This day just kept getting better and better.....first a group of fighters shoots down a civilian freighter and now the squadron of fighters disappears? Miranda had the entire 9th fleet on alert and began a strict search of any ship being able to transport fighters that left the surface and constant scans around the city of Ravelin, so far both efforts have failed to produce any information of value in regards to the attack now being classified as a terrorist attack, she shoots of an advisory to the capital the there is a high probability of terrorist activity on Bastion and requests assistance with the search for a hideout large enough to house 20-30 starfighters and maybe more, she then authorizes General Warleader to conduct an extensive search of the outer hills around Ravelin

The space over Bastion would be occupied suddenly by the arrival of an Imperial I-class Star Destroyer and six Ardent-class Fast Frigates. It was a sizable, yet flexible flotilla that hung over the planet that was once the center of the Fel Empire, the Imperial Remnant, the Pentastar Alignment and many others who followed the Imperial cause. The planet of Bastion was a fortress world; a tough planet to crack and a highly strategic location. To hold Bastion ensured one held the entirety of Imperial Space with legitimacy, for the planet was the heart of this region of space.
The Intrepid moved into orbit over the planet as the frigates fanned out, scanning the surface for a particular transmission that had been caught over Yaga Minor. Nicademus Delvardus, recently returned from Muunilist, had been brought up to date on a strange transmission that was caught in Yaga Minor's orbit by the Acting Admiral on the Invictus. The words, Phoenix Imperium, rang a bell within the mind of the Imperial when it was told to him. Without any hesitation, a fleet was gathered around the Intrepid, with the addition of Stormtrooper Corps and Imperial Knights to serve as a possibly necessary force. Nicademus followed the scent of the transmission back to Bastion and began his search here.
Officers regularly updated him on reports from the scans performed by the frigates that fanned out. Though they too detected the transmission's existence, its faint signature ensured that it was difficult to narrow down and find. After all, Imperium channels were not something familiar to those present who had only known of the Imperium's existence, not served under it nor lived during its time. Nicademus continued to monitor the scanning of the planet and the transmission itself. He suspected their presence would be known shortly and whoever was sending it out would send either an invitation or a salvo of missiles to his ship.

As the streaks and waves that were a part of the hyperspace travel dissipated, the planet Bastion filled the windows of 'The Wayward Son'. The ship had been renamed in honor of her fallen captain, Darik, who had been killed on Dantooine. The man's body had been sent into space during their flight here, an honorable burial to any spacer...and he had been sent off with a quiet sadness from the crew. The Zabrak woman sent her signals to ground control, and requested clearance to land. Sighing, Raxxie removed her headset, and got up from the Co-pilot's seat to check on the passengers.
Yep...the one that had been wounded was -still- out cold. They would have to get him to the med station here, and get him checked out.
"He should be all right. Where he was hit, it wasn't anything vital. We can get him to a medical station planetside though, just to be safe. We are just waiting on clearances."
Raxana plopped down beside them, and pulled a smoke out of a pack, lighting it.
"So, what are you guys, some sort of crack combat unit? You are all force users...that much is apparent."
Raxxie took another drag, and waited for her answer.

When the pilot left her seat to check on the passengers, I took a moment of rest, during which time I waited for a message that the Skith had dropped a safe distance away. as I rose from my seat I observed the others that had taken seats in the cockpit either they were fine sitting in the unused room, or they had already left… and opening my eyes so that I could observe the spectrum through which spirits traveled I could tell the story of everything that happened.
As I Walked into the passenger area, I mentally sighed knowing that I would have to keep my hand on my com to keep up my charade for a little while longer. I was not ready to publicly acknowledge who I was.
“I guess I can start. My name is Teki Karin, I am… well I was a Jedi, left when philosophies clashed. and I am afraid I will be of little use as a Tactical weapon since the moves I am familiar with are more for … other purposes than fighting. speaking of which I can take a look at our injured coworker.”
before being given express permission I sat down at the head of the unconscious individual, and I placed three fingers on his forehead. from getting up while the ship was in warp, I had wagered a guess that this man was Señor ghost arms from the pub. I noticed something, his aura was flowing normally with his heartbeat now that he wasn’t forcing his aura to conceal itself. I could still sense the darkness at the frayed edges of the aura… but moreso the closer to the body, where the newest midiclorians were returning from the body into the ether to be exchanged for new ones, at this point I could sense something familiar in the aura
Smirking I withdrew into my own head so that I could begin recording what was going on. maybe I couldn’t capture the exact feeling the aura left, but I could measure it and use that as a benchmark by which to confirm or deny who this person was. As the recording continued I focus on the wound area. it wasn’t life threatening at the moment, but it had knocked him clean out ‘thank you senator obvious’. I could sense he was starting to regain his thoughts.
“in the long run he will be fine. he won’t die from his wound today, but lets see him to a medic, he was knocked out, but could be coming around any time now”
I withdraw back to my station in the cockpit for the moment. but I do not upload the data. I remember a story of suspicion from my ancestor, and decide it would be best… if I am to engage in subterfuge… that I do it away from teammates and hosts.

At the smart comment from the stranger's buddy, Tryn merely ignored him. She didn't see him as a threat, so she wasn't concerned. She maintained her attention upon the man who had passed out from the injury, still curious as to whether or not he was who she thought he was. She also contemplated what she would do if he was, in fact, Adi. Once his friend was out of the way, she reached out with the Force and her hands upon the wound to ascertain his health. He would live, she decided. They could get him to a doctor when they got to wherever they were going. Tyrn wasn't especially concerned...surely his buddy would make certain he was taken care of. Satisfied that 'Adi' may not be waking for a while and therefore needed less of her attention, she turned her gaze upon the band of creatures she committed to escaping with.
There was that annoying Gungun whom she wanted nothing more than to slit his throat...therefore it was excellent that he was no where to be seen for the moment. The fact that, from what she heard from his ridiculous lips, he was flying the ship made her extremely nervous. She hated Gunguns. Then there was the Zabrak female whom she believed had been addressed as Raxxie, the man with 'Adi' who shot off his mouth at her, the dead body of another man who the Zabrak seemed fond of and another man whom seemed almost robotic to her in his behavior.
The trip, wherever they were going, was short and uneventful. The highlight was jettisoning the dead man's body out into the sea of space. She paid them very little mind and remained beside the unconscious body of 'Adi'. She only moved slightly to make room for the strange man to examine the stranger himself. After he finished declaring his diagnosis, everyone looked at her.
"I'm Nora." she lied smoothly with a dark, easy smile. "I'm a mercenary." That much was true at least. She shrugged for effect. "I saw what was going down in the bar and thought I might as well help...I appreciate the lift." A sharp brow lifted quizzically at the Zabrak. "Mind telling us where we are?"

The Fel 9th fleet had been relatively quiet for a while, considering the terror attack that had happened mouths ago, however their silence was broken when the Imperial fleet exited hyperspace above Bastion, their IFFs indicating they were under the Emperor's command. After confirming their IFFs Admiral Miranda Tien flashed the 9th Fleet's IFFs to the new arrivals and contacted the Intrepid

The Zabrak woman leans back in the chair, listening as each one tells their side of the 'story'. The one that sounded more like a droid than human she knew about. He was listed on the datapad as the one that could do just about anything he wanted with electronic systems. Pretty handy, especially considering where they were headed. There were instructions to find a force user in the packet, and now there were -three- sitting here in front of her. This was most useful, especially since they seemed to work and function already as a team, they would just make the heist that much easier. They all seemed combat trained, and they could handle the guards at The Wheel...probably just about anyone else as well, should things get ugly.
Besides, they could split their cut as one group....they work as a team, they get paid as one unit. So long as the explosive blonde man kept his temper in check, and healed up quickly enough, this would be a cakewalk. In-and-out...snatch and grab....
From a place that only the captain knew how to get to....and he was now dead.
And it wasn't on any of her current charts.
Bastion, as a choice, wasn't an accident. Raxana knew that she could find someone here to navigate this ship to their destination. She had spent time here in the past, and knew that there was enough of an influx of people here that she probably knew, or they knew Darik at the very least. Raxxie, herself, had been recruited here. Darik had found her slinging wrenches at one of the local shops. She was frustrated, and tired of being covered in grease, so Darik easily had talked her into coming along for 'just one job'. That was ten years, and countless runs ago. The two of them had basically been a well-oiled machine up until yesterday. Business had always been good, and they were known as a team that could get just about any job done. Hell, even the Gungan in the cockpit had been with them for nearly two years, after they had pulled him out of a fight with about two dozen Dugs on Malastare....
He -still- hadn't told them why they were THAT pissed off at him....But he had proven his worth, time and again. He was family.
She took another long drag from the smoke, and exhaled. Juumi sent a message back that clearances had been granted, and that they were to dock at such-n-such hangar, dock blahblahblah. She stood up, and walked over to the com-box on the wall, and flipped a switch. Telling him to go ahead, she closed the link, and turned back to the group.
"I'm Raxana. You can call me Raxxie. The Wayward Son is mine. Now, you three...as payment to us for pulling your arses out of the frying pan back there on Dantooine, you will be staying with us for at least one job. The Captain died trying to save you. You owe him...and us....at least that much. Where we go, you go. What we do, you do...and no questions asked. I run the show, and Juumi up there backs me up. There are showers in the crew quarters on the lower deck, and you all can grab a rack once we get settled down.
We can discuss your cut later.
Tek...Tekik...Oh, Im just gonna call ya Tekkie. From what I understand, it fits your profession. I know why you are here, and we appreciate your help. Your compensation has already been taken care of, or will be separately, if I read the briefing right. After we go down planetside, we can talk more about what it is you plan to do.
Right now, stay strapped in. This might get bumpy with the Killer Water Bunny at the stick. I'll fill you in on what we are doing when we touch down.
Oh. And don't even think about taking off on us once we get on the ground. I consider this a debt to our crew here, and you will pay up. Ciao."
Finishing her smoke, she crushed it out on the wall. She just hoped Darik appreciated being the namesake of the ship that had been his entire life. It was fitting, really....He had gone out the way he would have wanted...in a blaze of glory, leading complete strangers to safety.
Sighing, she moved off to the cockpit, as the ship began to descend into the upper atmosphere.

The Fel 9th Fleet had been last reported over Thule and under the command of John Tien, Moff of Thule. When the Lord Inquisitor, Darth Andor, had gone there, the Emperor was under the assumption that the 9th Fleet had vanished. It was a great surprise and fortune that the fleet was present over Bastion.Admiral Miranda Tien, it is good to hear from the Fel 9th Fleet. Your appearance is a welcomed sight! We had lost contact with you over Thule and thought the worst had happened to you and your crew. May I ask if Moff Tien is present with you?

John had just entered the bridge when the communication was received, he nodded to Miranda who nodded back
=Miranda= That he is, one moment
She turned the comlink over to John who took a breath before he spoke
=John= Moff John Tien reporting, sir, I must say it is good to hear from you as well. May I ask what brings you here?

Nicademus suspected that John Tien had not heard of the news yet. He sends a report over to his vessel.
I have disbanded the Empire and decided to move our remaining resources, troops and Imperial Knights to Imperial Space. The main fleet and others are at Muunilist while the army and munitions are stationed at Yaga Minor. I plan to start anew out here, Moff Tien, and I could use all the help I can get.

A communication's officer gestures to Nicademus who keys the comlink between him and the 9th Fleet on standby. The Imperial nods and lets the communication from Matar ring through the bring of his command ship. All present listened to the relay attentively and silently. Once the speech and invitation were made, eyes were soon placed upon Nicademus who gazed at the planet of Bastion for a long time. After a moment, his eyes turned to his brother, Moff Artemis, keying the communication to Moff Tien.
Seems we may need to catch up another time, Moff Tien. Stop by Muunilist when you get the chance so we can talk more.
After that, the communication is cut. Nicademus then gives an order to his brother.
Prepare a shuttle and have four Stormtroopers and two Imperial Knights be waiting for me in the Hangar Bay.
Artemis Delvardus saluted his older brother and proceeded with the arrangements. The long black cloak that rested upon the grey uniform of Nicademus whipped around as he turned and walked towards the turbolift, taking it down to the lower sections of the Imperial-I class Star Destroyer. His mind pondered upon the sudden appearance of the Phoenix Imperium along with the resurfacing of its Lord Regent. This was no coincidence that moving Imperial resources and forces that remained form the Galactic Empire would happen at the same time the Imperium's leader reappeared.
Nicademus strolled out of the turbolift, passing officers, Stormtroopers and crew who saluted their commander. He enters the hangar bay housing his shuttle. Immediately the four Stormtroopers and two Imperial Knights snapped to attention as Delvardus walked between, embarking onto the shuttle. The Imperial looks to the pilot on station.
Send word on the same relay frequency as the communication we just heard. Let them know the former Emperor and Supreme Commander Nicademus Delvardus of the Tempest Command, Protector of Muunilist and Yaga Minor, accepts the invitation.
The pilot nods and relays the communication after the shuttle takes off and flies out of the hangar bays of the Intrepid. A squadron of TIE fighters fall into formation as an escort for the self-proclaimed Supreme Commander's shuttle. Nicademus's mind wanders for now as the shuttle makes its way for the coordinates of the gathering.

The remainders of the Ordinatorial fleet emerged from hyperspace at the edge of the system. The system that had once housed the greatest civilization in the galaxy. A beacon of freedom, opportunity, and security for those fortunate enough to fall within it's borders.
The Phoenix Imperium.
Viktor stood on the bridge of Requiem, flagship of this skeleton of the once mighty Ordinatorial fleet. A cigarra hung from his lips, and a snifter of savareen brandy was in his hand. It had been too long since he had returned.
He spoke to his comm officer, in a clipped, military style. "Open channel to Lord Matar's vessel."
The man obeyed wordlessly and Viktor looked into the imager and began to speak.
My Lord-Regent. All that remain of your Ordinators are at your disposal. We have held as best we could. If I have failed the Imperium in any way, I accept all remonstration you prescribe.

From the depths of hyperspace came the a trio of warships, the lead vessel being the Intrepid, the flagship of General Delvardus and Tempest Command. Following the Imperial-class Star Destroyer were two Vindicators, a powerful cruiser that was among the many ships that made up the backbone of the Imperial Navy. From the bridge of the Intrepid, Fleet Admiral Arcavius looks down at the planet of Bastion. His eyes would break away after a few moments staring at the beating heart of the Empire to view his communication and sensor officers.
Any word from the High Admiral? Where is his fleet?
Nothing on the comms, Sir. Just the usual traffic.
Our sensors are detecting nothing yet, besides their incoming signatures. No ETA has been given to us, Sir.
Arcavius scoffs silently before turning to his command chair. He looks to his helmsman.
Keep our current heading and park us right on Bastion's front door.

From within the swirling confines of hyperspace, emerged the High Admiral's flagship. The Nebula-Class Star Destroyer Legacy of the Void, followed by its escort of four Victory II-Class Star Destroyers, began usual arrival procedures. High Admiral Viox Savage stood on the bridge of the Void, his former apprentice Cain Dracus, standing silently along side him, wheezing softly with each breath.
"I see it took the Intrepid no time to begin setting up. Rampant, have the Vic's spread out and begin a patrol formation around Bastion. Keep up running on our current heading and prepare a comms package for the planet below. Have two wings of TIE's load up and be ready to move. Coordinate with the Stormtrooper legion on the Intrepid and prepare the men for a parade. The Grand General wanted us to thump our chest at this die hard Imperialists, then a little parade to show precisely how die hard we are should do the trick."
Within minutes, his commands had been carried out. The comms officer then signaled him. Savage nodded slightly, gathered himself up as the true soldier he was, and stepped on to the holo-pad. It warmed as he strode into the middle of it, hands clasped behind his back in true Imperial fashion. He cleared his throat and spoke. But not in his usual whisper-like tone. No, this time his voice boomed loudly, full of conviction and commanding an air of true Imperial authority about it. This was his time to prove that his loyalties to Nicademus were true and that he was devoted to the cause.
My fellow Imperials of Bastion! I am High Admiral Savage, formerly of the Galactic Empire, now of the Imperial First Order! I come to you today, not as your conqueror, not as your oppressor, but as a leader and your savior! You all follow the doctrines of an Empire long past, yet no one unifies you and leads you, as they should. Strengthen your resolve, my brothers! Follow blindly no longer! Rejoice at the fact that you no longer are left to your own devices. The true Empire is well on its way to being just that! A true Empire! Unite under my banner! Under Grand General Delvardus' banner! Together we shall see an Empire REBORN! Together, we shall strengthen the First Order into an Empire that stands as an equal to Palpatine's! We are the future! For the EMPIRE!"
And with that, the message ended. Savage smiled as he stepped down off the pad. He would wait just the right amount of time, then he would begin the formal festivities by showing the citizens of Bastion the pomp and force of the First Order.

Something resembling a Keldabe class Battleship entered realspace with blast of bleed of energy that clearly announced it's presence to anyone in the system. It looked like a Keldabe, but the energy emissions were much to high for that to be an accurate assessment. War in the Unknowns had hardened ship and crew alike. It noted the presence of the other ships in the area, and raised shields as a precaution, though none on board considered the meager fleets arrayed over the world Bastion a credible threat to them or the ship. It made no attempts to hail the orbiting vessels, or to respond in anyway to hails sent by them. The energy weapons were not charged, but it would not take them long to charge if they were needed, and the projectile weapons needed only a target, which could be little more than co-ordinates. Using co-ords as targets was a trick that wouldn't give away intentions to the imperial scanners until the first shots were fired, and it had been used to great success elsewhere. Luckily for the Imperials, that was not the captain's intent, though he wouldn't mind testing his pride and joy against these "civie" ships.
The ship itself was painted in splotchy black/soot gray pattern that made it difficult to see against the back drop of dark space. It also marked the ship as a predator, since the pattern would stand out glaringly against the backdrop of any star, and most worlds and moons as well as some asteroids. After a substantial pause of nearly a full galactic standard hour, the ship moved closer to the planet Bastion, moving just enough to avoid the defending ships, by less than 100 meters at the closest point. It sought only to take up a low orbit position over Ravelin, as one of it's passengers had business there and he didn't feel like putting up with customs today... or any day for that matter.

The Nebula Class Star Destroyer Victory detected the strange unidentified battleship. As sensors picked up the ship a young Sublieutenant reported his findings to his captain.
Sir, sensors indicate an unidentified battleship, it appears to be a Keldabe Battleship but is either heavily modified or another ship not registered in our databanks. What should we do Captain?
Captain Tarkol stood their in silence for a moment while deciding a course of action before finally responding.
Inform Admiral Quinn and Lord Xakire.
Within a few minutes both Admiral Quinn and Lord Xakire were on the bridge.
"This had better be worth my time Tarkol," Xakire said sounding slightly irritated.
It might be sir. We have picked up what appears to be a heavily modified Mandalorian Battleship.
Almost imeditetly after Tarkol spoke Quinn spoke to Lord Xakire
Sir, I advise we leave them be. We are here to rally the Imperials of Bastion not start a war with the Mandalorians.
Xakire stood in silence his officers patiently waiting in anticipation of his orders.
"Muunilinst is in ruins," He replied simply leaving his officers to wonder what that has to do with anything, "By a recent Mandalorian attack, and some of the Muun's I would imagine are still wary of General Delvarus's rule over Muunilinst. Perhaps this ship we detect was a part of the attack and so my orders are to send some ships to intercept them and if necessary board them," the officers hesitated before going about their orders.
Following Lord Xakire's orders the upgraded Terminus Class Destroyer Thunderer and two Ardent Class Fast Frigates broke formation and headed for the unidentified ship attempting to hail it.
Back on the Victory Xakire opened a channel with the High Admrial.
High Admiral. This is Lord Xakire commander of House Kaiser's fleet here to support you. We have picked up an unidentified Mandalorian battleship and have sent ships to intercept it. I believe it is possible they may have being involved on the raid on Muunilinst.
