Luxeria waited patiently as she heard the sound of an approaching speeder. Crouching down, she hoped it'd pass by. However, it proved to not be the case as it stopped not too far from her. Peaking out from behind her hiding spot, she looked at the boy who hopped out of the speeder. He was young, easily a padawan. What was he doing out here? He clearly was looking for something and she had no doubts it was her. It did make her curious considering the situation. If she had been detected, then a Knight or Master of the order would have come out to face her, not a boy on his own. So how did this child sense her? He didn't seem to know for sure that someone was here, but was definitely seeking something, getting closer and closer with each step. If he somehow had a lock on her, no matter where she went, he'd follow. She had to face him down and do so quickly as it would easily catch the attention of those around them.
With no other choice in mind, she slipped out from behind the plant she took cover behind and looked at the boy. "Young children such as yourself shouldn't be out here. It's quite dangerous as you never know what you'll find." Slowly, she approached him, ready to bring him down quickly and without the use of the Force.

As Kahn made his way off the path, he was soon greeted by the woman. Easily attractive, he was momentarily captivated by her beauty. It was short lived however, as the darkness he felt registered her as the source. Taking a step back, he removed the hilt of his lightsaber and ignited the burning orange blade as she approached him."Who are you? Why have you come here?" Despite being young, his eyes showed determination as he wouldn't back down and would face any threat presented against the Jedi Order. It was too bad he didn't get the time to contact anyone else in the order. All he could do was hold out against her.

Luxeria only gave him a smirk as her casual pace continued towards the boy. "You've got some fire, young one. I'll give you that. I am Luxeria, Sith and Goddess of Illumination. It's a shame you waste your time with the Jedi. If you come with me, I can make you more. Perhaps I can even show you a good time in the process. What do you say? No need to fight." She let her voice drip with seduction as she held out a hand, hoping to draw him in and make him hers to do what she wished.

Her looks and voice was alluring, but Kahn remained stronger as he took a couple steps back, his stance tightening as she moved closer. His gripped tightened upon his saber as he pushed through her words. He wouldn't betray the Jedi, not for power and certainly not for a woman like this. Goddess of Illumination? She certainly had to be delusional, too caught up with her own hype. "Goddess? You really are full of yourself, aren't you? This is your only warning. Leave now or face the light of the Jedi!"

Her gaze sharpened at his words and she scowled. Full of herself? If there was something she wasn't, it was being full of herself. Her power and influence affected the minds of many. But to hear such things from this child, to be denied by such a weakling was unacceptable. Lowering her hand, her voice became darker. "You're going to wish you never said that and came with me. There is only one path left for you. Death." Reaching behind her, she quickly removed her lightsaber in a swift movement as she leaped forward, closing the distance in an instant as her purple blade coming around to cut him down.

Clearly a skilled fighter, the woman was on him in the blink of an eye, her blade coming around to his left. Bringing his saber over from his right, he gripped it with both hands as their blades made met. He was surprised at just how powerful she actually was considering she was a woman wielding a blade with a single hand. It didn't bode well for him as she had to be at the level of an advanced knight or even master. He would have to use every ounce of his training thus far and more to make it through or, at least holdout.

She gave him a dark smirk as he was quick enough to block her first strike. But he wasn't going to get off so easy. Reaching down to her waist with her left hand, she gripped the curved hilt in a reverse grip and ignited it as she brought it up to cut him in half. She was certain she could defeat this child without the need of the Force. Still, she'd have to be careful and watch his movements carefully.

Not wasting a single moment, the woman took hold of another lightsaber and attempted to make a strike against him. With all his strength, he pushed back against the first lightsaber and slashed downwards, bringing his blade around to catch hers as it came up, pushing it away from him as it went and keeping him out of harm's way. As it rose above him, he jumped back to gain some distance before stretching out his left hand and using the Force to push Luxeria away, hoping to knock her off balance so he could make an effective strike against her.

It came as a little surprise that Kahn was able to to block her first two strikes. Perhaps, despite being young and most likely a padawan, he had been trained well. It was further shown when he stepped back a bit to gain some distance and immediately unleashed a Force Push at her. She brought her hands together in an X in front of her to brace herself for the impact, sliding back as she was hit for a few feet before her body finally giving under the pressure.
But as she started to fall back, she let herself move into a flip, allowing herself to regain her footing as they touched the ground. Giving him a smirk, she deactivated her right-hand saber and replaced it. "Well, it seems there lies some skill within that young body of yours. Would be such a shame to waste it. Sure you don't want to turn to the Sith?" Grabbing the other curved hilt on her right, she charged Kahn as her left saber flipped to a regular grip. Reaching the boy, she drove her right-hand saber in before spinning to her left to make a wide swipe with her left blade. She focused upon the art of Makashi while adding other elements, working to overwhelm him with speed, precision, and glancing blows. It was her goal to keep him on the defensive until she could create her opening.

Kahn growled a bit under his breath as she regained herself after his push. He should have expected her to be more capable than to be taken off guard by a simple push, no matter how strong. Taking hold of his hilt with both hands, his grip tightened as he called out to her. "I'll never betray the Jedi!" With a switch of her sabers, she rushed him. With her first lunge, he was able to brush it off to his right, though she went with it, making a swipe with her left blade. To dodge, he ducked underneath it with relative ease.
However, her assault didn't end. It kept coming, faster and faster. They were particularly strong attacks but trying to hold them off and find an opening was difficult, especially with a single saber. All he could do was block. Any time he was able to exert his strength against her to make his own opening, she attacked with the other blade, forcing him to redirect his attention there.

She continued on her assault, sticking solely to her sabers. Even with her quick and graceful movements, he was at least able to hold her off. His strength played into the weakness of her form as displayed when he forced his way through her attacks. But her saving grace continued to be the fact she was dueling wielding. Each time he made an opening, he was forced to choose between defending himself or landing a blow, to which he always elected to former. As such it worked to her advantage as it allowed her to keep on the offensive.
But she was growing weary as the minutes passed on. She, too, was unable to make a strike against him, his strength able to buy him a little more time and slow her down slightly. All the more reason it was a shame he refused to join the Dark-Side. So much potential wasted. Ready to start bringing the fight to an end, she switched her style and jumped into the air over him, flipping and twirling her sabers to make a few overhead strikes and a cross slash at his back.

The years of experience and training was clearly seen between the two warriors. Sure, there was something to be said for the fact he was hanging in there, but for each moment he pushed her back, she was upon him again, never giving him the chance make a strike. He could have pushed forward, risked taking a hit for the sake of landing one. But that wasn't the way of the Jedi. He couldn't just risk his own safety recklessly for the sake of taking down this Sith. Only in the most desperate of situations should sacrifice even be considered, when it was yours versus many. But as the fight raged on in the same rinse and repeat fashion that kept him on the defensive, he began to doubt that thought. Did that mindset really mean anything if he couldn't defeat and would ultimately die at the enemy's hands?
Leaping back in a hopes to gain some distance, she was still on him, not letting him find any advantage. Clearly, she had faced stronger opponents and understood some of the styles revolving around the Jedi. The only hope he seemed to have was hanging out to drain her stamina from such high-speed attacks. But for the moment, it seemed a fruitless effort as it was taking its own toll on him for using his strength to push back and move at similar speeds just to stay with her. His breaths were already starting to become heavier as the fight dragged on.
Suddenly, the woman's patterns changed. Switching from the fast and graceful form of Makashi, she became more acrobatic and powerful, showing prowess in Ataru as well. The sudden jump caught him off guard and he felt a slash over both shoulders then a cross slash down his back. He stumbled forward as the pain coursed through his body. He tried to hold himself up but fell to a knee, grunting and growling through his teeth as his anger at his own incapability. He thought he had been doing well, even without a master, showing himself of standing with some of the more experienced trainers of the Jedi. Were the Sith that much more powerful? She hadn't even attempted to use the Force yet either. His fists tightened as he let himself dwell upon the thoughts.

In that single moment, she had brought this would be Jedi to his knees. He had tried so hard to overpower her, yet his experience was seriously lacking. And now, he had reached his end. While not the deepest of cuts, it was clearly more than the child was used to. She could feel the pain and anger flowing through him, making her close her eyes to draw upon it with a smile. "Do you see now the failure of the Jedi? Try as you might, you will never defeat, nor the Sith as a whole. You have potential. Come with me and I can show you how to make the most of your abilities, take you to heights the Jedi would only hold you back from. No need to just throw your life away for nothing."

As she spoke, his anger only began to rise. He wouldn't betray the Jedi. He couldn't. He was loyal to the cause, no matter the words that were spoken to him. The bloodstone necklace around his neck slipped out of his tunic and began to glow a faint crimson color. Voices and whispers began to fall upon his ears. With it, he felt a slight change resonating with his rising anger. It became harder to manage, which was odd for him. But he could feel the power running through his veins alongside the darkness. He should have rejected it, forced it away, but that wasn't the case. For some reason, he accepted it. He didn't know why, but for now, it didn't matter. He'd use this power to bring the woman down.
"You can go to hell!" Turning, he gathered the darkness flowing through him, forming it into a red orb into the palm of his hand. As she filled his vision, he thrust his hand outward, release the Force Burst at her.

Luxeria looked the boy over as she felt the sudden rise in the darkness. It brought a small smirk to her face that she was able to manipulate him enough to make him give in to the Dark-Side, but as she felt it, something was off about it. It felt too powerful, too controlled for a youngling who just touched the darkness. Something else was going on here.
That belief was furthered as he called out to her and turned, unleashing a powerful Force Burst at her, one she hadn't been prepared for. Lifting her arms was all she could do as it hit her, sending her flying as pain coursed through her body, the front of her arms showing burn marks from the potency. She finally came to a stop as she lost momentum and hit the ground. She grunted a bit as she forced herself to her feet, eyes quickly finding Kahn so as to not be caught off guard.

The moment she went flying, he pursued her, using the Force to speed his steps to close the distance and not let her have the advantage, not even to let her find her footing. But she was still quick enough to get to her feet as he brought his saber down upon her hard, using the full strength of the Dark-Side in his attack. He made slash after slash, wide, powerful and unrelenting. He didn't know what was happening to him, where this power came from, but he liked it. He would use it to bring the Sith down, using their own power against them for the sake of the Jedi.

She saw him come down upon her, finally able to use his strength against her as he started his assault. He was stronger than before, no doubt fueled by the Dark-Side. She had to focus herself as she brought both sabers above her in a cross formation to handle the initial strike. From there, she had to fully use the skills of Makashi to deflect the blows and brush him off to the side. Even with twin sabers, his wide strikes allowed him to turn the tides. Still, she kept her calm, sharpening her focus as she waited to create her opening.
She then noticed the necklace around his neck. It was quite beautiful and the glow did not go unnoticed. An artifact of some sort. She had to have it now, to add it to her collection. Once she took him down, it would be her's. But she had to find her opening first. He seemed capable enough to utilize the darkness, which made this a bit more of a challenge. It seemed that if she wanted to bring this fight to an end quickly, she would have to use the Force and reveal her presence after all. As her right blade met his, she replaced the saber in her left hand, lifting it up to unleash a barrage of purple lightning.

The more he pushed, the more he heard the voices resonating in his ears. They told him to dive deeper, to become more immersed within the darkness, to kill the woman before him. He worked to ignore them though as the last bit of his cognitive mind forced to retain control of himself, not letting himself dive any deeper than need be. But he could already feel himself slipping with each passing moment. The Dark-Side was taking hold of him. He had to end the fight quickly and return to the light. When all was said and done, he'd speak with the council about the matter.
However, as much as he was keeping her on the defensive, she seemed just as capable of keeping up with his strength. Her focused stare infuriated him as it seemed to be simply gauging and waiting for the proper moment and not at all overwhelmed. Out of nowhere, she found the strength to lock blades with him enough to cease his assault. It was but a second, but she replaced her saber and let the lightning fall upon him, his distance not allowing him any chance to defend himself. Coursing over his body, he cried out in pain as she stumbled back and falling to his knees. Still, he wasn't about to give up, forcing his saber up to block the barrage.

She had to admire his resolve, pushing past the pain of the attack to still create a defense. For Sith, it would be a bit more expected as they were trained to use their pain to a degree to strengthen their power. But for a Jedi, it was another matter entirely. The smirk that fell across her face quickly faded though as she was ready to bring the fight to a swift end. Ceasing her attack, she directed the Force through her legs and feet as she pushed forward to close the distance in the blink of an eye, using his momentary disorientation to her advantage. She brought her saber around, hitting the spot just above the hilt to knock it from his hand, followed by a kick to his chin to put him flat on his back.
Once he was there, she reached out to him with her left hand, using the Force to wrap around his body and throat and lifted him into the air. She saw Umbra step out from behind some foliage, knowing that up until now, it was meant to stay out of the fight unless needed. She nodded to him as she looked back to Kahn. "Well, I can't say it hasn't been fun. You've given me a few surprises. So thank you for that. But now, it's over." Pulling back her arm, she pushed out to send Kahn flying back into Umbra who clotheslined him from behind across the back of his head.

Not trained to endure such pain, it was a feat to manage what he did. However, it only left him open to any attack. Before he realized it, his saber had been launched from his hand and his chin surged with pain as he was sent to his back. He groaned, his focus and control over the darkness began fading. Without the proper mind to influence or be influenced, the voices and power that coursed through him began to recede.
Feeling the tension around his body and throat, he opened his eyes to see himself hanging in the air looking at the woman. He glared at her the best he could, trying to hang onto some resolve. That all faded, though, the moment he was sent flying. Before he knew it, he felt the impact of something hard against the back of his head and everything went black.
