easier with the common masses believing Xander to be the incarnation of Izax the destroyer. More and more force sensitive's were coming forward to serve the rekindled Eternal Empire. Both as Knights and a select handful as Scions. With the aid of some of Xander's men, several of the old training facilities were reopened and refurbished throughout the Spire. It would still be a little while before the new recruits were up to scratch, but it was still a start. Their ranks would be able to be further expanded once more worlds were added to their influence. To further aid Valance, and Xander, a number of Valance's original group of Knights volunteered to participate in a reboot of Project Exarch. Which involved the administration of biological and cybernetic upgrades to make them more powerful

As Xander sat upon the Throne, he meditated on the events that had transpired since his resurrection. Notably the escape of Venom Starkiller and his former apprentice, Valafar. Reunited with a member of his Clan, Valafar's mind was poisoned against him. But at this point, it mattered little. Though the Starkillers would make useful allies. And if they were allies of the Eternal Empire, then he would be denying his son, the newly self proclaimed Sith'ari of Iridonia, something he sought. And that was certainly worth tracking down the rogue Starkillers. Viox was powerful, but he was also meddling with things he knew nothing about. More often then not, it ended with disasterous results. And if the Eternal Empire could begin claiming territory as well as resources and allies loyal to their cause, then they could start amassing a fleet, one that could crush any who opposed them. But for now, with the reborn Eternal Empire still in its infancy, they needed to be cautious and careful. Biting off too much too quickly would end them before they really got started. And that benefitted no one. If Xander truly wished to pull this off, he needed to try and see past his Sith Lord mentality and become more. A hard decision to be sure, but not a goal that was out of reach. Xander centered himself and continued to meditate. Soon he would take the Eternal Empire's first steps. Soon...

He had not spent much time resting since Xander's ascension to the Eternal Throne. The ranks of the Knights of Zakuul were growing with each passing day. Nearby worlds that had been loyal to Zakuul and even still relied upon it were sending over recruits. It was no easy task rebuilding an army of Force Sensitives. Training them to use their abilities to a point that they would not be a liability. Thankfully Project Exarch had proved useful in elevating some already fully trained Knights to a position they could aide him from. On top of that, the Skytrooper factories were also back up and running, which meant they had a standing army capable of defending or attacking with. At this rate, it would not be long until they would be ready to seek the remnants of the Eternal Fleet and look at expanding their territory

Zakuul. The Spire. Eternal Throne Room.
Xander's eyes snapped open and a small smirk crept across his lips. He gazed out over the small fleet that had been gathered. As his eyes darted across the fleet, taking in the details, he spoke to his A.I compatriot, Warden Savage.
"Warden, status of the fleet?"
The aged human male visage snapped to life on the holo-pedestal next to the Throne.
"Sire. The fleet is operating at 100% capacity. As expected."
Xander's smirk widened into a grin. It was time to test out the capabilities of his fleet and the Knights that were already available for combat. As Skytrooper productions continued, their numbers swelled, giving Zakuul a sizable army to defend itself. It also filled the empty ranks on the ships. Though these ships were merely temporary. Once they began to hunt down the remains of the Eternal Fleet, his entire fleet excluding his flagship, would be scrapped and the Eternal Fleet Warships would fill their ranks. Soon enough, he would meet with Valance and they would discuss the last known location of the Fleet and begin tracking it down. But first it was time to assess the troops.
"Excellent. Ready Eternal Scion and Abiding Law. I want them ready within the hour. And contact Knight-Commander Valance. I want his assesement on this as well. These are, after all, his Knights."
The A.I inclined its head in acknowledgement.
"Understood. Alerting ship captains now. And summoning the Knight-Commander. What is our next step, mi'lord?"
Rotating the Throne so it faced into the Spire instead of the vastness of space, Xander smiled.
"I believe the Bakurans will find our Skytroopers most enjoyable...set course for Bakura once all is ready."
The A.I inclined its head once more.
"Understood. It shall be done."
As the A.I's avatar dissipated, Xander slowly spun the Throne around to stare out into space once more. His eyes scanning the distance as if searching for something. With a small chuckle, he closed his eyes and devled into the depths of the Force once more, searching...

Valance rode the elevator up to the Throne room. He had been in the middle of organising a new program for the Knights of Zakuul that would see the capture and taming of Swamp Rancors to be used as a mounted regiment both on Zakuul and abroad. He had left Exarch Garamonde in charge to oversee its initial implementation when the call had come through. After all, it was not often that Xander requested his presence. So any time it happened, he did not leave the Emperor waiting. The doors of the lift opened onto the Throne room then, allowing him to walk past the Honour Guard and stop at the steps leading up to the Throne "Emperor... How might I be of service?"

Zakuul - The Spire. Eternal Throne Room.
Standing beside the throne, hands clasped behind his back, as he viewed the movement of ships and fighter patrols, he turned to face the Knight-Commander. Taking a moment to collect his thoughts, he finally spoke.
"Knight-Commander. Our progress since my arrival has been impressive. Our factories churn out new Skytroopers by the day. Our fleet is slowly amassing its strength and the Knights look eager to prove themselves in the name of the Empire."
Xander paused, walking down the steps towards the armored Knight. Once standing before him, he spoke once more.
"I believe it is time to begin expanding out holdings. The galaxy is in disarray. Injustices and chaos reign, gripping the galaxy tightly. I intend to correct that wrong...I would like to send you to Bakura with several ships and a contingent of our finest Knights. Correct the unbalanced nature of the planet and show them the true meaning of justice. I entrust this to you, Knight-Commander. Go forth and bring justice in the name of the Eternal Empire. Let's show the galaxy they are wrong..."
Xander trailed off, looking at the Knight-Commander before him. Valance was driven by duty and absolutely devout in his beliefs. It would serve the Empire well to have someone of his abilties leading the charge. Provided Xander could maintain his facade, the Eternal Empire would thrive. And perhaps, in the process, Xander himself could find a way to become more powerful. Shedding the trappings of the darkside and embracing the larger picture could be beneficial to both himself and the Empire. Only time would tell if he could be the Emperor the Eternal Empire needed...

Xander's assessment was very accurate. In a matter of months, Zakuul had been almost entirely reborn. The massive Star Generators were maintained properly once more, the Knights of Zakuul were keeping the peace, and the closest neighbour worlds were paying their homage. The Eternal Empire was ready to grow just that little bit more. A move which Xander appeared to be ready to take. Valance listened as the Zabrak spoke of sending him to lead the charge in taking Bakura. That was not something he had been expecting. Although, then again. It was not the most unthinkable move. He was the High Justice of the Knights. Plus, the more work Xander set for him to do, the closer it would appear they were "Bakura... I am certain we can manage that. Chaos has ruled there for some time, but nothing me and my Knights cannot deal with. The Knights will prove themselves in the name of justice, of that, you can be sure... I will gather my men and leave immediately." He gave a quick salute, before taking his leave of the throne room. Taking the elevator down several levels, to where the orbital shuttle airlock was located. As he boarded the Zakuul Dropship, he was already sending out orders to a pair of Exarch's to gather their Knights and Skytroopers, and meet him aboard the Hammer of Justice. Sabrina had already been aboard the Harrower-class Dreadnought, performing a final check of all the systems, meaning he would not have to contact and wait for her to arrive

Xander smiled as Valence saluted and left. He turned to face the massive viewports that gave him a panoramic view of the stars and the fleet.
It was all coming together. With this new expansion phase, the Eternal Empire would begin claiming fresh territory and work its way to becoming a force to be reckoned with. Soon. For now, they had to play it close to the chest and ensure their expansion didn't draw any unwanted attention. Once there was enough resources pouring in and the search for the Eternal Fleet was underway, the Empire could start aggressively expanding. But for now, slow, under the radar expansion was necessary for the survival and stability of the Eternal Empire.
Xander walked back up to the throne and seated himself. With a grin, he watched the fleet position itself for a jump to Bakura...

Having claimed the vacant throne of the Eternal Empire had changed Xander's outlook on a multitude of things. The darkside was not as all powerful as he had been lead to believe. Hundreds of thousands of years of life, exploring the secrets of the galaxy and learning the ways of the Force, and he was still learning. Not unexpected, to say the least. Xander wasn't stupid. Crazy, maybe, but not stupid. There was no possible way he could retain all the information he needed when it came to the Force. But from the moment he had seated himself on the throne, he felt the presence of someone else. It was not until several months later, in deep meditation, did Xander come to realize that it was in fact, Valkorion. The long dead Emperor of the Eternal Empire. Knowing that the essence of the ancient Emperor was useful, Xander had entertained several conversations with the being. And that was when Xander learned of Iokath, the birthplace of the GEMINI droids, the Gravestone and the vast Eternal Fleet. It was at that moment that Xander knew what needed to be done...
Three Days Later:
Having resided in a meditative trance for the past three days, Xander finally rose from the Throne.
"It is done. The Empire will be made whole, once more. I must take my leave, Warden. Keep High Justice Valance occupied with pacifying Bakura for the time being. I will return once I have located my prize.."
And with that, the white armored Sith descended from the Throne. The Knights present stood rigidly at attention. It might be seen as odd for one such as Xander to be disembarking the Throne, but the Zabrak needed to pursue this himself, if he wanted to prove himself worthy of harnessing the Eternal Fleet...
