**An A-24 Sleuth drops out of hyperspace. The Lepi at the helm looks about quickly. Tan furry hands more over the controls and initiate a quick scan of the system. The initial scan comes back and she turns in the chair to face the large Vratix in the seat behind her.**
Okay we're here. We will try these ruins for our meditation. I know they are not as old as we want and are light aligned, but from the look of things the neighborhood is clear of any issues at present.
**Corona breathes in deeply and closes he eyes as she stretches her presence outward. Melding her aura with the Vratix for feel for the heart of the world below and see what the force may want them to see before proceeding any further.**

Tor tilts his head to look at her, then out at the planet.
Well, its a start, maybe we will find something useful here.
He felt the Lepi's mind touch his own, their bond had grown in their travels, only growing stronger as they continued. They always got strange looks wherever they went, a Vratix and a Lepi traveling together. He relaxes into a meditative state and let her go as she will, they'd gone places he asked, so when she chose one it was fair to let that happen.

Perhaps
**She remarked as she quickly glided the ship down towards the planet below and signaled for landing.**
Only the force knows.
::How many people aboard and what is your cargo?::
**A voice chirped through a gravely signal. Corona’s brow furrowed as the greeting was curt and inquisitive. It failed to even acknowledge their landing request. She looked back at Tor quickly and shrugged then flipped on the comm to reply**
::Greetings! Two occupants, no trade goods, only personal posessions and archaeological equipment. Is there anything else that you require?::
**The Lepi pilot chimed back politely and conversationally.**
::Proceed to landing port 219::
**Came a curt reply after what seemed like a longer than usual timeframe. She suddenly felt apprehensive but proceeded on the course to the designated landing port.**
Something is amiss
**Corona remarked as she turned to look at Tor and see what his thoughts were on the matter.**

We know, we know.
*The large Vratix shifted and let her do her thing, he continued to search through the force for things that she was sensing. He frowns over at her as she speaks "Somthing is amiss." He leans forwards, and looks out the main veiwport, he gives his head a shake and looks back at her.*
A little dramatic today? We don't sense anything.

**Corona nodded acknowledging Tor's senses**
I'm not so certain, just keep an eye out please.
**She remarked as she turned around and guided the shuttle down towards the planet below.**

We will. We always do. Even when you tell us not to. Someone has to.
*Tor let out a string of chitters that sounded almost like laughter, laughter on the Lepi's behalf. The insectoids head turned forwards again, and he sinks deeper into his meditative state, his senses searching harder for what the Lepi had thought was wrong. He wouldn't stop, not til he found what she had. He would never hear the end of it if he didn't.*

The PB-950 Patrol Boat, known as the Velderer, exited hyperspace above the temperate world of Lothal. The Velderer decelerated from lightspeed and, upon entering real space, engaged its sublight engines. As the ship moved towards the planet, the crew began to discuss their next plan of action...
Velderer: Flight Deck. Cockpit.
Selina sat in the co-pilot's seat as she helped bring the ship into orbit above the planet. Over the loudspeaker, her husband's voice rang through.
Attention all hands. We are on approach to Lothal. Shore party, get prepped. Chief Warrant Officer Stavrax and Lieutenant-Commander Del Oucoa, meet me in the Map Room in five.
As soon as the announcement finished, Selina looked over to Erik Mordin, the pilot. The black haired Zabrak merely smiled apologetically at her.
"You go this, Sarge?" she asked, even though she already knew the answer.
The Zabrak pilot chuckled and replied.
"Course I do, sir. Go have your little pow-wow with the Captain."
Selina chuckled at Mordin's remark. Sliding the co-pilot's seat back and disabling her controls, she stood up and walked to the exit.
"Well, if you are certain. Helm's yours, Sarge."
And with that, Selina slipped out of the cockpit, as the door sealed automatically behind her. Walking passed the main sensor stations to the next bulkhead, the door slid open, giving her access to the short corridor that lead to the map/navigation room. Walking a few steps forward, she turned to her left and walked in once the door slid open. Her husband, Kaz, was hunched over the holomap of Lothal. He looked up once she entered the room. He seemed to visibly relax and offered her a small smile.
"Good. Now Stavrax needs to get his ass up here...then I can brief you both on the situation."
Kaz had come a long way since the Resistance on Iridonia. Instead of the slightly unkempt appearance he used to have, he was now dressed in a freshly pressed black uniform. It was completely void of any markings except for the Sector Rangers crest the left shoulder. His hair was neatly combed back between his horns. His horns were groomed to the proper length. Clean shaven and freshly showered. He continued to mull over the map, while waiting for Stavrax to make his way to the Map Room. Without saying a word, Selina walked over to the map and began looking over, seeing if she could piece together Kaz's plan before Borgo arrived.
Velderer: Main Deck. Maintenance Bay.
Chief Petty Officer Icarus Del Oucoa was in the ship's maintenance bay soldering a replacement circuit board for the ship's batteries. Someone had overloaded one of the circuits and it had fried one of the boards. This caused Icarus to have to shut down three non-essential systems in order to fix it. Despite that, by the time they landed on Lothal, he was pretty sure he could have the ship fully operational. Otherwise his younger brother was liable to be grumpy. And he didn't really want to deal with that right now.

Velderer,outside of the showers.
Borgo had just finished having a shower, when he heard Kaz's voice over the loudspeaker.
"Looks like the Captain found us target, when you're finished grab your gear and be ready to head out."
"copy that sir."
Lydia's voice echoed in the showers. Borgo chuckled a bit to himself, if someone would have told him a few years ago that he and the leaders of the Red Vortex would be working together and taking down criminals Borgo would have thought that they were crazy, but considering all the shit that they went through together on Iridonia, nothing seemed crazy anymore. Borgo let out a sigh and proceeded to the map room.
Since their final days of being Resistance fighters, Borgo Stavrax and Lydia Zinn had become a couple, something that Lydia had hoped would happen one day.
Once Lydia was done having a shower she quickly got dressed and proceeded to the Armory so that she could get her gear. Clark was already there with a big dumb smile on his face, having just seen Borgo and Lydia leaving the showers at the same time.
"So you have a good Shower?"
"What are you talking about?"
" Well you know that it was good when you feel dirtier coming out than you did going in"
With comment Clark let out a laugh, and proceeded to walk towards the Maintenance bay. Lydia had began to blush at Clark's comment about her and Borgo. She shook her head and began to get ready.
Velderer, Map Room
Borgo proceeded to walk into the map room, where he saw before Kaz and Selina standing over the map of the Lothal. He walked over to the map and stared at it trying to think what the plan of attack was.
"So, whose the Target? Last known location? Any Background on the said Target?"
He might have just asked a shit ton of question, but he was not taking any chances with his life or the lives of the crew. They had already lost so much by taking chances with the resistance on Iridonia, so many lives that could have been saved if they had all of the facts. This is part of the reason why Borgo had joined Kaz and the Sector Rangers. Borgo continued to look at the map while waiting for Kaz to answer some if not all of his questions.

Velderer: Flight Deck, Map/Navigation Room.
Both Selina and Kaz turned to face Borgo as he entered the room. Selina acknowledged him with a slight nod. Kaz, however, stood up straighter.
"Chief Warrant Officer. About time you got your ass in gear and got up her."
He cast Stavrax a glance, the type of glance that hinted at him knowing more than he was letting on. Deciding to let it slid for right now, he cleared his throat and answered the Chief's question.
"Our target is one Skylar Sorez, a Rodian bounty hunter. Last seen hopping a tramp freighter from Nar Shaddaa. Intel confirmed her appearance here on Lothal."
Kaz swiped away the map of the planet, and brought up the blue-hued image of the Rodian. Typical as far as Rodians went, aside from the pale purple skin. Kaz continued speaking.
"Sorez's last known was just outside Westhills. Spotted by one of the owners of a jogan fruit orchard. Eyewitness accounts state she seemed to be tracking someone. If that's true, it means she's on the hunt and that we'll need to move quickly. She is considered heavily armed and extremely dangerous, so proceed with caution. Rules of engagement are simple. Take her down, cuff her and bring her in. She's wanted in seven systems so far for pulling several illegal bounties. The Lieutenant Commander will be your advisor for the duration of the assignment. Any questions?"
Kaz swiped the holo table again and it split to show the image of Sorez as well as Lothal, highlighting the Westhills regions. He then clasped his hands behind his back and looked over at Selina and Borgo.
Velderer: Main Deck. Engine Room.
Icarus had finished soldering the circuit board and was now in the Engine Room, sliding it back into its appropriate slot. With a satisfying click, the board was in place. Before replacing the service panel, he when to the main console and ran a diagnostic scan of the ship. Once it came back green, he smiled and began cleaning up his mess and returning the service panel back to where it belonged.

Velderer: Flight Deck, Map/Navigation Room
Borgo listened to all of the information about their target that Kaz gave. It was good to know her last known and her name as well as her reason for being on Lothal. Borgo thought about the Rules of engagement that Kaz had set for this mission. That would mean stun rounds only, something that Clark would hate but would follow. Borgo thought about what type of tactics they should use once they found her. He knew that they would have to find her before she found her target, or if she found her target first, protect that person. A couple of questions did pop into Borgo's mind about Skylar Sorez's target, now would be the time to ask them.
"Do we know who her Target is? If so is there a way that can track Skylar that way, you know figure out where she might be before she gets there?"
Borgo didn't like the idea of using someone as bait, and he liked it even less since the person would not know that they were being used as bait. If they could track her through her target then they would have to, unless someone else had an idea to track her. Borgo still looking at the map, which now was a map and an image of Skylar.
Velderer: Main Deck, Maintenance Bay/Cargo Hold
While Borgo was getting some useful Intel for the upcoming mission, the rest of the Shore Party could be seen sitting on crates or leaning against a wall. Clark and Lydia were auguring about a comment that Clark had made earlier about her and Borgo. Damian can be seen with a look of frustration as it would that his two squad mates had not grown up at all.
"Enough all ready, you two should focus on our mission"
With Damian's statement the Maintenance Bay was suddenly quiet, how long that would last could be anyone's guess. Clark had a look on his face like he almost wanted to say something else that would piss both Damian and Lydia off, but decided against it.

Velderer: Flight Deck, Map/Navigation Room
Kaz shook his head as Borgo posed his next series of questions. Swiping across the holotable again, the image changed to Skylar Sorez and every scrap of information the Rangers had on her.
"No. We do not know who her target is or why. We do know she was contacted on Nar Shaddaa and accepted the contract there. Considering Nar Shaddaa is a no fly zone for us right now, we couldn't dig any deeper. There also no known way to track her movements on the planet aside from whatever eye witness information that gets passed along to us by the local authorities. Aside from the fact that she was seen in Westhills and seemed to be heading to Jhothal, we have no way to track her. The Velderer will be on station to provide an aerial view and update you as you go. Aside from that, we do not have permission to engage. That will be entirely up to the ground team. Anythins else, Chief?"
Kaz asked as he eyes up Borgo. He knew the man was up to the job and that he'd get it done. It was why they were paired together. Despite the different upbringings and the former tension between the two, they had survived the trial by fire on Iridonia, escaping the Sith'ari. Something like that either made you or it broke you. Having to rely on each other to survive, it forged a bond between them. And that made them the perfect team. Kaz knew he could expect the best out of them and that they would deliver. he cast a quick glance over a Selina, who was merely observing the interactions between them. No doubt she was already preparing herself to be the mission handler. Kaz returned his attentions the the Chief Warrant Officer standing before him.

Velderer: Flight Deck, Map/Navigation Room
Borgo listened to Kaz answer his questions, he was disappoint that they had no way of tracking her. It seemed like they would have to track her, like how they used to track down criminals on Iridonia, before and after the invasion of Savage. Borgo then snapped out of his thought, when he realized that Kaz was still waiting on his answer to his question.
"Nothing else, Boss. I'll go get geared up and inform the rest of the shore party of the details of the mission."
With that Borgo gave a salute to both Kaz and his wife, then proceeded to exit the map room and head towards the ladder that lead down to the main deck. Borgo thought about where they should start their investigation, heading towards Jhothal would be the best bet since that's where the eye witness reports said that she was heading, although sending someone to Westhills to gather any more information would also be a good idea. If they could find out why Skylar was there, they could find out who her target was and that could help them track Skylar in Jhothal.
Velderer: Main Deck
Borgo took one last step off of the ladder and then proceed to make his way towards the armory. Something was telling him that this mission was going to be more difficult than he first thought. Borgo then proceeded to put on his newly modified light combat suit, which sported the Sector Ranger colors. He made sure that he grabbed his KX-60 Blaster Rifle something else was telling him that he would need it for this mission, he then grabbed both of his DH-23 Blaster Pistols. Since he already had his Vibroknife on him, something he learned he should always have on him. This was a skill/habit that he picked up being one of the leaders of the resistance on Iridonia. Once he was geared up he made his way the maintenance bay/cargo hold to debrief the rest of the shore party.
Velderer: Main Deck, Maintenance bay/Cargo hold
As the door to the maintenance bay/cargo hold opened Borgo could see Clark already standing while the others were sitting, but that changed once they noticed that Borgo had entered the room. All three of them saluted him out of old habit. Borgo waved his cybernetic hand as a gesture that they didn't need to salute him.
"Alright listen up our target is one Skylar Sorez. She is a Rodian Bounty Hunter who picked up a contract on Nar Shaddaa. She is wanted wanted in seven systems so far for pulling several illegal bounties. Eye witness reports indicate that she was last seen in Westhills heading towards Jhothal. She is consider heavily armed and dangerous. The Rules of engagement are as follows, take her down and cuff her then bring her back here so that means stun rounds only. Also we don't know who her target is. Any question? No, good. Make sure you have everything before we land."
Borgo watched as the rest of the shore party check their gear multiple times, before they took their seats and waited for Mordin to find a spot to land.

Velderer: Flight Deck. Map/Navigation Room.
Kaz and Selina returned Stavrax's salute. As the soldier left the room, Kaz turned back to the holomap.
"Mordin, the shore team has been prepped. Take us in and set us down in this region of Westhills."
Kaz called out to the pilot via the ship's internal comms as he highlighted the LZ on the map.
Understood, Captain. Coordinates received. Starting our approach.
As the ship accelerated, Kaz looked over at Selina.
"Commander, you know what to do. Get yourself situated at the sensor station and do a comms check on the team. I will provide further intel from here."
Selina nodded.
"Understood, sir."
She snapped off a brief salute and then left the room. Kaz continued to observe the map, hoping to some how discover Sorez's travel path.
"Mordin. Once we break atmo, patch me in to the local authorities. Let's see if we can't coordinate this from the ground as well."
After a few moments of silence, Mordin replied.
Aye, aye Captain.
And with that, the ship began its descent to the planet's surface...

Emerging from hyperspace, the Revelation began its approach towards Lothal. Always from a distance, the planet appeared like a small dot before them. Checking over the systems, Voron turned to nod to Rika before his chair turned to face Kelam.
"We’ve exited hyperspace, my Lord. Jammers are engaged and we should be landing on Lothal within the next thirty minutes."
Kelam nodded with approval. <<Well done. Rika, load the coordinates of the raid. Voron land a few miles away and make sure to avoid any interactions on the way down. Once we’ve landed, everyone join me in the commons.>> Once his words were spoken, he stood to his feet and made his way to the lift. There was much to do to prepare for this raid and little time to make any plans.

Being in close proximity to the Mon Calamari system, the sight of Dominion-alligned Mon Calamari cruisers and Dreadnaughts is a more common sight within Lothal's orbit. Although there were no attempts yet to seize the world, the Quarren rather intend to demonstrate power by presence as a reminder to the local gouvernment, that it borders a rising moloch. The ships however do not remain for long within orbit and rather travel further to border regions of the Tion Cluster or towards the regions around the Cron Drift, thus not threatening the local authorities.

A Star Destroyer of the newly developed Interitus-Class remains within the Lothal system, screening the system for pirate activities. Given the current civil war on the surface, the planetary gouvernment has given up any attempts to possibly ask the Quarren Dominion to withdraw their military ships out of the Lothal sector and lets them do as they wished to, as long as they wouldn't act aggressive towards their gouvernment. Though the search went eventless, the Interitus-class Star Destroyer would remain within the system until they recieved new orders from their leader.

Not being capable to protect their citizens from the slaughter that is committed upon them by various unnatural civil war factions, several MC-class vessels have been sent on behalf of the Dominion's Protector towards Lothal, loaded with troops and medical aid, as the Lothal gouvernment is forced to comply with the demands of the Dominion. Citizens cheer the arrival of hundredthousands of troops, as the capital gets secured and it's outskirts become safer over the next days. Politicians that previously opposed the Quarren's ambassador and the plans of the Dominion have mysteriously vanished by now, either by the doing of one of the sects, whose forces were still threatening Lothal's main population or by unknown means. Barely anyone assumed that it was the doing of the Codru-Ji Clan leader, whom C'Thyl had sent before to the planet, given that she attended most of the meetings with the politician's council and was threatened multiple times by the deeds of both sects as well.
While the capital city is secured, the main landscape of Lothal itself is dominated by two warring factions, the Cult of the Wolf and the Caste of Lords. Wyrwulf-like creatures roam the night and are worshipped by pagan cults, while the blood-thirsting nobility of Lothal has fickle tendencies to maintain their conquered territories from gouvernment forces and their cult enemies, relying mostly on hired mercenaries and their dark powers to keep controll over these newly established domains. It is rumored that some force users have also fallen prey towards these curses, that had mysteriously befallen these regions of the planet, rising in power within the ranks of the aforementioned factions. Furthermore, there are rumors, that eldritch abominations now roam the abbandoned war sites and the settlements, whose ports have been ravaged by the civil war, making the lifes of unalligned denizens even worse during these times of war than necessary...
