His expression remains unchanged, save for the arching of an eyebrow indicating that he is impressed with and intrigued by the Emperor's plan to put the weakened and faltering Galactic Alliance out of its misery, Faelan nods after only a brief pause, almost smiling as he says, "The Emperor's hopes are not in vain. Clan Bralor would be honored to fight alongside the Emperor's forces once more." Such an endeavor, in Falean's opinion would be most pleasing to Kad Ha'rangir, and the rewards for doing so could be of great benefit to all Mando'ade.
From what Marius has spoken of, Falean is correctly left with the impression that the First Order intends to keep certain details of their plan, such at the timing, vague in the interest of maintaining operational security; something that he understands the necessity of, and therefore takes no offense from. Clan Bralor's leader, Torin, has given Faelan a great deal of latitude where maintaining relations with the First Order is concerned, and so Falean does not feel as though he needs to seek approval from him in the negotiation at hand. Opening those negotiations, Faelan proposes, "Clan Bralor can offer the services of a battalion of our finest infantrymen, along with landing transports, fire support ships and starfighters to escort them if necessary. Lifting a hand and gesturing towards Marius, Faelan asks, Would those numbers suffice, or would the Emperor prefer a larger force of Mando'ade?"
If necessary, Faelan knows that he could reach out to other clans, a thought he keeps in mind as he moves on, "As for compensation, a variation on our previous arrangement would suffice. Credits for the individual Mando'ade who enlist in the effort, and a share of the spoils for the Mando'ade people as a whole. Pursing his lips in thought, Faelan suggests, Perhaps, as an added bonus or incentive, a percentage of all future earnings of the Mon Calamari Shipyards in perpetuity?"

Ships will not be necessary. All transportation will be handled by the Imperial Navy. Any number of warriors will suffice. Inform the embassy once they have been gathered and I will relay the information to Imperial High Command. A designated warship will come to transport them.
The Emperor would have enough ships for the planned operation, as the Ambassador had seen the draft for the military expenditure and the fleet that was being amassed for the purpose being told to Faelan. Already, Marius was aware of forty-some vessels converging on Taris, with a couple added bonuses to maximize the Imperial fleet's firepower. It was unfortunate that he was an ambassador, for Marius, as any Imperial, would desire to see this crowning achievement of the First Order and the Empire.
Now, onto compensation, which was the next topic.
The compensation you suggest is sound and reasonable. Let it be known though that the First Order does not intend to outright annex Mon Calamari, but hand it over to a collaborationist government that will be set up once the deed is done.
There plans in place for many puppet states within the core territories of the Galactic Alliance. Planets that would have Imperial garrisons installed, collaborationists set up, and military rule installed practically overnight. It made Marius wonder about the Emperor's plans but now was not the time.
His Majesty could ensure that, within the treaty, this is noted... a percentage of future earnings from Mon Calamari Shipyards to be directed to Clan Bralor. If this does falter in any way, notify my embassy and compensation will be granted to your clan in due course.

Satisfied with all that Marius had said, Faelan stands and nods after the ambassador has finished speaking, extending a hand to informally seal the deal that has been struck, the gesture more than sufficient for Faelan to begin upholding his part of the bargain given that the First Order has thus far upheld their part in all of the past dealings with the Mando'ade.
"I will begin preparations to have the battalion assembled and transported here to Agamar for pickup by the Emperor's warship within the week, Ambassador, Faelan says after they have shaken hands, and will notify your embassy as soon as the battalion arrives."
Unless there is anything else Marius wishes to discuss, Faelan personally accompanies him back to his vehicle and, after exchanging farewells, returns to his office to begin undertaking the task of assembling a battalion of Mando'ade as agreed upon. Sending an encrypted and encoded message to Torin in Norg Bral on Manda'yaim of his need for a battalion of their clan's most skilled infantrymen to be deployed to Agamar, with no further details as to the reason for their deployment, Faelan is pleased when the response of Clan Bralor's leader is every bit as swift as he had hoped it would be.

Less than a week after Faelan's meeting with Marius, the agreed upon battalion of House Bralor warriors assembles at a military base featuring a large landing field outside of Calna Munn. The Mando'ade comprising the battalion, from Clan Bralor as well as other smaller clans which belong to House Bralor, arrive primarily from Manda'yaim, though some come from other Mando'ade held worlds, to await the First Order transports that will bring them to where the battle they have been assembled to participate in will be fought.
The seven hundred and fifty man battalion, divided into five companies, is placed under the command of Alor'itsad Éibhear Bralor, who had participated in the battle to take control of Agamar. Among the Mando'ade in the battalion are Fionnuala Priest of House Bralor and Roisin Bralor, both from Norg Bral, as well as the squadron of Mando'ade under the command of Ruus'alor Zdzislaw Tenau.

Faelan's departure with the battalion of Mando'ade sent to participate in the First Order campaign on Mon Calamari meant that Raicheal Bralor, his clanswoman, remain behind to act in his stead as the head of the Mando'ade forces on Agamar, a role that, while she was well suited for and served capably in, she took little personal pleasure or satisfaction in. More comfortable on a battlefield than off, Raicheal's first order of business had been to ensure that the right personnel were placed in the various more civil roles vacated by the Mando'ade that were sent to Mon Calamari. Once she was satisfied that the domestic and civil affairs on Agamar were in the right hands, Raicheal had turned her focus to finding a task more personally challenging and interesting to her, settling ultimately on dealing with the last vestiges of the insurgency movement that has persisted on the planet despite the best efforts of both the First Order and the Mando'ade.
Studying accounts of the insurgency attacks, focused primarily thusfar on shipyards where raw materials, foodstuffs and other exports marked for shipment to First Order or Mando'ade held worlds were gathered, stored and shipped offworld, Raicheal discovered a pattern in the avenues of retreat most often taken by the insurgency forces suggesting that their base, or bases of operation were on one of the landmasses on the Bil Da'Gari Ocean. Deploying a small Mando'ade long range recon unit consisting of three six man squads to begin searching for the insurgency bases of operation hidden somewhere in the Bil Da'Gari Ocean, Raicheal next reached out to their First Order allies to request the aid of their Intelligence forces in routing out the insurgency operatives suspected to among Calna Muun's native civilian populace; her study of the insurgency's activities suggesting that the group must possess an intelligence network of its own. Her inquiries result in a message being sent to a Lieutenant Colonel Foresi, a Shadow Trooper commander highly regarded among the First Order's Intelligence Bureau, and Raicheal looks forward to the Lieutenant Colonel's arrival, hopeful that together they can formulate a plan to deal with the insurgency operatives hiding among Calna Mun's native population.

Once the Chariklo has set down and she has asked Shuk'la to begin the postflight checks, Neassa makes her way to the boarding ramp and disembarks from the GPE-7300 space transport.
Stopping at the foot of the boarding ramp to wait for Ruus'alor Bralor, Neassa takes a moment to look around at what she can see of the city, which she had only seen previously from a distance when fighting alongside Clan Bralor to take the planet. Surrounded by scenic forests, and possessed of a somewhat unique architectural style, the capital city shows little signs of the battle that she participated in, and Neassa admires the obvious effort that the Mando'ade and their First Order allies must have put into preserving the capital's identity even as they have occupied it. From all that she has heard, Agamar has flourished and been a boon to both the Mando'ade and First Order; making learning about an insurgency somewhat surprising. Expecting that she will learn soon enough just how large, or small, a problem the insurgency is, Neassa walks away from the boarding ramp and starts looking for Raicheal to make her appearance.

After the Muun Orar had set down in Calna Muun's starport, Zdzislaw having informed them all on the trip down from orbit that he was giving the squadron a week of leave before beginning to look for their next job, it had not taken long for Toiréasa and Ksenia to find themselves left with the task of looking after the squadron's Kom'rk-class transport's post flight checks.
Tadhg, Niall and Cionaodh had been the first to depart, history suggesting, correctly as it so turns out, that they would search out the nearest bar and begin embarking upon another marathon of drinking and carousing. Berach and Jedrzej had left for a seaside resort outside of the capital city, the couple understandably eager to have some time alone together after the squadron's last two back to back jobs, fighting in large scale wars on Rendili and then Mon Calamari. Zdzislaw and Abiageal had gone ahead to a hotel in the capital to get rooms for themselves and Ksenia, with Toiréasa, as much as she enjoys the company of her squadmates, having decided to indulge her penchant for solitude and therefore declining their offer to join them all even though she had no immediate plans of her own.
After she and Ksenia have secured the Muun Orar after completing the post flight checks, Toiréasa bids the Shownarri farewell as she leaves to join Zdzislaw and Abiageal, and then shoulders a duffle containing her personal belongings and heads out of the starport to find transportation away from the capital city, having decided to look into finding someplace remote, perhaps in one of Agamar's binka forests, to spend her leave.

"Don't see one of those antiques too often, huh?" Nicolina observes, checking out the nearby GPE-7300 behind a buckethead in red and black armor, after exiting the LAAT she, Faina, and her Shadowtroopers, currently all wearing nondescript civilian clothes rather than their armor due to the undercover nature of the mission they are here to undertake, rode in on.
Once everyone has disembarked from the gunship, Nicolina starts heading for the official looking building serving as the Mandalorian's command center, assuming that Ruus'alor Raicheal Bralor will be along presently to meet with them.

Following after the Lieutenant Colonel and her Shadowtroopers, Faina resists the urge to point out that the LAAT that has taken them to the surface might be considered an antique by some, and instead makes a noncommittal noise as she looks from the GPE towards the female Mandalorian that is walking away from it and towards the same building that they are bound for.
Mando'a not a language she is familiar with, though she supposes that with the ties the First Order has forged with the Mandalorians it might behoove her to learn as much as she can while here on Agamar of their language and culture, Faina asks, "What rank does Ruus'alor equate with? Her question gives rise to another, and so she asks, What do you know about the Ruus'alor?"

Nicolina isn't an expert in the Mandalorian language, but the time she spent fighting alongside the bucketheads on Mon Cal had enabled her to pick up a few words, and so she is able tell Faina, "It's basically like a sergeant in our military. The second question is one she doesn't have much of an answer for, the Emperor never having ordered the intelligence bureau to make a concerted effort to gather information on the bucketheads. Not much, she admits, explaining, We haven't been digging around though, as it'd probably be bad for diplomatic relations and all, so what we know is pretty thin on the ground overall, limited to what the Emperor's reports of his interactions with 'em revealed, and from reports from the battle for Agamar. What we know is that Ruus'alor Raicheal Bralor was at the initial meeting with the Emperor, so she's close to Sol'yc ver'alorn, or First Lieutenant, Faelan Bralor. Wears gray armor, which typically indicates mourning for someone according to the sociocultural data available. Holding her hands out at her sides, she grins, Not much, like I said. Maybe we'll learn more about her while we're here, huh?"

Making another noncommittal noise in reply to the Lieutenant Colonel's almost certainly rhetorical 'huh', Faina mentally files away what little information the woman managed to convey amidst her usual veritable flood of chatter.
Instinctively, surreptitiously taking stock of their surroundings, Faina sees that they are approximately in the center of the city, which appears to be surrounded on all sides by forests. Having grown up on Empress Teta, a city-world akin to Coruscant, Faina cannot help but find Agamar more rural feeling than she knows it is in fact based on what she learned while familiarizing herself with the available First Order reports on it.
Hoping to learn more about Mandalorian culture while on this assignment, Faina glances towards the red armored Mandalorian as she asks the Lieutenant Colonel, "Do you know what red armor means?"

Notified of the arrivals of the Shadow troopers and Neassa Or'dinii when each had arrived in orbit, Raicheal, accompanied by a trio of Mando'ade solely for the sake of following protocol rather than a perceived need for an escort, makes her way onto the landing field where her guests were cleared to land not long after the Shadow troopers set down.
Reaching Neassa as the smaller woman makes her way form her ship, Raicheal greets her, Su cuy'gar, Neassa, continuing in Mando'a, Thank you for coming so quickly. Nodding her chin towards the Shadow troopers in their civilian attire not far from where she and Neassa are as much in explanation for why she does not spend more time on pleasantries as to indicate their next destination given that she sets out towards them after doing so, Raicheal explains, I've asked some First Order Shadow troopers, who are apparently also, in this instance, highly trained intelligence operatives, to participate as well in the plan I spoke to you briefly about. Rather than explain the situation in more detail twice, Raicheal says, I'll fill you all in on the details together, and we can decide how to proceed from there.
When they reach Nicolina and, as she was neither informed that the Grandmaster of the Imperial Knights would also be accompanying them, nor recognizes Faina as they have never met, what she believes are her fellow Shadow troopers, Raicheal says, Lieutenant Colonel Foresi, welcome to Agamar. Introducing Neassa, she goes on, This is Neassa Or'dinii, who will be joining in the operation we'll be planning. Leaving the description of Neassa's pertinent credentials for another time, Raicheal motions towards the building that serves as the headquarters of the Mando'ade on Agamar, I'll show you all to your quarters, and begins walking away from the Shadow troopers' ship while asking, Would you like some time to relax first after your journey, or should we get started right away?

Su cuy'gar, Neassa replies when welcomed by Raicheal, and waves a hand to indicate that there is no need for thanks. Listening without interrupting as Raicheal goes on to say that the First Order will also be along for the operation, Neassa only nods in response when she has finished speaking, having decided to save any questions for after the briefing that they will all be attending at some point.
Inclining her head in greeting to the Shadowtroopers when Raicheal introduces her to their commanding officer, Neassa follows Raicheal as they all start going towards the headquarters of the Mando'ade here on Agamar, answering the question about whether or not she needs any time to relax before the briefing, Ni cuy' tsikala jii. Having spent the trip to Agamar sleeping while Shuk'la handled the piloting duties, Neassa would rather learn the specifics of the operation as soon as possible to that she can begin preparing for whatever role it is Raicheal has in mind for her.

Hoping to learn more about Mandalorian culture while on this assignment, Faina glances towards the red armored Mandalorian as she asks the Lieutenant Colonel, "Do you know what red armor means?" Nicolina purses her lips and squints in thought as she tries to recall all that she had learned about the meanings behind the colors the bucketheads use on their armor, and then snaps her fingers as she remembers, "Oh yeah, red is honoring a parent. Canting her head to the side as she studies the armor of the Mandalorian woman now speaking with Ruus'alor Bralor, Nicolina sees that the color black also features prominently in its coloration, and tells Nikulin, Black stands for justice," and then shuts up since Bralor has arrived with the Mando in red. When they reach Nicolina and, as she was neither informed that the Grandmaster of the Imperial Knights would also be accompanying them, nor recognizes Faina as they have never met, what she believes are her fellow Shadow troopers, Raicheal says, Lieutenant Colonel Foresi, welcome to Agamar . . .This is Neassa Or'dinii, who will be joining in the operation we'll be planning . . . I'll show you all to your quarters, and begins walking away from the Shadow troopers' ship while asking, Would you like some time to relax first after your journey, or should we get started right away? Nodding with her chin to greet Or'dinii when the Ruus'alor introduces her, Nicolina does her part of the meet and greet once Bralor has finished speaking, gesturing towards the individuals present as she introduces them, "Let's see, we've got the one n' only Grandmaster Nikulin of the Imperial Knights there, and then my homies Solberg, she points to a cheerful looking freckled human woman with chin length red hair, Calenda, she motions towards a bored looking female Nagai with long black hair, 83, she waves towards a male Khommite who waves goofily when introduced, and last but not least, 'dura, she indicates an orange skinned male Twi'lek with a haughty, remote air about him. Clapping her hands together with a grin, she says, Let's just get the fun started I say, yeah? She looks around at her troops and Nikulin as though to ask their opinions, but hardly pauses at all before answering for them all, Yeah, let's just jump right in."

Interested in the meanings behind the colors of Mandalorian armor and in what Nicolina knows about the Ruus'alor that has asked them to come to Agamar, Faina is almost sorry that the discussion is cut short when Ruus'alor Bralor and the red armored Mandalorian arrive, though she supposes that there will be ample opportunity to learn more about Mandalorian culture while they are here in Calna Muun.
Resisting the urge to let her irritation with Lieutenant Colonel Foresi's informal tone show, Faina nods to agree that there is no need to postpone the mission briefing. Following along as they are led first to their quarters to drop off any clothes, gear, or personal belongings they have brought with them, Faina tosses the duffle bag she has brought with her inside with little more than a cursory glance at her accommodations before continuing on to where the briefing will be held.

After everyone has gathered in the briefing room, which has as its predominant feature a circular table that is equipped with a holoprojector, Raicheal motions for them all to sit after pointing out a table where water, caf, shig, and other beverages are available.
Having removed her buy'ce and placed it on the table upon arriving, Raicheal rests her hand on top of it as she begins the briefing, beginning by explaining what information about the activities of the insurgency is known, their targets thus far primarily ship yards, and then moving on to the more speculative aspects of what has been concluded based on those activities. Arriving at the point that concerns those present most directly after explaining that Mando'ade long range recon forces are already in the process of searching for insurgency bases of operation, Raichel goes on, "Which brings me to why I've asked you all to come here. We believe that the insurgency has its own intelligence operatives based here in Calna Muun, and that you are all uniquely qualified to help us root them out. Anticipating a few questions that would naturally follow what she has said, Raicheal continues, We knew, based on events during the occupation of Rendili, that the insurgency was able to get word to Alliance forces about the movement of the First Order's fleet. During the course of our investigation into the intelligence leak, we came across records of several encrypted holonet transmissions coming to and originating from the University of Agamar shortly after the First Order fleet departed for Rendili. Our code breakers were able to determine that the content of the messages included details about the fleet's impending movements that could only have been obtained by listening posts intercepting inter fleet communications, but were not able to identify who sent the transmissions, or who they were sent to."
After pausing to let everyone absorb what she has said so far, Raichel explains, "What I propose is that Lieutenant Colonel Foresi acts as handler for one or more of her troops that are sent in undercover to the University to try to identify the insurgency agents we believe are operating out of the university, among the staff or perhaps even the student body. Motioning towards Neassa, she adds, A second avenue of investigation I want to explore is a former journalist that is suspected to have knowledge of one or more insurgency cells. Neassa will take on the identity of a holonet reporter that has come to Agamar to follow in the story the journalist was pursuing before forcibly retired from her position when the First Order felt silencing her was warranted. Questions so far?"

Private and aloof by nature, Neassa, keeping her buy'ce on rather than removing, leans against the wall in a corner of the briefing room rather than taking a seat around the table. As she may be working alongside one or more of the members of the First Order that Raicheal has asked to participate in the operation that has brought them all here, Neassa surreptitiously pays as much attention to them all as she does to the briefing itself to learn what she can about them from their behavior. The Stormtrooper's leader, Foresi, is the only one that did any speaking on the way inside the briefing, and is therefore the only one that Neassa has formed any impressions of, tentative though they are based on the sparsity of the interaction so far. The way Foresi carries herself suggests a high degree of self confidence, in all likelihood earned from experience if her rank is any indication of her abilities; her use of humor in what most would consider a formal setting is unexpected in someone of Foresi's rank, though Neassa has too little to go on where determining what that tendency might denote,
The presence of the Grandmaster of the Imperial Knights is unexpected as well, and Neassa wonders what role Nikulin will fulfill in the operation that Raicheal briefs them all on. Once she knows what Raicheal expects of her personally, finding out whether a journalist that had presumably been investigating the insurgency has any useful information concerning the insurgency operatives Raicheal believes are working at the University of Agamar, Neassa takes a moment to consider what she will need from Raichel in order to determine how best to approach her task. Condensing the list of what she will need down into a single question that, if Raicheal answers in the affirmative, could provide everything needed to plan her part of the mission, Neassa asks, Has a file been compiled on the journalist?

Nodding when Neassa asks whether there is any intel on the journalist available, Raicheal says, "I'll send you the file," and takes a datapad from a pouch on her belt so that she can do so while waiting to see if any of the others present have other questions.
The file on the journalist, Manon Proulx, is not particularly lengthy even though it contains all of the woman's biographical, employment, and other information. A thirty five year old native of Agamar, Manon is the only child of parents who were also journalists. After graduating from the University of Agamar with a degree in philosophy, Manon began her career as a social events reporter for a small local holonews outlet before getting her big break when hired by a more renowned network after her coverage of the death of a local celebrity brought her to wider attention. Her time embedded in the campaign of the Agamarian Council's most recent Speaker had marked Manon's first foray into the realm of political centered journalism, which would remain her focus until she was forced to step away from journalism when her writing veered too close to openly criticizing the First Order, and the First Order subtly threatened her employers and others in the local journalism industry to ensure Manon was blacklisted and unable to find an outlet for her writing. Some of Manon's final stories focused on insurgency attacks on Agamar, with the details of some story content strongly suggesting that Manon had sources within the insurgency. Manon's personal life suggested her priority was her writing, her currently single status and two marriages ending in divorces lending further credence to the suspicion. Also included in the file are Manon's place of residence, an apartment outside of the city, and known acquaintances, comprised almost solely of former associates in journalism.

Nicolina frowns slightly when Raicheal suggests that she act as handler for the people she sends in undercover rather than going in herself, though she has to admit that it probably makes sense, and while running things behind the scenes isn't quite as exciting as going in undercover it is still pretty cool in her opinion. Already starting to think about how many people she will send in, what roles she have them take on, and the logistics involved in getting them into play without arousing any suspicion as Raicheal goes on to explain the other part of the operation she has planned, Nicolina lifts a hand after Or'dinii has asked for any records available on the journalist that may or may not be involved in the insurgency, asking, "Any chance we can get a copy of that file too? Explaining her reason for asking, she says, If I can make a suggestion, Nikul. . . the Grandmaster could partner up with Or'dinii, back her play, watch her back, and her Force sensitivity could come in handy, be able to tell if the journalist is lying or holding back. Looking over at Faina with an inquisitive expression to see how the idea grabs her, Nicolina then looks over at Or'dinii, not wanting to offend her, No offense to you or your ability to detect any B.S., but, she shrugs, we've got a Force user in our line up, so we may as well use her, right?"

Faina arches an eyebrow when the Lieutenant Colonel suggests that she pair up with Neassa, not so much opposed to the idea as she is concerned that her telepathic talents have been overstated; while it is true that she might be able to discern whether she is being lied to, Faina is not sure that she would be able to do much more than that. Addressing Neassa and Raicheal, Faina feels no need to affirm her skills in combat or in acting in an undercover capactity, simply confirming in her customarily dry tone, "The lieutenant colonel might be overselling my telepathic abilities, but I can, if nothing else, certainly make use of them if needed."
